Abstract

Business competition and the development of Muslim fashion are currently so rapid in Indonesia along with increasing business competition, consumers are increasingly careful in choosing products, meaning that stores must create creative innovations. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach by considering four independent variables, namely price (X1), product quality (X2), discounts (X3), and service quality (X4). Then one moderating variable, namely Word of Mouth (Z). The sample of this study consisted of 84 people who had bought goods at Mutsika Hijab Stores. The data for this study were collected through primary methods through questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used include validity, reliability and classic assumption tests, as well as hypothesis testing and MRA testing. The results of the study found that price had a positive effect on purchasing decisions, while product quality, discounts and word of mouth had no significant effect. Service Quality, on the other hand, was found to have a positive effect on purchase decisions. Keywords: Price, Product Quality, Discount, Service Quality, Purchasing Decision, Word of Mouth.

Abstract

Standard word in Indonesian are ones that adhere to established linguistic norms. Spelling, conventional grammar, and common dictionary words are only a few of the linguistic norms that can be found in standard words. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how pupils use common and uncommon words. This study employs a qualitative descriptive methodology. Students from the Department of Indonesian Language Education at The State Islamic University of North Sumatra served as the research participants. According to the study's findings, most students at The State Islamic University of North Sumatra's Department of Indonesian Language Education already grasp both standard and non-standard words, and very few do not. Abstract

Street children are essentially victims and phenomena that arise as a side effect of mistakes or inaccuracies in the selection of a development model that has so far placed too much emphasis on growth aspects and regional development bias which has been too concentrated in big cities. The city of Medan, like other big cities in Indonesia, faces the problem of many street children. According to the Raperda for Child Protection, the Medan Government that the number of street children in 2022 will reach 550 souls. Seeing the increasing number of street children in the city of Medan and the many factors that cause them to become street children, the purpose of this research is to find out the background of street children choosing to work on the streets, the social relations of street children and the physical health of street children. The method used is descriptive research, quantitative meaning this research describes a situation according to events as they are that can be interviewed, observed and studied documentation. Quantitative descriptive method is defined as a research method in the form of a description with numbers. From several locations in Medan City that were used as places for children to make money in this study, there were three points used as research locations, namely Pasar Raya MMTC, Terminal Aksara and Alfamidi in Medan City. The results showed that poverty, parental encouragement, social environment, low education and wanting to have their own money were the factors behind street children in Medan City. By working as street children, the social relations of street children are closed, they don't care, and they are lazy. The physical health of street children, which the researchers have observed, is that most of the street children experience skin irritation and thin bodies due to unhealthy eating patterns. Abstract

This study aims to find out whether the use of mobile phones can interfere with learning activities for students and to find out the treatment that is usually given by guidance and counseling teachers. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method using data collection techniques, namely interview and observation techniques. The research subjects in this study were guidance and counseling teachers at MAN 2 Medan and 21 students at MAN 2 Medan. The results of the study show that the use of mobile phones can interfere with student learning activities, but on the other hand the teaching and learning process of MAN 2 Model is also somewhat assisted by technology in the form of mobile phones such as in providing material, google forms, and learning videos on certain subjects. The handling provided by the guidance and counseling teacher is to provide information services for mild cases and for severe cases the guidance and counseling teacher will call the parents of the students. Abstract

This article discusses effective HRM strategies in driving the growth of D'SRUPUT SMEs. D'SRUPUT SMEs face various challenges, including intense market competition, changing consumer trends, limited resources, and difficulties in building a strong brand. In addressing these challenges, effective HRM strategies become key to improving performance and business growth. In order to optimize HRM strategies, industrial visits to D'SRUPUT SMEs are important to learn successful practices that support SME growth. The data collection method used in this article is structured interviews with D'SRUPUT entrepreneurs in Karawang Regency. The findings from the industrial visits to D'SRUPUT SMEs depict a focus on the food and beverage sector, established in 2019. When starting their business, D'SRUPUT faced challenges competing with more established competitors. The conclusion of this article is that effective HRM strategies are highly relevant in driving the growth of D'SRUPUT SMEs, and the recommendations include implementing these strategies, utilizing appropriate technology, continuous evaluation and improvement, and industrial visits to learn best practices in supporting SME growth. Abstract

Superior human resources are needed in businesses and companies to achieve goals in organizations or activities. The purpose of this observation is to determine the role of work experience in order to create quality employee performance. The methods used are the results of interviews, observations and literature reviews. For the sake of goals and efforts to be achieved, MSME actors need experienced human resources. Millecrepes Sinok Karawang is an MSME that sells food, this business actor needs employees who are good at cooking. If an employee has less experience in their field, the quality of work will be low and will have an impact on the progress of his business so that the business is not productive. The result of this observation if employees have work experience in their fields, it will create good quality employee performance, knowledge, skills or mastery of work, and a sense of responsibility so that business does not stop because employees have previous experience so as to create good performance quality and products produced accordingly. Abstract

Cyber counseling media can be an effective tool to improve the quality of guidance and counseling services in MAN 3 Langkat School. This media can help students who are difficult to reach directly to get counseling, provide easy access, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of services, expand the reach of services, and increase safety. However, in using cyber counseling media, attention must be paid to several things such as privacy and security of student data, technological security, and applicable regulations. The school needs to ensure that cyber counseling services are carried out in compliance with professional ethics and applicable laws in Indonesia. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of parental divorce on children's social relationships and selfish attitudes. Parental divorce is a complex event and can have long-term consequences for a child's development. In this study, we used a qualitative approach to collect data on children who have experienced parental divorce. The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the social and psychological impact of parental divorce on children. Abstract

The enthusiasm for student learning is important in an effort to support students in their learning achievements both in academic and non-academic achievements. The failure of students is a concern for researchers to see the background which is a source of enthusiasm for learning for students. Based on the results of the researcher's research, the researcher saw many cases where students had low interest in learning because there was no enthusiasm for learning from within the students. This research will examine the inhibiting and supporting factors that become the enthusiasm for student learning at SMK Mandiri Medan. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. Where the researcher made direct observations and conducted interviews with several students as samples. Based on the results of the study, the researchers found several factors that supported students' enthusiasm for learning including high motivation, enthusiasm, a sense of accomplishment and a desire to develop. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors in the enthusiasm for learning in class XII students at SMK Mandiri Medan include a non-conducive learning environment, lack of support for students, excessive pressure and demands. Abstract

Langgar (prayer house) or often called mushollah. According to the 2018 KBBI, the word langgar is a small mosque that is usually used as a place of prayer or Quran recitation, but there are no Friday prayers in it. Langgar is the oldest Islamic institution in the field of education that has existed and developed in the Islamic community of our country. Langgar is an Islamic educational institution that was first established before the pesantren came into existence. Langgar has an educational element that makes up a system that includes caregivers, learners (students), goals, methods, materials, assessment. Langgar also has quite a broad position, namely helping the community solve problems in a forum and supporting the continuous learning process teaching Islam to Muslim citizens.
