Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan strategi pemasaran media sosial untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan pelanggan dan penjualan produk fashion di Toko Arfah, sebuah UMKM di Kotamobagu. Dengan mengoptimalkan konten visual, memanfaatkan iklan berbayar yang terarah, Toko Arfah berhasil memperluas jangkauan audiens dan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan data yang dikumpulkan dari umpan balik pelanggan melalui platform media sosial seperti Facebook. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dampak signifikan kampanye media sosial terhadap keterlibatan pelanggan dan kinerja penjualan. Studi ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi UMKM lain yang ingin mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran digital mereka dengan menyelaraskan konten sesuai dengan preferensi pelanggan Kotamobagu. Hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya konten visual dan interaksi pelanggan dalam membangun kepercayaan merek dan mendorong penjualan. The Implementation of Social Media Marketing Strategies to Increase Fashion Product Sales AbstractThis study examines the implementation of social media marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and product sales for Arfah Store, an MSME in Kotamobagu. By optimizing visual content and utilizing targeted paid advertisements, Arfah Store successfully expanded its audience reach and improved customer loyalty. This research employs a qualitative method, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews and documentation. The study uses data gathered from customer feedback on social media platforms like Facebook. The results indicate a significant impact of social media campaigns on customer engagement and sales performance. This study provides valuable insights for other MSMEs aiming to optimize their digital marketing strategies by aligning content with the preferences of Kotamobagu customers. The findings emphasize the importance of visual content and customer interaction in building brand trust and driving sales.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam mendorong kreativitas, inovasi, dan efektivitas pengembangan produk, dengan fokus pada studi kasus pengembangan Teh Rosella di SMKN 1 Mas Ubud. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian melibatkan enam siswa kelas XI Akuntansi yang terlibat dalam proyek pengembangan Teh Rosella. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan angket. Validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen dikonfirmasi melalui triangulasi data. Analisis data menggunakan metode tematik untuk mengidentifikasi tema terkait kreativitas, inovasi, dan efektivitas program. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program kewirausahaan di SMKN 1 Mas Ubud efektif dalam meningkatkan kreativitas dan inovasi siswa, dengan 83,3% responden merasa program tersebut berkontribusi pada pengembangan keterampilan. Secara keseluruhan, efektivitas program kewirausahaan ini cukup tinggi dalam mendorong kreativitas dan inovasi, namun peningkatan dalam hal fasilitas dan kolaborasi dengan industri masih diperlukan untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal. Tantangan terkait keterbatasan fasilitas dan dukungan dari guru juga menjadi hambatan yang perlu diatasi untuk lebih memaksimalkan potensi program. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan memainkan peran penting dalam memfasilitasi inovasi produk, namun memerlukan perbaikan dari segi infrastruktur dan dukungan industri untuk dampak yang lebih optimal. The Role of Entrepreneurship Education in Product Innovation: A Case Study of Rosella Tea at SMKN 1 Mas Ubud Abstract This study aims to analyze the role of entrepreneurship education in fostering creativity, innovation, and product development effectiveness, focusing on a case study of Rosella Tea development at SMKN 1 Mas Ubud. The research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. The subjects include six 11th-grade accounting students involved in the Rosella Tea development project. Data collection techniques consist of interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The validity and reliability of the instruments were confirmed through data triangulation. Thematic analysis was used to identify key themes related to creativity, innovation, and program effectiveness. The findings show that the entrepreneurship program at SMKN 1 Mas Ubud is effective in enhancing students' creativity and innovation, with 83.3% of respondents indicating that the program contributed to their skill development. Overall, the program is highly effective in promoting creativity and innovation, though improvements in facilities and industry collaboration are necessary to achieve optimal results. Challenges such as limited facilities and insufficient teacher support also hinder the program’s full potential. This study concludes that entrepreneurship education plays a critical role in facilitating product innovation, but improvements in infrastructure and industry support are needed for a more optimal impact.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meramalkan penjualan produk kopi Robusta pada UMKM CV. Brene Robusta Gunung Ambang Kotamobagu dengan pendekatan kombinasi metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data historis penjualan dari tahun 2020 hingga 2023 dianalisis menggunakan metode Least Square untuk memprediksi tren penjualan hingga tahun 2026. Pendekatan kualitatif dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam untuk memahami faktor-faktor eksternal seperti perilaku konsumen, dinamika pasar, dan kondisi ekonomi regional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pola musiman yang konsisten. Pada tahun 2020, penjualan tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Januari dengan volume 200 kg. Penjualan menurun secara bertahap selama musim kemarau (April hingga September), mencapai titik terendah sebesar 120 kg pada bulan September. Sebaliknya, selama musim hujan (Oktober hingga Maret), penjualan meningkat, mencapai 180 kg pada bulan Desember. Pola serupa terjadi pada tahun-tahun berikutnya, di mana penjualan cenderung lebih tinggi pada musim hujan dibandingkan musim kemarau.Perilaku konsumen di pasar lokal menunjukkan sensitivitas tinggi terhadap fluktuasi harga. Misalnya, kenaikan harga kopi dari Rp50.000 per kg menjadi Rp55.000 pada Maret 2020 menyebabkan penurunan penjualan dari 200 kg menjadi 160 kg. Namun, ketika harga kembali turun menjadi Rp53.000 pada April, penjualan meningkat menjadi 190 kg. Integrasi analisis kuantitatif dan wawasan kualitatif memberikan dasar yang kuat untuk perencanaan strategis. Dengan memahami pola musiman, sensitivitas harga, dan pengaruh ekonomi lokal, UMKM dapat mengoptimalkan manajemen produksi, stok, dan pemasaran. Prediksi yang lebih akurat memungkinkan UMKM CV. Brene Robusta meningkatkan profitabilitas meskipun menghadapi tantangan pasar yang dinamis. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penggunaan data untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan bisnis. Sales Forecast Analysis of Robusta Coffee Products at MSME CV. Brene Robusta Gunung Ambang Kotamobagu AbstractThis study aims to forecast the sales of Robusta coffee products at MSME CV. Brene Robusta Gunung Ambang Kotamobagu using a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches. Historical sales data from 2020 to 2023 were analyzed using the Least Square method to predict sales trends up to 2026. A qualitative approach was conducted through in-depth interviews to understand external factors such as consumer behavior, market dynamics, and regional economic conditions.The findings reveal a consistent seasonal pattern. In 2020, the highest sales occurred in January, with a volume of 200 kg. Sales gradually declined during the dry season (April to September), reaching the lowest point of 120 kg in September. Conversely, during the rainy season (October to March), sales increased, peaking at 180 kg in December. Similar patterns were observed in subsequent years, with sales being higher during the rainy season compared to the dry season. Local consumer behavior indicates high sensitivity to price fluctuations. For instance, a price increase from Rp50,000 per kg to Rp55,000 in March 2020 caused sales to drop from 200 kg to 160 kg. However, when the price decreased to Rp53,000 in April, sales rose to 190 kg. The integration of quantitative analysis and qualitative insights provides a strong foundation for strategic planning. By understanding seasonal patterns, price sensitivity, and the impact of local economic conditions, MSMEs can optimize production, inventory, and marketing strategies. More accurate predictions enable CV. Brene Robusta to improve profitability despite dynamic market challenges. This study highlights the importance of data-driven decision-making in business.

Abstract

This study evaluates the implementation of the School Literacy Movement (Gerakan Literasi Sekolah/GLS) at Dharma Putra Elementary School in Tangerang, Indonesia, within the framework of the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy. The research aimed to assess the effectiveness of GLS in enhancing literacy skills, specifically focusing on student engagement and reading comprehension. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing observations and semi-structured interviews with teachers and parents conducted from July to December 2023. Data were analyzed using a goal-oriented evaluation model and researchers classified the data into two items such as the interaction between student literacy activities and teacher involvement. The findings revealed that GLS positively impacted students on students’ engagement and reading comprehension. This research also identified gaps in parental involvement and the availability of diverse reading resources, suggesting that future GLS improvements should incorporate technological resources, expand reading materials, and foster stronger school-parent collaboration. Recommendations for addressing these challenges include the integration of e-books, more interactive reading tools, and targeted support for disengaged students. This study contributes to the literature on literacy programs by providing insights into the adaptability of GLS within the MBKM framework and proposing solutions to common literacy challenges in elementary schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi eksklusi dan inklusi aktor sosial dalam pemberitaan media massa tentang razia kamar kos yang dilakukan oleh Tim Maung Galunggung Polres Tasikmalaya Kota. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis wacana kritis Theo van Leeuwen, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pasangan yang tertangkap dan pemilik kos mengalami eksklusi melalui pasivasi, asimilasi, dan generalisasi, sedangkan polisi dan masyarakat diinklusikan melalui nominasi, determinasi, dan asosiasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa strategi ini memperkuat stigma sosial terhadap kelompok marginal, mempertegas legitimasi otoritas, dan mendorong solidaritas sosial yang terbatas. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada wacana kritis dengan menyoroti bagaimana media membentuk narasi moral yang berdampak pada dinamika sosial dan kebijakan publik. The Strategic Role of Educational Philosophy in Human Resource Development: Theoretical Insights and Global ImplementationAbstractThis study aims to analyze strategies of exclusion and inclusion of social actors in media coverage of boarding house raids conducted by the Maung Galunggung Team of the Tasikmalaya City Police. Using Theo van Leeuwen's critical discourse analysis framework, the study reveals that arrested couples and boarding house owners were excluded through passivation, assimilation, and generalization, while the police and the community were included through nomination, determination, and association. The findings indicate that these strategies reinforce social stigma against marginalized groups, legitimize authority, and foster limited social solidarity. This study contributes to critical discourse analysis by highlighting how media narratives shape moral perceptions, social dynamics, and public policy.

Abstract

In this research has been successfully Mn0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nanoparticles synthesis using co-precipitation method and their encapsulation by varying the concentration of polyethylene glycol (PEG-4000) and silica. The result of X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) characterization showed that Mn0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nanoparticles was mix spinel crystal structure. There was a phase other than Mn0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 phase synthesized that a-Fe2O3 phase before and after encapsulated with PEG-4000 and silica. Encapsulation of silica has showed a new diffraction peak (222) because silica was crystal. Mn0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 particle size before and after encapsulated with PEG-4000 (50% concentration) and silica (50% concentration) was 27.28±0.26 nm; 19.13±0.13 nm and 32.75±0.55 nm, respectively. The result of Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) characterization showed that before encapsulated with PEG-4000 and silica, occur agglomeration, meanwhile after encapsulated, the agglomeration was reduced. The result of Fourier Transform Infra Red (FTIR) characterization showed that Mn0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nanoparticles encapsulated with PEG-4000 there was shift in the wavenumbers 2878.00 cm-1 to 2885.51 cm-1 in the functional groups C-H and wavenumbers 1103.28 cm-1 to 1111.00 cm-1 in the functional groups C-O-C. Both of those functional groups was a constituent bond PEG-4000. Bonding metal oxide (M-O) was shift the wavenumbers 578.64 cm-1 to 570.93 cm-1, which was an uniform pattern of Mn0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4. Mn0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 encapsulated with silica was shown in the wavenumbers 1049.28 cm-1; 779.24 cm-1; and 471.00 cm-1, which is the functional groups Si-O-Si (stretching). The characterization result of Mn0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 magnetic properties with Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM) showed that the values of coercivity, magnetization (at H = 15 kOe) and remnant magnetization was 47.55 Oe, 10.41 emu/g, 1.40 emu/g. After Mn0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nanoparticles encapsulated with PEG-4000 and silica was decreased amounting to 45.80 Oe, 45.64 Oe, 10.32 emu/g, 1.34 emu/g, 0.28 emu/g and 0.07 emu/g, respectively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara karakteristik demografi pasien (jenis kelamin, usia, dan status pekerjaan) dengan persepsi mereka terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di RSUD Kota Mataram. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional, data sekunder diperoleh dari 128 pasien rawat jalan pada bulan Agustus 2024. Pengukuran kualitas layanan dilakukan berdasarkan model SERVQUAL, yang mencakup dimensi Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, dan Empathy. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa usia dan status pekerjaan berhubungan signifikan dengan persepsi kualitas pelayanan, sedangkan jenis kelamin tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan. Dimensi Tangibles dan Reliability memperoleh penilaian tertinggi, sementara Responsiveness dan Assurance dinilai masih memerlukan perbaikan. Kesimpulannya, karakteristik pasien memengaruhi persepsi mereka terhadap kualitas pelayanan, dan perbaikan pada aspek ketanggapan serta jaminan pelayanan disarankan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi rumah sakit dalam meningkatkan mutu layanan berdasarkan kebutuhan demografi pasien. The Relationship between Patient Characteristics and Perceptions of Healthcare Service Quality at Mataram City Regional Public HospitalAbstractThis study aims to analyze the relationship between patient demographic characteristics (gender, age, and employment status) and their perceptions of healthcare service quality at Mataram City Regional Public Hospital. Employing a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, secondary data were collected from 128 outpatient respondents in August 2024. Service quality was measured using the SERVQUAL model, which encompasses the dimensions of Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. Results indicate that age and employment status are significantly associated with service quality perceptions, while gender shows no significant relationship. The Tangibles and Reliability dimensions received the highest ratings, whereas Responsiveness and Assurance were identified as areas needing improvement. In conclusion, patient characteristics influence their perceptions of service quality, and improvements in responsiveness and assurance are recommended to enhance patient satisfaction. These findings can serve as a reference for the hospital in tailoring quality improvements to patient demographic needs.

Abstract

Literasi lingkungan perlu diukur karena pengetahuan mengenai lingkungan dapat berdampak pada lingkungan sekitarnya sehingga pentingnya menjaga lingkungan merupakan salah satu bentuk dari literasi lingkungan. Pada literasi lingkungan dapat dilatih melalui problem based learning, siswa diminta untuk menganalisis permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan alam. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu (1) mengetahui keefektifan penerapan model problem based learning berorientasi kearifan lokal terhadap literasi lingkungan siswa, (2) mengetahui pengaruh model problem based learning berorientasi kearifan lokal terhadap literasi lingkungan siswa. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu pra eksperimen. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas X di SMAN 1 Gangga Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024 dan sampel yang digunakan yaitu kelas X.3 dan X.4 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel berupa purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data ini menggunakan tes, validasi ahli, dan non tes berupa; tes literasi lingkungan, lembar validasi instrumen, N-Gain, Uji Wilcoxon, dan penilaian sikap siswa. Hasil literasi lingkungan setelah adanya penerapan problem based learning memperoleh nilai N-Gain kelas X.3 sebesar 0,28 (rendah) dan X.4 sebesar 0,68 (sedang), dan hasil Uji Wilcoxon memperoleh ? = 0,001 ? ? = 0,05. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model problem based learning berorientasi kearifan lokal efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi lingkungan siswa, serta berpengaruh signifikan terhadap literasi lingkungan siswa. The Effectiveness of a Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model Oriented by Local Wisdom in Biodiversity Materials on Students' Environmental LiteracyAbstractEnvironmental literacy needs to be measured because knowledge about the environment can have an impact on the surrounding environment so the importance of protecting the environment is a form of environmental literacy. Environmental literacy can be trained through problem based learning, students are asked to analyze problems related to the natural environment. The objectives of this research are (1) to determine the effectiveness of implementing a local wisdom-oriented problem based learning model on students' environmental literacy, (2) to determine the influence of a local wisdom-oriented problem based learning model on students' environmental literacy. This type of research is pre-experimental. The research design used in this research is one group pretest-posttest design. The population used in this research were all class X students at SMAN 1 Gangga for the 2023/2024 academic year and the samples used were classes X.3 and This data collection technique uses tests, expert validation, and non-tests in the form of; environmental literacy test, instrument validation sheet, N-Gain, Wilcoxon Test, and assessment of student attitudes. The environmental literacy results after implementing problem based learning obtained an N-Gain class X.3 of 0.28 (low) and 05. Thus, it can be concluded that the local wisdom-oriented problem based learning model is effective in increasing students' environmental literacy, And Influential significant effect on students' environmental literacy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan metode Cooperative Project-Based Learning (CPjBL) terhadap penguatan literasi digital mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Statistika. Responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 32 orang mahasiswa di Prodi Pendidikan Teknologi Informasi Undikma yang memprogramkan mata kuliah Statistika. Terdapat dua instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk penilaian kecakapan literasi digital mahasiswa yaitu instrumen penilaian berpikir komputasi dan instrumen penilaian berpikir algoritmik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen menggunakan desain faktorial pada satu kelompok sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah kombinasi statistika deskriptif untuk mengetahui ukuran pemusatan dan penyebaran data dalam nilai mean dan standar deviasi, serta statistika inferensial untuk pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil uji prasyarat analisis diperoleh bahwa data tidak berdistribusi normal, sehingga pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji statistika non parametrik dengan metode uji Wilcoxon. Proses analisis data seluruhnya dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS 23. Hasil pengujian yang diperoleh menunjukkan nilai Z sebesar -2,553 dengan tingkat signifikansi (p-value) sebesar 0,011. Nilai signifikansi yang sangat rendah ini (p < 0,05) mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang sangat signifikan antara skor berpikir komputasi dan skor berpikir algoritmik mahasiswa setelah penerapan CPjBL. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran kooperatif berbasis proyek memiliki dampak yang substansial dalam meningkatkan kedua aspek kecakapan literasi digital mahasiswa, baik dalam hal berpikir komputasi maupun berpikir algoritmik. Hasil ini memberikan bukti empiris yang kuat bahwa metode pengajaran ini efektif dalam menguatkan kecakapan literasi digiital mahasiswa di lingkungan kampus. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan model pembelajaran yang lebih efektif serta menghasilkan lulusan yang lebih kompeten dan mampu bersaing di era digital. The Impact of Cooperative Project-Based Learning on Enhancing Students' Digital Literacy Skills in a Statistics CourseAbstractThe study aims to analyze the impact of applying the Cooperative Project-Based Learning (CPjBL) method on enhancing students' digital literacy in a Statistics course. The respondents involved in this research comprised 32 students from the Information Technology Education Program at Undikma who were enrolled in the Statistics course. Two research instruments were used to assess students' digital literacy skills: a computational thinking assessment instrument and an algorithmic thinking assessment instrument. This experimental study employed a factorial design on a single sample group. The data analysis technique used was a combination of descriptive statistics to determine the data's central tendency and dispersion (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics for hypothesis testing. Based on the prerequisite analysis tests, the data were found to be non-normally distributed, leading to the use of non-parametric statistical tests, specifically the Wilcoxon test, for hypothesis testing. The entire data analysis process was conducted using SPSS 23 software. The test results showed a Z value of -2.553 with a significance level (p-value) of 0.011. This very low significance value (p < 0.05) indicates a highly significant difference between students' computational thinking scores and algorithmic thinking scores after the application of CPjBL. These findings demonstrate that the cooperative project-based learning approach has a substantial impact on improving both aspects of students' digital literacy skills, namely computational thinking and algorithmic thinking. The results provide strong empirical evidence that this teaching method is effective in enhancing students' digital literacy skills in the campus setting. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more effective learning models to improve students' digital literacy skills and produce graduates who are more competent and competitive in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas penerapan coaching clinic untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pendidik di sektor pendidikan nonformal, khususnya di SPNF SKB Boto, Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat. Coaching clinic dipilih sebagai strategi pelatihan karena pendekatannya yang personal, berkelanjutan, serta berfokus pada umpan balik dan refleksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan pedagogis, manajemen kelas, dan integrasi teknologi pendidikan oleh pendidik. Sesi umpan balik yang berkelanjutan memungkinkan pendidik melakukan refleksi terhadap praktik pengajaran mereka, sehingga kualitas pengajaran meningkat. Namun, keterbatasan sumber daya diidentifikasi sebagai kendala dalam pelaksanaan program secara optimal. Disarankan agar program ini dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dengan dukungan sumber daya yang memadai untuk memberikan dampak jangka panjang. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa coaching clinic merupakan model pelatihan yang efektif dan dapat diterapkan di berbagai institusi pendidikan nonformal. The Coaching Clinic Approach to Enhance Educator Competence: A Case Study in Non-Formal EducationAbstractThis study evaluates the effectiveness of implementing a coaching clinic to enhance educator competencies in non-formal education settings, specifically at SPNF SKB Boto, West Sumbawa Regency. The coaching clinic, characterized by its personalized, continuous approach with an emphasis on feedback and reflection, was used as a training strategy. The qualitative descriptive research employed a case study approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Findings revealed significant improvements in educators’ pedagogical skills, classroom management, and the integration of educational technology. Continuous feedback sessions allowed educators to reflect on their teaching practices, resulting in improved instructional quality. However, challenges such as limited resources were identified as barriers to optimal implementation. Sustained programs with adequate resource support are recommended to ensure long-term impact. The study concludes that coaching clinics are an effective and scalable model for professional development in non-formal education.
