Abstract

This empirical study examines how a Culture of Criticism on social media and Digital CSR Communications shape Eco-Friendly Brand Equity, highlighting the mediating mechanism of Perceived Digital Accountability among Eiger Indonesia consumers. Amid growing consumer skepticism toward corporate greenwashing practices, outdoor gear brands face dual pressure from public criticism online and their own proactive sustainability messaging. Using a quantitative cross-sectional design, empirical data were collected via an online survey targeting 143 active followers of the @eigeradventure Instagram account aged 18 to 45, selected through purposive sampling. Statistical analysis was conducted using Multiple Linear Regression along with the Sobel Test and the SPSS PROCESS Macro to test both direct pathways and indirect structural relationships. The structural framework indicates that the Culture of Accountability on social media and Digital CSR Communication significantly drive Perceptions of Digital Accountability, which in turn serve as a crucial determinant of Eco-Friendly Brand Equity. Furthermore, Perceived Digital Accountability serves as an essential psychological bridge that transforms external public scrutiny and corporate sustainability signals into enhanced brand trust, an eco-friendly image, and customer satisfaction. Based on Signaling Theory, this study contributes to contemporary brand management literature by emphasizing digital accountability as a vital strategic pillar and providing practical guidance for outdoor brand managers in navigating digital public scrutiny.

Abstract

The growing complexity of textile supply chains has increased the need for digital capabilities that enhance operational coordination, process integration, and quality management. The integration of digital supply chain standards with quality management remains important for improving supply chain outcomes in the textile industry. This study examines the relationship between the SCOR Digital Standard (SCOR DS) and Supply Chain Performance (SCP), with Quality Management (QM) serving as a mediating mechanism. A quantitative explanatory approach was employed using data from 320 personnel involved in supply chain, production, quality, and operational activities in the textile industry. Data were collected through structured Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). SCOR DS has a significant positive effect on QM (β = 0.454, p < 0.001) and SCP (β = 0.142, p = 0.009). QM also has a stronger positive effect on SCP (β = 0.484, p < 0.001). Furthermore, QM significantly mediates the relationship between SCOR DS and SCP (β = 0.220, p = 0.007). Digital supply chain capabilities based on SCOR DS can strengthen supply chain performance, particularly when supported by effective quality management. The findings provide an integrated perspective for aligning digital SCOR practices with quality management to improve textile supply chain performance.

Abstract

This study examines how product diversification shapes purchase intention among consumers of premium local Muslim fashion brands in Indonesia through brand trust, perceived value, and customer satisfaction. 250 DKI Jakarta who had purchased Kamiidea or Buttonscarves products through online or physical stores, analysis (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3. Product diversification strengthens brand trust, perceived value, and customer satisfaction. However, its direct effect on purchase intention is negligible, indicating that diversification becomes behaviorally meaningful primarily when consumers translate a broader product portfolio into value and satisfaction. Customer satisfaction provides the strongest direct and mediating mechanism, followed by perceived value, whereas brand trust does not directly predict purchase intention and its simple mediation pathway is not significant. 48.9% of impact purchase intention. Refine understanding of product diversification in premium Muslim fashion by showing that expanding an assortment is not sufficient by itself; diversification must create relevant value and a satisfying shopping experience to stimulate purchase intention. Managerially, the results emphasize disciplined assortment innovation, consistent quality, value communication, and omnichannel service rather than reliance on brand trust alone.

Abstract

Weather conditions play an important role in supporting the effectiveness and safety of oil palm harvesting activities. However, weather feasibility assessment is often conducted manually and subjectively, which may result in inconsistent decision-making. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) for assessing weather conditions to support oil palm harvesting using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The research employed field research and a Prototype development model. Weather data were obtained from the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysical Agency (BMKG), while system requirements were identified through observation and literature studies. The assessment involved four criteria: rainfall, average temperature, humidity, and solar radiation intensity. Each criterion was converted into a rating scale and processed through the SAW stages, including decision matrix formation, normalization, weighting, preference value calculation, and ranking. The results indicate that the developed system can generate a structured ranking of weather conditions based on their feasibility for harvesting activities. The system also provides weather data management, criteria management, automated SAW calculations, recommendations, and ranking results. Black-box testing showed that the main system functions operated according to the specified requirements. Therefore, the proposed DSS can support faster, more objective, and systematic decision-making in oil palm harvesting activities.

Abstract

This study analyzes the dynamic relationship between the stock prices of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF) and PT. Mayora Indah Tbk (MYOR) using historical daily stock-price data recorded during 2025. The study employs a quantitative time-series approach using Vector Autoregression (VAR), Granger causality, Impulse Response Function (IRF), and Forecast Error Variance Decomposition (FEVD). The dataset consists of 236 trading-day observations for each company obtained from Yahoo Finance. The Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) test indicates that the INDF series is stationary at level, whereas the MYOR series becomes stationary after first differencing. The Granger causality test shows that lagged movements in INDF significantly predict MYOR, while the reverse relationship is not statistically significant. The IRF results indicate that MYOR responds positively to a shock originating from INDF, with the strongest response occurring around the third period. Furthermore, the FEVD results show that the contribution of INDF to MYOR forecast-error variance increases from 0.46% in period 1 to 10.82% in period 12. These findings indicate that movements and information contained in INDF may become increasingly relevant to MYOR over the modeled horizon. The study contributes empirical evidence regarding stock-price dynamics in Indonesia’s consumer-goods sector and provides practical information for investors in assessing inter-stock relationships and market information transmission.

Abstract

As artificial intelligence (AI) becomes embedded in organizations' operational knowledge management amid accelerating digital transformation, empirical evidence on how AI-Driven Knowledge Management actually functions in practice remains limited, particularly within the transportation service sector. This study analyzes the implementation of AI-Driven Knowledge Management in supporting process improvement and data-driven decision support in the operational management of PT Blue Bird Tbk during 2020-2025, grounded in the Knowledge-Based View (Grant, 1996) and the SECI model (Nonaka & Takeuchi, 1995). It employs a single descriptive qualitative case study design (Yin, 2018) structured in two sequential phases: an integrative literature review to build the conceptual framework, followed by analysis of 13 secondary documents (annual and sustainability reports 2020-2025, academic publications, media coverage) and confirmatory interviews with four informants (two Regional Managers, two Operations Managers). NVivo 12 Pro was used to analyze the data, yielding 8 themes and 162 references with an inter-rater reliability of Cohen's Kappa κ = 0.85. Three concrete contributions emerge from the findings: data-driven decision-making across all managerial levels, improved fleet-assignment processes through digital dispatch, and faster information dissemination across organizational levels. Yet the AI-Driven Knowledge Management theme received zero coding across all four interview transcripts despite having 7 references from secondary documents, and SECI-cycle analysis identified two breakpoints at the externalization and combination stages. This study proposes the concept of an automation shortcut, a pattern in which AI generates operational efficiency through direct automation without first strengthening the organization's knowledge cycle, diverging from assumptions commonly held in prior literature.

Abstract

This study develops a web-based Smart Inventory system that integrates inventory recording, demand forecasting, inventory analytics, and replenishment recommendations for fabric stock control at BKR Textile Kudus. A Research and Development approach using the Prototype model was combined with quantitative comparative forecasting. The dataset comprised 400 fabric items and 12 months of stock-out history. Four one-month-ahead methods were tested: three-month Moving Average (MA), Weighted Moving Average (WMA) with 1:2:3 weights, Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) with alpha = 0.30, and rolling three-point Linear Regression (LR)-were evaluated through rolling-origin backtesting using MAD, MSE, and MAPE. Across 14,400 forecast-actual comparisons, MA produced the lowest average errors, with MAD of 5.167 rolls, MSE of 36.881, and MAPE of 5.166%. Inventory analysis identified three Critical items, 78 Low-stock items, 157 Normal items, and 162 Overstock items. The principal contribution is the integration of item-level comparative forecasting, safety stock, reorder points, inventory-status classification, and automated restock recommendations within one operational web platform. The system translates forecasting results into transparent decision information for a local textile company, although the findings remain specific to the one-year dataset and organizational setting examined.

Abstract

The rapid adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) has transformed labor market structures and skill requirements, raising concerns about its implications for university students' career development. However, limited research has distinguished between different dimensions of AI-driven change and their psychological effects on career readiness. This study aimed to examine the effects of AI-labor market transformation and skill-based technological change on career anxiety and career readiness among university students, as well as the mediating role of career anxiety. A quantitative cross-sectional design was employed involving 300 undergraduate students in Pontianak, Indonesia. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings indicate that AI-labor market transformation has a significant positive effect on career anxiety, whereas skill-based technological change does not significantly influence career anxiety. Career anxiety positively affects career readiness and significantly mediates the relationship between AI-labor market transformation and career readiness. However, it does not mediate the relationship between skill-based technological change and career readiness. These findings suggest that students are more psychologically affected by uncertainty regarding future employment opportunities than by changes in skill requirements. The study contributes to the literature by conceptualizing AI-driven change into two distinct dimensions and demonstrating that they influence career readiness through different psychological pathways. The findings also provide practical implications for higher education institutions in designing career development initiatives that integrate AI literacy with psychological support to better prepare students for an AI-driven labor market.

Abstract

Financial inclusion — access to, and effective use of, formal financial services such as savings, credit, and digital payment — has been shown to significantly influence the optimization of sustainable tourism village development, and prior quantitative analysis conducted in Serangan Village, Denpasar, Bali, confirmed that pentahelix collaboration, a five-stakeholder partnership model bringing together government, community, academia, business, and media, significantly moderates this relationship. However, the social mechanisms underlying that moderation-how the five pentahelix elements (government, community, academia, business/financial institutions, and media) actually commit, communicate, coordinate, and sustain their partnership-remain underexplored in the literature, which has largely treated financial inclusion and pentahelix collaboration as separate constructs. This article aims to explore in depth the dynamics of pentahelix collaboration in supporting the optimization of sustainable tourism village development in Serangan Village, drawing on the qualitative strand of a larger mixed-methods study. Each pentahelix element was found to play a distinct yet complementary role. Local government provides policy support and destination promotion; the community, represented by Pokdarwis and BUMDes, undertakes daily conservation and tourism management; academia contributes training and financial-literacy assistance; business actors and financial institutions expand access to credit and digital payment; and media broadens promotional reach. Nevertheless, formal coordination among these elements-particularly between government and financial institutions- remains ad hoc, community financial-management capacity is limited, and the continuity of academic assistance programs depends heavily on short-term research and community-service grant cycles.
