Abstract

It is necessary to get used to the Arabic mufrodat which is carried out every morning before lessons start, because the Arabic language environment in elementary schools is a habit found in elementary schools and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. In this research, the action method was used. This means that researchers conduct research reflectively and collectively in social environments to improve social thinking. The aim of this research is to increase thought and fairness in the actions of researchers in social education. The habit of Arabic mufrodat at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is the subject of this research. The research results show that mastery of the ability to speak and write Arabic, known as maharah kitabah, maharah istima', maharah qira'ah, and maharah kalam, is very important for learning to speak and use the language. Apart from that, mufrodat learning is also taught through singing because singing can create a fun and entertaining learning atmosphere. This allows students to easily receive and learn the teacher's lessons quickly. So that many schools or other communities outside Ngadireso Village see and admire the morning mufrodat habituation program and consider MI Miftahul Huda as language school.

Abstract

This research describes the implementation of the jigsaw method in social studies learning for grade IV elementary schools, the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the jigsaw method in social studies learning for grade IV elementary schools. The type of research used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The Miles and Huberman model data analysis technique which includes data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the research show that the implementation of the jigsaw method in social studies learning in grade IV elementary school. Starting with the preparation of learning tools such as lesson plans. The teacher carries out the implementation process in learning, including initial or opening activities, core activities and final activities. The initial activities were carried out by the teacher by providing motivation and apperception. In the core activity, the teacher implements the Jigsaw method through the steps that have been prepared. In the final activity, the teacher provides a conclusion. The evaluation process is carried out through written tests. The results show effectiveness in the learning process and are able to improve learning outcomes for students.

Abstract

This study aims to describe various problems in Malay Arabic learning and provide alternative solutions. SDN 008 Sungai Simbar is where the research was conducted with informants totaling 6 class teachers. Interviews and documentation are selected as data collection techniques which are then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion formulation. Research shows problems in learning Arabic Malay  at SDN 008 Sungai Simbar include, (1) learning media, (2) variations of teaching materials, (3) learning methods, (4) short time allocation, (5) learning evaluation, and (6) internal student factors. Solutions that teachers can do are Utilizing objects around school and class, using appropriate learning methods, using the internet and collaborating with colleagues, using teaching modules as learning references, using simple and interesting evaluation instruments. If these four problems can be solved, then the problem of students' internal factors will also be solved.

Abstract

Subject-integrated learning, which incorporates knowledge from various disciplines into one form, is one part of the independent study program. Thematic learning is defined as learning in which themes are used to integrate multiple subjects in order to provide students with meaningful experiences. The research method employed is literature review, which makes use of primary sources such as journal articles and books.

Abstract

Educational problems that occur due to the lack of good behavior or good morals in individuals are a problem for the world of education. Given the success in the formation of a good personality will have an impact on the goodness of the individual including the improvement of the quality of education. For this reason, the application of Islam in education plays a major role in this matter. Research on the implications and implementation of Islamic science to Madrasah Ibtidaiyah with qualitative research with library research methods that are carried out by examining various references related to this research. The results of this study concluded that the application of Islam in education can be done through learning in the classroom or outside the classroom. The efforts made by educators in this application are to continue to improve their abilities and continue to learn how to connect Islam with learning at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level, and teachers always control or self-control to always be a good example for students.

Abstract

This research describes the influence of the editing method on Arabic speaking skills in fifth grade elementary school. Low speaking skills are caused by several factors, one of which is the application of less effective learning methods. Students' speaking skills can be improved by improving learning methods. There are many interactive learning methods that can be applied, researchers apply the edutainment method as a form of treatment in the experimental class and the jigsaw method as a comparison method in the control class. The type of research used is quasi-experimental with a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used were tests and documentation. This research was carried out over four meetings. The population in this study were all students at SD IT Bina Insan Qur'ani. The sample in this study was class V-A with a total of 23 students, and class V-B with a total of 22 students. The results of the research show that there is a difference in the average value of improvement in Arabic speaking skills for students who use the edutainment method and students who use the jigsaw method.

Abstract

This research addresses the challenge of low critical thinking skills among Grade VI students, particularly in science education, specifically the solar system. The limited availability of suitable learning media exacerbates this issue. The study aims to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of KOTASU-based learning media in improving critical thinking skills in this domain. Employing the Research and Development method, the study garnered favorable evaluations from expert panels, with average scores of 4.4, 4.6, and 4.75 from media, material, and language experts, respectively. Student responses, totaling 93.1% in the "Very Valid" category, corroborate the media's efficacy. The N-Gain test results, averaging 0.75 in the "High" category, underscore the substantial improvement in critical thinking skills facilitated by KOTASU learning media. In conclusion, the findings indicate that KOTASU learning media is feasible and highly effective in enhancing students' critical thinking abilities.

Abstract

Reading is a process carried out by students in understanding the content in reading books so that students know things that will be explained by educators from reading books. The factors that hinder students' learning to read are internal factors which include lack of student motivation, lack of student interest in reading, students have difficulty putting words together into sentences, students often do not attend school. Meanwhile, the external factors are lack of support and motivation by father and mother, lack of interaction, no facilities provided for students studying at home, and no direct guidance from parents because the mother is a migrant worker so the child lives with the father and foster parents. which makes children careless and undirected. This research aims to determine the factors inhibiting students' learning to read, teacher strategies, and parenting patterns among TKW parents at SDN Inpres 1 Simpasai. This research uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, field notes with teachers, students and parents as informants. The data analysis technique uses instrument extension, peer discussion, checking the validity of the data, then drawing conclusions.

Abstract

This research aims to explain and compare research results from several sources regarding the application of P5 to shape the attitudes of elementary school students. The method chosen was a literature review. The research used as a reference is an article published in the period 2015-2024.  What is discussed in the research relates to the title, abstract, introduction, methods, results, discussion and conclusions. Based on the literature review, the results showed that the implementation of the P5 project in elementary schools so far has been carried out optimally in its implementation through methods and approaches that can be applied, including prioritizing differentiation in teaching and learning activities and making adjustments to small things, especially in Elementary school level. Character cultivation and P5 projects are things that cannot be separated, therefore full collaboration and awareness are really needed so that the nation's hopes can be realized in accordance with Indonesian values ​​and ideology.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to: (1) Describe the implementation of mathematics learning using a cooperative model of the numbered heads together (NHT) type in class V MI Ar-Raudhah. (2) Improving mathematics learning outcomes with the numbered heads together (NHT) cooperative model in class V MI Ar-Raudhah. The method used in this study is classroom action research (PTK) which is carried out in cycles with the Kurt Lewin model which consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research subjects consisted of 23 students. The data collection techniques in this research uses observation to see the activities of teachers and students, interviews with Mrs. Nazila as a mathematics teacher, documentation during the research proses in class V and formative tests in the form of intial and final tests. The data obtained was analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis, namely the processing of average and percentage numbers. The result of this research show that (1) the implementation of the numbered heads together (NHT) type cooperative model in the first cycle as a result of the analysis of students in the first cycle obtained a percentage of 79.37% with good criteria and increased in the second cycle to 87.5% with very good criteria. (2) the use of the numbered heads together (NHT) type cooperative model can improve mathematics learning outcomes in class V MI Ar-Raudhah, as seen from the classical completeness result in the first cycle reaching 65% and increasing in the second cycle to 78%. And obtained N Gain in cycle I of 0.15 and cycle II of 0.63. As well obtaining N Gain in the first cycle of 0.15 with the “Low” category and the second cycle of 0.63 with the “Medium” category. Based on the results of the research obtained by the researchers, it can be concluded that using a cooperative model of the numbered heads together (NHT) type can improve students’ mathematics learning outcomes. The increase can also be seen with an increased N Gain.
