Abstract

This community service activity was carried out as an effort to address the issue of low levels of innovation and entrepreneurial behaviour among MSME actors in the Bojong Rangkas Tourism Village, Bogor Regency. Through training on Artificial Intelligence (AI) Marketing and financial literacy, the service team aimed to foster digital adaptation skills and innovative entrepreneurial behaviour. The activity employed methods such as lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on mentoring sessions involving 30 local MSME participants. The results showed a 68% increase in participants’ understanding of AI-based digital marketing concepts, as well as a rise in motivation to develop product innovations and marketing strategies. The main inhibiting factors were limited digital infrastructure and participants’ low self-confidence in using new technologies. This programme is expected to encourage more adaptive, creative, and innovation-oriented entrepreneurial behaviour among MSME actors.

Abstract

Integrated Health Service Post (Posyandu) cadres have strategic potential as spearheads in early detection and TB education at the community level. The objective of this community service activity is to increase the capacity and active role of Posyandu cadres in Bumi Village as educational agents in TB prevention and early detection efforts. The activity is carried out in three continuous stages, including the preparation and needs analysis stage, the declaration of a TB-aware village, and Posyandu cadre training on TB education and early detection. The cadre training was carried out using interactive educational media in the form of PowerPoint presentations, leaflets, videos, and checklists to increase understanding of TB epidemiology, transmission mechanisms, clinical symptoms, prevention, and referral pathways. Evaluation results show the potential for increasing cadre knowledge, the ability to screen suspects, and their confidence in providing counseling to the community. A community-based educational approach involving trained cadres and interactive media can increase community preparedness, reduce stigma, and strengthen efforts to find cases and prevent TB transmission at the village level.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to optimize the management of the Official Service Bureau's social media accounts to strengthen its image and promote its services. The main issues faced by partners included a lack of consistent posting, a lack of structured content planning, and low Instagram account performance. The community service method was implemented through a five-stage mentoring approach: observation, planning, content production and editing, scheduling and publication, and evaluation. The results showed an increase in the number of posts from 374 to 392, an increase in followers from 49 to 57, and an increase in posting consistency and audience interaction. These findings confirm that a structured social media strategy contributes to strengthening the digital image and empowering partners independently and sustainably.

Abstract

The training process is sometimes boring for children, the lack of creativity and innovation from the coaches makes children stop training at any time, sometimes the goals and objectives of training have not been achieved children have stopped training because they feel bored. In an effort to eliminate boredom, warming up during the training process can be done through traditional games such as traditional games terompah panjang and gerobak sodor because in addition to being fun, the game also includes many elements of movement, such as running. In addition, traditional games are one of the cultural contents that need to be maintained so that they are not lost. Of course, it is a challenge for traditional games that prioritize the values of responsibility, teamwork, honesty, and even involve nature as their characteristics to remain present in every generation. Traditional games are also expected to be an alternative that can be used as a warm-up medium in a sport with the aim of the values contained in the game can be adopted and applied. In order to achieve this goal, the role of traditional games is very important. It is hoped that this community service activity will increase students' and athletes' insight into the role of traditional games as a warm-up medium for training.

Abstract

Plastic waste is a major problem in Indonesia, particularly in educational settings, where waste management is suboptimal. The goal of this community service activity is to create a green school environment by increasing students' awareness, skills, and responsibility for plastic waste management. Darul Aman Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) in Pringsurat District, Temanggung Regency with 48 students in grades 5 and 6, is the community service partner. The methods used were outreach, training, and hands-on practice with a participatory and educational approach through three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the activity showed that students had a better understanding of how to recycle plastic waste and the importance of greening. As part of the school greening movement, students transformed used plastic gallons into beautiful and useful plant pots. This activity not only reduced the amount of plastic waste but also expanded green space in the school and fostered environmental awareness. This program has the potential to become a model for environmental learning that can be implemented in other schools.

Abstract

Financial instability among housewives in Surabaya is primarily rooted in two areas : deficient internal cash flow management (resulting in consumptive spending) and a lack of awareness regarding external economic threats like Inflation and Global Volatility. This lack of literacy prevents them from seeking reliable financial alternatives, leaving them exposed to investment scams. This Community Service (PkM) initiative aims to fundamentally transform grocery money into secure investment capital through intensive education and technical guidance by TPFx. The method combined basic financial literacy with hands-on risk management training, specifically demonstrating the Stop Loss feature on a futures trading simulation account. The participation of 30 housewives yielded a crucial outcome : a significant paradigm shift. Participants transitioned from investment fear to confidence, gaining the practical ability to allocate micro-capital and ensure its protection. This synergy between academics and practitioners is validated as an effective strategy for empowering family economies, uniquely focusing on the security and preservation of capital against economic risks.

Abstract

In Indonesia, approximately 15–20 percent of pregnancies and deliveries are prone to complications, and the risk increases if the mother has comorbidities or certain risk factors. These conditions are not only dangerous for the mother, but also for the fetus, and can even increase the risk of death. This community service activity aimed to improve the ability of Posyandu cadres to detect early and refer high-risk pregnancy cases in Ranah Singkuang Village, the working area of the Air Tiris Community Health Center in Kampar District. The training was attended by 15 Posyandu cadres through the delivery of material on risky pregnancies, the use of the Puji Rochyati Score Card (KSPR), and the referral mechanism. In addition to the material delivery, practical guidance on risk factor assessment using the KSPR was also provided. The results showed an increase in cadres' knowledge, with an average post-test score of 91.55 compared to a pre-test score of 79.11. The cadres were also assessed as capable of filling out the KSPR form correctly. The health center was advised to continue the guidance to ensure that community-based early detection remains sustainable.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that remains a major public health challenge, particularly in rural areas with limited access to nutritious food and information. One contributing factor is the high consumption of processed snacks and junk food with low nutritional value among children. This community service activity aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of mothers and community health cadres in reducing unhealthy snack consumption through a healthy snack movement based on local food ingredients. The activity was conducted in Kaenbaun Village, North Central Timor Regency, using nutrition education sessions, hands-on practice in making healthy snacks from peanuts and pineapple, and continuous mentoring. The results indicated increased participant awareness of the risks of processed snacks and the importance of balanced nutrition for children. Participants were able to independently prepare healthy snacks, demonstrated strong enthusiasm, and applied food hygiene and safety principles at community level.

Abstract

Commodity futures trading, particularly gold (XAUUSD), offers significant profit potential with high risks, especially for novice traders who lack an understanding of appropriate trading strategies to minimize potential losses and market uncertainties. This community service activity aims to enhance public financial literacy through direct trading strategy education. The method used is interactive training based on direct experience (experiential learning) with real-time practice using the Metatrader 5 platform, covering technical analysis and the application of stop loss and take profit to minimize risks. The activity results show a significant improvement in the understanding of trading strategies. This program proves that the hands-on learning approach is effective in shaping more measured traders and protecting them from losses due to a lack of knowledge. Thus, structured education like this is essential to create a sustainable trading ecosystem in Indonesia.
