Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determined the social interaction of cooperation between committees at Malayness Sambas wedding ceremony in Seranggam village. The research method used was qualitative approach descriptive form. The object of his research was a member of the wedding committee in Seranggam village, amounting to 10 people. Technique of collecting data was done by observation, interview, and documentary. While the data collection tool were an observation guide, interview guide, and documentation. The result of the research showed that the social interaction of cooperation between marriage committees had been running in accordance with the existing social interaction process. This is seen from the cooperation of mutual cooperation between committees such as activities at the meeting of the establishment of wedding committee, the day of nunjam tarup, making spices as well as nyarro 'k, antarpakatan and the big day. Another thing that was encountered is cooperation in the form of co-optation such as members of the committee to openly accept opinions and decided through deliberation, accepting every policy and direction of the new committee chairman on the day of making tarub until the wedding is over.Keywords: Social Interaction, Cooperation, Malayness Sambas Marriage

Abstract

AbstractThis research is aimed to describe students? mathematical connections ability viewed from cognitive style on rectangular material in Junior High School 23 Pontianak. The research method is descriptive with case study. The subject of this research are four students grade VIII E consist of two field dependent cognitive style students and two field independent cognitive style students. The results of this research are the field independent cognitive style students has a better mathematical connections ability than the field dependent cognitive style students. One of the field dependent cognitive style students able to fulfilled three indicators of mathematical connections and one of other the field dependent cognitive style students not able to fulfilled the indicators of mathematical connections. Meanwhile one of the field independent cognitive style students able to fulfilled three indicators of mathematical connections and one of other the field independent cognitive style students able to fulfilled two indicators of mathematical connections.Keywords: Mathematical Connections Ability, Cognitive Style, Rectangular

Abstract

AbstrakThis study aims to describe the use of audio visual media in growing children's learning motivation at Harapan Indah Islamic Kindergarten in West Pontianak Subdistrict. This study uses descriptive methods and uses a qualitative approach. The source of this research data is the class teacher and the accompanying teacher group B1 to B6, totaling 11 people and children from groups B1 to B6. The results of research into the use of audio visual media in fostering learning motivation are that children have a learning spirit, learning discipline, learning responsibility, and learning success. The way the teacher enhances the spirit of children's learning is that the teacher creates a class environment that is fun for children so that the children when they are in the classroom feel calm. The way teachers grow children's discipline in learning is by displaying films that teach children how to discipline. The teacher's way of fostering children's learning responsibilities is to invite children to watch movies, but the films that show are more directed towards Islam. The way the teacher fosters the seriousness of the child in learning is by making the media full of colors and images so that the children can focus on the future of the child. The learning motivation of children after using audio visual media is that children feel happy in learning so that children show an attitude of enthusiasm, discipline, responsibility and serious learning. Keywords: Audio Visual Media, Children?s Learning Motivation

Abstract

 AbstractThis study was aimed to find out the correlation between students? interest in speaking and their speaking achievement at MAN 2 Filial Pontianak. There was two problems that need to be discussed in this research, first was how strong the correlation between students? interest in speaking and their speaking achievement. Second, how much was the contribution of students? interest through their speaking achievement. The researcher used purposive sampling technique to choose the sample. There were 21 students of the eleventh grade. Class B was chosen as the sample of this research. The instruments of this research were questionnaire and speaking score rubric. The researcher used Pearson product moment to calculate the data of students? interest and speaking achievement. The result showed that there was significant or positive correlation and indicating a medium correlation. The contribution of students? interest through their speaking achievement was in the amount of 35.6%. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan media nyata dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam di kelas VI SDN No. 07 Merbang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Data dianalisis dengan perhitungan rata-rata. Hasil penelitian siklus I dengan rata-rata 3,06% pada siklus II dengan nilai 3,46%, terjadi peningkatan 0,40% karena kekurangan pada siklus I sudah diperbaiki. Dari pelaksanaan pembelajaran siklus I 2,99 dan pada siklus II 3,43, ada peningkatan 0,44% karena pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran tujuan pembelajaran lebih terarah. Dari hasil belajar siswa diperoleh nilai rata-rata siklus I 65,0% dan pada siklus II 81,6% dengan peningkatan sebesar 16,6%. Dimana pada siklus II, guru ada perhatian secara khusus terhadap siswa yang kurang sehingga KKM juga meningkat dari 66,6% pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 100% pada siklus II.   Kata Kunci: Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa, Media Nyata. Abstract: The purpose of this research is to describe the improvement of students’ learning outcome by using real media in the Nature Science lesson to the sixth grade students of SDN No. 07 Merbang. The method is used is descriptive method. The data will analyzed by using mean score. The mean score of the study in cycle I is 3,06% and in cycle  II, the mean score is 3,46%, the improvement happened is 0,40% because the weaknesses in the cycle I are improved. From the result of the learning implementation in cycle I is 2,99 and in cycle II is 3,43, the improvement happened is 0,44% because in the learning implementation, the purpose of the learning more directionally. From the students’ learning outcome, the mean score in cycle I is 65%and the mean score in cycle II is 81,6% the improvement happened is 16,6%. Where, in cycle II, there is special attention from the researcher to the students who get the low score, so the srtandard of minimum completeness (KKM) also improve from 66,6% in cycle I and increase become 100% in cycle II. Abstract

AbstractThe aims of this study were whether was a significantdifferenceof students achievement, to describestudentresponse and to determine effect of mind mapbookletassistedNHT learningmodelon enviromental pollution material. This research used quasi experimental with Nonequivalent Control Group Design.Population in this study were VII class SMPN 11 Pontianak. The research sample were VII D class control andVII E class experimental. Achievement test, questionnaire,observation sheet and interview guidelineswere used to collect data.Achievement were analyzed using Mann Whitney U- test. This indicated that there were a significant difference between studentsachievementtaught using mind mapbookletassistedNHT learningmodeland conventional learning  model. The average percentage of responsetowardmind map booklet was 86,77 which categorized as very high. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh fasilitas dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran pemasaran barang dan jasa pada siswa kelas XI Jurusan Pemasaran SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak. Indikator fasilitas belajar dalam penelitian ini meliputi media pembelajaran, alat-alat pembelajaran dan perlengkapan sekolah, indikator minat belajar yaitu rasa suka/senang dalam aktivitas belajar, rasa ketertarikan untuk belajar, adanya kesadaran untuk belajar tanpa disuruh, berpartisipasi dalam aktivitas belajar, memberikan perhatian yang besar dalam belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan bentuk regresi linear berganda. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, pedoman wawancara dan lembar observasi. Hasil analisis penelitian yakni: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara fasilitas terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 35,8% yang dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel, yaitu 4,016 > 2,007; (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara minat terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 71,2% yang dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel, yaitu 15,341 > 2,007; (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara fasilitas terhadap minat belajar siswa sebesar 37,2% yang dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel, yaitu 5,017 > 2,007; (4) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara fasilitas dan minat terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 71,2% yang dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel, yaitu 117,124 > 3,179. Kata Kunci: fasilitas, minat belajar, hasil belajar Abstract: This study examines the influence of the facility and interest in learning on learning outcomes of subjects marketing of goods and services in class XI marketing course student of SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak. Indicators of learning facilities in the study include learning media, learning tools and school supplies, indicators of interest to learn that taste like/ pleasure in learning activities, an interest in learning, the awareness to learn without prompting, participate in learning activities, give attention large in the study. This study uses a quantitative approach to the form of multiple linear regression. Collecting data using questionnaires, interview and observation sheet. The results of the analysis are: (1) there is the influence of the facility on student learning outcomes was 35,8% as evidenced by tcount> ttable, is 4.016> 2.007; (2) a significant difference between the interest on student learning outcomes was 71,2% as evidenced by tcount> ttable, is 15.341> 2.007; (3) a significant difference between the facility to the students' interest was 37,2% as evidenced by tcount> ttable, is 5.017> 2.007; (4) a significant difference between the facility and the interest on student learning outcomes was 71,2% as evidenced by the value of Fcount> F table, is 117.124> 3.179. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to "find out how much influence the problem based learning learning method has on the learning outcomes of the long jump students of immanuel 2 highways" The method in this study used an experimental method with the form of pre-experimental design. The population in this study were 37 students. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique with a sample size of 37 students. Data retrieval uses the pretest, treatment, and posttest stages. The instrument used is the long jump test column. Data analysis using t test analysis (influence test). Based on the calculation of the data obtained the results of the long jump capability with the problem based learning model with t count = 8.99> t table = 1.99. From these results indicate that ha is accepted and ho is rejected, meaning there is an increase, where from the difference in the mean value of the posttest data (66.36) greater than the mean pretest (51.85) with a difference of 14.51 numbers if it is 28%.Keywords: Problem Based Learning, Long Jump.

Abstract

AbstractPresent study aim to develop a pop-up book learning media sub-discussion of early humans in Indonesia in class X. Early human sub-discussion in Indonesia is material that studi abstract objects for students so that students find it difficult to understand ancient human material in Indonesia. Moreover, in conveying of material, the references are using still lacked in the form of several historical package books and several LKS. The research method used was the 4-D model development (R & D). However, researchers were only research only up to the third D. Present  results showing validity and practicality in the material aspects of 81.6% with good criteria and revised as needed. Students responses to the pop-up book media carry out on a small scale of 12 people and a large scale of 25 consecutive people who receive a percentage of 79.2% (with strong criteria) and 85.7% (with very strong criteria). Based on the measurement of media effectiveness based on the results of the assessment of the pretest and posttest in the form of multiple choice questions with the number of 30 items obtaine n-gain 0.6 with moderate information. Keywords: Pop-Up Book?s Media, Sub-Discussion of Early Humans in Indonesia

Abstract

Abstrak: Masalah umum dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana peran tokoh masyarakat dalam pembentukan kepribadian remaja di Desa Penyeladi Kecamatan Kapuas Kabupaten Sanggau. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah 1. bagaimana peran tokoh masyarakat sebagai motivator dalam pembentukan kepribadian remaja 2. bagaimana peran tokoh masyarakat sebagai pembimbing dalam pembentukan kepribadian remaja 3. kepribadian remaja yang bagaimana yang dapat dibentuk dari para tokoh tersebut. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu observasi langsung, komunikasi langsung dan dokumenter dengan alat pengumpulan data pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran tokoh masyarakat sebagai seorang motivator dan pembimbing, tentunya memiliki caranya masing-masing dalam memberikan motivasi dan bimbingan guna untuk membentuk kepribadian remaja.Sedangkan sebagai pembimbing keempat tokoh masyarakat tersebut memberikan bantuan kepada remaja tersebut untuk dapat memahami dirinya, sehingga dia sanggup mengarahkan dirinya dan dapat bertindak dan berperilaku secara wajar sesuai dengan tuntutan dan keadaan di lingkungan. Kata Kunci : Peran Tokoh Masyarakat, Pembentukan Kepribadian Remaja Abstrac: A common problem in this research is how the role of community leaders in the formation of adolescent personality in the village Penyeladi Kapuas District of Sanggau. The problem in this research are: 1. how the role of community leaders as a motivator in the formation of adolescent personality 2. how the role of community leaders as a leader in the formation of adolescent personality 3. teens how personality can be formed from the figures. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Techniques used in data collection are direct observation, direct communication and file collection tools documentary with interview guidelines, observation guidelines, field notes and documentation. Sources of file in this study are primary file and secondary file. The results showed that the role of community leaders as a motivator and mentor, of course, have their own way in providing motivation and guidance in order to shape the personality teens. While as supervising four community leaders to provide assistance to the adolescent to be able to understand him, so that he could directing himself and can act and behave fairly in accordance with the demands and circumstances in the environment.Key words: The role of public figures, formation of adolescent personality
