Abstract

AbstractKi Hadjar Dewantara laid the foundation of education in Indonesia through his thoughts related to the nature of children in 1913-1919. On the other hand Lev Vygotsky (1896-1934) stated a theory that children are able to learn with the help of competent people. Both theories illustrate that the implementation of education will provide freedom and happiness for children in learning to learn by understanding children naturally and as they are. Research that has been done using ethnographic design aims to dissect and trace Ki Hadjar Dewantara's thoughts and Vygotsky's theory in the implementation of inclusive education. Data collection is done through documentation studies, guided group discussions, and questionnaires. The results of the analysis of the position of Vygotsky's theory in the implementation of inclusive education in the concept of the Zone of Proximal Development are focused on how children construct knowledge according to their culture and ways. The ZPD concept which focuses on cognitive theory emerged around 1993 which in Indonesia itself had been developed by Ki Hadjar Dewantara in 1913-1919 the emphasis was on teaching according to the nature of the child. Ki Hadjar's philosophy is heavily influenced by Maria Montessori's thoughts which emphasize the value of children's independent activities and the importance of children's growth as individuals. In 1952 Ki Hadjar Dewantara created a "system among" approach that put forward œFreedom of the Soul. The system that supports the child's natural nature in order to develop inner and outer life according to his own nature. Knowledge and intelligence are only tools, the fruit is the maturity of the soul that can realize life and livelihood in an orderly, holy, and useful for others. The concepts of œFreedom of the Soul and ZPD, are aligned in the cognitive view and efforts of children in obtaining the concept of knowledge in the implementation of education in the classroom. AbstrakKi Hadjar Dewantara meletakkan dasar pendidikan di Indonesia melalui pemikirannya terkait dengan sifat anak-anak pada tahun 1913-1919. Di sisi lain, Lev Vygotsky (1896-1934) menyatakan teori bahwa anak-anak dapat belajar dengan bantuan orang yang kompeten. Kedua teori tersebut menggambarkan bahwa implementasi pendidikan akan memberikan kebebasan dan kebahagiaan bagi anak dalam belajar belajar dengan memahami anak secara alami dan sebagaimana adanya. Penelitian yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain etnografi bertujuan untuk membedah dan melacak pemikiran Ki Hadjar Dewantara dan teori Vygotsky dalam implementasi pendidikan inklusif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi dokumentasi, diskusi kelompok terpimpin, dan kuesioner. Hasil analisis posisi teori Vygotsky dalam penerapan pendidikan inklusif dalam konsep Zona Pengembangan Proksimal difokuskan pada bagaimana anak-anak membangun pengetahuan sesuai dengan budaya dan cara mereka. Konsep ZPD yang berfokus pada teori kognitif muncul sekitar tahun 1993 yang di Indonesia sendiri telah dikembangkan oleh Ki Hadjar Dewantara pada tahun 1913-1919 penekanannya adalah pada pengajaran sesuai dengan sifat anak. Filosofi Ki Hadjar sangat dipengaruhi oleh pemikiran Maria Montessori yang menekankan nilai kegiatan mandiri anak-anak dan pentingnya pertumbuhan anak sebagai individu. Pada tahun 1952 Ki Hadjar Dewantara menciptakan pendekatan "sistem di antara" yang mengedepankan "Kebebasan Jiwa". Sistem yang mendukung sifat alami anak untuk mengembangkan kehidupan dalam dan luar sesuai dengan sifatnya sendiri. Pengetahuan dan kecerdasan hanyalah alat, buah adalah kematangan jiwa yang bisa mewujudkan kehidupan dan mata pencaharian secara tertib, suci, dan bermanfaat bagi orang lain. Konsep "Kebebasan Jiwa" dan ZPD, diselaraskan dalam pandangan kognitif dan upaya anak-anak dalam memperoleh konsep pengetahuan dalam implementasi pendidikan di kelas.

Abstract

AbstrakMasalah pendidikan untuk Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) yang hingga kini masih perlu dipecahkan adalah keberadaan perangkat pembelajaran, dalam hal ini media pembelajaran yang dapat berfungsi sebagai pengantar informasi yang optimal. Terutama untuk ABK, terutama anak-anak dengan keterbelakangan mental yang memiliki hambatan psikologis, intelektual, dan sosial. Berdasarkan pengamatan dan wawancara dengan beberapa guru dan Kepala Sekolah SLB-C Siti Hajar, Kec. Kabupaten Buduran. Sidoarjo, ada cukup banyak media pembelajaran yang tersedia di Institut, tetapi fungsi media tidak dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal untuk anak-anak dengan kebutuhan khusus. sisi lain adalah kurangnya kreativitas guru kelas dalam menyiapkan media yang sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa. Berdasarkan hal tersebut di atas, Tim Pengembangan Unip FIP PLB bekerja sama dengan Kepala Sekolah SLB-C Siti Hajar, melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat pada tahun ajaran 2016-2017. Bentuk kegiatan ini adalah mengadakan pelatihan (workshop) untuk staf pengajar di SLB-C Siti Hajar dalam membuat media pembelajaran yang cocok untuk siswa berkebutuhan khusus. untuk menjadwalkan pelaksanaan kegiatan setiap hari Jumat dan Sabtu. Tema pelatihan (workshop) adalah membuat "Modifikasi Game Teka-Teki sebagai media pembelajaran matematika untuk Anak-anak dengan Cacat Perkembangan Ringan di SLB-C Siti Hajar Sidoarjo". Dengan tujuan utama adalah untuk meningkatkan minat dan kemampuan guru kelas dalam membuat media pembelajaran yang memiliki relevansi dari siswa mereka di SLB-C Siti Hajar di Buduran Kabupaten Sidoarjo.AbstractThe problem of education for Children with Special Needs which until now still needs to be solved is the existence of a learning device, in this case a learning media that can function as an optimal introduction of information. Especially for ABK especially mentally retarded children who have psychological, intellectual, and social barriers. Based on observations and interviews with several teachers and the Principal of SLB-C Siti Hajar, Kec. Buduran Regency. Sidoarjo, there are quite a lot of learning media available at the Institute, but the function of the media cannot be utilized optimally for children with special needs. the other side is the lack of class teacher creativity in preparing media that is appropriate to the characteristics of the students. Based on the foregoing, the PLB FIP Unesa Development Team cooperated with SLB-C School Principal Siti Hajar, through community service activities in the 2016-2017 school year. The form of these activities is to carry out training (workshops) for teaching staff at SLB-C Siti Hajar in making learning media that is suitable for students with special needs. to schedule the implementation of activities every Friday and Saturday. The theme of the training (workshop) is to make "Modification of Puzzle Games as a medium for learning mathematics for Children with Light Developmental Disabilities in SLB-C Siti Hajar Sidoarjo". With the main objective is to increase the interest and ability of class teachers in making learning media that has relevance from their students in SLB-C Siti Hajar in Buduran Kabupaten Sidoarjo.

Abstract

AbstrakKomunikasi merupakan hal terpenting dalam interaksi sosial manusia. Begitupun bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus. Keterlambatan komunikasi menjadikan anak berkebutuhan khusus terhambat dalam memahami lingkungan sekitarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media video animasi lagu anak berbasis Signalong Indonesia sebagai solusi bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus pada keterlambatan atau kendala komunikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Research and Development dengan prosedur pengembangan sebagai berikut, (1) potensi masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) desain produk, (4) validasi desain, (5) revisi desain, (6) ujicoba produk, (7) revisi produk, (8) ujicoba pemakaian, (9) revisi produk, Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan ini berupa prototype video animasi yang telah melalui uji kelayakan berupa, uji validasi ahli media dengan skor 94.5% dengan kategori baik dan layak digunakan, ahli materi dengan skor 98.5% dengan kategori sangat baik dan layak digunakan, dan uji coba produk dengan hasil 88% dengan kategori baik dan layak digunakan. AbstractCommunication is the most important thing in human social interaction. Likewise for children with special needs. Delay in communication makes children with special needs hampered in understanding the surrounding environment. This study aims to produce a video animation for children song based on Signalong Indonesia as a solution for children with special needs on delays or communication constraints. This study uses a Research and Development development model with the following development procedures, (1) potential problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) design revision, (6) product testing, (7) product revision, (8) trial of use, (9) product revision, The results of this research and development in the form of a prototype of an animated video that has gone through a feasibility test in the form of validation, a media expert with a score of 94.5% with a good category and suitable for use, expert material with a score of 98.5% with a very good category and suitable for use, and product trials with 88% results with a good category and are suitable for use.

Abstract

AbstrakKomunikasi digunakan seseorang untuk beradaptasi dan berinteraksi dengan lingkungannya. Namun tidak semua orang dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik, beberapa mengalami gangguan berkomunikasi karena berbagai faktor. Beberapa anak berkebutuhan khusus juga mengalami hambatan dalam berkomunikasi, seperti anak tunarungu, anak tunagrahita, dan anak autis. Signalong Indonesia dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif metode komunikasi yang dapat digunakan oleh siapapun, bukan hanya untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian R&D (Research & Development) yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kamus digital Signalong Indonesia berbasis multimedia interaktif yang dibuat menggunakan software Adobe Flash Professional CS6 yang disesuaikan dengan kamus Signalong Indonesia yang sudah ada. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa angket untuk validasi materi dan media yang divalidasi oleh dosen ahli materi dan dosen ahli media. Hasil validasi dari ahli materi memperoleh persentase sebesar 93% dan hasil validasi media memperoleh persentase sebesar 81%. Berdasarkan hasil validasi materi dan media, kamus digital Signalong Indonesia masuk dalam kriteria sangat baik.Kata Kunci: Komunikasi, Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus, Kamus Digital, Signalong Indonesia.AbstractCommunication is used by someone to adapt and interact with their environment. But not everyone can communicate well, some experience communication problems due to various factors. In this case, some children with special needs also experience obstacles in communication, such as deaf children, mentally retarded children, and children with autism. Signalong Indonesia can be used as an alternative method of communication that can be used by anyone, not just for children with special needs. This research is an R&D research that aims to develop Signalong Indonesia's digital dictionary based on interactive multimedia created using Adobe Flash Professional CS6 software that is adapted to the existing Signalong Indonesian dictionary. This study uses a data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire for the validation of material and media validated by material experts and media experts. The results of validation from material experts obtained a percentage of 93% and the results of media validation obtained a percentage of 81%. From the results of the material and media validation, Signalong Indonesia's digital dictionary is included in the very good criteria.Keyword: Communication, Children with Special Needs, Digital Dictionary, Signalong Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning process for children learning difficulties in inclusive schools in elementary schools. This research is qualitative research with a case-study approach. The study was conducted at SDN 1 Sangkawana Batukliang District, Central Lombok Regency. Subjects in this study were the Principal, Low - grade teacher Data collection through non-participant observation, semi-structured interviews and documentation. Data analysis was performed using the Spiral Analysis model developed by Creswell. Research Findings that teacher competencies in the service of children with learning difficulties need to be possessed. The teacher is a determinant of the success of the learning process especially for children with learning difficulties who need more guidance in learning. In general, the learning process for children with learning difficulties in inclusive schools is the same as regular schools. The difference is in the provision of learning activities and services that are more remedial. This is done starting from the teacher doing adaptation in designing the Learning Implementation lesson plan by the circumstances of the students

Abstract

 Abstrak            Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat korelasi antara kompetensi  pedagogik guru PAI dengan motivasi belajar peserta didik dalam mata pelajaran PAI pada sekolah inklusi di SMP IT Nidaul Hikmah Kota Salatiga pada tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VII B dan VIII B yang berjumlah 62 orang termasuk peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus tunadaksa dan kesulitan belajar (slow learner). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif pendekatan korelasional. Metode yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan data atau informasi menggunakan angket/lembar kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis uji hipotesis korelasi product moment yang dibantu dengan program aplikasi SPSS versi 25.00. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI  yang masuk kategori sangat rendah sebesar 3,2%, kategori rendah sebesar 27,9%, kategori sedang sebesar 48,4% dan kategori tinggi sebesar 20,9%. Motivasi belajar peserta didik dalam mata pelajaran PAI yang masuk kategori sangat rendah sebesar 27,4%, kategori rendah sebesar 27,4%, kategori sedang sebesar 33,9% dan kategori tinggi sebesar 11,3%. Hubungan kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI dengan motivasi belajar dalam mata pelajaran PAI berdasarkan perhitungan korelasi menyatakan bahwa hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dengan nilai  > r tabel sebesar 0,495 > 0,244. Menunjukan bahwa hubungan kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI dengan motivasi belajar peserta didik dalam mata pelajaran PAI mempunyai korelasi positif yang sedang dan signifikan.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru, Motivasi Belajar, Pendidikan Agama Islam, Pendidikan Inklusi  AbstractThis study aims to determine whether there is a correlation between the pedagogical competence of Islamic Education Teachers and the learning motivation of students in Islamic Education subjects in inclusive schools at SMP IT Nidaul Hikmah, Salatiga in academic year 2018/2019. The subjects in this study were 62 students of class VII B and VIII B including students with special needs with disabilities and learning difficulties (slow learner). This approach of research is quantitative correlation. The method used to obtain data or information by using a questionnaire or questionnaire sheet. The analysis used in this research is using descriptive analysis and the product moment correlation hypothesis testing which assisted by the application program SPSS version 25.00. The results of this study showed that the pedagogical competence of Islamic Education teachers in the very low category was 3.2%, the low category was 27.9%, the moderate category was 48.4% and the high category was 20.9%. The learning motivation of students in the Islamic Education subject in the very low category was 27.4%, the low category was 27.4%, the moderate category was 33.9% and the high category was 11.3%. The correlation between Islamic Education teacher pedagogical competence and learning motivation in the Islamic Education subjects based on the calculation of the correlation stated that the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted with the value of > r table with 0.495 > 0.244. Indicated that the correlation between the Islamic Education teacher pedagogical competence and students learning motivation in Islamic Education subjects has a positive moderate category and significant correlation.Keywords: Teacher Pedagogical Competence, Learning Motivation, Islamic Education,  Inclusive Education

Abstract

AbstrakImplementasi Pendidikan inklusif  di kota Surabaya telah di awali sejak tahun 2009 hingga saat ini tahun 2020, yaitu di 20 SD Kota Surabaya hingga sekarang berjumlah 50 SD Negeri dan 5 SD swasta, 20 SMP Negeri, 3 SMP Swasta, serta 2 SMA Negeri dan 2 SMK Negeri.  Pemkot Surabaya juga memberikan perhatian lebih untuk sekolah inklusi dan layanan khusus, dengan memberikan peralatan yang dibutuhkan, seperti guru pendamping, psikolog, fasilitas kursi roda, komputer braille, alat musik, dan lain sebagainya. Pelaksanaan Penelitian dalam Rangka analisis penyelenggaraan Pendidikan Inklusif di Sekolah SDN se Kota Surabaya sudah mencapai 75%, yaitu telah melaksanakan persiapan materi, persiapan instrumen, koordinasi dengan subyek penelitian yang telah ditentukan.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Inklusif, Surabaya AbstractThe implementation of inclusive education in the city of Surabaya has been initiated since 2009 until now in 2020, namely in 20 SD in the City of Surabaya until now there are 50 public SDs and 5 private SDs, 20 State SMPs, 3 Private SMPs, and 2 Public SMAs and 2 SMKs. Abstract

Telaah literatur sistematis bertujuan untuk mengetahui tantangan dan strategi dalam mengoptimalkan pendidikan Inklusi di Perguruan Tinggi Indonesia. Artikel dipilih melalui proses penyaringan pada tahun 2015-2020. Review dilakukan pada database online yaitu Google Scholar. Ada 7 artikel yang direview berdasarkan kriteria inklusi. Berdasarkan analisis dari artikel tersebut ditemukan tiga tantangan penerapan pendidikan inklusi di perguruan tinggi serta empat strategi untuk mengoptimalkan layanan pendidikan tinggi inklusi di Indonesia. Kata Kunci: tantangan, strategi, pendidikan inklusi, perguruan tinggi,Indonesia. AbstractA systematic literature review aims to determine challenges and strategies in optimizing inclusive education in Indonesian universities. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode Think Talk Write (TTW) terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika pada anak tunarungu kelas XI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 8 orang siswa tunarungu dan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel nonprobability sampling dengan jenis sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan soal tes objektif pilihan ganda dan soal uraian.Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan validitas isi dengan perhitungan Aikens V. Uji reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan teknik penilaian konsistensi diantara para rater (interrater reliability). Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. Pada analisis data menggunakan analisis wilcoxon sign rank test diperoleh Z hitung = -2.533 dengan nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) atau p = 0.011 yang berada dibawah taraf signifikansi (α) yang ditentukan yaitu 0,05 (5%). Pada penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa metode ThinkTalk Write (TTW) berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika anak tunarungu kelas XI di SLB Negeri Surakarta tahun ajaran 2019/2020.Kata Kunci: Think Talk Write, tunarungu, matematika AbstractThis study aims to know the influence of the Think Talk Write (TTW) method toward mathematics problem-solving ability of deaf children of class XI.. This study used an experimental approach to the research design that is one group pretest-posttest design. The sample used in this study were 8 deaf and determined using a nonprobability sampling technique with a saturated sampling type. The data collection technique used a multiple-choice test and description questions. The instrument validity test used content validity with Aiken's V calculation. The instrument reliability test used a consistency assessment technique interrater reliability. The data analysis used the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. Analysis of the data in the Wilcoxon sign rank test obtained Z count = -23333 with Asymp values. Sig. (2-tailed) or p = 0.011 which is below the specified significance level (α) which is 0.05 (5%). In this study, it can be concluded that the Think Talk Write (TTW) method influences mathematics problem-solving ability of deaf children of class XI SLB Negeri Surakarta in academic year 2019/2020.Keywords: Think Talk Write, deaf, mathematics

Abstract

AbstrakSebagai warga negara, semestinya difabel memiliki hak yang sama dalam aksesibilitas ruang publik, termasuk pada obyek wisata Malioboro Kota Yogyakarta. Selama ini fasilitas untuk pengunjung difabel masih sangat minim. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menunjang kebijakan pembangunan kota untuk menjadi œKota Wisata Ramah Difabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan desktiptif kualitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan survey. Penelitian ini merumuskan masalah untuk mengetahui aksesibilitas difabel pada obyek wisata Malioboro. Hasil dari studi menunjukkan obyek wisata Malioboro belum aksesibel. Aspek kendala untuk Malioboro menjadi ramah difabel berasal dari kesadaran masyarakat yang belum memahami pentingnya aksesibilitas difabel. Kendala lainnya berasal dari pembangunan Malioboro yang belum sepenuhnya berpihak pada kepentingan difabel. Selain hambatan terdapat aspek pendukung yaitu  masih adanya sebagian masyarakat yang menyadari akan pentingnya aksesibilitas difabel di Malioboro dan regulasi yang cukup berpihak pada kepentingan difabel.Kata Kunci: aksesibilitas;  difabel;  obyek wisata; Malioboro; YogyakartaAbstract As citizens, the disabled must have the same rights in accessibility to public spaces, including the Malioboro tourism object in Yogyakarta City. So far, facilities for visitors with disabilities are still very minimal. This study aims to support city development policies to become a "Friendly City for Disabled Tourism". This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, using observation, interview, documentation, and survey techniques. This research formulates the problem to find out the accessibility of disabled people in Malioboro tourism objects. The results of the study show that Malioboro tourism object is not yet accessible. The obstacle aspect for Malioboro to become disabled-friendly comes from the awareness of the people who do not understand the importance of accessibility. Another obstacle comes from the development of Malioboro which has not yet fully sided with the interests of the disabled. In addition to the obstacles there are supporting aspects namely there are still some people who are aware of the importance of the accessibility of disabled people in Malioboro and regulations that are quite in favor of the interests of the diffable.Keywords: accessibility; diffable; tourism site; Malioboro; Yogyakarta
