Abstract

Pada era digitalisasi yang berkembang pesat, upaya untuk mengembangkan dan memperkuat bisnis artisanal di tingkat lokal menjadi semakin penting. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi "Artisanal Business Scaling" pada UMKM Desa Sokaraja Tengah melalui implementasi Pavlovian Conditioning dalam digitalisasi pemasaran dan efisiensi produksi. Dengan menggunakan lima kata kunci terkait, yaitu UMKM, digitalisasi, pemasaran, efisiensi produksi, dan Pavlovian Conditioning, penelitian ini mengintegrasikan teori psikologi pembelajaran dengan prinsip digital marketing dan manajemen operasional. Melalui kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan digital marketing, UMKM Desa Sokaraja Tengah diberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan visibilitas produk. Sementara itu, implementasi efisiensi produksi melalui digitalisasi bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas produk, sekaligus mengurangi biaya produksi. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan baru tentang potensi dan manfaat strategi "Artisanal Business Scaling" bagi UMKM di daerah pedesaan, serta kontribusi terhadap pemahaman kita tentang integrasi teknologi dalam pengembangan bisnis lokal

Abstract

This community service activity is motivated by the findings of a problem at the State University of Malang Laboratory Kindergarten, namely the need for a better understanding of the responsibilities of regular teachers towards students with special needs in the classroom, as well as the lack of collaboration in implementing differentiated learning. Therefore, this service program aims to improve teachers' ability to collaborate for differentiated learning in inclusive schools at the preschool level. The methods used include material delivery and activity evaluation. This program targets teachers and principals. The results showed that teachers gained a very good understanding of collaboration in differentiated learning. Based on the pre-test and post-test results, there was a significant improvement with a score of 65.85% (moderately effective category).

Abstract

Bullying bisa terjadi di sekolah, kampus, tempat kerja, lingkungan online (cyberbullying) atau di tempat umum yang lain. Tindakan bullying ini tindakan kekerasan secara fisik, verbal ataupun psikologis. Dampak bagi korban bullying akan menimbulkan banyak masalah seperti cedera fisik, mental ataupun sosialnya. Dampak dari klien “RE” setelah di bullying ia menjadi anak yang sangat pendiam, tidak mau berinteraksi dengan lingkungan sekitar dan tidak mampu mengungkapkan ekspresinya. Intervensi ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan ekspresi baik secara verbal/non – verbal, membantu klien “RE” mengungkapkan dan mengkomunikasikan sebuah perasaan dan fikiran melalui media dan kegiatan agar klien mampu menuangkan ekspresinya didalam buku agenda ekspesif. Metode yang digunakan adalah case work , dengan teknik small talk dan support. Penulis mendampingi klien pada saat klien mengikuti kelas program day care di RSJ. Soeharto Heerdjan. Intervensi yang penulis lakukan yaitu Teknik Expressive Therapy dengan rekayasa teknologi menggunakan buku agenda ekspresif beserta emoticon stiker seperti : senang, sedih, marah dan takut.Hasil dari intervensi yang sudah dilakukan menujukkan bahwa klien “RE” dapat menuangkan ekspresinya melalui buku agenda ekspresif ini serta mampu memberikan alasan mengenai perasaannya setelah mengikuti seluruh rangkaian kelas kegiatan pada hari itu. Intervensi Teknik Expressive Therapy ini dapat menjadi suatu model yang bisa diterapkan bagi seseorang yang mempunyai masalah serupa untuk bisa mengetahui bagaimana perasaannya.

Abstract

Students with social-emotional and behavioral developmental barriers tend to require a special educational approach, so the implementation of learning needs assessments is needed. Lack of teacher understanding of assessment is another factor inhibiting optimal inclusive education. assistance in assessing learning needs for students with social-emotional and behavioral developmental barriers in this school, aims to improve the competence of teachers and parents in identifying and responding to students' educational needs. With participatory methods that include lectures, discussions, demonstrations, and workshops. while the evaluation is comprehensive, both process and results, through assessing participant activeness, cooperation, skills, and mastery of the material. the assessment results show that most students are able to understand instructions and complete simple tasks, but there are students who need special interventions related to deviant behavior. it is hoped that through the assessment carried out, teachers and parents provide appropriate and optimal educational services, according to the individual needs of students with special needs which is a step to support their development in an inclusive learning environment.

Abstract

Generation Z has a significant influence in various aspects of life, such as business, education, and popular culture. When Gen Z was born, the use of technology such as the internet, smartphones, and social media was becoming popular, so Gen Z has a very close relationship with technology usage. Therefore, Gen Z has the opportunity to be encouraged to creatively generate business ideas. The purpose of this service is to provide business ideas through training in the production of natural ingredient deodorant spray made from alum, which is available in the village of Terantang. This service article uses the ABCD method (asset-based community development) with data obtained from observations and interviews. The result of this service is the creation of business skills for Gen Z at SMPN 5 Sampit from natural resources, namely tawas stone, which was previously only used as a water purifier, into a new business idea product.

Abstract

Husnul Khotimah Islamic Boarding School faces challenges in meeting the need for electricity supply due to 24-hour operations. This causes high operational costs, especially for electricity. Until now, there have been no efforts to implement alternative energy sources due to limited knowledge and budget. This research in the form of community service proposes empowering the Islamic boarding school community through renewable energy-based power generation technology, namely solar and wind power. This implementation aims to reduce dependence on conventional electricity, reduce operational costs, and increase the understanding of the Islamic boarding school community regarding green energy technology, namely solar and wind energy. The methods used include feasibility studies, planning, installation, and training the Islamic boarding school community. The expected results are the creation of an efficient and sustainable renewable energy system, as well as increasing the capacity of the Islamic boarding school community in managing independent energy resources. This empowerment is expected to be a model that can be replicated by other Islamic boarding schools in overcoming similar problems.

Abstract

Problems related to waste sorting have always been a problem in various regions. Until now, there is still waste that is not sorted according to its category. Organic waste should not be mixed with inorganic waste. This hinders the TPS from recycling waste. Dauh Puri Kauh Village faces similar problems. Based on the problems experienced by Dauh Puri Kauh Village, sustainable steps are needed to overcome this. The community service team educates children at Werdhi Kumara Kindergarten to create positive habits in the form of waste sorting. The community service activities carried out by the community service team aim to increase awareness and understanding of sorting waste according to category by using worksheets as a learning medium. In implementing this educational activity, the method used by the community service team is the Participatoryy Action Research (PAR) method. The results of this activity have proven effective in increasing the understanding of early childhood children at Werdhi Kumara Kindergarten. The use of interactive methods helps them understand the concept of waste sorting more easily and forms habits from an early age.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat Kabupaten Bandung Barat tentang manfaat koperasi berbasis syariah dalam mendukung perekonomian umat. Melalui metode penyuluhan, tim pengabdi memberikan edukasi tentang prinsip-prinsip syariah yang mendasari operasional koperasi, seperti keadilan, transparansi, dan bagi hasil (profit-sharing). Peserta yang terdiri dari pelaku UMKM, ibu rumah tangga, dan pemuda antusias mengikuti sesi pemaparan materi serta diskusi interaktif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta tentang manfaat koperasi syariah, seperti akses pembiayaan halal, pengelolaan keuangan yang transparan, dan pemberdayaan ekonomi berbasis komunitas. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam membangun koperasi syariah sebagai solusi ekonomi berkelanjutan. Dukungan dari pemerintah daerah dan stakeholder terkait juga diperlukan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program ini.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Desa Sesaot bertujuan meningkatkan partisipasi warga dalam menggali potensi dan permasalahan desa, mengenali sektor basis, serta merumuskan strategi pengembangan yang tepat. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahapan: persiapan, sosialisasi, penerapan teknik Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA), serta monitoring dan evaluasi menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Teknik RRA melibatkan alat bantu seperti kalender musim, bagan input-proses-output, dan diagram venn untuk mengidentifikasi potensi dan masalah di sektor pertanian, pariwisata, dan industri. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat pada tujuh indikator: perencanaan, partisipasi, potensi, masalah desa, kelembagaan, kalender musim, dan diversifikasi produk. Pengabdian ini menyadarkan masyarakat bahwa mereka adalah subjek aktif dalam pembangunan desa. Proses RRA juga membantu mereka memahami pentingnya sektor pertanian dan integrasinya dengan pariwisata serta industri rumah tangga, serta pentingnya kolaborasi kelembagaan untuk mendorong keterlibatan masyarakat.

Abstract

Melahirkan suatu momen yang ditunggu kurang lebih 37 minggu. Setelah hamil dan melahirkan terjadi perubahan sistem musculoskeletal yaitu penurunan kekuatan otot dasar panggul karena. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut perlu diberikan informasi tentang edukasi penguatan otot dasar panggul dengan pelvic floor exercise pada ibu postpartum. Meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil dan postpartum Desa Torjun mengenai pelvic floor exercise terhadap penguatan otot dasar panggul. Memberikan penyuluhan berupa promosi kesehatan tentang penguatan otot dasar panggul dengan pelvic floor exercise menggunakan media lelflet. Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan pelvic floor exercise untuk kekuatan otot dasar panggul melalui hasil pretest dan posttest, awalanya pengetahuannya 0% menjadi 100% setelah pemaparan materi. Fisioterapi dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pelvic floor exercise untuk penguatan otot dasar panggul pada ibu postpartum melalui promotive dan preventif.
