Abstract

ABSTRACT Political party institutionalization in Indonesia is often understood through formal indicators and quantitative scores, while the way institutionalization is displayed in organizational practice and digital public space has received far less attention. This article addresses that issue by using the 2024 BRIN Political Party Institutionalization Index (IPPP) as an entry point to examine how parties with high institutionalization scores present their identity, structure, and organizational continuity. The study employs a qualitative-interpretive approach based on secondary data drawn from party statutes and bylaws, official websites, and official social media accounts of the three parties with the highest IPPP scores: the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS), the National Democratic Party (NasDem), and the National Mandate Party (PAN). The analysis uses Randall and Svåsand’s framework of party institutionalization, particularly the dimensions of systemness, value infusion, decisional autonomy, and reification. The findings show that all three parties demonstrate relatively strong institutionalization, but through different patterns. PKS tends to display a more coherent form of institutionalization linking values, organizational structure, and communication. NasDem shows a pattern more strongly grounded in organizational effectiveness, continuity of political narrative, and the centrality of leadership figures. PAN, by contrast, occupies a more moderate position by combining structural stability, leadership symbolism, and institutional openness. This study argues that high institutionalization scores do not necessarily indicate a uniform model of party institutionalization. Instead, digital space is better understood as an arena through which party institutionalization is represented, negotiated, and made visible, rather than merely as a channel for political communication. Keywords: Political Party Institutionalization, Digital Space, Party Social Media, Party Websites, IPPP ABSTRAK Pelembagaan partai politik di Indonesia umumnya lebih sering dipahami melalui ukuran formal dan skor kuantitatif, sementara bagaimana pelembagaan itu ditampilkan dalam praktik organisasi dan ruang publik digital masih relatif jarang dibaca secara lebih dekat. Artikel ini berangkat dari persoalan tersebut dengan menempatkan Indeks Pelembagaan Partai Politik (IPPP) BRIN 2024 sebagai titik masuk untuk memahami bagaimana partai-partai dengan skor pelembagaan tinggi menampilkan identitas, struktur, dan keberlanjutan kelembagaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-interpretatif dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder yang bersumber dari Anggaran Dasar dan Anggaran Rumah Tangga (AD/ART), website resmi, serta media sosial resmi tiga partai politik dengan skor IPPP tertinggi, yaitu Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS), Partai Nasional Demokrat (NasDem), dan Partai Amanat Nasional (PAN). Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan kerangka pelembagaan partai dari Randall dan Svåsand, terutama pada dimensi systemness, value infusion, decisional autonomy, dan reification. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga partai tersebut sama-sama memperlihatkan upaya pelembagaan yang relatif kuat, tetapi melalui corak yang berbeda. PKS cenderung menampilkan pelembagaan yang lebih koheren antara nilai, struktur, dan komunikasi organisasi. NasDem lebih menonjolkan pelembagaan yang bertumpu pada efektivitas organisasi, kesinambungan narasi politik, dan sentralitas figur kepemimpinan. Sementara itu, PAN menunjukkan pola yang lebih moderat dengan memadukan stabilitas struktural, simbol kepemimpinan, dan keterbukaan kelembagaan. Artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa skor pelembagaan yang tinggi tidak selalu menunjuk pada model pelembagaan yang seragam, dan bahwa ruang digital lebih tepat dibaca sebagai arena representasi pelembagaan partai daripada sekadar saluran komunikasi politik. Abstract

This study examines the phenomenon of hustle culture and the mental health crisis among young workers (Generation Z and Millennials) in the urban creative industry sector, with a geographical focus on South Jakarta. Employing a qualitative approach through a critical literature review design and critical discourse analysis, this study dismantles the structural narratives that reproduce labor exploitation in the era of digital capitalism. The analysis reveals three main findings. First, at the macro level, the Job Creation Law (UU Cipta Kerja) regime and the absence of the Right to Disconnect create a legal protection vacuum that locks workers into permanent precarity. Second, within corporate power relations, the jargon of flexibility and the commodification of passion are utilized to manipulate extreme exhaustion as dedication, to which young workers respond through passive resistance such as quiet quitting and mass resignation intentions. Third, geographically, the South Jakarta agglomeration area operates as an incubator for social pathology, evidenced by a private worker burnout syndrome rate reaching 40.3% and a youth emotional disorder prevalence of 11.26%. This study concludes that the mental health crisis in the digital industry is a product of structural exploitation, not an individual psychological resilience weakness, thus demanding radical intervention through labor law restructuring.

Abstract

The rapid penetration of digital technology, modern society faces an interaction paradox: massive technical connectivity accompanied by increasingly sharp social polarization. This article aims to dissect the failure of conventional digital ethics approaches, which tend to be normative and technical, and offers the Critical Digital Citizenship model as an adaptive solution amidst algorithmic hegemony. Employing a conceptual literature review method, this study synthesizes Mike Ribble's concept of digital citizenship with Paulo Freire's critical pedagogy. The analysis reveals the existence of an "illusion of competence," where users' technical proficiency is not accompanied by critical maturity, thereby creating vulnerability to algorithmic manipulation, disinformation, and data objectification. This study formulates that the "banking concept" approach in digital literacy which solely emphasizes compliance with rules (dos and don'ts) has proven to fail in creating permanent behavioral change because it ignores the users' cognitive and affective dimensions. Therefore, the transformation from naive consciousness to critical consciousness (conscientização) is an absolute prerequisite for building the sovereignty of digital citizens as empowered subjects. The proposed adaptive digital citizenship model emphasizes the integration of critical reasoning to create a society that is not only massively connected but also cognitively enlightened. This article concludes that strengthening critical reasoning within the higher education curriculum is a strategic imperative for realizing a digital civilization that is democratic, cohesive, and resilient to the challenges of the post-truth era.

Abstract

Studi ini memiliki tujuan untuk memahami peran Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Berdikari Abadi dalam menguatkan Tempat Pengolahan Sampah Reduce, Reuse, dan Recycle (TPS3R) yang ada di Desa Sedatigede, serta mengenali tantangan dan upaya yang diterapkan. Pendekatan penelitian ini menerapkan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan data yang diperoleh melalui pengamatan, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Pewawancara dalam penelitian ini meliputi Kepala Desa Sedatigede, Pegawai TPS3R, serta warga setempat yang berperan dalam pengelolaan limbah. Lalu, temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa BUMDes Berdikari Abadi berfungsi secara strategis sebagai pengelola utama TPS3R, meliputi pengumpulan, pemisahan, dan pengolahan sampah secara terstruktur dengan melibatkan partisipasi dari masyarakat. Di samping itu, BUMDes Berdikari Abadi berfungsi dalam memperkuat kontrol sosial melalui peraturan desa dan membangun kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak. Pengelolaan TPS3R juga memberikan keuntungan bagi lingkungan dan perekonomian masyarakat, dari lingkungan yang lebih bersih, berkurangnya jumlah sampah yang tidak terkelola, serta terciptanya nilai ekonomi dari hasil olahan sampah. Meskipun demikian, dalam implementasinya masih terdapat berbagai kendala, baik dari segi sosial seperti kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat, maupun dari segi teknis seperti minimnya fasilitas dan infrastruktur. Dengan demikian, perlu dilakukan langkah-langkah yang berkesinambungan melalui sosialisasi, penguatan fungsi RT/RW, serta perbaikan pengelolaan, sehingga TPS3R dapat beroperasi dengan lebih optimal, efisien, dan berkelanjutan dalam waktu yang lama.

Abstract

Disrupsi teknologi Web 3.0 telah melahirkan fenomena jual beli lahan virtual di Metaverse yang dilakukan melalui Smart Contract berbasis blockchain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji keabsahan kontrak tersebut dan implikasinya terhadap kedaulatan agraria Indonesia, mengingat adanya potensi penyelundupan hukum (fraus legis) oleh subjek hukum asing. Menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif-empiris dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Smart Contract yang memberikan kuasa eksklusif atas aset fisik tanah di Indonesia kepada pihak asing berstatus batal demi hukum (null and void) karena melanggar syarat kausa yang halal dalam Pasal 1320 KUHPerdata dan Asas Nasionalisme dalam Pasal 21 jo. Pasal 26 ayat (2) UUPA. Secara implikatif, penguasaan ini mengamputasi Hak Menguasai Negara dan menciptakan tatanan agraria bayangan. Kesimpulannya, instrumen digital ini tidak memiliki kekuatan eksekutorial di Indonesia. Disarankan agar Pemerintah segera merumuskan regulasi PSE yang ketat bagi platform Metaverse dan mengintegrasikan sistem blockchain pada pendaftaran tanah nasional untuk memitigasi kolonialisme digital.

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth how the implementation of the policy of attracting PPPK in the MBG program is carried out by the government and analyze the implementation of the policy of attracting PPPK in the MBG program. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study type. Data sources in this study were obtained from various relevant literature. The literature used is mainly related to the concept of bureaucratic reform, PPPK policy, public policy implementation, and the Free Nutritional Meals policy program. The data analysis technique in this study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The analysis was carried out through four stages, namely: (1) collection and selection of relevant literature; (2) identification of concepts and key findings from each source; (3) comparison and synthesis of findings between sources; and (4) interpretation with the findings contained in the theoretical framework of George C. Edward III's policy implementation. The policy of featuring PPPK in the Free Nutritional Meals program, especially for SPPG workers, shows an imbalance with honorary workers in other sectors, which has the potential to cause noise and includes political resilience in the government system.

Abstract

The expansion of the extractive industry in Kalimantan not only triggers ecological degradation but also creates political volatility that threatens regional stability. This study explores the strategies of Wahana Lingkungan Hidup Indonesia (WLHI) in navigating agrarian conflicts to prevent social disintegration. Using a framework of Political Ecology and Transformative Conflict Management, this qualitative study examines how WLHI transforms mass resistance into a structured, formal-legal movement. The findings indicate that WLHI’s strategies including strategic litigation, counter-mapping, and the strengthening of civic politics serve as a “safety valve” for local democracy. In conclusion, political stability in mining conflict zones is not achieved through repression, but rather through the inclusion of ecological justice agendas within the state’s legal system

Abstract

The decentralization of village governance is expected to create inclusive democratic spaces and promote gender equality at the grassroots level. However, these normative ideals frequently collide with the reality of local power dynamics. Based on a critical literature review, this article investigates how local elite capture and rent-seeking motives hijack gender mainstreaming policies in village governance. The study finds that in the planning phase (Musrenbangdes), women's participation is reduced to "false inclusion" a mere administrative checklist to fulfill requirements for the release of Village Funds, while their strategic proposals are systematically ignored. This exclusion smoothly paves the way for local elites to massively divert the village budget (APBDes) into capital-intensive physical infrastructure projects. This budget hijacking is driven by rent-seeking opportunities and financial kickbacks for elite networks, leaving women's empowerment and human development programs severely underfunded. Ultimately, this study concludes that without strict structural oversight and the active strengthening of women's independent political agency, gender equality in village governance will remain an empty document serving only to preserve local oligarchic power..
