Penerbitan jurnal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan wawasan pembaca serta sebagai sumber literasi pada teori dan praktik pendidikan dasar keislaman. Jurnal ini menerbitkan artikel orisinil pada tren dan isu-isu terkini terkait dengan pendidikan dasar keislaman khususnya di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah/sederajat yang meliputi : Pembelajaran Berisikan hasil penelitian mengenai pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan di pendidikan dasar keislaman. Kami merekomendasikan kajian yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembalajaran yang dikaji dari beberapa sudut pandang meliputi psikologis, sosial, kognitif, afektif, dan kultural. Isu dan tren terkini Berisikan hasil penelitian yang membahas mengenai isu dan tren global terkini yang mengimplikasi dunia pendidikan dasar keislaman khususnya tingkat Madrasah Ibtidaiyah/sederajat. Tenaga pendidik pendidikan dasar Berisikan hasil penelitian yang membahas tentang profesionalisme seorang tenaga pendidik yang meliputi : persiapan, kinerja, pengembangan, karir, dan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh tenaga pendidik pada pendidikan dasar keislaman. Kebijakan dan kurikulum pendidikan dasar Berisikan hasil penelitian yang membahas tentang penerapan, efek dan pengaruh, pro dan kontra, serta evaluasi dari kebijakan dan kurikulum pendidikan dasar yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah dan mengimplikasi pendidikan dasar keislaman khususnya di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah/sederajat. Manajemen pendidikan dasar Berisikan hasil penelitian yang membahas tentang manajemen pendidikan dasar keislaman. Kajian tentang ruang lingkup ini cukup luas, meliputi : manajemen institusi berbasis sekolah, manajemen kurikulum pendidikan, manajemen kesiswaan, manajemen sdm dan kepegawaian, manajemen keuangan sekolah, manajemen sarpras sekolah, kepemimpinan, serta manajemen input/output peserta didik.

Abstract

Apart from being influenced by the effectiveness of teachers in the classroom, teaching standards and the completeness of facilities in schools are also influenced by the head of the madrasah. The implementation of education and teaching is greatly influenced by the leadership of the madrasa head, especially in fostering teacher professionalism in carrying out their duties. The teaching process in madrasas will be influenced by effective madrasah leadership. Qualitative literature reviews are part of this type of research. Then proceed with descriptive analysis, which involves data collection, organization, classification, and analysis, which are steps in the research process. To overcome the lack of professionalism of educational staff, the madrasa head has five functions, namely the madrasa head in the education management paradigm must at least be able to become an educator, manager, supervisor, leader, innovator, motivator.

Abstract

Education is a way of man towards a more dignified life. In UU Sisdiknas No. 20 of 2003, that one form of non-formal education is equality education. This research to find out about the Package A equivalence education program as an alternative education in pesantren. The research location at PKBM Ibnu Ali Sidoarjo, this study used a qualitative research method with a case study. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusion. The results of this study are the birth of the Package A equality education program PKBM Ibnu Ali at Ma'had Ibnu Ali started with the caregiver's desire to facilitate his students to get general education; the existence of the PKBM Ibnu Ali is considered very appropriate as an alternative education in Ma'had Ibnu Ali on the grounds that the curriculum is adaptive, flexible, and independent. Factors supporting the existence of PKBM Ibnu Ali include a curriculum that is integrated with the Qur'an; the academic qualifications of the tutors; the location is in pesantren; solid teamwork; and positive response from students and their parents. While the inhibiting factors are the limited infrastructure, media and learning resources; students of different levels are still made into one class; limited stakeholder; and Ma'had locations scattered in several locations stakeholders.

Abstract

The Supervision Role of the SD Head in providing quality learning for Islamic Religion SD Binangun 1 SinggahanTuban. Based on the background of the problem, this research is expected to provide answers to the formulation of the problem (1) How is the supervision carried out by the Head of SD Binangun 1 Singgahan? (2) What is the supervisory role of the madrasah head in improving the quality of Islamic learning at Binangun 1 Singgahan Elementary School in the 2021/2022 Academic Year? This research is a qualitative research. From the results of this study it was found that (1) The implementation of the supervision of the elementary school head in Islamic learning at Binangun 1 Singgahan Elementary School includes: first, the process of supervision, supervision is carried out 2 times in one semester. Second, monitoring the readiness of learning, before the teacher starts learning the head of the madrasa checks the learning tools. (2) The supervisory role of the SD head to improve the quality of learning Islamic religion at Binangun 1 Singgahan Elementary School cannot be separated from the role of the madrasa head in carrying out his duties as a supervisor and the role of a teacher as a learning implementer.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai keberhasilan program pendidikan karakter di Sekolah Dasar Kabupaten Pidie. Hanya ada sedikit keberhasilan dengan pendidikan karakter terintegrasi di berbagai kota di Indonesia. Dua puluh sekolah dasar Kabupaten Pidie berpartisipasi dalam studi berbasis survei ini, yang meliputi statistik deskriptif, distribusi frekuensi, dan histogram. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi diskusi mendalam dengan peserta, observasi biasa, catatan tertulis, daftar periksa, dan kuesioner. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter terpadu di sekolah dasar belum terbukti berhasil. Data dari 600 anak SD di Kota Kabupaten Pidie menunjukkan 36,33 persen siswa kelas V dan 30,33 persen siswa kelas VI tergolong siswa cukup baik. Di sebagian besar sekolah dasar di Indonesia, peran guru bimbingan dan konseling tidak terlalu terlihat atau bahkan tidak ada sama sekali, sedangkan keberadaan dan peran guru kelas yang secara khusus diserahi peran sebagai penyampai pendidikan karakter atau pendidikan hati terkadang kewalahan. Abstract

Essay writing skills, especially descriptive text essays, are still relatively low for grade IV students at SD. This problem requires a solution so that students' essay writing skills will increase. The purpose of this study is to determine the planning, implementation, and improvement of essay writing skills through the use of picture series media. The subjects of this study were 24 grade IV students at SD. The study used a class action research design by Kemmis and Mc Taggart. Data was collected through tests, observations, and documentation and then analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The results showed that students' ability to write essays, especially descriptive texts, increased by using picture series. After learning using picture series students can describe objects completely and clearly then in writing descriptive text students can also write them using good grammar and use correct punctuation and spelling. From the results of the assessment it was found that in the pre-cycle the average value obtained was 67.26 and was included in the criteria of being quite capable. Then in cycle I there was an increase of 11.31 so that the average value obtained was 78.57 and included in the capable criterion. In cycle II it increased again by 11.01 so that in cycle II the average value obtained was 89.58 and it was included in the very capable criteria.

Abstract

Abstract The rise of cases of immoral acts occurred among students. Fights, harassment or bullying, even murder as normal and satisfaction for students. For this reason, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah has a role in early childhood character education. In this study aims to; 1. Methods of character education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, 2. Purpose of education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, 3. Principles of character education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, 4. Strategy for character education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The method used is descriptive qualitative, namely a study that describes in general the curriculum and learning activities in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The research results show; 1. The character education method in primary schools is direct by using habituation methods, exemplary methods, advice methods, attention methods and indirectly by means of prohibition or prevention. 2. The purpose of character education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is to create students who are clean in spirit by getting closer to Allah SWT. 3. The principle of Character Education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is to create and improve student character by caring for society and oneself. 4. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the principal's leadership transformation in building the school's image, principles and components of transformational leadership at MI Muhammadiyah Tinggarjaya. The research method used is a qualitative method, while the data collection technique in this study uses Library Research and interviews. While the results of research on the transformational leadership of school principals in building the image of the school at MI Muhammadiyah Tinggarjaya is that the principal has a clear vision and mission for each program or innovation carried out and communicates with teachers and staff at MI Muhammadiyah Tinggarjaya in order to build good school image. The use of Instagram social media as a school branding medium with the aim of being able to build a good school image.

Abstract

The background of this research is that the ability of grade I students of SDN Puncaksuji in reading is still low, which is indicated by the inability of students to sound out syllables and many tetrukar when reading. The purpose of this study was to describe the planning and implementation of learning activities using big book media to improve reading skills and to determine the improvement of reading skills after using big book media. The subjects of this study were first grade students of SDN Puncaksuji, totaling 24 students. The type of research used is classroom action research which consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data in this study were collected through tests, observations, and documentation. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques.

Abstract

This research is based on the low writing ability of first grade students at SDN 3 Ciracap. The purpose of this study was to describe the planning, implementation, and results of hand skills production activities (plaiting, origami, and squeezing) to improve initial writing skills in research subjects. The researcher used the classroom action research method first grade students at SDN 3 Ciracap with a total of 30 people. The research was conducted from February 2023 to June 2023 at SDN 3 Ciracap, Ciracap District. Data collecting techniques used was: tests, observations, and literature studies, then analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of the analysis show that before being given action, students' writing skills tend to be low where students cannot write neatly, the letters used are wrong, the spelling is not correct, and students do not write complete sentences. After giving the action (cycle II) the students' initial writing ability was assessed to increase significantly by practicing the production of hand skills (plaiting, origami, and squeezing). Students can write neatly, the letters used are correct, the spelling is correct, and students write complete sentences. The average value of students' initial writing ability in the pre-cycle was 45.53 with a classical completeness percentage of 0% with low criteria. In cycle I the average value obtained was 58.20 with a classical completeness percentage of 3.33% with moderate criteria. Whereas in cycle II the average value obtained was 85.07 with a 100% classical completeness percentage with very high criteria.

Abstract

AbstractBackground of the Problem: The research focuses on the management process of guiding teacher soft skills through halaqoh activities for improved academic achievement succession at MI Al-Islam, Grobagan, Surakarta. This sets the context and highlights the significance of investigating the topic. Research Objectives:The objectives of the study are to describe the management process involved in guiding teacher soft skills through halaqoh activities and to identify the benefits derived from this guidance for teachers and students. This section outlines the specific goals of the research. Methodology: The research methodology employed a qualitative approach. The study gathered data through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The participants included principals, musyrifs, mu'allims, and teachers involved in halaqoh activities. This section provides an overview of the research methodology and data collection methods used. Conclusion: The study yielded four significant findings. Firstly, the planning phase involved formulating objectives, establishing standardization, preparing agendas, and creating SOPs. Secondly, the organizing phase assigned tasks to principals, musyrifs, and mu'allims. Thirdly, the implementation of halaqoh activities resulted in improved worship quality, controlled Quran recitation, and enhanced teacher soft skills. Lastly, control measures were carried out by the principal and mu'allims. This section summarizes the key findings obtained from the research.
