Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan dari budaya Minangkabau dalam implementasi kurikulum nasional di Kota Bukittinggi dalam perspektif Auguste Comte yang mencakup tantangan dan solusi strategis yang ditawarkan dalam peneltiian ini. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Tantangan yang umumnya dihadapi dalam mengimplementasikan budaya lokal dalam kurikulum nasional yaitu kekakuan kurikulum nasional, keterbatasan sumber daya, partisipasi masyarakat yang rendah, dan kurangnya pelatihan untuk guru. Walaupun terdapat tantangan dalam pengimplementasiannya tentu ada solusi yang ditawarkan. Solusi strategis yang dapat dilakukan yaitu melalui pelatihan dan pendidikan bagi para guru, kepala sekolah, dan pengawas. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk membantu mereka dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum secara lebih efektif, pengembangan kurikulum yang lebih tepat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa. Ini melibatkan perbaikan tujuan, materi, strategi, dan evaluasi kurikulum, dan pelatihan pengembangan rancangan pembelajaran yang cocok dengan Kurikulum. Manajemen pendidikan modern berdasarkan pemikiran Auguste Comte harus mempertimbangkan bagaimana menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang mendukung pembentukan moral yang baik, etika, dan pemahaman tentang tanggung jawab sosial. Ini dapat mencakup pengembangan kurikulum yang menekankan pendidikan moral, program pembelajaran yang mempromosikan kerja sama dan kepedulian sosial, serta upaya untuk membentuk budaya sekolah yang positif.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the thoughts of the pioneers of sociology on the phenomenon of Islamic education. Through a literature review, this study reveals that these figures have made significant contributions to the development of the theory of sociology of education. The research results show that educational sociology figures such as Emile Durkheim and Auguste Comte contribute to the view that religion and society are the same and that religion can be used as a means to strengthen collective consciousness. Auguste Comte contributes to promoting a more scientific approach to understanding the Qur'an and Hadith to gain a deeper understanding of the Qur'an and Hadith. Max Weber contributes to social stratification in school management, and Karl Marx with his thoughts on social equality and George Simmel with his thoughts on social interaction to be able to create a learning environment that supports positive relationships between students, teachers, and society. Therefore, by applying the perspective of these sociologists, it will provide opportunities for Islamic education to compete in the modern world.

Abstract

Students' learning outcomes that have not been maximized are caused by the lack of student involvement in learning. This makes some students not understand the subject matter. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the Time Token Arends type learning model on the PAI learning outcomes of VIII grade students at UPTD SMPN 3 Harau. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design or pseudo-experiment. Data were collected through pretest and posttest. This study found a positive effect of Arends' Time Token type learning model on the PAI learning outcomes of VIII grade students at UPTD SMPN 3 Harau. The hypothesis test results show that the sig. (2-tailed) pretest and posttest of the experimental class and control class 0.000≤ 0.05, it can be concluded that the use of the Time Token Arends type learning model affects the learning outcomes of VIII grade students at UPTD SMPN 3 Harau.

Abstract

This article discusses the relevance of collaborative learning models from the perspective of the Qur’an in relation to the demands of teamwork in the workplace. The collaborative learning model, which emphasizes cooperation, communication, and shared responsibility, aligns with principles taught in the Qur'an, such as ta'awun (mutual assistance in goodness) and musyawarah (collective decision-making). Using a qualitative-descriptive approach, this study conducts a literature review to identify the alignment between collaborative learning principles and the teamwork skills increasingly needed in today’s workplace. The findings indicate that implementing collaborative learning not only aids in academic skill development but also equips students with essential interpersonal skills for work environments, such as effective communication, conflict management, and problem-solving. In conclusion, integrating Qur'anic values into collaborative learning can strengthen students' character and social skills, thus better preparing them to meet the demands of teamwork in professional settings.

Abstract

Creativity can be defined as a individual’s ability to create new ideas and produce products through experience, insight and knowledge. The aim of the research to build student creativity in responding to this digital competition is to find out the extent to which students are able to develop themselves in facing the 5.0 era of integrating and applying technology into life in the form of creativity in a smarter way in the competitive digital world. Students are expected to be able to increase creativity through instructional leadership at school, of course with the principal's strategy in applying his leadership in increasing student creativity by sharpening digital skills, adopting an innovative mindset, collaborating and building networks, utilizing digital opportunities and seeking inspiration from creative sources. This is a very important strategy in education, learning and self-development as an integral part of the learning process. In this research, researchers used descriptive qualitative methods. This research is expected to be able to provide the expected results in the form of students' ability to apply technology in the current digital era and the emergence of student creativity through technology.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to understand the development planning of the Madrasah at MAS Terpadu Guguak Randah, Kecamatan IV Koto, Kabupaten Agam. This study was conducted at the Madrasah and used a qualitative method. The results show that the development planning at MAS Terpadu Guguak Randah aims to achieve a superior status, beginning with improvements in the learning process. Furthermore, improvements are needed in the new student admission system (input), ensuring that teachers have adequate professionalism and competencies. Additionally, sufficient supporting facilities and infrastructure must be available, along with management that has a global and progressive vision, as well as long-term thinking. Extracurricular activities are also considered important as a means to appreciate individual potential, accompanied by an adequate budget to meet these needs.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the method of evaluating the principal's policy in improving the quality of education at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Hamidy Kebon Talo. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, observations, and documentation. The sources in this study were the Principal, Wakakurikulum, and Teachers of MA Al-Hamidy. Data were analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of the study are that in improving the quality of education at MA Al-Hamidy Kebon Talo, an appropriate policy evaluation method is needed by the principal. Because the evaluation helps in improving previous policies by considering their impacts. The principal needs to involve school residents in discussions to ensure that the policies taken are right on target. One of the indicators of the results of the principal's policy evaluation in improving the quality of education is the improvement of facilities and teacher competence in the IT field.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah MTs Al-Mahmud Aik Ampat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik studi kasus. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kinerja di MTs Al-Mahmud Aik Ampat, bahwa kepemimpinan partisipatif mampu meningkatkan kinerja guru yang meliputi pembuatan rencana pembelajaran dengan baik adanya kegiatan awal, kegiatan inti dan kegiatan akhir. Kreatifitas dan komunikasi yang ditunjukkan oleh kepala sekolah menciptakan susasana lingkungan kerja yang lebih bersemangat. Sikap kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang di gambarkan dari kepribadiannya yang selalu ikut serta dalam setiap keadaan sekolah. Kepala sekolah lebih terlibat dalam mengelola kehadiran guru, merencanakan pembelajaran, mendelagasikan pekerjaanya dan berkomunikasi dengan baik kepada bawahannya. Peningkatan kinerja guru juga di buktikan dengan kemampuan guru dalam penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran, kemampuan melaksanakan pembelajaran, kemampuan menjaga hubungan antar pribadi, kemampuan melaksanakan penilaian hasil belajar, kemampuan pelaksanaan pengayaan, dan kemampuan melaksanakan remedial.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the fact that the class VIII Al-Qur'an Hadith teacher at MTsN 6 Padang City only used the lecture method in teaching. The research population was all class VIII students at MTsN 6 Padang City, totaling 350 students, with a sample of 187 students selected using the Slovin formula. Data was collected through questionnaires for the variables of teacher professional competence and interest in learning, while learning outcomes were obtained from documentation of MID scores. while the remaining 20.1% was influenced by other factors that were not researched. (3) The influence test also shows a t count of 5.451 with a significance of 0.004, which means a significance of <0.05, which means there is a significant influence between teacher professional competence (X) on learning outcomes (Y2). (4) From the R Square test, the value obtained is 0.851, which shows that teacher professional competence (X) has an influence of 85.1% on learning outcomes (Y2), while the remaining 14.9% is influenced by other factors not examined. in this research.

Abstract

Evaluation activities are often problematic both in their effectiveness and efficiency. The learning evaluation activities that have occurred so far have provided clear evidence that in its implementation, teachers need a lot of money because they have to give question sheets to many students and it is also time-consuming to check.This study aims to examine the use of Google forms in helping the process of implementing learning evaluations today considering that the implementation of assessments using Google forms has been carried out in various schools.This article uses the literature review method (library research). The results show that the use of Google Forms as a learning evaluation media shows excellent potential in providing effective and efficient time in making questions. In addition, by using technology effectively, teachers can help students develop digital skills that are essential for success in this modern era..
