Abstract

The digital era presents significant challenges for the character formation of santri in Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah (MDA), particularly due to unfiltered information flows and limited ethical guidance in online environments. This Community Service (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat / PKM) program aimed to develop an integrative collaboration model between families and madrasah to foster digital wisdom grounded in akhlakul karimah. The program employed an educative and collaborative intervention involving teachers, parents, and santri, beginning with problem identification through digital literacy surveys and focus group discussions. The intervention framework was informed by Bronfenbrenner’s ecological systems theory, Islamic moral philosophy derived from the teachings of Luqman al-Hakim, and Lickona’s character education model encompassing moral knowing, moral feeling, and moral action. The results indicate improved ethical awareness, moral decision-making, and self-regulation in santri’s digital behavior, alongside strengthened parental mediation and teacher facilitation. The findings highlight that consistent value alignment between home and madrasah environments is essential for sustainable digital character development. This PKM program demonstrates that faith-based, ecosystem-oriented approaches offer an effective strategy for cultivating digitally literate yet morally grounded students in the digital age.

Abstract

Community-based waste banks play a crucial role in promoting sustainable waste management and local economic empowerment. The “Restu Ibu” waste bank in Sambilegi, Sleman Regency, faces challenges related to limited product innovation, human resource capacity, and economic aspects, particularly product pricing and commercialization. This community engagement program aimed to enhance the technical skills and pricing determination capabilities of female waste bank members through applied chemical innovation and economic capacity building. The program employed offline counseling and hands-on training focused on producing liquid compost fertilizer from household organic waste using simple batch reactors made from locally available materials. Program effectiveness was evaluated through post-test assessments, participant interaction, interviews, and reviews of financial records. The results showed a 100% increase in participants’ knowledge of liquid compost production and reactor concepts, with comprehension levels improving from low (scores 1–2) to high (scores 3–4) among 88% of participants. Active engagement during training further indicated effective knowledge transfer. Overall, the program strengthened individual and institutional capacity, supported sustainable organic waste valorization, and enhanced the potential of the waste bank to contribute to local economic development and tourism-oriented community initiatives.

Abstract

Remaja merupakan kelompok konsumen kosmetik yang besar namun rentan terhadap paparan produk ilegal dan informasi yang tidak tervalidasi di media sosial. Kurangnya literasi mengenai keamanan produk dapat berdampak buruk bagi kesehatan kulit. Kegiatan Program Pemberdayaan Umat (PRODAMAT) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan literasi keamanan produk kecantikan pada siswa SMK Kesehatan Bantul melalui edukasi DAGUSIBU (Dapatkan, Gunakan, Simpan, dan Buang) Kosmetik. Metode yang digunakan adalah edukasi partisipatif dengan desain evaluasi pre-test dan post-test melalui tahapan persiapan, pre-test, intervensi edukasi, dan post-test. Intervensi mencakup pemaparan materi dan diskusi interaktif tentang DAGUSIBU Kosmetik. Hasil evaluasi terhadap 18 peserta menunjukkan peningkatan skor rata-rata pengetahuan secara signifikan dari 65,00±12,95 menjadi 95,56±7,05. Analisis uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks menghasilkan nilai p = 0,000 (p 0,05), didukung dengan nilai rata-rata N-gain sebesar 0,909 yang termasuk dalam kategori efektivitas tinggi. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah edukasi DAGUSIBU Kosmetik efektif dalam meningkatkan domain kognitif siswa sebagai fondasi perilaku penggunaan kosmetik yang aman dan rasional. Program ini diharapkan dapat membangun kesadaran kritis remaja dalam menghadapi tren di era digital.

Abstract

Daluwarsa tindak pidana merupakan prinsip fundamental dalam hukum pidana yang berfungsi membatasi kewenangan negara dalam melakukan penuntutan dan pelaksanaan pidana setelah jangka waktu tertentu. Prinsip ini bertujuan untuk menjamin kepastian hukum, melindungi hak asasi manusia, serta mencegah penyalahgunaan kekuasaan oleh aparat penegak hukum. Namun, dalam praktik penegakan hukum pidana di Indonesia, penerapan daluwarsa sering menimbulkan berbagai problematika, seperti perkara yang mangkrak, ketidakjelasan awal penghitungan waktu daluwarsa, serta potensi impunitas bagi pelaku kejahatan tertentu. Tulisan ini mengkaji secara yuridis konsep daluwarsa tindak pidana dengan menelaah landasan normatifnya dalam KUHP, KUHAP, serta pembaruan melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang KUHP Nasional. Selain itu, pembahasan diarahkan pada problematika penerapan daluwarsa dalam praktik serta perbandingan dengan pengaturan di beberapa negara lain. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun KUHP Baru telah memperbaiki sistematika pengaturan daluwarsa, ketentuan tersebut masih menyisakan kelemahan, khususnya karena tetap memberlakukan daluwarsa terhadap tindak pidana luar biasa seperti korupsi dan pelanggaran HAM berat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penyempurnaan regulasi daluwarsa yang lebih berorientasi pada keadilan substantif, perlindungan korban, dan harmonisasi dengan hukum internasional.

Abstract

The rapid development of social media as a primary digital marketing channel requires companies to implement visual content strategies that are well-directed, consistent, and aligned with audience characteristics. Fitinline.com, an educational and e-commerce platform in the fashion and textile sector, faces several challenges, including low visual consistency, monotonous content formats, and suboptimal engagement on Instagram and TikTok. This internship program aimed to analyze digital content needs, formulate visual content strategies, and implement the distinctive features of both platforms to enhance engagement and strengthen brand identity.The methods employed included initial observation of social media conditions, content performance analysis, discussions with mentors, and the implementation of strategies based on brand guidelines, content pillars, and platform-specific characteristics. The results indicate that the systematic application of visual content strategies—through consistent typography, color schemes, layouts, storytelling, and the optimization of Instagram carousel features and TikTok short-form videos—successfully increased reach, interaction, and follower growth. Therefore, the visual content strategy developed during the internship period provides a more structured direction for digital content management and has the potential to strengthen Fitinline.com’s position as a credible fashion education platform on social media. Abstrak. Should Perkembangan media sosial sebagai kanal utama digital marketing menuntut perusahaan untuk memiliki strategi konten visual yang terarah, konsisten, dan relevan dengan karakter audiens. Fitinline.com sebagai platform edukasi dan e-commerce di bidang fashion dan tekstil menghadapi tantangan berupa rendahnya konsistensi visual, format konten yang monoton, serta engagement yang belum optimal pada platform Instagram dan TikTok. Kegiatan magang ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan konten digital, merumuskan strategi konten visual, serta mengimplementasikan pemanfaatan fitur khas kedua platform guna meningkatkan engagement dan penguatan identitas merek. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi kondisi awal media sosial, analisis performa konten, diskusi dengan mentor, serta implementasi strategi berbasis brand guideline, content pillar, dan karakteristik platform. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi konten visual yang sistematis melalui konsistensi tipografi, warna, layout, storytelling, serta optimalisasi fitur carousel Instagram dan video pendek TikTok mampu meningkatkan jangkauan, interaksi, dan pertumbuhan pengikut. Dengan demikian, strategi konten visual yang dirumuskan selama periode magang terbukti memberikan arah pengelolaan konten digital yang lebih terstruktur dan berpotensi memperkuat posisi Fitinline.com sebagai platform edukasi fashion yang kredibel di media sosial.

Abstract

Abstract. Small-scale fish processing activities in Kronjo District, Tangerang Regency, play a significant role in supporting the coastal community’s economy; however, they still face limitations in structured and sustainable business management. Most fish processors operate traditional businesses without a clear understanding of their business models, resulting in underutilized value-added potential. This community service activity aims to apply the Business Model Canvas (BMC) as a mentoring tool to enhance managerial capacity and business understanding among fish processors in Kronjo District. The method employed was a descriptive qualitative approach within a community engagement framework, using field observations, interviews, and focus group discussions. The results indicate that the implementation of the Business Model Canvas improved partners’ understanding of their business structure, particularly in identifying customer segments, formulating value propositions, and recognizing the relationship between cost structures and revenue streams. The application of BMC also encouraged a shift in mindset from a production-oriented approach to more structured and sustainable business management. This activity concludes that the Business Model Canvas is an effective and practical tool for community service programs aimed at strengthening small-scale fish processing businesses and enhancing the welfare of coastal communities. Abstrak. Kegiatan pengolahan ikan skala kecil di Kecamatan Kronjo, Kabupaten Tangerang, memiliki peran penting dalam menopang perekonomian masyarakat pesisir, namun masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam pengelolaan usaha yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan. Sebagian besar pelaku usaha menjalankan bisnis secara tradisional tanpa pemahaman yang memadai mengenai model bisnis, sehingga potensi nilai tambah produk belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan Business Model Canvas (BMC) sebagai alat pendampingan guna meningkatkan pemahaman dan kapasitas manajerial pengolah ikan di Kecamatan Kronjo. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif berbasis pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan diskusi kelompok terarah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Business Model Canvas membantu mitra memahami struktur bisnis secara lebih komprehensif, khususnya dalam mengidentifikasi segmen pelanggan, merumuskan proposisi nilai, serta memahami hubungan antara biaya dan pendapatan usaha. Penerapan BMC juga mendorong perubahan pola pikir mitra dari orientasi produksi menuju pengelolaan usaha yang lebih terarah dan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa Business Model Canvas merupakan alat yang efektif dan aplikatif dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk mendukung penguatan usaha pengolahan ikan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat pesisir.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has facilitated the widespread use of giveaways on social media platforms, which have increasingly been exploited by unscrupulous actors as a form of fraudulent activity. This study examines the legal protection afforded to victims of giveaway-related fraud on social media. Such schemes are commonly perpetrated by impersonating public figures or official accounts to obtain money or personal data from unsuspecting users. From a legal standpoint, these actions constitute the criminal offense of fraud as stipulated in Article 378 of the Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP) and a violation of Article 28(1) of the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE), which prohibits the dissemination of false or misleading information that results in consumer losses in electronic transactions. The findings underscore the necessity of a comprehensive legal approach that extends beyond the punishment of offenders to include preventive strategies, such as strengthening digital platform governance, enhancing public digital literacy, and fostering close coordination among regulatory authorities, including the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Bank Indonesia, and electronic system operators, to support early detection and effective victim recovery. Abstrak. Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah memunculkan fenomena giveaway di media sosial yang kini sering disalahgunakan oleh pihak tidak bertanggung jawab sebagai modus penipuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perlindungan hukum bagi korban penipuan giveaway di media sosial. Praktik penipuan ini biasanya dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan nama tokoh terkenal atau akun resmi untuk meminta sejumlah uang maupun data pribadi korban. Secara hukum, tindakan ini dikualifikasikan sebagai tindak pidana penipuan sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 378 KUHP serta pelanggaran terhadap Pasal 28 ayat (1) UU ITE mengenai penyebaran berita bohong yang merugikan konsumen dalam transaksi elektronik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa diperlukan pendekatan komprehensif yang tidak hanya berfokus pada pemidanaan pelaku, tetapi juga pada aspek pencegahan melalui penguatan tata kelola platform digital, peningkatan literasi digital masyarakat, serta koordinasi yang erat antara otoritas seperti OJK, Bank Indonesia, dan penyelenggara sistem elektronik untuk deteksi dini dan pemulihan korban.

Abstract

Midwives’ performance is an important indicator of the quality of midwifery services in primary healthcare facilities. Optimal performance is influenced by various individual and work-related factors. This study aimed to analyze the factors influencing midwives’ performance in providing midwifery services at Bontoramba Public Health Center, Jeneponto Regency. This study employed a cross-sectional design. The population as well as the sample consisted of all midwives working at Bontoramba Public Health Center, totaling 33 respondents, selected using a total sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed bivariately using the Chi-Square test. The results showed a significant association between length of service and midwives’ performance (p = 0.013), workload and midwives’ performance (p = 0.027), and attitude and midwives’ performance (p = 0.013). In conclusion, length of service, workload, and attitude significantly influence midwives’ performance in providing midwifery services. Therefore, effective human resource management is needed to improve midwives’ performance through workload management, development of professional attitudes, and optimization of work experience. Abstrak. Kinerja bidan merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam keberhasilan pelayanan kebidanan di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama. Kinerja yang optimal dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, baik individu maupun pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja bidan dalam memberikan pelayanan kebidanan di Puskesmas Bontoramba, Kabupaten Jeneponto. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Populasi sekaligus sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh bidan yang bekerja di Puskesmas Bontoramba sebanyak 33 orang, dengan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis secara bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara masa kerja dengan kinerja bidan (p = 0,013), beban kerja dengan kinerja bidan (p = 0,027), serta sikap dengan kinerja bidan (p = 0,013). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa masa kerja, beban kerja, dan sikap berpengaruh terhadap kinerja bidan dalam memberikan pelayanan kebidanan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya manajemen sumber daya manusia yang optimal untuk meningkatkan kinerja bidan melalui pengelolaan beban kerja, pembinaan sikap profesional, dan pemanfaatan pengalaman kerja.

Abstract

Abstrak. Diabetes melitus merupakan salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang prevalensinya terus meningkat di Indonesia, khususnya di wilayah pedesaan. Kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai pencegahan dan pengelolaan diabetes menjadi salah satu faktor risiko utama. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kader kesehatan Desa Pemangkih Baru terkait diabetes melitus melalui edukasi dan pelatihan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan interaktif dan diskusi kelompok kecil yang melibatkan 13 kader kesehatan desa. Materi mencakup pengenalan gejala, faktor risiko, pencegahan, serta penatalaksanaan sederhana diabetes melitus. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan kader. Mayoritas hasil evaluasi peserta berada pada kondisi tetap dan meningkat. Selain itu, kader lebih percaya diri dalam menyampaikan informasi kepada masyarakat dan menjadi mitra aktif dalam upaya promotif dan preventif. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader kesehatan desa, sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu menurunkan angka kasus diabetes melalui peran aktif kader di tingkat komunitas. Abstract. Diabetes mellitus is one of the non-communicable diseases whose prevalence continues to rise in Indonesia, especially in rural areas. Lack of public knowledge about diabetes prevention and management is a major risk factor. This community service aims to improve the health cadres' knowledge of diabetes mellitus in Pemangkih Baru Village through education and training. The methods used were interactive counseling and small group discussions involving 13 village health cadres. The materials covered the introduction of symptoms, risk factors, prevention, and simple management of diabetes mellitus. Evaluation was conducted using pre-tests and post-tests to measure the improvement in the cadres' knowledge. Most participants showed knowledge that either remained the same or increased. In addition, the cadres became more confident in delivering information to the community and became active partners in promotive and preventive efforts. In conclusion, this training was effective in enhancing the knowledge and skills of village health cadres, and it is expected to help reduce the incidence of diabetes by increasing cadres' active role at the community level.

Abstract

Digestive surgery patients often experience postoperative pain that can affect their clinical condition, including hemodynamic stability, mobilization ability, and the recovery process. Pain that is not managed optimally may hinder the healing process. Non-pharmacological pain management is one of the safe and effective nursing interventions to help control pain and support the stability of patients’ clinical conditions; however, its implementation in clinical settings is still not optimal. This study aimed to determine the relationship between non-pharmacological pain management and the clinical condition of digestive surgery patients at Sultan Suriansyah Regional Hospital, Banjarmasin. This research employed a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 31 digestive surgery patients who were hospitalized at Sultan Suriansyah Regional Hospital, Banjarmasin, selected using an accidental sampling technique. Data were collected through interviews using a non-pharmacological pain management questionnaire and observation of patients’ clinical conditions based on hemodynamic data obtained from medical records. Data analysis was conducted using the Spearman’s Rho test. The results showed that most respondents did not receive non-pharmacological pain management and were in an unstable clinical condition. Bivariate analysis indicated a significant relationship between non-pharmacological pain management and the clinical condition of digestive surgery patients (p = 0.003). In conclusion, non-pharmacological pain management is associated with the clinical condition of digestive surgery patients; therefore, its optimal implementation is expected to improve clinical stability and support the patient recovery process. Abstrak. Pasien bedah digestif sering mengalami nyeri pascaoperasi yang dapat memengaruhi kondisi klinis, seperti kestabilan hemodinamik, kemampuan mobilisasi, dan proses pemulihan. Nyeri yang tidak tertangani secara optimal dapat menghambat proses penyembuhan pasien. Manajemen nyeri non-farmakologis merupakan salah satu intervensi keperawatan yang aman dan efektif untuk membantu mengendalikan nyeri serta mendukung stabilitas kondisi klinis pasien, namun penerapannya di lingkungan klinis masih belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara manajemen nyeri non-farmakologis dengan kondisi klinis pada pasien bedah digestif di RSUD Sultan Suriansyah Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 31 pasien bedah digestif yang menjalani perawatan inap di RSUD Sultan Suriansyah Banjarmasin yang dipilih menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner manajemen nyeri non-farmakologis serta observasi kondisi klinis pasien berdasarkan data hemodinamik dari rekam medis. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Spearman’s Rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden tidak mendapatkan manajemen nyeri non-farmakologis dan berada dalam kondisi klinis tidak stabil. Analisis bivariat menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara manajemen nyeri non-farmakologis dengan kondisi klinis pasien bedah digestif (p = 0,003). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen nyeri non-farmakologis memiliki hubungan dengan kondisi klinis pasien bedah digestif, sehingga penerapannya secara optimal diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan stabilitas kondisi klinis dan mendukung proses pemulihan pasien.
