Abstract

Nomina Bahasa Desa dan Implementasinya dalam Pengajaran Bahasa Indonesia bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nomina bahasa Desa, khususnya pada bentuk, fungsi, makna, dan Implementasinya dalam pengajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian: 1) Bentuk nomina Bahasa Desa terdiri nomina dasar dan nomina turunan, 2) Fungsi nomina Bahasa Desa dalam kalimat sebagai subjek, predikat, objek, konektif, keterangan, dan pelengkap, 3) Makna afiks pembentuk nomina dengan prefiks ke- menyatakan di-, dan prefiks peN menyatakan makna: orang, orang melakukan kegiatan, alat untuk melakukan kegiatan yang dinyatakan oleh verba, 4) Nomina Bahasa Desa pada pengajaran Bahasa Indonesia diajarkan kepada siswa khususnya nomina Bahasa Desa yang tidak ada dalam bahasa lain. Kata kunci: bentuk, fungsi, makna, dan implementasi. Abstract: Desa Language Noun and its implementation in Indonesian language teaching aimed to describe Desa language noun, especially in its form, function and implementation language teaching. the method used in this research is descriptive method. research findings: 1) the form of Desa language noun consists of base noun and deviation noun, 2) the function of Desa language noun as subject, predicate, object, conjunction, explanation and complement. 3) the meaning of affix as noun maker with prefix ke- to state di- and PeN prefix to state meaning: person, person does an activity, tool to do activity which is stated by verb, 4) Desa Language noun in Indonesian language teaching to syudents especially Desa language noun which can not be found in another language. Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to analyze data about student’s conceptual understanding, properties of rhombus and parallelogram and procedure comprehension to fine the area. Furthermore, the purpose of this research is to know about correlation between: 1) conceptual understanding and the properties of rhombus and paralellogram; 2) conceptual understanding and procedural comprehension of rhombus and parallelogram, and 3) the properties and procedural comprehension to fine the area. Research method that be used is experiment research method. The experiment was give treatment after realistic mathematic learning in the form of a posttest for student individually. The research sample is students in class VII E. The selection of students to be the sample of research based on school’s consideration and teacher’s recommendation. Based on statistic test, the conclusions of this research are: 1) there is correlation between student’s conceptual understanding and properties of rhombus and parallelogram to fine the area; 2) there is correlation between student’s conceptual understanding and procedural comprehension to fine the area; and 3) there isn’t correlation between student’s properties comprehension and procedural comprehension of rhombus and parallelogram to fine the area. Keywords: Conceptual Understanding, Procedural Comprehension and Realistic Mathematic Education

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kinerja keuangan PT Mustika Ratu menggunakan rasio profitabilitas.Variabel penelitian kinerja keuangan PT Mustika Ratu menggunakan rasio profitabilitas.Metode penelitian deskriptif,bentuk penelitian studi kasus.Tekhnik penelitian menganalisis data sekunder laporan keuangan PT.Mustika Ratu menggunakan analisis rasio profitabilitas.Berdasarkan pengolahan data keuangan perusahaan Perhitungan rasio profitabilitas perusahaan profit margin on sales menjadi gross profit margin dan net profit margin.GPM perusahaan mengalami kenaikan berada diatas standar rasio.NPM mengalami kenaikan setiap tahunnya walaupun berada dibawah standar rasio.Return on investment perusahaan berada dibawah standar rasio,dibandingkan setiap tahunnya perusahaan mampu meningkatkan persentase,menunjukkan perusahaan menjaga kestabilan keuangan. Return on equity perusahaan berada dibawah standar,namun setiap tahunnya perusahaan mempertahankan peningkatan persentase ROE perusahaan mempertahankan ekuitas perusahaan stabil meningkat. Kata Kunci : Profitabilitas, Laporan Keuangan, Kinerja Keuangan Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the financial performance of PT Mustika Ratu using profitability ratios. Variable study the financial performance of PT Mustika Ratu using profitability ratios.Descriptive research method,the form of case study. technique financial statements PT.Mustika Ratu profitability ratio analysis.Based on the company's financial data processing calculation of profitability ratios of profit margin on sales into gross profit margin and net profit margin.GPM company has increased above the standard ratio. NPM has increased every year despite being below the standard ratio.Return on investment companies under standard ratio, compared to every year the company is able to increase the ROI percentage indicates the company maintain financial stability.Return on equity companies under the standard, but every year the company maintained an increase in the percentage of equity ROE company maintains a steady increase. Abstract

Application of Experimental Methods To Improve Students Activity In Natural Sciences Learning Elementary School Fourth Grade 21 Merayuh. The purpose of this study is to increase the activity of students in the application of experimental methods to study Natural Sciences Elementary School fourth grade 21 Merayuh. The method used in this study is descriptive, ie research forms the Classroom Action Research (CAR), type of study is a qualitative research, collaborative and participatory nature of the research. Based on the observations (observation) early researchers only 28.32% of students who move in the learning process while the other students who feel bored because they are not involved in the learning process. During the implementation of Classroom Action Research (CAR) in the percentage of physical activity, ranging from the base line to the end of the study the results obtained by the second cycle in a row is 33.33%, 55%, 81.67%. Mental activity ranging from the base line to the second cycle in a row is 13.32%, 41.67%, 76.67%. Emotional activity ranging from base line to the second cycle in a row is 38.33%, 53.33%, 58.33%. Abstrak: Penerapan Metode Eksperimen Untuk Meningkatkan Aktivitas Peserta Didik Pada Pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 21 Merayuh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas peserta didik dalam penerapan metode eksperimen pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 21 Merayuh. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, bentuk penelitian yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, dan sifat penelitian yaitu kolaboratif partisipatif. Berdasarkan pengamatan (observasi) awal peneliti hanya 28,32% peserta didik yang beraktivitas dalam proses pembelajaran sedangkan peserta didik yang lainnya merasa jenuh karena merasa tidak dilibatkan dalam proses pembelajaran. Selama penerapan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) persentase pada aktivitas fisik, mulai dari base line diperoleh hasil akhir penelitian sampai siklus II secara berturut-turut yaitu 33,33%, 55%, 81,67%. Aktivitas mental mulai dari base line sampai siklus II berturut-turut yaitu 13,32%, 41,67%, 76,67%. Aktivitas emosional mulai dari base line sampai siklus II berturut-turut yaitu 38,33%, 53,33%, 58,33%. Kata kunci: Metode Eksperimen, Aktivitas Pembelajaran, Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam

Abstract

AbstractThe researcher chose illocutionary speech acts as the main focus of the research, the type of the speech that was often found in everyday life. The problems discussed in this research were the forms of illocutionary speech acts in the novel of Annoying Boy by Inesia Pratiwi and its application in teaching and learning process in the school. The aims of this research were to describe and analyze the forms of illocutionary speech acts in the novel of Annoying Boy by Inesia Pratiwi. The results of the description and analysis between the speakers and the interlocutors contained in Inesia Pratiwi's Annoying Boy novel were: 1) assertive speech acts included suggesting, declaring, boasting and complaining; 2) directive speech acts included ordering, commanding, pleading, advising, and recommending; 3) expressive expression of speech acts included thanking, congratulating, apologizing, blaming and praising; 4) commissive speech acts included promising and offering; and 5) the declaration of speech acts included naming, ostracizing and punishing. Based on the results of the analytical of illocutionary speech acts in the novel of Annoying Boy could be applied in the learning process in the school as a modeling text. Abstract

AbstractThis  is titled "The Effect of School Learning Climate on Student Learning Outcomes of Class XI AK on Accounting System Material in SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak". This study aims to determine the Effect of School Learning Against Student Learning Outcomes of Class XI AK on Accounting System Material at SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak . The research method used in this study is quantitative. The results of this study: 1) Learning Climate in SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak, for learning climate included in both categories that can be seen from the results of the study climate study that is 72.88% or 43 of 59 respondents who choose the answer in either category.2). Class XI AK student learning outcomes on accounting system material in SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak, for learning outcomes (variable Y) Class XI AK students on accounting system material at SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak included in the good category that the value of 77.444 is included in the good category, thus the results student learning in the good category this is due to the good student learning climate pulak, where students can receive learning well in accordance with the value of completeness.3) The magnitude of the influence of the learning climate (X) on student learning outcomes (Y) class XI AK on subjects accounting at SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak by 33.2% with a coefficient of determination of 0.425 and the level of interpretation of the relationship is moderate.Keywords: Study Climate, Learning Outcomes and Subjects Accounting System

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional kepala sekolah dengan kepuasan kerja guru, iklim organisasi sekolah dengan kepuasan kerja guru, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMP Negeri Kota Pontianak yang terdiri dari Pontianak Selatan, Pontianak Timur, Pontianak Barat, Pontianak Utara, Pontianak Kota dan Pontianak Tenggara yang berjumlah 820 orang. Pemilihan sekolah dimasing-masing kecamatan dilakukan berdasarkan cluster random sampling. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 90 orang yang diambil secara proportionate stratified random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional kepala sekolah dan iklim organisasi sekolah serta hubungannya dengan kepuasan kerja guru SMP Negeri di Kota Pontianak tergolong dalam kategori kuat. Hasil penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat bagi kepala sekolah dan guru dalam hal meningkatkan kepuasan kerja guru, serta peneliti lainnya untuk memperdalam informasi tentang penelitian lain yang relevan.   Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional Kepala Sekolah, Iklim Organisasi. Abstract: This study aimed to assess the positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence principals with teacher job satisfaction, school organizational climate and job satisfaction of teachers, The population in this study is a Junior High School teacher in Pontianak which consists of South Pontianak, East Pontianak, Pontianak West, North Pontianak, Pontianak City  and Southeast Pontianak which amounts to 820 people. Election in  the  respective school districts conducted by cluster random sampling. The study sample as many as 90 people were taken proportionate stratified random sampling. The results show that emotional intelligence principals and school organizational climate and its relationship with job satisfaction of teachers Junior High School in Pontianak relatively strong category. The The technique of data analysis performed using descriptive The results of this study can be useful to principals and teachers in terms of increasing the job satisfaction of teachers, as well as other researchers to further information about other relevant research.   Key Word: Emotional Intelligence Principal, School Organizational.

Abstract

Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Pada Pembelajaran Materi Pengukuran Waktu Dengan Pemanfaatan Media Jam di Kelas V SDN 03 Sungai Ambawang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Untuk mendeskripsikan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN 03 Sungai Ambawang dengan menggunakan media Jam dinding. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan sistem kolaborasi antara peneliti, pengawas dan teman sejawat yang tergabung dalam satu tim peneliti. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi perbaikan nilai siswa diperoleh hasil pada siklus1 peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari 60% menjadi 75 %,siklus2 dari 75% menjadi 85.83 %.hal ini berarti media jam dinding dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kelas V SDN 03 Sui. Ambawang dalam pembelajaran matematika pokok bahasan pengukuran waktu. Kata kunci : peningkatan, hasil belajar, media jam dinding, matematika Abstract : improvement of study result in measuring subject using a wall clock as a media in the class V in SDN 03 Sungai Ambawang. This research aims to descriptions study research students' in SDN 03 class V Sungai Ambawang using a wall clock as a media. A method of this research is descriptive method with a collaboration between researchers, supervisors and colleague as a team. Based on the evaluation of the obtained results improved student scores on siklus1 improving study result students from 60% to 75%, siklus2 from 75% to 85.83%. Terms this means the wall clock can improve study result in SDN 03 Sungai Ambawang at V class subjects in mathematics learning time measurement. Abstract

Abstract This study focused on observations of the activities beumo (shifting cultivation) on the Dayak Ketungau Sesat community. Beumo (shifting cultivation) in question is still traditional, either a tool or process. The researchers focused on the study of the semantics of the research problem in the form of description, components of meaning and cultural meaning terminology beumo (shifting cultivation). This study aimed to describe the term, components of meaning and cultural meaning contained in beumo (shifting cultivation) terminology Dayak Ketungau Sesat community. Based on the research conducted, the researchers managed to collect 124 terms as research data. Overall the data consists of seven classification terms, namely 31 terms in the form of a classification tool, 41 terms in the form of the classification process, 14 terms in the form of the classification name of the place, 10 terms in the form of classification of rice growth, 14 terms in the form of classification of soil type, 9 terms in the form of classification results, and 5 terms in the form of classification marks. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh Model Pembelajaran Matematika berbasis Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) tentang topik perbandingan dan skala yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa, melalui penelitian pengembangan. Pengembangan model pembelajaran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Borg and Gall sampai pada tahap ketujuh. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan, persentase peningkatan aktivitas siswa yang relevan dengan kegiatan pembelajaran sebesar 6,775 % dan penurunan aktivitas siswa yang tidak relevan dengan kegiatan pembelajaran sebesar 4,6 %, karena persentase aktivitas siswa yang relevan dengan pembelajaran lebih besar daripada persentase aktivitas siswa yang tidak relevan maka hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis RME telah efektif meningkatkan aktivitas pembelajaran siswa di dalam kelas. Kata kunci : Model Pembelajaran, RME, Pemecahan Masalah  Abstract: This research aims to determine of learning model based Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) about the comparation and scale to upgraded of the problem solving student by development research. Developing of learning model for the research has used by Borg and Gall model until seventh phase. Based on observations, the percentage increase in student activity relevant to the learning activities of 6.775% and a decrease in the activity of the students that are not relevant to the learning activities of 4.6%, as the percentage of student activity that is relevant to the learning activity is greater than the percentage of students who are not relevant then this suggests that RME-based learning model has effectively improve student learning activities in the classroom.
