Abstract

Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (Permendikbud) Number 26 of 2017 concerning Instructions and Techniques for School Operational Assistance is a form of the state's commitment to fulfilling the demands of the opening of the 1945 Constitution. Through this Minister of Education and Culture Regulation, it is hoped that national education will be able to guarantee equal distribution of educational opportunities, improve the quality and relevance and efficiency of education management especially on financing standards to face challenges in the era of globalization. Several important points in this Permendikbud are the ease of learning with the existence of free compulsory education (fair) for 12 years, namely SD/MI, SMP/MTs and SMA/MA. Thus, the commitment made by the government must of course be supported by other stakeholders so that this program can be realized and is on target. So that there will be no issues related to the free 12th compulsory education program which is none other than the existence of BOS/BOM funds.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the religious and cultural communication strategies used by the Tablighi Jamaah in their da'wah activities in Kebon Jeruk, DKI Jakarta. Using a case study approach, using descriptive qualitative methods. This research explores how the Tablighi Jamaah adapts religious messages to cultural contexts, as well as the communication methods they employ to reach the community. The research results show that the Tablighi Jamaah succeeded in building effective communication through an informal approach, emphasis on religious practices, use of simple language, and providing real role models. Intelligent cultural adaptation and a deep understanding of the social context of the Kebon Jeruk community are key factors in the success of their da'wah. This research provides insight into the importance of contextual communication strategies in religious propagation, as well as their relevance in a multicultural society such as DKI Jakarta.

Abstract

Mosque-Based Madrasah Management is a process of managing an educational unit that organizes general and Islamic religious education that aims to form a generation of believers, knowledgeable, and good deeds by using available resources effectively and efficiently based on Islamic values in carrying out the functions and roles of the mosque. The method used in this study is qualitative research by applying a case study research design that is analyzed descriptively. The form of implementation of the Mosque-Based Madrasah (MBK) of the Istiqlal Jakarta Madrasah is as follows; a) Utilizing the main floor of the Istiqlal Mosque for prayer and teaching and learning activities, b) Utilizing the mosque corridor for teaching and learning activities and other activities such as hajj manasik, c) Using mosque facilities such as playgrounds, mosque fields, sports fields, mosque gardens for learning, d) Involvement of educators, education personnel, and students in activities organized by the Istiqlal Mosque, and e) Preparation of the Integrated Operational Curriculum (KOT) of the Istiqlal Jakarta Madrasah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the content of the Arabic language book for 6th- grade Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) students, published by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, written by Uswatul Hasanah, using content analysis based on Rusdi Ahmad Thuaimah's theory. The main focus of this research includes three aspects: vocabulary (mufradat), cultural elements, and exercises. This research employs a qualitative method with a literature study approach. Data was obtained from the 2020 edition of the Arabic language textbook for 6th-grade MI students published by the Ministry of Religious Affairs as the primary source, along with related literature as secondary sources. Data collection was conducted through documentation studies, while data analysis utilized content analysis methods based on Rusdi Ahmad Thuaimah's approach, covering language, culture, and exercise aspects. The results show that the book presents vocabulary in a structured and consistent manner, with 12 new words per lesson. However, the vocabulary provided does not meet the ideal standard recommended for the elementary level. In terms of culture, the book successfully incorporates Islamic and local cultural values but requires strengthening in presenting a broader diversity of Arab cultures. On the other hand, the exercises and evaluations provided do not fully support the development of language skills comprehensively. The findings indicate that while the book has strengths in terms of organization and visualization, further development is needed in the areas of material variety, depth of meaning, and contextualization to make Arabic language learning more communicative and comprehensive.

Abstract

This study examines the communication strategy of Radio Dakta 107 FM broadcasters in attracting listeners' interest in the Mar'atus Sholihah program. The background of this research is the existence of radio that is still relevant in the digital era. The purpose of this research is to identify the planning, implementation of broadcaster communication strategies and the obstacles faced. Qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach are used to collect data through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the communication strategy of Radio Dakta 107 FM broadcasters includes promotion on social media, expanding access through applications and streaming broadcasts, and sharing activities on YouTube. The implementation of this strategy is effective in improving communication with listeners. However, obstacles such as online media competition and technical glitches are a challenge.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Arabic Club activities, the level of Arabic language anxiety experienced by students, and the contributing factors to that anxiety at Daarul Qur’an Mulia Islamic Senior High School, Bogor. Although the Arabic Club is designed to enhance Arabic language skills, some students still exhibit symptoms of anxiety, such as shyness, fear of making mistakes, and lack of self-confidence. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through observation, interviews, FLCAS questionnaire, and documentation. The subjects involved 45 Arabic Club members, the club advisor, and Arabic language teachers. The findings indicate that the club is held weekly using interactive methods such as question-and-answer sessions, text reading, and educational games with digital media. However, FLCAS results show that most students experience moderate anxiety (75.56%), while the rest show high anxiety (24.44%), with no students reporting low anxiety. The highest anxiety level is associated with Fear of Negative Evaluation, followed by Communication Apprehension and Test Anxiety. Internal factors such as lack of self-confidence, limited vocabulary, and insufficient speaking practice are the primary causes of anxiety, while external factors like pressure when speaking in front of teachers also play a role. Strategies used by students and teachers to manage anxiety include independent practice, thorough preparation, gradual exposure, and creating a supportive learning environment. The study concludes that reducing language anxiety requires the integration of affective approaches and communicative teaching techniques tailored to students’ abilities, and the results are expected to serve as a reference for the development of a more effective and student-friendly Arabic Club.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine how the perception of organizational communication satisfaction of employees at PT. PEMI, PT. EDS Manufacturing Indonesia manufacturing automotive wiring harness. The company was founded in 1989 and based in Tangerang Indonesia PT. PEMI operates as a subsidiary of Yazaki which is owned by a Japanese company, PT. PEMI is a pioneer of industry wairing harness, manufacture of car body cable. Wairing harness is a collection of one or more wires with several parts conducting electric current. This company managed to give satisfaction to almost all employees who work in this company. The focus of the problem in this study to determine how the perception of organizational communication satisfaction in the company pemi. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. While primary data sources are employees at PT. PEMI, while secondary data sources of documents, books related to the author. This theory suggests that communication satisfaction is defined as individual satisfaction with various aspects of communication that exist in the organizational environment, this theory identifies eight communication satisfaction in the organization, namely Climate Communication, Supervisory Communications, Organizational Integration, Media Quality, Horizontal Informal Communication, General Organizational Perspective, Suboordinate, Feedback. Data collection techniques are by conducting interviews, observation and documentation, to obtain descriptive data, in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that there are 8 points that the authors found about the perception of organizational communication satisfaction of employees of PT. PEMI, namely, First the communication climate in the pemi company is all good, second the communication of superiors with subordinates is very alert if there are problems related to work, Third The Information System Management work environment in this company is good, fourth the quality of communication management here the information provided is always delivered on time and directed, fifth the informal communication and horizontal communication used is informal, sixth the employee's understanding of the company's condition employees really understand the development of the company's ups and downs, seventh communication subordinates to superiors, employees are very well respond to what is ordered by his superiors, eighth feedback in the company provides a reward in the form of cash and promotion.

Abstract

This research is motivated by educational problems, especially Islamic religious education for Children with Special Needs (ABK), especially the blind, which are still not maximally given. In addition, blind people in Indonesia occupy the first level in Asia and second level in the world. This study aimed to analyze the role of teachers in instilling moral values in blind children with special needs (ABK) at Special Schools (SLB)-A Pembina Nasional Jakarta. The results of the study show the role of Islamic religious education teachers in instilling moral values in visually impairments at the SLB-A Pembina Jakarta National Level by acting as educators, teachers, directors, and trainers. In carrying out their role, the teacher faced obstacles in obtaining learning resources, visual aids as learning media, and the physical and emotional conditions of ABK. Therefore, it requires strong physical and spiritual readiness for the teacher so that he/she can carry out his/her role properly. The implication of this research is that it is necessary to carry out evaluations and policies to provide learning resources and visual aids so that the teacher's role can be carried out better.

Abstract

Islamic religious education is one of the important roles in the progress of the nation. The literacy program is one of the keys to student success in the learning process, especially in the subject of Islamic cultural history. At MTs Darul Ulum Waru Sidoarjo, the challenges in learning Islamic cultural history are the low understanding explained by the teacher and the low interest of students. This study aims to determine the learning interest that is improved in MTs students. Darul Ulum Waru Sidoarjo To find out the implementation of the reading literacy program in increasing student interest in learning at MTs Darul Ulum Sidoarjo To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the reading literacy program in increasing student interest in learning at MTs Darul Ulum Sidoarjo. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the literacy program implemented at MTs. Darul Ulum Waru Sidoarjo, carried out through several activities such as reading and writing habits carried out every Monday and once a month, developing a culture of literacy by providing a mini library in each class. The results also show that the literacy program is effective in increasing students' interest in learning the subject of Islamic cultural history with the activities of reading books, writing, discussion and presentation related to the subject of Islamic cultural history. This is evidenced by the increase in student participation in learning takes place, student learning outcomes have increased and the emergence of curiosity and enthusiasm of students in studying the history of Islamic culture.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an instructional medium in the form of narrative images to support the teaching of hiwar (Arabic conversation) for adult beginners at the Institute of Language and Qur’anic Sciences in Jakarta. The background of this research is the learners’ low comprehension of hiwar in textbooks, which is partly due to the poor quality of illustrations that do not effectively support learning. This research employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) by Robert Maribe Branch. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation involving 63 students. The developed product consists of contextual narrative images designed using Canva, featuring characters and settings relevant to help learners understand hiwar more imaginatively and interactively. Validation results indicate that the media is highly feasible, with a score of 93% from media experts, 100% from teachers, and 87% from student responses, all categorized as "excellent." These findings demonstrate that narrative image-based media is effective in enhancing learners' comprehension and engagement in learning Arabic hiwar.
