Abstract

This research was conducted by analyzing the news which aims to find out the pros and cons of the news and the ideology represented in the eight news stories with the issue of the role of the West Kalimantan government in the ANTARA Kalbar National News Agency (LKBN). The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative research form. The source of data in this study is the Head of the Bureau between Kalber and Journalists. The techniques used in this research were intervienote-takingking and collecting documents or archives. The tools used in this study were a list of questions, notebooks, stationery, and recording devices which were also used for documentation, namely devices. Based on the results of news analysis from June to July using critical discourse analysis in www.kalbar.antaranews.com, it can be seen that the media conveysnews truthfully and the ideology that is deliberately used is the ideology of subjectivity and nationalism. As well as from this analysis itn be pimplemented learning Indonesian at the junior high school level.

Abstract

Abstract This research analysis containing abaud Social Interaction of Class X Students of Senior Hight School Santun Untan Pontianak. The problem in this study is how is the ability to communicate, the ability to behave, the ability to behave in groups, the ability to social contact in achieving social interaction in class X Senior Hight School Santun Untan Pontianak. This study aims to obtain information and describe communication skills, attitude skills, group behavior skills, and social contact skills. The method in this research is descriptive method with the form of research used is survey. The subjects in this study were 19 class X IPA students. Techniques and tools used in this research are indirect communication techniques using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the analysis of social interaction, it can be seen in the acquisition of the percentage of each aspect, including: 1) The ability to communicate was 84.79% 2) The ability to behave was 79.82%, 3) The ability to behave in the group 76.84%, 4 ) the ability to social contact obtained results 76.80%. Based on the description above, in general the analysis of social interaction has been successfully carried out on class X SMA Santun Untan Pontianak. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the form and meaning of persona, place, and time deixis in the May 2020 edition of Pontianak Post newspaper opinion column and the implementation of deixis in Indonesian language learning. The form of this research was gualitative with descriptive method. The data in this research was the person deixis, place and time in May 2020 edition of Pontianak Post newspaper opinion column. The source of this research was the Pontianak Post newspaper in Mey 2020 edition. The data collection technigue in this research was using documentary The technigue testing the validity of data in this research was diligence of observation and reference coverage. The results of the study found 335 data forms of personal deixis, 11 data forms of place deixis and 24 data forms of time deixis. The forms of personal deixis found are singular and plural first person deixis, singular and plural second person, and singular and plural third person. Persona deixis means referential and constructional. The form of place deixis found is a reference to a place that is far from the speaker, a reference to a place that is not far from the speaker and a reference to a place that is close to the speaker. Place deixis means construction and referential. The form of time deixis is the time of past events, the time of present events and the time of future events. Time deixis means referential.

Abstract

AbstractLow achievement on High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) of primary students in SDN 73 West Pontianak subistrict, had promoted the implementing of Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) integrated project-based learning. The report is to describe how well HOTS achievement of 5th grade students in term of attitude, knowledge, skill, and the effect. A quantitative research with one group pertest posttest design was used along with observation, tests, and document studies. Data collection tools were transcripts from video recordings, student worksheets, and essay questions for the pretest and posttest which were analyzed using descriptive statistics and N Gain score. Mastery of HOTS in the domain attitude had an average score of 72 was in good category with a percentage of critical thinking aspect by 77%. The mastery of knowledge domain on process of transfer of C4 Level or analyzing had an average score of 70,37 or in a good category with a percentage of completeness by 56%. In skill domain for aspect of problem solving, the average score was 69,44 with a percentage of good categories by 66%. The effect of the implementation of STEM integrated project-based learning on high order thinking skills of 5th grade students of SD Negeri 73 was in moderate or quite influential categoryKeywords: High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS), Project-Based Learning, Science Technology Engineering And Mathematics (STEM) Integrated

Abstract

Proverb is a word that is often used by people in ancient times until now and is a part of Chinese culture. Proverbs have many elements, namely animals, plants, the human body, numbers, colors, flavors and other elements. Mandarin proverbs are often used by old people in general and become part of their lives. Until now, proverbs are often used in people's lives, both in learning and in daily conversation.However, young people today rarely know about proverbs and use proverbs in their lives. Therefore, the writer chose mandarin proverbs as the object of research. The writer analyzes the meaning of Chinese proverbs using the element of taste, namely the bitter taste element from the Chinese Proverb Dictionary, namely “Xuě Shēng Chéngyǔ Cídiǎn and Hànyǔ chéngyǔ xuéxí cídiǎn ” and the writer collecs 34 proverbs and analyzes the meaning of the 34 proverbs.Through the method of analysis and description, the writer can conclude that among 34 proverbs, 21% of idioms have positive meanings, 12% have negative meanings, and 68% contain meanings from these proverbs.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis thesis is entitled "Implementation of Online Learning During the Covid-19Pandemic in Economics Subject Class XI IIS IN SMA Islam BawariPontianak". The problem in this research is how to implement online learningduring the covid-19 pandemic in the economics subject of class XI IIS atBawari Islamic High School Pontianak. The method used is descriptivemethod. The form of research is qualitative description. Abstract

AbstractThe aims of this research are to determine and decribe the use of teacher-madelearning videos on trigonometry material. This research was conducted in classx science 1 and x science 2 at SMAN 10 Pontianak. In doing the reseacrh thewriter used descriptive qualitative method. The techniques of data collectionsthat used in this research were interviews, observation, and written tests. Thetechnical analysis of data in this research is to reduce the data that has beenobtained, present the data, and draw the conclusions. The subject in thisresearch was a teacher and 63 students. The results of this analysis showed thatthe use of learning videos is still not optimal. In making learning videos, thereare 3 stages namely preparation, manufacturing process, and finalmanufacture. While in the learning process there are still many students whoare less active and in the 2013 curriculum students are required to be active.As well as on student learning outcomes show that there are still some studentswho have not completed, which is around 31.7%.Keywords: Use Of Learning Videos, Teacher-Made, Trigonometry Material.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the seventh-grade (VII B) pupils at SMP Negeri 1 Mempawah Hilir's vocal technique competency. To provide students a better understanding of singing technique, an innovative method is needed in the context of cultural arts education. To get the best outcomes, the drill method was selected as the teaching approach. The purpose of the study is to determine how well students' voice technique can be improved through the drill approach and how this can affect their learning outcomes in cultural arts education.This action study is divided into two cycles, with the drill approach being implemented in the second cycle following reflection on the first cycle's flaws. The students' vocal technique abilities were assessed by group assessments, individual testing, and observation.The study's findings show that students' voice technique skills significantly improved in the second cycle. 92.59% of students met the good criteria, according to the evaluation, and 7.41% met the excellent criteria. Students in the second cycle performed better than in the first, with an average score of 79.47. The application of the drill approach is helpful in improving the vocal technique skills of seventhgrade students at SMP Negeri 1 Mempawah Hilir, according to the research findings. This demonstrates that, when used to cultural arts education, the drill approach can be a useful teaching tactic that enhances student learning outcomes.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of using audio-visual media in Civic Educationlearning on student learning outcomes in class III State Elementary School 01 HuluSungai, the number of students is 20 people. The method used is a quasi-experimentaldesign with the type of Time-Series Design. The population in this proposal is all thirdgrade students of State Elementary School 01 Hulu Sungai. The research procedure willbe carried out in the 2nd semester of February-March 2020. The technique used is a test.The analytical technique used to calculate the mean is Mean= =∑ fi . xi∑ fi , standarddeviation using SD = √∑ D2−[(∑D2)/np]np−1, to calculate the effect size using ES = Ye− YcSe, withthe result that tcount is 3,716 and ttable is 2,093. Because tcount (3.716) > ttable (2.093), it issaid to be significant, so therefore Ha is accepted. So it can be said that there is an effectof using audio-visual media on the learning outcomes of civic education lessons for thirdgraders at the 01 Hulu Sungai State Elementary School. effect size results obtained resultsof 0.830 with the "medium" category.Keywords: Influence, Audio Visual Media, Citizenship Education

Abstract

AbstractThis exploration is a trial study that expects to see the impact of utilizing google classroom alongside video exercises on understudy learning results on SPLDV material in class VIII SMP Negeri 13 Pontianak.
