Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

Lay up shoot adalah gerakan shooting dengan mendekatkan bola ke ring menggunakan awalan dua langkah sebelum melakukan shooting. Gerakannya terdiri dari menggiring, menangkap bola sambil melompat, melangkah, melangkah, menembak. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pre-eksperimental design dengan menggunakan One-grup Pretest-Posttest design sebagai sampel yang digunakan siswa ekstrakurikuler bola basket di SMA Negeri 1 Sukatani sebanyak 41 siswa, didalam penelitian yang akan diteliti penggunaan media latihan alas terhadap keterampilan dasar hasil lay up shoot analisis data untuk melihat pengaruh menggunakan uji hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan skor pretest rata-rata 30,41 sedangkan skor posttest rata-rata 45,56. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dijelaskan maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa media latihan alas berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan dasar lay up shoot mengalami peningkatan sebesar 15,2%.

Abstract

Infectious diseases are still one of the public health problems in Indonesia that often occur, especially in developing countries. The high prevalence of infectious diseases causes the high use of antibiotics, one of which is amoxicillin. Inappropriate use of amoxicillin can lead to antibiotic resistance. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards medication adherence at the Cibadak Public Health Center, Sukabumi. This research method is an analytic survey with a cross sectional research design. The study was conducted at the Cibadak Sukabumi Public Health Center and the time of its implementation was in February - April 2022. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with a total sample of 286 respondents. The questionnaire used in this study was knowledge, attitude and Morisky Medication Adherence scale (MMAS-8). The data were statistically analyzed using univariate and bivariate methods using the Chi-square test from the SPSS 25 program. The results obtained were high patient knowledge of amoxicillin at Cibadak Sukabumi Public Health Center (83.2%). The attitude of the patients at the Cibadak Sukabumi Public Health Center (89.2%) was classified as good. Adherence to taking amoxicillin in patients at the Cibadak Sukabumi Public Health Center was mostly high (53.0%). The results of the Chi-Square analysis showed a significant relationship between patient knowledge on adherence (p-value = 0.002 or <0.05) and the relationship between patient attitudes towards compliance (p-value = 0.001).

Abstract

The activity that the researcher carried out was to examine how a life insurance company is affected by risk based capital (RBC) and also investment returns. It was found that these two factors had a significant impact on the company's business profits. This study uses a targeted sampling technique with the author making several criteria that have been adjusted. The author uses the classical assumption test to analyze the data. This test is used to test whether the multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program is appropriate. Tests show that companies with high levels of investment and risk-based capital (RBC) tend to perform better than companies with lower levels of RBC. Which means that there is a positive relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable on the profit of life insurance companies at OJK in 2017-2018. Health insurance companies must maintain their level of health in order to provide their customers with the best possible service.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out or obtain a description of the competence of a teacher who teaches at SMP Taman Siswa, Medan. The method used in compiling this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interview techniques. The interview technique with descriptive analysis stated the results that:1) a teacher is able to understand how the characteristics that exist in each student well. 2) the understanding of a teacher in bringing and delivering the material or material that will be brought to the subject on that day is categorized well. 3) a teacher can be said to be a professional teacher, because he is able to teach well and teach according to his position or placement.

Abstract

Ecclesiastical positions in GMIM according to the 2021 GMIM Church Order consist of shamas, elders, religious teachers and pastors. These four ecclesiastical offices each have their own duties and functions. Among the congregations in GMIM, they understand that related to the position or positions of these four ecclesiastical offices, there are lower ones. GMIM adheres to a synodal presbyterian church system of government. And in this synodal presbytery system, these four positions have the same position or position, only different functions. This thought that developed in the congregation resulted in the occurrence of a hierarchy of ecclesiastical positions which had an impact on the continuity and smoothness of the fellowship of the congregations in GMIM. This article will discuss what and how the duties and positions of this ecclesiastical office are.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an literacy is the skill of mastering reading the Qur'an, but not only reading, but also writing and understanding the meaning contained in the Qur'an. To build a sense of love for the Qur'an from an early age, a Qur'an literacy movement program was held at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 6 Brebes. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the Al-Qur'an literacy movement at MIN 6 Brebes, and describe the obstacles that occur in the Implementation of the Al-Qur'an Literacy Movement at MIN 6 Brebes. This study uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques from this study are in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data is done by using triangulation, namely source triangulation and technical triangulation. The implementation of the Al-Qur'an literacy movement in grade 2 MIN 6 Brebes is still at an early stage, which is still in the process of learning Iqra, volumes 3 to 4. The obstacles in implementing the Al-Qur'an literacy movement are more focused on obstacles when online, by Therefore, it is hoped that there will be attention from parents to cooperate with class teachers so that grade 2 students are able to read, write, and memorize the Qur'an well.

Abstract

This article is a review of the ethical responsibilities of pastors in business. By using qualitative research methods on various literatures and using interview techniques to informants as supporting data that describes the life of pastors who do business in the east Manado IV region, the authors try to reveal that in order to be able to carry out their duties and responsibilities as a servant of God and have a side business or doing business, a pastor must have a solid understanding of how to understand Christian business in accordance with Christian ethics. There is nothing wrong with the pastor doing business, but the success of the ministry must also be prioritized. When a pastor wants to do business, then there must be some things in the ministry that must be sacrificed. As for this matter, it raises many views in the congregation later, both pros and cons. Abstract

The main problem in this study is how the leadership strategy of the Tahfidz Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Insan Madani in improving the quality of students. The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership's efforts in improving the quality of the students of the Tahfidz Qur'an Insan Madani Islamic Boarding School. This type of research uses qualitative methods in descriptive form. The source of this research data was obtained in two ways, namely the first primary data source, namely the main data that the researcher obtained directly in the form of direct information from the leadership of the cottage and the second secondary data source, namely the data obtained indirectly through literature studies such as books, thesis journals and websites. internet related to the title of the researcher. The results showed that the leadership strategy of the Tahfidz Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Insan Madani in improving the quality of students. This can be seen from the efforts of the leaders of the Insan Madani Islamic Boarding School by improving the quality of students in the process of implementing the daily program of santriawan and female students. The efforts to improve the quality of students carried out by the leadership of the Insan Madani Islamic Boarding School in improving the quality of students are: (1) Programs for deepening reading of the Qur'an, (2) strengthening educational programs to strengthen the character of students, (3) implementing daily activity programs namely as a supporter of the formation of the quality of students.

Abstract

Maitara Island is a small island with an area of ​​206 hectares, located between the islands of Tidore and Ternate islands, and to the west of the island of Halmahera in North Maluku, Indonesia. The behavior of throwing garbage in any place, especially on the shores of beaches, rivers, and ditches is a concern for the degradation of coastal ecosystems (mangrove forests, seagrasses and coral reefs). The tendency of people's behavior to throw plastic waste in any place is influenced by the low level of public knowledge about the negative impact of plastic waste. Elementary schools (SD) are one of the largest producers of plastic waste in addition to markets, shops, offices and households. Basic knowledge of elementary school students (as future generations in the region) about the negative impact of plastic waste is important to investigate. It is also important to see the extent to which elementary schools function as educational institutions that impart non-curricular knowledge that is beneficial to students. The results showed that the basic knowledge of elementary school students on the island of Maitara about the dangers of plastic waste was categorized as sufficient. Based on the assessment of individual knowledge, there are still 34.62% of students with basic knowledge about the dangers of plastic waste are categorized as lacking. Students do not have sufficient knowledge about the properties of plastic waste (score 33.33) and the dangers of microplastics (score 55.13), but have good knowledge about the impact of waste and plastic waste (macroplastic) on human health (score 76.92). Students' knowledge about the negative impact of plastic waste on damage to aquatic ecosystems and decreasing soil productivity is in the sufficient category (scores 71.15 and 58.33, respectively). Cognitive domains related to the nature of plastic waste, the negative impact of plastic waste on decreasing soil productivity, damage to aquatic ecosystems, and the dangers of microplastics still need to be developed among elementary school students on Maitara Island.
