Abstract

This study analyzes the blended learning learning model with a background from the Covid'19 pandemic incident which resulted in the formation of learning methods by combining conventional and modern learning, namely conducting face-to-face learning in electronic-based networks. The purpose of this study is to describe the blended learning model in PAI lessons that has been carried out at MTs N Blora in the midst of the co-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative which comes from teachers in the field of PAI and several students who were selected purvosively. The data is obtained from being able to use observation and interview techniques. This research can create new references regarding learning methods that are more creative and innovative, because blended learning is a learning model that is not monotonous and students here don't only listen to lectures, but they also explore expertise in the field of information and technology (IT) through applications. So that the co-19 pandemic can create new breakthroughs in the world of education. The results of this study are to be able to find out the differences between offline and during learning, the implementation of blended learning at MTs N Blora is done by utilizing the Google Form, Google Class, Google Meet and Zoom meating

Abstract

AbstractStrengthening religious moderation in higher education institutions is a concrete form of countering radicalism and intolerance. This research aims to explore and discover the values of tolerance that are formed in Collaborative KKN between students of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta who are Muslim and I Gede Bagus Sugriwa State Hindu University Bali who are Hindu from 25 July to 25 August 2022. This research is a research qualitative. The data in this research was collected by means of questionnaires, documentation and interviews. The informants and data sources in this research were taken from KKN group 97 Kuata participants, totaling 24 students. The data presented is then analyzed using an interpretive approach. The results of this research reveal that the religious moderation-collaborative KKN program between UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta which is Muslim and UHN I gede Bagus Sugriwa Bali which is Hindu in 2022 can strengthen the attitude of religious tolerance for the academic community in higher education. The most important thing that strengthens the attitude of tolerance between religious communities is by adding insight from each religious teaching to adherents of different religions, so that they can understand and respect things that are considered sacred in a religion. Apart from that, they are increasingly aware that differences in beliefs and worship are a wealth of this nation that must always be protected and respected. This moderated KKN activity can strengthen harmony between religious communities and be an effective solution in creating a moderate and tolerant generation. AbstrakPenguatan moderasi beragama di institusi Pendidikan tinggi merupakan bentuk konkrit kontra radikalisme dan intoleransi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menemukan nilai-nilai toleransi yang terbentuk pada KKN Kolaborasi antara mahasiswa UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta yang beragama muslim dan Universitas Hindu Negeri I gede Bagus Sugriwa Bali yang beragama Hindu pada 25 Juli sampai 25 Agustus tahun 2022. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan cara kuesioner, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Informan dan sumber data pada penelitian ini diambil dari peserta KKN kelompok 97 Kuata yang berjumlah 24 mahasiswa. Data yang tersaji kemudian di analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan interpretatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa program KKN kolaborasi-moderasi beragama antara UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta yang beragama muslim dan UHN I gede Bagus Sugriwa Bali yang beragama Hindu pada  tahun 2022 bisa memperkuat sikap toleransi beragama bagi civitas akademik di pendikan tinggi. Hal terpenting  yang memperkuat sikap toleransi antar umat beragama adalah dengan adanya penambahan wawasan dari masing-masing ajaran agama kepada penganut agama yang berbeda, sehingga mereka bisa memahami dan menghormati hal-hal yang dianggap sakral dalam suatu agama. Selain itu, mereka semakin sadar bahwa perbedaan dalam keyakinan dan peribadatan adalah sebuah kekayaan bangsa ini yang harus senantiasa dijaga dan dihormati. Kegiatan KKN moderasi ini bisa memperkuat kerukunan antar umat beragama dan menjadi solusi yang efektif dalam menciptakan generasi yang moderat dan toleran.

Abstract

AbstractAesthetics in the family can be created by fulfilling mutual obligations. Based on the will and ends with the pleasure of God. The purpose of writing this article is to describe the implementation of the aesthetic concept of M. Iqbal's ideas for the fulfillment of mutual obligations for husband and wife. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach that aims to explore M. Iqbal's aesthetic concepts and their implementation in fulfilling mutual obligations between husband and wife. There are three research results in this article, that M. Iqbal's aesthetic concept contained two principles, namely expression, and function. One of the means to create a sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah family is to fulfill the mutual obligations between husband and wife. The fulfillment of mutual obligations between husband and wife is the beginning of the creation of aesthetics in the family. The beautiful form of the family is oriented toward the expression of love, social function, and the Divine. This expression of love is actualized by actions to fulfill mutual obligations based on awareness of their position as husband and wife, as well as the functioning of the family as the initial environment that leads to Godhead, human development, and social progress.   AbstrakEstetika dalam keluarga dapat tercipta dengan cara saling memenuhi kewajiban bersama. Didasari dengan kemauan dan diakhiri dengan rida Tuhan. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk menguraikan tentang implementasi konsep estetika gagasan M. Iqbal terhadap pemenuhan kewajiban bersama bagi suami istri. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan mendalami konsep estetika M. Iqbal dan implementasinya dalam pemenuhan kewajiban bersama antara suami istri. Ada tiga hasil penelitian dalam artikel ini, [1] dalam konsep estetika M. Iqbal terkandung dua prinsip, yakni ekspresi dan fungsi. [2] salah satu sarana untuk mewujudkan keluarga sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah adalah dengan memenuhi kewajiban bersama antara suami istri. [3] pemenuhan kewajiban bersama antara suami istri merupakan awal mula terciptanya estetika dalam keluarga. Bentuk keluarga yang indah berorientasi pada ekspresi cinta, fungsi sosial dan Ketuhanan. Ekspresi cinta tersebut diaktualisasikan dengan tindakan untuk saling memenuhi kewajiban bersama atas dasar kesadaran akan posisinya sebagai suami istri, serta memfungsikan keluarga sebagai lingkungan awal yang mengarahkan pada Ketuhanan, pembinaan manusia dan kemajuan sosial.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative method with an Islamic Law approach which examines basic norms, implementation of basic norms, and the impact of basic norms in calculating marriage weton at Kandangmas Dawe Kudus.. Research purposes This is to describe Many people do the calculation of weton in marriages in the Kandangmas Dawe Kudus community, but researchers also found people who don’t believe or ignore the calculation of weton births in marriage, this is motivated by family, community environment, strong religious beliefs and belief in qadha and qadar. Research result: The people of Kandangmas Dawe Kudus need a wise and wise attitude to pay attention to old values   or traditions such as good weton calculations and accept new values   that are better and more useful so that they remain in line with the times and the values of noble Islamic teachings. As long as it does not change the faith and contradict the teachings of Islam, such traditions can be implemented and developed. On the other hand, if it conflicts with the teachings of the Islamic religion, then the tradition must be abandoned.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach, which explored empirical data in the field and was described in an in-depth descriptive manner. Data mining techniques with interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis process goes through three stages, namely data condensation, data presentation and conclusions. The purpose to describe the history of the emergence of the tedhak siten tradition for the people of the city of Madiun, the implementation of the tedhak siten tradition for the people Madiun city, and the value of Islamic education from the tedhak siten tradition for the people of the city of Madiun. Results of the study: The history of the emergence of the tedhak siten tradition has long been before Islam came to the land of Java, then developed and preserved by Muslims until now to become a tradition of Javanese Islamic society which is characterized by religious values and Islamic education; The implementation of the tedhak siten tradition, namely when the baby is 7 months old, is ready to develop by crawling and is practicing standing and walking, this tradition begins with the ritual of bathing the flowers, held up by its parents and the soles of its feet are stepped on to Javanese food in the form of jaddah, baby is raised to the toy ladder with the word education level on it, the last one is locked up in a chicken cage in which various kinds of toys, then the congregation prays together; The value of Islamic education in the tedhak siten tradition is that newborn babies grow and develop into children who will later receive teaching and knowledge in their later adulthood. childhood level, elementary, secondary to tertiary education, and a child is equipped with the mind and knowledge. AbstrakPenelitian ini menggunakan jenis kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik penggalian data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Proses analisis data melalui tiga tahapan yaitu pemadatan data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan sejarah munculnya tradisi tedhak siten bagi masyarakat kota Madiun, pelaksanaan tradisi tedhak siten, dan nilai pendidikan Islam dari tradisi tedhak siten bagi masyarakat kota Madiun. Hasil penelitian: Sejarah munculnya tradisi tedhak siten sudah jauh sebelum Islam datang ke tanah Jawa, kemudian berkembang dan dilestarikan oleh umat Islam hingga saat ini menjadi tradisi masyarakat Islam Jawa yang bercirikan nilai-nilai religi dan Pendidikan Agama Islam; Pelaksanaan tradisi tedhak siten yaitu pada saat bayi berumur 7 bulan sudah siap berkembang dengan merangkak dan sedang berlatih berdiri dan berjalan, tradisi ini diawali dengan ritual memandikan bunga, injak kaki ke makanan ketan jaddah, naik tangga mainan yang bertuliskan jenjang pendidikan, dan dikurung dalam kandang ayam dengan macam mainan, serta do’a bersama; Nilai pendidikan Islam dalam tradisi tedhak siten adalah agar bayi yang baru lahir tumbuh dan berkembang menjadi anak-anak yang kelak akan menerima pengajaran dan ilmu di usia dewasa nanti.

Abstract

 This study aims to explore the impact of Islamic workplace spirituality on the achievement of educational quality in madrasahs, both directly and indirectly through basic psychological needs satisfaction and autonomous motivation. The results of the measurement model evaluation indicate that all research variables have excellent reliability and confirmed validity. Meanwhile, the structural model shows that Islamic spirituality does not have a direct effect on educational quality achievement, but it positively influences it through autonomous motivation and psychological needs satisfaction. The variable of psychological needs satisfaction is found to be the most influential mediator in enhancing educational quality. These findings support the JD-R and SDT theories, suggesting that Islamic spirituality functions as a personal resource affecting performance. This research also emphasizes the importance of integrating spiritual values in human resource management in madrasahs to enhance educational quality. Future development directions include exploring spiritual practices in daily education and the relationship between spirituality and teachers' professional development.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh spiritualitas Islam di tempat kerja terhadap pencapaian mutu pendidikan madrasah, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kepuasan kebutuhan psikologis dan motivasi otonom. Hasil evaluasi model pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel penelitian memiliki reliabilitas yang sangat baik dan validitas yang terjamin. Sementara itu, model struktural menunjukkan bahwa spiritualitas Islam tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap pencapaian mutu pendidikan, namun memberikan pengaruh positif melalui motivasi otonom dan kepuasan kebutuhan psikologis. Variabel kepuasan kebutuhan psikologis terbukti sebagai mediator yang paling berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Temuan ini mendukung teori JD-R dan SDT, serta mengusulkan bahwa spiritualitas Islam berfungsi sebagai sumber daya pribadi yang mempengaruhi kinerja. Penelitian ini juga menegaskan pentingnya integrasi nilai-nilai spiritual dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di madrasah untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Arah pengembangan lebih lanjut mencakup eksplorasi praktik spiritual dalam pendidikan sehari-hari serta hubungan antara spiritualitas dan perkembangan profesional guru.

Abstract

Adolescence is a time to find one's identity which will have a long influence on one's life. Therefore, young people must receive training in stages to have a personality, be educated, and have noble morals. To reduce the occurrence of various delinquencies among young people, one effort that can be made is to empower young people in a mosque organization. This research is a type of qualitative research with a field research approach (field research). Data collection in this research was carried out directly in the field, namely at the Jogokariyan Mosque in Yogyakarta. The research results show that: The strategy used by the Jogokariyan mosque in empowering teenagers at the Jogokariyan mosque is to provide various facilities needed by young people, including eating and drinking, a WIFI network, and facilities for honing RMJ skills. Next, create a regular/routine program including Wednesday night recitation (pemara), traveling tadarus (Tarling), Princess/civility development, and arrivalre. Efforts to improve quality and understanding as well as taking an interpersonal/ fardhiyah da’wah. Furthermore, by giving the right mandate, including being in command of the Jogokariyan Ramadhan village momentum, creating content on social media, conceptualizing special recitations for children, teaching reciting the qur’an for the children of the Jogokariyan Mosque TPA, becoming a tutor for the mosque children's association.AbstrakMasa remaja merupakan masa untuk mencari jati diri yang akan membawa pengaruh panjang dalam hidupnya. Oleh karena itu, anak muda harus mendapatkan pembinaan yang dilakukan secara bertahap agar memiliki kepribadian, terdidik dan memiliki akhlak yang mulia. Untuk mereduksi terjadinya beragam kenakalan yang terjadi pada anak muda, salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah pemberdayaan anak muda dalam suatu organisasi masjid. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian lapangan (field research). Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara langsung di lapangan, yakni di masjid Jogokariyan Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Strategi yang digunakan masjid Jogokariyan dalam memberdayakan remaja masjid Jogokariyan adalah memberikan beragam fasilitas yang dibutuhkan oleh anak muda, meliputi makan dan minum, penyediaan jaringan WIFI, fasilitas untuk mengasah keterampilan RMJ. Selanjutnya membuat program reguler/rutin meliputi pengajian malam rabu (pemara), tadarus keliling (Tarling), Pembinaan keputrian/ keakhwatan, adventure. Upaya peningkatkan kualitas dan pemahaman serta melakukan pendekatan interpersonal/ da’wah fardhiyah. Selanjutnya dengan pemberian amanah yang tepat, meliputi menjadi komando dalam momentum kampung ramadhan Jogokariyan, membuat konten di media sosial, mengkonsep pengajian khusus untuk anak anak, mengajari ngaji pada anak anak TPA Masjid Jogokariyan, Menjadi tutor bimbel pada himpunan anak-anak masjid.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, the discourse on religious fundamentalism and radicalism has become increasingly important and urgent. This research aims to understand the phenomena of religious fundamentalism and radicalism from both religious and social theory perspectives, as well as to identify their root causes and social impacts. The method used in this research is a literature study that examines various relevant sources and theories. The research findings indicate that religious fundamentalism is a movement that seeks to return to the fundamental teachings of religion and rejects changes toward modernism and secularism. From a religious perspective, fundamentalism is seen as an effort to preserve the purity of religious teachings, while from a social theory perspective, it is viewed as a reaction to social and political changes perceived as threatening to religious identity. Religious radicalism is defined as an extreme view or action in advocating for social and political change based on a radical interpretation of religious teachings. Social theory perspectives see radicalism as a response to social injustice, modernization, or globalization, which is often associated with violence and intolerance. This research concludes that while religious fundamentalism and radicalism share some similarities in their core religious principles, they have fundamental differences in their approaches and methods. The contribution of this research to the advancement of knowledge lies in providing a holistic analytical framework to understand the dynamics of fundamentalism and radicalism from religious and social perspectives. This study also offers deeper insights into the root causes and social impacts of these phenomena, which can serve as a foundation for developing more effective educational strategies and public policies in addressing religious extremism in the era of globalization.AbstrakDalam era globalisasi, diskursus mengenai fundamentalisme dan radikalisme beragama menjadi semakin penting dan mendesak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena fundamentalisme dan radikalisme beragama dari perspektif agama dan teori sosial, serta mengidentifikasi akar penyebab dan dampak sosialnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur yang mengkaji berbagai sumber dan teori yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fundamentalisme agama adalah gerakan yang berusaha kembali ke ajaran dasar agama dan menolak perubahan menuju modernisme dan sekularisme. Perspektif agama memandang fundamentalisme sebagai upaya menjaga kemurnian ajaran agama, sementara perspektif teori sosial melihatnya sebagai reaksi terhadap perubahan sosial dan politik yang dianggap mengancam identitas agama. Radikalisme agama didefinisikan sebagai pandangan atau tindakan ekstrem dalam memperjuangkan perubahan sosial dan politik berdasarkan interpretasi radikal terhadap ajaran agama. Perspektif teori sosial memandang radikalisme sebagai respons terhadap ketidakadilan sosial, modernisasi, atau globalisasi, yang sering dikaitkan dengan kekerasan dan intoleransi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun fundamentalisme dan radikalisme beragama memiliki beberapa kesamaan dalam prinsip dasar keagamaan, keduanya memiliki perbedaan mendasar dalam pendekatan dan metode yang digunakan. Kontribusi penelitian ini terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan terletak pada penyediaan kerangka analisis yang holistik untuk memahami dinamika fundamentalisme dan radikalisme dari perspektif agama dan sosial. Penelitian ini juga menawarkan wawasan yang lebih mendalam mengenai akar penyebab dan dampak sosial dari fenomena tersebut, yang dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan strategi pendidikan dan kebijakan publik yang lebih efektif dalam menanggulangi ekstremisme beragama di era globalisasi.

Abstract

Islam is not only a religion but also an identity for its believers. The fact that Islam is an identity made it subject to ongoing reinterpretation and reconstruction based on the context by certain actors. Therefore, through this article, the author aims to examine the mobilization of Islamic identity within the context of the Coldplay concert rejection by The 212 Alumni Brotherhood (PA) and other Islamist groups with aligned ideologies. This qualitative study, based on library research from journals, books, and media reports, applies historical and political approaches to analyze Islamic identity mobilization in Indonesia, focusing on data surrounding the Coldplay concert rejection within recent political contexts. The author finds that the rejection phenomenon is the result of the contestation of Islamic identity that has been contested in Indonesia and the strengthening of political Islam identity. Indications of strengthening this identity can be seen from the rise of identity politics in the general elections in recent years. And finally, the author concludes that the rejection of the Coldplay concert is an effort to mobilize Islamic identity as the majority in Indonesia, which in turn has contributed to causing discriminatory actions against minority communities.AbstrakIslam bukan hanya agama, tetapi juga identitas bagi para pemeluknya. Fakta bahwa Islam adalah identitas menjadikannya terus mengalami reinterpretasi dan rekonstruksi berdasarkan konteks tertentu oleh para aktor tertentu. Oleh karena itu, melalui artikel ini, penulis bertujuan untuk mengkaji mobilisasi identitas Islam dalam konteks penolakan konser Coldplay oleh Persaudaraan Alumni 212 (PA) dan kelompok Islamis lain yang memiliki ideologi sejalan. Penelitian kualitatif ini, berdasarkan studi pustaka dari jurnal, buku, dan laporan media, menerapkan pendekatan historis dan politis untuk menganalisis mobilisasi identitas Islam di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada data terkait penolakan konser Coldplay dalam konteks politik terkini. Penulis menemukan bahwa fenomena penolakan ini merupakan hasil kontestasi identitas Islam yang terus diperebutkan di Indonesia serta penguatan identitas politik Islam. Indikasi penguatan identitas ini terlihat dari meningkatnya politik identitas dalam pemilu beberapa tahun terakhir. Akhirnya, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa penolakan konser Coldplay adalah upaya mobilisasi identitas Islam sebagai mayoritas di Indonesia, yang pada gilirannya turut berkontribusi terhadap tindakan diskriminatif terhadap kelompok minoritas.

Abstract

This article analyzes primary and secondary education reform in Muhammadiyah by applying the five learning organization disciplines proposed by Peter Senge, namely systems thinking, personal mastery, mental models, shared vision, and learning teams. As one of the largest Islamic organizations in Indonesia, Muhammadiyah plays an important role in developing Islamic education by integrating religious knowledge and modern knowledge. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method to analyze the application of the Senge discipline in Muhammadiyah education management and its impact on learning effectiveness. The research results show that systems thinking enables holistic management of education, paying attention to the interconnections between elements of the education system. The development of personal mastery for teachers and staff is carried out through continuous training to improve pedagogical and spiritual competence. Mental models are changed to be adaptive to the challenges of globalization and digitalization. A shared vision ensures alignment of organizational goals across educational institutions while learning teams encourage collaboration for learning innovation. The implications of educational reform based on Senge's five disciplines have increased Muhammadiyah's ability to face the challenges of modern education. This research recommends further study of the application of this discipline in contemporary Islamic educational institutions. AbstrakArtikel ini menganalisis reformasi pendidikan dasar dan menengah di Muhammadiyah melalui penerapan lima disiplin organisasi pembelajaran yang dikemukakan oleh Peter Senge yakni berpikir sistem, penguasaan pribadi, model mental, visi bersama, dan tim pembelajaran. Sebagai salah satu organisasi Islam yang besar di Indonesia, Muhammadiyah berperan penting dalam pengembangan pendidikan Islam dengan mengintegrasikan ilmu agama dan pengetahuan modern. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kajian pustaka untuk menganalisis penerapan disiplin Senge dalam manajemen pendidikan Muhammadiyah serta dampaknya terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran. Hasilnya penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berpikir memungkinkan pengelolaan pendidikan secara holistik, memperhatikan interkoneksi antar elemen sistem pendidikan. Pengembangan penguasaan pribadi bagi guru dan staf dilakukan melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogis dan spiritual. Model mental diubah untuk adaptif terhadap tantangan globalisasi dan digitalisasi. Visi bersama menjamin keselarasan tujuan organisasi di seluruh lembaga pendidikan, sementara tim pembelajaran mendorong kolaborasi untuk inovasi pembelajaran. Implikasi reformasi pendidikan berbasis lima disiplin Senge ini telah meningkatkan kemampuan Muhammadiyah dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan modern. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengkajian lebih lanjut tentang penerapan disiplin ini di lembaga pendidikan Islam kontemporer.
