Abstract

This community service program aims to increase production productivity and marketing capabilities through assistance and training in clothing waste processing at Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Berkaho, Pungpungan Village, Kalitidu District, Bojonegoro Regency. The main problems faced by BUMDes Berkaho are the low skills and knowledge in processing clothing waste into products of economic value and limited access and ability to market these products. The training method used includes preparation, socialization, training, technology adaptation, mentoring and evaluation, and program sustainability. The results of the program show a significant improvement in clothing waste treatment skills. BUMDesa Berkaho is able to produce various handicraft products such as bags, wallets, and other accessories that have a high selling value. In addition, the trainees also showed creativity in creating new designs that are more varied and interesting. In terms of Marketing, BUMDes Berkaho was introduced to digital marketing strategies, such as the use of social media and e-commerce platforms to promote and sell products. The evaluation of the program shows that the assistance and training provided have a positive impact on increasing the income of the people of Pungpungan Village. The handicraft products produced have succeeded in attracting the interest of consumers both from inside and outside the region

Abstract

Madrasah Young Researchers Supercamp (Myres) is a national competition held by the ministry of religion that can be followed by all schools under territory ministry of religion . MAN Kota Pasuruan is one of the schools that participated in the competition, and in order for students' scientific work proposals to get Myres grants, intensive assistance is needed in its preparation. The purpose of this activity is to assist students in preparing scientific proposals through training and mentoring methods for writing adolescent scientific proposal so that they can join in the Myres competition. The results of this activity are an increase in student knowledge related to the preparation of adolescent scientific papers, the preparation of 17 scientific proposals submitted in the Myres competition and 1 team that passed the national level selection.

Abstract

Training on the Preparation of Simple Financial Reports at Warung Sambal Ijo Bang Juna, Pematangsiantar City, is part of a community service effort to improve the capacity of micro-business management. This activity aims to provide understanding and skills in sharing knowledge and preparing simple but effective financial reports. This training was held to help shop owners manage their finances better and build a culture of constructive information sharing. According to the interview results, it is known that the understanding of Warung Sambal Ijo Bang Juna business owners regarding the preparation of simple financial reports increased by 90%. This activity not only provides direct benefits for Warung Sambal Ijo Bang Juna but also has the potential to empower other micro-businesses in Pematangsiantar City. With this training, business actors can be more efficient in managing finances and increasing collaboration, ultimately contributing to the growth and sustainability of micro-businesses in the area.

Abstract

Sumber Maron located in Malang Regency, has great potential to be developed as a sustainable local culture-based tourist destination. However, the challenge of managing and promoting this potential effectively remains an obstacle for destination managers and local communities. To overcome this, branding marketing outreach activities through cultural internalization were carried out as part of efforts to develop sustainable tourism in Sumber Maron. The results of this activity show an increase in participants' awareness and ability to integrate cultural values ​​into tourism marketing strategies. The participants were also able to formulate a branding concept that is more focused on the sustainability and authenticity of local culture, which is expected to increase the competitiveness of Sumber Maron as a leading tourist destination. This activity makes a significant contribution to strengthening sustainable tourism in Sumber Maron, as well as empowering local communities to manage and promote their tourism potential independently and responsibly

Abstract

Proses menghargai perbedaan orang lain dimulai dari proses berdamai dan menghargai diri sendiri. Setelah proses mengenal diri, berdamai dan memaafkan diri, seseorang bisa memahami perbedaan dan keunikan individu yang dihadapi. Permasalahan di SDN Sukoharjo 2 Malang adalah siswa kelas 4 SD susah untuk menerima kekurangan diri dan sulit berdamai dengan pengalaman yang menyakitkan. Siswa kelas 4 SD Negeri Sukoharjo 2 Malang juga susah menghadapi perbedaan dan sukar membaur dengan lingkungan sosial yang berbeda budaya. Siswa suka mencibir teman yang memiliki perbedaan suku, agama, ras, dan budaya. Siswa juga sukar menerima gagasan yang berbeda dari gagasan yang dimiliki. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan edukasi Pendidikan perdamaian dan toleransi berbasis Pancasila bagi siswa SD melalui media e-comic. Metode tahapan pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah pemaparan e-comic terkait pendidikan perdamaian diri, pemaparan e-comic terkait perdamaian diri dengan orang lain, dan pemaparan e-comic terkait edukasi toleransi. Hasil edukasi Pendidikan perdamaian dan toleransi di SD Negeri Sukoharjo 2 Malang adalah siswa kelas 4 SD Negeri Sukoharjo 2 Malang memahami perlunya kesadaran untuk terus berdamai dengan diri sendiri dan meningkatnya pemahaman terkait toleransi terhadap perbedaan.

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka encourages schools to implement specific teaching to identify the interests of each individual. This study aims to provide different learning training for teachers in Sumberpuchung National 1 High School. This online training involves the presentation of materials, group discussions, and the sharing of good practices, using the SMALOKA learning community tools available on the Merdeka Teaching platform. The results of the training included the enthusiasm of many participants and the diversity of participants from different regions. In addition, there was an increase in teachers' understanding of differentiated learning concepts and their enthusiasm for applying them in the classroom. However, ongoing support is still needed to overcome the challenges in implementation. This research highlights the importance of collaboration between teachers in developing learning practices that are more inclusive and responsive to student needs.

Abstract

This service activity aims to provide counseling regarding optimizing knowledge sharing at Sambal Ijo Bang Juna MSMEs in Pematangsiantar City. Knowledge sharing is important in developing small and medium businesses, especially in increasing efficiency and productivity. Through this outreach activity, MSME owners and employees can understand how to share knowledge effectively between fellow employees and business partners to create innovation and increase the competitiveness of green chili products. The method used in this activity is a participatory approach through discussion, training, and direct simulation. This counseling focuses on knowledge-sharing strategies, information management, and the application of simple technology that can support the knowledge-sharing process. The results of this activity will likely encourage Sambal Ijo Bang Juna MSMEs to be more adaptive to market changes and utilize their knowledge for product development and improving service quality.

Abstract

Orchids are plants that have been cultivated because they have high economic value. Orchid cultivation is also done to maintain its sustainability. Orchid cultivation requires special knowledge to produce good growth. This educational activity aims to provide knowledge and skills about orchid cultivation for Rasau Jaya Kubu Raya youth group. The method of implementing this activity includes preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Preparation includes coordination with partners regarding the schedule, location, tools, and materials needed. The implementation of activities consists of the delivery of material on the prospects of orchid cultivation, the stages of cultivation, demonstrations, and practices of planting and crossing orchids. Evaluation was carried out by filling out a questionnaire. The knowledge and skills of participants in this educational activity increased from 70.00% who did not know to 40% who knew and 60.00% who were very knowledgeable through the delivery of materials, demonstrations, and practices. This training was beneficial (70.00%) and inspiring (100%). Participants hope that this educational activity can be practiced by themselves and inspire them to open an orchid cultivation business.

Abstract

The population in Indonesia engages in entrepreneurship, particularly in livestock farming, with a focus on goats. This community service initiative was conducted with a livestock group by implementing a grass chopper machine. The challenges faced include the need for understanding livestock management to improve productivity, a lack of technological development in feed production equipment, limited knowledge about hygienic and quality livestock, marketing to mobile buyers, and a high incidence of livestock illnesses. The goal of this initiative is to implement a grass chopper machine to enhance the productivity of the livestock group. The methods used in this activity include socialization, digital marketing training, livestock health management training, feed management technology training, and the design and construction of the grass chopper machine. The partners for this initiative are the Rojokoyo Tentrem Livestock Group in Sumberejo, Poncokusomo, Malang, consisting of 10 members. As a result, the partners now have a grass chopper machine that meets their needs, leading to a 30% increase in feed production, improved understanding of digital marketing, and a 40% increase in knowledge about livestock health management and feed management.

Abstract

The Kampus Mengajar program is designed to improve the quality of education in schools that experience limited infrastructure and access to education. The purpose of this activity is to assist students in improving literacy and numeracy, as well as assist teachers in implementing learning technology. The methods used include provisioning and deployment. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' literacy and numeracy skills, as well as an increase in teachers' skills in using technology. In conclusion, this program has a positive impact on students, teachers, and students who participate, and has the potential to improve the quality of education in remote areas.
