Abstract

                         AbstractEffectiveness of the Application of the Problem Based Learning Model in Inequalities of Absolute Value in class X of SMA 1 Sungai Raya. This study aims and determine the Effectiveness of the Application of the Problem Based Learning Model in Inequalities of Absolute Value. The method used was an experiment namely Pre-Experimental Design, in the form of The One case study. The research subjects were 36 students, namely class X IPA 4. The research location was in SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya. Data collection techniques use the direct observation, measurement, and indirect communication techniques. The data collection tool is in the form of an observation sheet. Data validity and reliability using Moment Product Correlation techniques and Alpha techniques. Data from questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis. The implementation of teaching teachers is categorized as "very good", with a score of 3.61. Activities of students in the "active" category. Student learning outcomes do not reach the prescribed (classical) boundaries. Student responses provide a good response. In general, it was concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning model in the Inequality of Absolute Value material in class X was declared less effective. It was suggested to the teacher that in using the Problem Based Learning model careful planning was needed so that the results are more accurate, using the Problem Based Learning model the problem given was the problem of the level of difficulty according to the level of thinking of students. Keywords: Effectiveness, Inequality of Absolute Value, Problem Based Learning

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar antara siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan pembelajaran model Connected dan metode ceramah pada kelas VIII IPA SMP Negeri 1 Pontianak pada materi zat adiktif dan sistem pernapasan manusia. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan Non-equivalent control group design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar berbentuk soal essay. Hasil uji statistik terhadap gain hasil belajar diperoleh nilai Asymp. Sig. 0,470 yang artinya terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa kelas kontrol dengan eksperimen dengan effect size sebesar 1,67 dan persentasenya 45,25%. Pembelajaran dengan model connected dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.Kata kunci: Pembelajaran Terpadu, Connected, Hasil belajar Abstract: research aims to understand between the study results taught using learning model connected and methods lectures on class viii science junior hight school 1 Pontianak to the matter addictive substances and respiratory system human. The study used is apparent experiment design control group non-equivalent design. Using techniques the sample purposive sampling. A middleman the data used was the test results shaped learning about an essay. However statistical tests to gain study results obtained asymp value. Sig. 0,470 which means there is a difference between the study results class control by his experiments with effect size of 1,67 and 45,25 % the result. Abstract

  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi dan pengalaman siswa SMA ketika mereka menggunakan Facebook (FB) sebagai alat untuk belajar bahasa Inggris. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 10 pengguna FB yang merupakan siswa SMA pada tahun akademik 2012/2013. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui interview dan beberapa screenshoot dari aktivitas siswa di FB. Data menunjukkan bahwa kesepuluh pengguna FB ini setuju bahwa FB bisa digunakan sebagai alat untuk belajar bahasa Inggris. Siswa belajar bahasa Inggris via FB dengan menulis status berbahasa Inggris, mengomentari status teman dengan menggunakan bahasa Inggris, membalas pesan atau mengobrol dengan teman dengan menggunakan bahasa Inggris, membaca postingan berbahasa Inggris, bergabung di grup bahasa Inggris, menulis postingan di halaman atau grup dengan menggunakan bahasa Inggris, mengomentari gambar atau foto yang ada kata-kata berbahasa Inggrisnya, dan saling berbagi link berbahasa Inggris yang bisa berupa artikel, video, lirik lagu, peristiwa, berita dan yang lainnya selama link tersebut berbahasa Inggris. Kata kunci: Facebook, Strategi belajar, Bahasa Inggris   Abstract: This research aims to find out the students’ perception and their experiences in using Facebook (FB) as the tool for learning English. The subjects of this research were senior high school students who are active users of FB. The data of this case study were derived from interviews and observation of the students’ activities on FB. The data showed that all of the 10 FB users agreed that FB can be used as a tool for English learning. The students learned English via FB by writing their status in English, commenting their friends’ status in English, replying inbox or chatting with other country’s friends by using English, reading postings in English, joining English Groups, writing postings on Pages in English, writing postings on Groups in English, commenting pictures or photos which have English words on them, and sharing links in English that can be an article, video, song’s lyric, event, news and many other links as long as they are still in English. Abstract

Abstract:The objective of the research was to find out whether teaching writing hortatory exposition text through Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT) is effective or not. It was also designed to find out how significant the effectiveness of teaching writing hortatory exposition text through the use of TBLT is. The research was carried out at SMAN 2 Pontianak. It was a quasi experimental research. The subjects of the research were the eleventh grade students of XI IPA 2 and XI IPA 4. Data analysis showed that experimental group outperformed control group. It was also found that although there was a difference between the students’ mean score of pre-test and post-test of control group in favor of the traditional approach, this difference was not statistically significant. Therefore, it was concluded that TBLT was more effective in teaching writing hortatory exposition text compared to the traditional approach. Keywords: hortatory exposition text, writing, TBLT Abstrak:Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pengajaran menulis teks hortatory exposition melalui Pengajaran Bahasa Berbasis Tugas (TBLT) efektif atau tidak. Penelitian ini juga dirancang untuk mengetahui seberapa besar efektivitas pengajaran menulis teks hortatory exposition melalui pendekatan TBLT. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 2 Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experimental. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 2 XI dan XI IPA 4. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen mengungguli kelompok kontrol.Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa meskipun ada perbedaan antara skor rata-rata siswadari pre-test dan post-test dari kelompok kontrol yang mendukung pendekatan tradisional, perbedaan ini tidak signifikan secara statistik. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa TBLT lebih efektif dalam pengajaran menulis teks hortatory exposition dibandingkan dengan pendekatan tradisional. Abstract

AbstractThe study aims to create an appropriate critical thinking skills test to assess the critical thinking skills of Newton’s Law material in junior high. The research was obtained through the Research and Development method of Borg & Gall, it was simplified into five stages, including initial data collection, planning, product design, a small-scale trial, and revision of small-scale trials.  The research subject was23 students in Junior High School 3 Sungai Raya, Bengkayang Regency. The instrument was a multiple-choice objective test. The finding showed that within 15 items there were 5 feasible items developed based on developmental procedures, a good test quality, and details of test quality, including: (1) produces six valid items with a correlation coefficient of r count of 0,426 - 0,712; (2) produces six reliable items with a correlation coefficient of r11 of 0.607; (3) produces 10 good questions with a TK index of 0.35 - 0.70; and (4) produces 8 good items with a DP index of 0.273 - 0.727. This critical thinking ability test is expected to be one of the tools to measure critical thinking skills in learning science in junior high school. Key words: Critical Thinking Skills, Newton’s Law, Test Development

Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul analisis soal ulangan tengah semester bahasa Indonesia kelas XII Mas Raudhatul Ulum Meranti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pendeskripsian kualitas soal ulangan tengan semester bahasa Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, berbentuk kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik studi dokumenter. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah kartu pencatat kartu telaah dan pedoman wawancara. Butir soal dari segi reliabilitas masih dikategorikan rendah yaitu 0,322. Butir soal dari segi tingkat kesukaran yaitu 5 soal dikatergorikan sangat sukar, 3 sukar, 9 sedang, 12 mudah, dan 11 sangat mudah. Kualitas butir soal dari segi daya beda yaitu 8 sangat jelek, 9 jelek sekali, 6 tidak mempunyai daya pembeda sama sekali atau 0, 8 cukup, dan 7 sangat baik dan 1 soal memiliki daya beda yang sangat baik/baik sekali. Butir soal dari segi materi, konstruksi dan dari bahasa soal sebagian besar diterima namun perlu diperbaiki. Kata Kunci: Soal ulangan, semester, bahasa Indonesia. Abstraction: This Skripsi entitle middle restating problem analysis of XII Mas Raudhatul Ulum Meranti class Indonesian semester. This research aim to for the pendeskripsian of the quality of Indonesian restating problem. Used by method is descriptive, in form of quantitative and qualitative. Technique data collecting use dokumenter study technique. Used by data collector is card marker card analyze and guidance of interview. Problem item from reliabilitas facet still categorized to lower that is 0,322. Problem item from facet mount difficulty that is 5 very is difficult problem, 3 is difficult, 9 is easy to, and 11 very easy. Quality of problem item from different energy facet that is 8 very bad, 9 bad once, 6 don't have distinguishing energy is at all or 0, 8 enough, and 7 very good and 1 problem have different energy very goodness / very well. Problem item from items facet, construction and from problem Ianguage most accepted but require to improve repair. Keyword: Problem Restating, semester, Indonesian.

Abstract

Abstract: This research investigates the significance and effectiveness of teaching narrative text inference by using DRTA strategy. It is a pre experimental design with one group pre-test post-test design. The subject is Grade XI IPA 1, numbering thirty four students. The data were collected by giving 30 multiple choice items to the 34 students. The data were analyzed by t-test and effect size formula. The results indicate that teaching by using DRTA strategy increases students ability of narrative text-based inference-making significantly. Its effectiveness is high. Key words: Inference, DRTA Strategy, Narrative Abstrak: Penelitian ini menyelidiki mengenai signifikansi dan efektifitas dari pengajaran makna tersirat pada teks naratif dengan menggunakan strategi DRTA. Ini adalah sebuah disain dari pre experimental dengan disain 1 grup pre-test dan post-test. Peserta dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas XI IPA 1 yang berjumlah 34 siswa. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan memberikan 30 soal dalam bentuk pilihan ganda ke 34 orang siswa. Data dianalisa dengan menggunakan rumus t-test dan tingkat efektifitas. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa mengajar dengan menggunakan strategi DRTA meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam memahami makna tersirat pada teks naratif secara signifikan. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis paragraf argumentatif menggunakan pendekatan saintifik dan metode inkuiri pada siswa kelas X SMA PGRI I Pontianak tahun pembelajara. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi lemahnya keterampilan siswa menulis  paragraf argumentatif. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Metode dan bentuk yang digunakan adalah deskriftif kualitatif. Sumber data adalah guru mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia dan siswa kelas X. Data penelitian ini adalah perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta hasil menulis paragraf argumentatif. Teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik tes dan nontes. Hasil belajar siswa pada pretes dengan rata-rata 58.3. Hasil menulis pada siklus I dengan rata-rata 71.6. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata pada siklus II dengan rata-rata 75. Berdasarkan data hasil menulis siswa, dari siklus I kesiklus II juga mengalami peningkatan. Kata kunci:    Menulis Paragraf Argumentatif, Pendekatan saintifik, metode Inkuiri Abstract: This study aims to improve the skills of writing argumentative paragraphs using scientific approaches and methods of inquiry in class X SMA PGRI I Pontianak in learning. This research is motivated weak students write a paragraph argumentative skills. This type of research is a classroom action research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. Methods and forms used is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data are subject Indonesian teachers and students of class X. The data of this study is the planning, implementation, and results of writing argumentative paragraphs. The technique used is the technique of testing and nontes. Student learning outcomes in the pretest to the average 58.3. Results write in the first cycle with an average of 71.6. While the average value of the second cycle with an average of 75. Abstract

AbstractThis research aimed to find out the effectiveness of reciprocal technique to teach narrative texts to the Year-10 students of SMK Cahaya Bangsa in Academic Year 2018/2019. The research participants were Class X Pharmacy which consisted of 25 students. The data were collected through a written test. The finding showed that the students’ mean score of post-test (72) was higher than that of pre-test (56). Statistically the t-test (11.58) was higher than the t-table (0.381) and the effect of the treatment was categorized strong (2.31). In short, the use of Reciprocal Technique affects the teaching of narrative texts significantly. Therefore, the alternative hypothesis which stated “Reciprocal Technique affects the teaching of reading comprehension of narrative texts to the Year-10 students of “SMK Cahaya Bangsa Rasau Jaya in Academic Year 2018/2019” was accepted.  Keywords: Reading, Narrative Text, Reciprocal Technique

Abstract

Upaya perbaikan kualitas pendidikan, khususnya pada Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan guru dituntut kreatif dan inovatif, guru harus pintar menentukan strategi pembelajaran yang dapat melibatkan siswa secara aktif. Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu mendeskripsikan peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa melalui penerapan pendekatan cooperatif learning berbantuan media Powerpoint pada pembelajaran PKn di kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 19 Benua Kayong Kabupaten Ketapang. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif. Bentuk penelitian ini yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 19 Benua Kayong Ketapang yang berjumlah 18 orang siswa yang terdiri dari 10 siswa laki-laki dan 8 siswa perempuan dan guru sebagai peneliti. Hasil penelitian (1) Penerapan pendekatan cooperatif learning berbantuan Powerpoint presentasi dapat meningkatkan aktivitas fisik siswa, sebesar 13,33%. (2) Penerapan pendekatan cooperatif learning berbantuan Powerpoint presentasi dalam pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan aktivitas mental siswa sebesar 35,17%. (3) Penerapan pendekatan cooperatif learning berbantuan Powerpoint presentasi dalam pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan aktivitas emosional sebesar 29,61%. Kata Kunci: aktivitas belajar, pendekatan kooperatif learning, pembelajaran PKn Efforts to improve the quality of education, especially in Civic Education teachers be creative and innovative, smart teachers should determine the learning strategies that actively engage students. The purpose of this study, which describes the enhancement of student learning activities through the application of media-assisted cooperative learning approach to teaching Civics Powerpoint in class V Continental Elementary School District 19 Benua Kayong Ketapang. The method used in this research is descriptive. This research forms the classroom action research (CAR). Subjects in this study were all fifth grade students of State Elementary School 19 Kayong Ketapang continent amounting to 18 students consisting of 10 male students and 8 female students and teachers as researchers. The results (1) The application of cooperative learning approach aided Powerpoint presentation can increase the physical activity of students, amounting to 13.33%. (2) The application of cooperative learning approach aided Powerpoint presentation of learning can improve students' mental activity by 35.17%. (3) The application of cooperative learning approach aided in learning Powerpoint presentation can increase the emotional activity of 29.61%.
