Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan motorik kasar melalui permainan tradisional engklek pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Negeri Pembina Lanjak Kecamatan Batang Lupar. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian satu guru dan anak  usia 5-6 tahun yang berjumlah 12 orang. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa tingkat persentase aktivitas peningkatan motorik kasar, yakni  anak dapat melakukan permainan fisik dengan aturan sebesar 92%, keseimbangan anak berjalan meloncat dengan satu kaki sebesar  83 %, dan keseimbangan anak melompat dengan dua kaki secara bersamaan sebesar 100%. Ketiga indikator menunjukkan kriteria sangat tinggi karena memiliki rata-rata 92%.   Kata kunci: Peningkatan Motorik Kasar,  Permainan Engklek   Abstract: This study aimed to describe the increase in social emotional development through group work in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Busthanul Athfal Aisyiyah Putussibau. This research is a form of action research using descriptive method. Research subjects of the teachers and children aged 5-6 years, amounting to 15 people. The result showed that the highest percentage increase in the activity of social emotional development of children can work together in the task group by 93%, children help each other in completing the task group by 93%, and the child can be responsible for clearing the tools that have been used in the study of 100%. The third indicator shows the very high criteria because it had an average of 95%. Keywords: Emotional Social Development, The Task Group

Abstract

Abstract : The purposes of conducting this research is to know whether or not Collaborative Strategic Reading (CSR) is effective in Teaching Reading Comprehension on Narrative Text and to know how effective is the use of Collaborative Strategic Reading (CSR) in Teaching Reading Comprehension on Narrative Text for the tenth grade students of MAN 1 Pontianak in academic year 2014/2015. This research was done by conducting a pre- experimental study which consists of pretest, posttest and two times of treatments.  The sample of this research is class XA and the total of the students is 40. The data had been collected by measurements techniques. The tool of data collecting was objective test. The finding of the research showed that the mean score of students? pretest was 60.27 while the posttest was 78.25. The students? achievement was increased by the different score between pretest and posttest was 17.98. The t-test was higher than the t-table (5.5 >2.045 at ? 5%). The result of the effect size (ES) was 0.87. It means that using Collaborative Strategic Reading (CSR) in teaching reading comprehension on narrative text for the tenth grade students of MAN 1 Pontianak is categorized as highly effective with the Effect Size (ES) > 0.8     (0.87 > 0.8).   Key words : Collaborative Strategic Reading, Narrative Text   Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pengajaran pemahaman membaca teks naratif dengan menggunakan Collaborative Strategic Reading (CSR) pada siswa kelas XA MAN 1 Pontianak tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian ini di lakukan dengan menerapkan pre experimental study yang terdiri dari pretest, posttest dan treatments. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XA yang berjumlah 40 siswa. Data yang di kumpulkan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data. Alat pengumpulan data adalah objective test. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa skor rata-rata dari pretest siswa adalah 60.27 sedangkan posttest adalah 78.25. Prestasi siswa meningkat dengan perbedaan skor antara pretest dan posttest 17.98. t-test lebih tinggi dari pada t-table (5.5>2.045 pada      ? 5%). Hasil Effect Size (ES) adalah 0.87. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwasannya mengajarkan pemahaman membaca teks narrative dengan menggunakan Collaborative Strategic Reading (CSR) pada siswa kelas XA di MAN 1 Pontianak di kategorikan sangat effektif dengan tingkat efektivitas  (ES) > 0.8 (.87 > 0.8).   Key words : Collaborative Strategic Reading, Narrative Text

Abstract

Abstract This research aimed to improve the students understanding vocabulary meaning of a descriptive text through context clues strategy to the eighth-grade students of MTs Negeri 1 Pontianak. The research was a classroom action research that comprised of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. This study had three cycles. The subjects of the research were VIII E, with 42 students. The researchers used observation and measurement tests to collect the data. The tools were an observation checklist, field note, and a vocabulary test. The result showed that Context clues strategy had improved students understanding vocabulary meaning, in adjectives vocabulary in the descriptive text. The clues were useful in helping the students to guess the meaning of unfamiliar words. (1) For the synonym the student had to pay attention to the word “also”, “and”, “or”, and “commas”. (2) Antonym, “but”, “however”, “or”, and “commas”. (3) Definition, “means”, “that is”, “semicolon”, “full stop” or “parentheses”. (4)Explanation, “such as” and “the example”. By then, the students could find themeaning of the word easily it ultimately makes the achievement improved significantly. In conclusion, teaching vocabulary meaning by using context clues strategy successfully improved the students’ understanding of the vocabulary meaning of the descriptive text.Keywords: Context Clues Strategy, Vocabulary Meaning, Descriptive Text,Classroom Action Research

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan tentang Pengaruh Pemanfaatan Perpustakaan Kemandirian Belajar Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Untan Angkatan 2014. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pemanfaatan perpustakaan terhadap kemandirian belajar mahasiswa ekonomi FKIP Untan angkatan 2014. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan (interrelationship studies). Populasi berjumlah 71 mahasiswa. Data diambil dengan menggunakan angket serta dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik pengolahan data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yaitu ditunjukkan dengan . Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan program komputer Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS 16), dihasilkan bahwa t hitung > t tabel yaitu 3,594>1,994. Oleh karena t hitung > t tabel maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang artinya terdapat pengaruh positif pemanfaatan perpustakaan terhadap kemandirian belajar mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi FKIP Untan angkatan 2014. Besar kontribusi R2 sebesar 0.158, menyatakan bahwa perilaku konsumsi di lingkungan keluarga terhadap rasionalitas ekonomi siswa sebesar 15,8%, sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain dan diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut.   Kata Kunci : Pemanfaatan Perpustakaan, Kemandirian Belajar Abstract: This study raised concerns about the independence of the Library Utilization Effect of Student Learning FKIP Untan Force on Economic Education, 2014. This study aims to determine how much influence the use of library economics student learning independence forces FKIP Untan 2014. The method used is descriptive method with the form of research interrelationship studies. The population was 71 students. Data retrieved by using questionnaires and documentation. While the data processing techniques using simple linear regression. The results show that there is a positive influence that is indicated by Y = 27.270 + (0.491) X. Based on calculations using computer program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS 16), resulting that t> t table is 3.594> 1.994. Therefore t count> t table then Ho Ha received and rejected, which means there is positive use of library education students towards independent learning economics FKIP Untan 2014. Large forces contributed R2 of 0158, stating that the consumption behavior in the family against economic rationality students at 15 , 8%, the rest is influenced by other variables and needs further research.   Keywords: Use of Library, Learning Independence

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh infrormasi objektif tentang pengaruh Iklim organisasi dan Motivasi Berprestasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Guru di Kecamatan Sekayam Kabupaten Sanggau. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jenis studi pengaruh atau causal study. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian populasi dengan dengan jumlah populasi terdiri dari enam Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri di Sub Rayon 8 Sekayam dengan jumlah guru sebanyak 65 orang. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket dengan Skala Likert, tehnik analisis yang digunakan adalah  Regresi Linier Berganda. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 18 for Windows. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa: (1) Iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Sekayam Kabupten Sanggau dengan signifikansi  18,5%. (2) Motivasi Berprestasi berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Sekayam Kabupaten Sanggau dengan signifikansi 40,4 % . (3)  Iklim organisasi dan Motivasi Berprestasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap optimalisasi Kepuasan Kerja Guru sebesar 70,75%. Sisanya sebesar 29,3% merupakan pengaruh yang datang dari faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.   Kata Kunci    : Iklim Organisasi, Motivasi Berprestasi, dan Kepuasaan Kerja Abstract: This study aimed to obtain obyective information on the effect of organizational climate and Achievement motivation toward the teacher’s job satisfacion of the State Junior High School in the distrisct of Sekayam Sanggau regency. This study is uses uantitative approach, the type of study the influence or causal study. This study is a population with a population consisting of six state Junior High Schools is Sekayam District Regency of Sanggau and the number of teachers are 65.  The research instrumen is a questionnaire with Likert scale, the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 18 for windoes. The results of study found that : (1) the Organizational Climate significantly influence the teacher’s  job satisfication in the State of Junior High School on the District of Sekayam Sanggau regency with significance 18,5 %. (2) Achievement Motivation significantly influence the teacher’s job satisfication optimally in the State of Junior High School on the District of Sekayam Sanggau regency with significance 40,4%. (3) Organizational Climate and Achievement Motivation work together significant effect on the teacher’s job satisfiication state Junior High School in the District of Sekayam Sanggau regency with the significance 70,75 %.   A percentage of 29,3 % is the influence of the other factors that come out of study. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to describe the personality of the main character in the novel Prini Santika (Romance in the Dark) by Yurinda Hart. The problems in this study included the description of the personality aspect of the main character, the factors behind the emergence of the personality aspect of the main character, and the plan of personality implementation of the main character in the novel Prini Santika (Romantika in the Dark) in learning Indonesian. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative method with psychoanalytic approach. Based on the results of the research, there is a conclusion that the combination of personality aspects that influenced by        (1) ego, (2) id and ego, (3) id and superego, (4) ego and superego, (5) id, ego, and superego. Factors behind the emergence of aspects of personality include; Biological factors, curious motives, love motives, self-esteem motives and the need to seek identity, motives for values, attitudes, and emotions. The results of this research can be implemented in Indonesian language learning based on the 2013 curriculum in the XII class of SMA about analyzing the history of stories, news, advertisements, editorial/opinion, and fiction stories in the novel both through oral and written. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research was to determine the benefits of multimedia assisted drill method in learning. The lack of interest of learners to learn English became the basis of this research. This is indicated by the results of observation that are: (1) learners were less enthusiastic in accepting lessons, (2) quickly getting bored, (3) not focusing on receiving lessons, and (4) assuming that learning English is just a no meaning. This research used descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis techniques by reviewing and explaining the observations made by researchers in accordance with the observation sheet and records in the field. The results of the research were: (1) drill scenario scenario for skill of pronunciation of vocabulary in class X SMK Negeri 1 Sadaniang, (2) order of use of multimedia assisted drill method, (3) effectiveness of drill method on learning English vocabulary pronunciation. Learning English by utilizing multimedia began by determining the contents of the components contained in the design of learning. The conclusion obtained that the method of drill aid of multimedia is very helpful learners in achieving mastery learning.                     Keyword: Metode Drill, pronunciation skill, Multimedia

Abstract

AbstractThis research is focused on the field of meaning of traditional food in the Malay language of Sukadana dialect. Based on data analysis found 64 data classified by genus or class in the form of staple foods, snack foods and side dishes. Based on the results of an analysis of the field of meaning of traditional food in the Sukadana dialect Malay, there are 64 traditional food lexemes in the Sukadana dialect Malay. Based on the types of traditional food lexical meanings in Malay Dilaek Sukadana 64 data are obtained from lexical meaning in the name of food, 65 lexical meanings in the form of materials, 19 lexical meanings in the form of food tools, 14 lexical meanings in the form or process of making food, 16 lexical meanings in the form of food, 12 lexical meaning in the form of food color. The semantic function of leksem has their respective functions, namely as a staple food, snacks, and side dishes. 4) Implication of procedure text, that is, how to make food related to Indonesian language learning in the 2013 curriculum in class VII SMP KD (3.5). regional specialties, etc.) and various sources that are read and heard. Keywords:Field of meaning, Sukadana Dialect, Traditional food

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of the research is to improve the learning achievement of passing up on the game of volleyball through the application of modeling strategy the way to improve the quality of student learning outcomes in following the learning process which is shown by the result of the performance test, the students attitude and the better student behavior. Class action. The results of research conducted, there is an increase in student learning outcomes from the initial conditions to the cycle 1 and cycle II, both from penigkatan average value of learning passing up and the value of learning result completeness. The initial average initial value (55.875), the average cycle I (67.416) and the average cycle II (76.125), so that the increase from initial condition to cycle II (20.25). The increase of movement ability in passing up learning can be seen from the value of KKM (65) after the action is done on the cycle 1 student learning value complete as much as 19 out of 24 students (79,16%) and in cycle II which have value above KKM counted 22 from 24 Total or complete students (91.66%). Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine the responses of students to the human excretion system module on learning biology class XI SMA. The form of research is descriptive research with survey method. The sample in this research are the students of class XI SMA consisting of 31 students of class XI MIPA 3 in SMA Negeri 1 Pontianak, 35 students of class XI MIPA 1 in SMA Negeri 7 Pontianak, and 38 students of class XI MIPA 1 in SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak. Instruments are used a student response questionnaire to find out the student's response to the human excretion system module. The response of students classified into three category, namely responses that are cognitive, affective and conative. The students will response questionnaire consists of 14 statements, 7 positive statements and 7 negative statements. The cognitive response reached an average score of 82.1% in very strong categories, affective responses achieved an average percentage of 80% in the strong category, and the conative response reached an average percentage of 76.8 % in strong category. It can be concluded that student’s responses are very strong in the cognitive response category, whereas in the affective and conative responses categories are strong.Keywords: Modules, Student’s Responses, Human Excretion Systems
