Abstract

Introduction: Tourism is one of the government's priority efforts to improve the Indonesian economy. that tourism or what is often referred to as a tourist place is a geographical area that is in one or more administrative areas where the tourist place is located. Public space, tourism services, accessibility and a sense of togetherness are interconnected and complement the realization of tourism. If the offer of the destination is attractive, it will definitely encourage visitors to visit the tourist attraction. Because tourism potential is a factor that causes visitors to visit a tourist spot. If the visitors feel satisfaction (satisfaction) with the tourist attractions, they will definitely return to the tourist attractions (revisit intention) and will then provide recommendations (intention to recommend) to others. Method: This study uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) using SPSS software version 22 and LISREL SEM software. The research was conducted in the Thousand Islands , DKI Jakarta. From the research conducted, the independent variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable. Result: Based on the results of the study, the Destination Image variable has a significant influence to Revisit Intention through Perceived Value. This shows that, the more the image produced, the better the satisfaction and stimulation obtained visitor's intention to return. Conclusion: all hypotheses in the study can be accepted.

Abstract

Introduction: Rail transportation is part of land transportation in Indonesia. The extended rail network has level crossings, namely the crossing of railroads and highways. Judging from the existing laws in Indonesia, the law mentions avoiding accidents at level crossings. Several factors influence law enforcement at railroad crossings, including legal, law enforcement, facilities, community, and cultural factors. There needs to be legal awareness from the side of law violators themselves, law enforcement officers themselves, and the government side. It is also necessary to increase cooperation between networks of law enforcement officers in crossing railroad crossings. Method: The research method used in this study is comparative descriptive. Result: The public is stated to have not understood the regulations that discuss railroad crossings listed in Law Number 23 of 2007, which discusses railways. In Law Number 22 of 2009, which discusses Traffic and Road Transportation, it is stated that Government Regulation 56 of 2009 discusses the Implementation of Railways and Government Regulation Number 72 of 2009 concerning Railway Traffic and Transportation. Conclusion: The law of crossing a railroad plot according to positive law in Indonesia has a position as a reference for travelling a railroad plot as has been written based on: Article 124 of Law Number 23 of 2007, Article 78 of Government Regulation Number 56 of 2009, Article 110 paragraph (1) Government Regulation Number 72 of 2009 & Article 114 of Law Number 22 of 2009.

Abstract

Introduction: Companies conducting initial public offerings have two main anomalies in stock exchanges around the world, namely underpricing (short-term performance) and poor long-term performance (poor long-run term performance). One of the factors that can provide information on the performance of an initial public offering company is the initiation of dividends, the age of the company, and the reputation of the underwriter. The purpose of this study is to analyze the long-term performance of Indonesian IPOs made during the period from 2012 to 2018. Method: This type of research is quantitative research, and the type of data used is secondary data. The population in this study are all initial public offering companies listed from 2012 to 2018. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling. The data analysis technique used SPSS 24. Result: IPO companies that experienced a positive initial return of 78% consisting of 139 companies, this was an advantage for investors while underpricing for the company while experiencing a negative initial return of 22% consisting of 40 companies. The initiation dividend has a coefficient (B) of -0.023 and a significant value of 0.349, indicating that the initiation dividend has a negative and insignificant effect on the long-term stock performance of IPO companies. The variable age of the company has a coefficient value (B) of 0.001 with a significance value of 0.049 which means that the age of the company has a positive and significant effect on buy and hold abnormal returns. The results of testing the influence of underwriter reputation1, underwriter reputation2, underwriter3 reputation, and underwriter reputation4 have no significant effect on the long-term stock performance of IPO companies. Conclusion: In general, the results of the long-term performance of IPOs in Indonesia from 2012 to 2018 during the three years after the IPO found negative abnormal results.

Abstract

Introduction: Diarrhea in 2019 became the second leading cause of death in children under five. The causes of diarrhoea include infection, malabsorption, and food and are influenced by several factors such as behavioural, nutritional, environmental, and socioeconomic factors. This study aimed to analyze the effect of variables on nutritional status and environmental sanitation on the incidence of diarrhoea in children under five in the South Lampung Regency. Method: This study is survey research with a cross-sectional design and uses binary logistic regression analysis. The samples taken were 380 toddlers aged 6-59 months. Result: 10 of the 21 predictor variables had a significant effect on the 5% significant level of the incidence of diarrhoea, where there were nine predictor variables, including poor/poor nutritional status, history of exclusive breastfeeding, clean water sources from BOR wells, clean water sources from PDAM. mountain spring drinking water sources, latrine facilities, septic tank facilities, managed waste management, and the floor of a ceramic house can reduce the incidence of diarrhea with odds ratio and [p=] values of 0.06[0.000], 0.33[0.017], 0.01[0.0000], 0.02[0.000], 0.02[0.004], 0.04[0.000], 0.01[0.025], 0.02[0.001], and 0.10[0.000]. Toddlers living in noncoastal areas have a 1.08 times higher chance of experiencing diarrhoea than coastal areas. In contrast, one variable, namely the age of toddlers, can increase the susceptibility to diarrhoea in toddlers with the odds ratio and [p=] values of 1.04 [0.007, respectively. Conclusion: This study shows that the influence of nutritional status variables and environmental sanitation has a great possibility to reduce the incidence of diarrhoea in children under five, namely in the group of nutritional status variables, including poor/poor nutritional status, age of toddlers, and history of exclusive breastfeeding.
