Abstract

Nesya Jaya Rasa Nugget is a home business group that has been established since 2018, in Rumpin District, Bogor. On average, 1 production can produce 50 balls or around 1,250 packs of nuggets. The purpose of this community service and empowerment program is to increase production capacity and product quality including product packaging. This community service and empowerment program begins with a needs analysis through partner surveys and observations, followed by determining an empowerment program according to needs, then carrying out training and mentoring related to product capacity and quality through the provision of appropriate tools/technology to increase the effectiveness of production time. The results obtained from this program are an increase in the knowledge and skills of business groups related to maintaining product quality through cleanliness of production rooms, increasing production capacity and quality through the use of appropriate technology and the use of attractive product packaging.

Abstract

Stunting is a serious public health issue in Indonesia, especially at Nagari Kapuh, Koto XII Tarusan District, Pesisir Selatan region of West Sumatera. The survey results revealed that 32 out of 59 children are experiencing stunting. This condition is influenced by several factors, including poor nutritional intake, limited capacity of posyandu (community health post) volunteers and the damaged medical equipment. Addressing this issue requires a holistic and collaborative approach. Efforts include providing education on balanced nutrition, training posyandu volunteers to improve their monitoring and nutrition counseling skills. Improving healthcare facilities and encouraging participation are also crucial steps in combating stunting in this area. It is hoped that through strong collaboration between various stakeholders—including, village authorities, and relevant institutions—the stunting rate in Nagari Kapuh can be significantly reduced. This program aims both to lower the prevalence of stunting and to improve the overall quality of life for the community.

Abstract

Batik Nitik Kembangsore operates in the traditional batik industry, with unique and exclusive motifs. However, the current production is limited to jarit cloth with a relatively high price, resulting in low sales turnover due to the high selling price. This Community Partnership Program proposes a solution to overcome these challenges by diversifying products and creating contemporary batik motifs using artificial intelligence. Leonardo.ai's online tools will be used to design new motifs while maintaining the aesthetic value and philosophy of Batik Nitik Kembangsore. In addition, to strengthen the marketing and sales system, the website www.kembangsore.com will be developed as an integrated digital platform. With this strategy, it is hoped that Batik Nitik Kembangsore can expand its market reach, increase competitiveness, and reach broader consumers. This innovation supports the sustainability of the traditional batik industry and strengthens Batik Nitik Kembangsore's position in the modern market.

Abstract

Pelatihan manajemen pemasaran dan sertifikasi produk pada UMKM Tahu “Sidodadi” Kediri dilakukan untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Pelatihan  ini penting, karena sertifikasi produk dan manajemen pemasaran yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen dan penjualan. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup persiapan kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi kegiatan melalui kuesioner. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa 33,8% peserta memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman sangat baik, 49,2% peserta menilai baik, dan 17% peserta menilai cukup baik. Kegiatan pelatihan tersebut berhasil memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan oleh UMKM, sehingga dapat membantu dalam meningkatkan daya saing produk tahu “Sidodadi” di pasar lokal maupun nasional.

Abstract

Bullying is a serious problem among adolescents today. The impact of bullying on adolescents is very broad, including mental health problems such as depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. GIAT Bullying (Happy Without Bullying) is a community service program designed to provide positive thinking training to adolescents as an effort to prevent bullying behavior. This program recognizes that bullying is a serious problem that can affect the psychological and emotional well-being of adolescents. Therefore, through a series of trainings and workshops, this program aims to equip adolescents with the skills and knowledge needed to deal with, prevent, and stop bullying. Positive thinking training, as the core of this program, is aimed at helping adolescents develop a healthy and positive mindset, which in turn can minimize their risk of becoming victims or perpetrators of bullying. Community service activities were carried out at SMPN 21 Tanjung Jabung Timur in September 2024 with the results of the community service showing an increase in the ability of teenagers to carry out positive thinking exercises and an increase in knowledge about bullying. Thus, GIAT Bullying makes an important contribution to creating a safe and supportive environment for adolescents, where they can grow and develop without fear or threat of bullying.

Abstract

There are various types of household waste, one of which is organic waste such as rice washing water and banana peels, which have great potential to be recycled into liquid organic fertilizer. This community service activity aims to empower the Women Farmers Group in Bonto Karaeng Village, Sinoa Subdistrict, Bantaeng Regency through training on making liquid organic fertilizer from household waste, which was held on August 30, 2024, at the PKK Secretariat. The activity was carried out in three stages, namely counseling, training, and evaluation using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method. The training results showed that the participants had a good understanding of the material presented and were able to apply it directly in making liquid organic fertilizer. This is reinforced by the results of the questionnaire which shows an average increase in knowledge of 80%. The participants hope that this activity can equip them with the skills to process household waste into liquid organic fertilizer in order to reduce environmental impact and increase agricultural productivity

Abstract

Trenggalek Regency is located on the southern coast of East Java, which has a beautiful Dutch heritage agrotourism site, namely Dillem Willis. The Dillem Wilis Agrotourism location is in Dompyong Village, Bendungan District, Trenggalek Regency. When visiting this tourist attraction, a cafe is the main icon and reference location. Caffe Dillem Wilis sells various local Dillem Wilis products such as coffee, cow's milk, essential oils, and others. However, there is no parking area around the cafe to protect visitors' vehicles. Apart from that, lighting around tourist attractions is very minimal. The application of solar canopies in tourist location parking lots is the latest innovation in efforts to promote renewable energy and sustainability in the tourism sector. This parking lot product is an appropriate technology (TTG) applied in Dillem Wilis agrotourism. This article discusses the implementation of solar canopy technology, combining solar panels with a parking roof structure to provide parking and lighting at tourist spots.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Entrepreneurial literacy refers to an individual’s comprehension of entrepreneurs and their positive, creative and innovative traits in transforming business ideas into opportunities that benefit themselves and the community or consumers. Referring to BPS data, the open unemployment rate for high school graduates and the equivalent is still quite high in the Riau Islands, especially Batam City, 7.85%. The aim of this activity is to enhance the understanding of the younger generation, especially Nabilah Islamic High School students, about entrepreneurship. The material was delivered by providing an understanding of entrepreneurship, then continued with discussions, website introductions and website management simulations. Training activities help improve students' comprehension of entrepreneurship which can create their own jobs. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Liakutu, khususnya di kelompok tani Ibu Kreatif, berfokus pada analisis situasi pangan dan sosial  ekonomi yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan program. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup anggota kelompok tani melalui pengembangan usaha ternak unggas, dengan pelatihan teknis dan peningkatan akses modal serta dukungan pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pendampingan dari pemilihan bibit hingga strategi pemasaran, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produksi dan akses pasar, serta memberikan dampak ekonomi yang signifikan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan tingkat ketercapaian rata-rata 95%, dengan partisipasi aktif masyarakat menciptakan rasa kepemilikan yang kuat. Khususnya dalam aspek pemberdayaan gender, perempuan kini lebih berdaya dalam pengambilan keputusan yang berdampak pada kesejahteraan sosial. Keberhasilan program ini menegaskan pentingnya kolaborasi antara masyarakat, pemerintah, dan pihak terkait untuk menciptakan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Dengan pendekatan yang holistik, diharapkan pengabdian ini dapat menjadi model bagi inisiatif serupa di daerah lain, mendukung ketahanan pangan, dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial-ekonomi komunitas.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan guru di SMAN 4 Kota Ternate dalam menyusun artikel ilmiah. Mitra dan peserta kegiatan merupakan seluruh guru di SMAN 4 Kota Ternate yang membutuhkan peningkatan kompetensi dalam bidang penyusunan artikel ilmiah untuk menunjang peningkatan karir sebagai guru profesional. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan memberikan materi tentang metodologi penulisan, akses jurnal, dan praktik submit artikel. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pendampingan dan pelatihan secara langsung disertai dengan percontohan, kemudian demonstrasi proses submit artikel di jurnal terakreditasi nasional. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru. Namun, masih diperlukan pendampingan lebih lanjut untuk memastikan seluruh peserta dapat menyelesaikan proses submit artikel. Hasil akhir program pengabdian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas publikasi guru dan mendukung pengembangan profesionalisme.
