Abstract

Abstract Islamic law provides many methods for deciding a case, starting from the lafdziyah method to the makawiyah method carried out by four madzhab imams, one of whom is famous is Imam Ahmad Bin Hanbal. This research aims to describe the history of the life and thoughts of Imam Ahmad Bin Hanbal. The method used is qualitative with literature study techniques then descriptive analysis is carried out. The research results show that Imam Ahmad Bin Hanbal is a Sunni Islamic cleric from Baghdad, Iraq. His thinking tends towards literalism and conservatism in the interpretation of religion. This is because the legal istinbath method used by him is based on Nash (Al-Quran and Sunnah), Fatwa of the Companions, Mursal hadith, dha'if hadith, and Qiyas. One example of the application of legal istinbath in fiqh carried out by Imam Ahmad Ibn Hanbal is regarding the law on female judges in Islam where he believes that women should not be judges based on Nash Al-Quran surah An-Nnisa verse 34. However, in the current era, it is less relevant if it continues to be implemented because the ability to become a leader, judge, or any other profession should not be based on gender. This is also in line with the thoughts of Yusuf Al-Qardawi and several contemporary scholars who have gender-friendly thoughts. Keywords: History of the Life; Thoughts; Imam; Ahmad bin Hanbal.

Abstract

This study aims to examine Imam Az-Zarnuji's views on the obligations and rights of students in the context of the book "Ta'lim Muta'allim" and evaluate its relevance in modern education. The main focus of this research is to understand how traditional Islamic education principles can be applied to overcome the challenges faced in the contemporary education system. The research method used is an in-depth literature review method to collect and analyze data through qualitative text analysis, where the main data is obtained from an in-depth reading of the book "Ta'lim Muta'allim" and is complemented by secondary data from relevant literature. The analysis process involves identifying key themes, such as sincere learning intentions, manners and ethics, consistency in learning, and the right to a fair and inclusive education. The results of the study show that the principles proposed by Az-Zarnuji, such as the importance of sincere intention in pursuing knowledge, respect for teachers, and diligent effort, have strong relevance to modern educational values that emphasize character development and intrinsic motivation. The novelty of this research lies in the interdisciplinary approach that connects the concept of traditional Islamic education with modern educational practices and theories, which has not been widely discussed in previous studies. Thus, this research makes a significant contribution in understanding how the integration between traditional and modern education can improve the quality of education and holistic student development. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the teaching material of Akidah Akhlak class VII semester I chapter II published by the Directorate of KSKK Madrasah, Directorate General of Islamic Education and Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, in particular analysing the material in Chapter II and its relevance to the theory of Benjamin S Bloom which covers three domains namely cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domain as well as from the psychological point of view of student development. This research uses a qualitative approach using a library study or library research research method by searching literature involving books, journals, and other sources of information relevant to the subject being studied. The results of this examination are the content of the learning material Akidah Akhlak is already in line with the cognitive theory, and affective Benjamin S Bloom but in the psychomotor aspects of this chapter is not very emphasized because of the material about the properties of God where students only need to know, understand apply, and believe the qualities of God along with the signs that have been mentioned in it, while psychologically the development of the students of this book from the language aspects is quite easy to understand for children age MTs (13-15 years) where the brain development and cognition of the child has developed. However, in the presentation of the data table, God's properties are less attractive to readers and the images displayed are less clear. In spite of all that teaching material especially in chapter II about the attributes of God is already sufficient. Having quality teaching materials can help teachers to deliver learning materials well, with the right methods of teachers and involve students actively in learning in order to the learning goals set by the government and advance education in Indonesia.   Keywords:. Abstract

The era of modernization has presented various challenges and significant changes in every aspect of life, including education. In the context of these changes, tradition still plays an important role as a medium for conveying religious values in society. This study employs a qualitative methodology with an ethnographic approach, utilizing Clifford Geertz's interpretative framework for analysis. This research aims to analyze the Betumbang Apam tradition as a medium of Islamic education in understanding and strengthening the religious values of the community at the Palajau Sacred Mosque. The results of this study show that the Betumbang Apam tradition is a reflection of cultural wealth and a strong medium in conveying religious values. This tradition reflects faith values, such as belief in Allah, gratitude and early introduction to the mosque to children; moral values, such as respect for scholars and parents; and social values, such as togetherness and friendship. In the context of modernization, this tradition remains relevant because it strengthens people's religious understanding through deep symbolism. The results of this study reinforce Clifford Geertz's “thick description” theory, showing that the Betumbang Apam tradition has layers of meaning that enrich spiritual and social understanding in the Muslim community in Palajau.

Abstract

Children with special needs often face various challenges in the learning process, such as communication barriers, difficulties in social interaction, and problems adjusting to the learning environment. This paper aims to find out how the application of hadith values in writing, speaking and practicing by teachers is an important strategy to encourage children with disabilities to overcome these problems and develop their full potential. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative, which produces descriptive data that can be observed from the words or speech of participants. This research method was conducted directly in the field (field research) with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted on May 3, 2024 at SLB Bhakti Kencana 1 Berbah. The results showed that in SLB Bhakti Kencana 1 Berbah the application of hadith about learning motivation was carried out through writing, oral and practice. Providing strong learning motivation to children with special needs is very important because it can help them overcome the various problems they face. High learning motivation can help children with special needs stay motivated, confident and excited in facing learning challenges

Abstract

To measure whether test participants have successfully completed the test given by the examiner or not, an assessment technique or approach is required. In this case, an examiner can use two types of assessments, namely norm-referenced assessment and criterion-referenced assessment. Most of the teachers who teach Islamic Religious Education at SDN 5 Syamsudin Noor Banjarbaru only use criterion-referenced assessment. Therefore, this research is conducted to help explain both approaches while providing practical analysis using Microsoft Excel or manual calculations. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive-quantitative approach, where the data is obtained from the field, using documentation as the data collection technique. The results of this study show that the achievement of Class 1 A students at SDN 5 Syamsudin Noor in the Midterm Assessment (PTS) revealed that when using the Norm-Referenced Assessment with manual calculations in the subject of Islamic Religious Education, 13 out of 25 students were declared not to have passed. Meanwhile, when using the criterion-referenced approach model, in manual calculations for the Islamic Religious Education grades, with the passing grade set at 75, it was found that 8 students were declared not to have passed.

Abstract

This research aims to find out: (1) The application of the Predict, Observe, and Explain (POE) learning model in the subject of Islamic Religious Education & Budi Pekerti class VII at SMP Negeri 2 Waru. (2) The level of critical thinking ability of students in the subject of Islamic Religious Education & Ethics class VII at SMP Negeri 2 Waru. (3) The correlation between the application of the Predict, Observe, and Explain (POE) learning model in Islamic Religious Education & BP subjects with an increase in the critical thinking skills of seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Waru. The method used in this research is field research with a quantitative approach with correlational techniques. The population in this study amounted to 344 students and a sample of 60 students. The data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and questionnaires. As for the instrument prerequisite test using validity and reliability tests and hypothesis testing using product moment correlation tests and significance tests. The results of this study indicate that the application of the POE model in PAI & BP subjects is in the good category with an average of 79%. The level of critical thinking skills of students in PAI & BP subjects in class VII of 70% is in the good category. And the correlation test results obtained r_hitung of 0.671. At the 1% and 5% significance levels the results of r_ (count) > r_table so it can be concluded that H_0 is rejected and H ‘a’ which reads there is a correlation between the application of the critical thinking mode and the critical thinking mode.

Abstract

Probelamtika anak putus sekolah di Kelayan A Kecamatan Banjarmasin SelatanKota Banjarmasin disebabkan oleh beberapa hal yaitu:Lemahnya ekonomi keluarga.Kurangnyaminat anak untuk bersekolah. Kondisi lingkungan tempat tinggal yang tidak menunjang.Pandangan masyarakat yang tidak menganggap penting terhadap pendidikan. Kurangnyaperhatian orang tua terhadap pendidikan anak.Usaha-usaha yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi anak putus sekolah dalam usia wajibbelajar adalah:Memperbaiki ekonomi masyarakat dengan program keluarga berencana,memberikan keterampilan pekerjaan/usaha, memberikan bimbingan dan penyuluhan kepadapetani dan pekerja.Memperbaiki pendangan masyarakat terhadap pendidikan denganmengadakan ceramah melalui rapat desa dan ceramah pada mejelis taklim.Mengikutsertakandalam sekolah lanjutan tingkat menengah atau Program Paket B setara SLTP.Kata Kunci : Problematika, anak dan putus serta sekolah

Abstract

Peran orang tua dalam pendidikan akhlak anak yang terlibat narkoba di Kelurahan Ulu Benteng Kecamatan Marabahan Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Dilihat dari beberapaperanan yang dilakukan orang tua sebagai pendidik / pembimbing dalam memberikan pembinaan akhlak terhadap anaknya, akan tetapi anak terkadang tidak menurut kepada orang tuanya, sehingga pembinaan orang tua masih dikatakan kurang berjalan dengan baik. Sebagai contoh teladan, sebagian orang tua masih kurang dalam memberikan tauladan terhadap anaknya, misalnya dalam hal mengajak anak untuk shalat sebagian orang tua Cuma bisa mengajak anaknya dalam shalat jumat dan magrib saja. Memberikan pengawasan, dalam memberikan pengawasan terhadap anaknya, karena orang tua sering mengawasi anaknya ketika anak masih bisa diawasi oleh orang tua mereka. Dan pemberi nasehat, setiap orang tua selalu memberikan nasehat terhadap anaknya, baik itu pada saat anaknya berbuat salah maupun anaknya tidak salah, karena memberikan nasehat itu merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi setiap orang tua. Dari semua kegiatan yang dilakukan orang tua dapat dinilai cukup baik sebagai peran orang tua dalam pendidikan akhlak anak yang terlibat narkoba di Kelurahan Ulu Benteng Kecamatan Marabahan Kabupaten Barito Kuala.Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi bagi orang tua dalam pendidikan akhlak anak yang mengkonsumsi narkoba (miras) ini dapat di kategorikan cukup baik dalam membina akhlak anak yaitu: Pertama ; Latar belakang pendidikan orang tua, jika dilihat dari segi pendidikan para orang tua maka dapat dikatakan bahwa taraf pendidikan mereka masih rendah, dikarenakan mayoritas para orang tua hanya berpendidikan SLTA / sederajat. Namun, sebagian dari orang tua masih ada yang berpendidikan rendah seperti SD, tetapi mereka dapat mengatasinya dengan pendidikan informal yang bersifat keagamaan. Kedua; Ekonomi orang tua sangat berpengaruh terhadap pendidikan anak, dikarenakan sebagian dari orang tua masih ada dari segi ekonominya yang kurang memadai, dikarenakan dari penghasilan setiap orang tua tidak sama. Oleh karena itu sebagian dari orang tua yang profesinya sebagai petani, mereka menutupi kebutuhan sehari-hari dengan berbagai macam pekerjaan seperti nelayan, buruh bangunan dan sebagainya. Ketiga; Faktor lingkungan juga sangat berpengaruh dalam pembinaan akhlak anak. Karena dalam keluarga, anak diberikan bimbingan serta pembiasaan tingkah laku yang baik, Di sekolah anak mendapatkan contoh teladan dari guru-gurunya. Dan di lingkungan masyarakat tidak hanya orang tua yang memberikan Pembinaan akhlak terhadap anaknnya, tetapi anak juga mendapatkan tambahan pengetahuan dalam pembinaan akhlak.Kata Kunci: Peran, Pendidikan, Akhlak dan Terlibat Narkoba

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan ditemukan bahwa, kemampuanpeserta didik kelas IX di SMPN 4 Takisung dalam membaca Alquran, meliputi:kemampuan membaca Alquran dengan makharijul huruf dikategorikan baik dengan nilairata-rata (mean) yaitu 75,6. Kemampuan membaca Alquran dengan kaidah tajwid dengan nilai rata-rata (mean) yaitu 80,3 termasuk dalam kategori amat baik. Sedangkan, kemampuan membaca Alquran dengan panjang pendek bacaan dikategorikan amat baik dengan nilai rata-rata (mean) 80,3.Kemampuan peserta didik kelas IX di SMPN 4 Takisung dalam menulis Alquran(hijaiah) berdasarkan kemampuan menulis huruf hijaiah tunggal dikategorikan baik dengan nilai rata-rata (mean) yaitu 74,5 dan kemampuan menulis huruf hijaiah bersambung dengan nilai rata-rata (mean) yaitu 75,6 termasuk dalam kategori baik.Kata Kunci : Kemampuan, Membaca dan Menulis
