Abstract

This study looks at how zakat helps East Kalimantan Province achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The SDGs are a global framework that covers a number of topics, such as social welfare, economics, health, and environmental sustainability. with a primary goal of reducing poverty to zero by 2030. In Indonesia, zakat has significant potential as an Islamic economic instrument to support SDG targets, especially in poverty alleviation and reducing social inequality. However, zakat's implementation in national poverty reduction policies has not been fully integrated into the country's development system. The significance of zakat as a formal instrument for attempts to reduce poverty is the foundation of this study. Through a variety of community empowerment programs, philanthropic zakat groups in East Kalimantan, including as BAZNAS, LAZ DPU, and Rumah Zakat, have actively assisted the government in achieving Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) indicators. Examining how zakat can support the achievement of the SDGs is the aim of this research. particularly in regional contexts, and how zakat institutions integrate their programs with SDG goals. This study does qualitative research using a case study methodology. Interviews, observations, and documentation from zakat charity groups were used to collect data in East Kalimantan. The research findings show that zakat programs managed by these institutions significantly overlap with several SDG indicators, such as poverty reduction, improving access to education, and public health. However, the level of integration by each institution varies; some have systematic and comprehensive mechanisms, while others are still in the development phase. In order to accelerate the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this study improves understanding of the strategic significance of zakat in fostering sustainable development in East Kalimantan and provides recommendations for strengthening cooperation between zakat institutions and governmental entities

Abstract

The era of digital transformation brings significant changes to the way organizations operate, creating new opportunities and challenges in various sectors. This study aims to analyze the role of change management in responding to challenges and maximizing opportunities in the era of digital transformation. Through an in-depth literature study, this study found that effective change management plays a key role in overcoming internal resistance, facilitating technology adoption, and accelerating organizational transformation. The main challenges faced include resistance to change, budget constraints, technology readiness, and rigid organizational culture. Strategies that have been successfully implemented by organizations include visionary leadership, continuous innovation, and a focus on developing digital skills. The determining factors for the success of digital transformation include top management commitment, active involvement of all members of the organization, and a clear roadmap. The results of the study also show that resistance to change can be overcome by employee involvement in decision-making, transparent communication, and training programs that support adaptation. This study concludes that well-planned change management allows organizations not only to survive, but also to optimally utilize the opportunities that exist in the era of digital transformation

Abstract

The evolution of the internet has touched various sectors, one of which is sales carried out online. Shopee is one of the most popular electronic commerce sites in Indonesia. This article aims to answer the question of using the Shopee application as a promotional tool to increase sales from the seller's perspective with a sharia economic view. The data collection method used is by collecting data from previous research. The results indicate that Shopee can be used as a promotional medium to encourage increased product sales. This factor comes from the effectiveness of the features available on Shopee, which support sellers in carrying out promotions so that sales can increase. Meanwhile, Islam views trading using online methods as a legitimate activity and by Islamic teachings if it meets the principles of divinity, justice, consent, expediency, honesty, freedom, and ethics in Islamic business

Abstract

The company's environment is dynamic and can have an impact on company performance. One of them is government regulations related to environmental sustainability. Companies must be aware of this in order to make products or services that are environmentally friendly and safe for consumers. Many companies carry out green promotions in order to introduce products which are environmentally friendly both in terms of packaging and materials used in production. There are several studies and discussions that still have different results regarding the relationship between green marketing and companies and green marketing variables. Therefore, the aim of this article is to provide a clear understanding clearer about the relationship between green marketing and business performance by conducting a systematic literature review of 283 Scopus indexed articles published by Elsevier, Springer, Emerald and SAGE. From the 283 articles, we selected a minimum of 40 quotes. Then we further selected 10 published articles that were relevant from 2012 to 2024. The results of the analysis identified that in general green marketing has a relationship and influence on companies

Abstract

Human resources are one of the factors that play a direct role in carrying out company activities. Training and development also aim to improve performance, efficiency both energy and time and as a means to increase knowledge for employees (Ridwan & Hardianti, 2019). This study aims to determine the implementation of employee training and development in Luwes Gading Surakarta. The research design used is a case study that discusses employee training and development activities with a descriptive discussion method. The object of this study is Luwes Gading Surakarta. The data collection method is carried out by making observations (observations), case studies from previous data and research to conducting in-depth interviews with the object of study. The results of the research can be seen that the implementation of employee training and development in Luwes Gading has been carried out. It can be seen from the existence of basic mentality training programs, capacity building training and on the job training. Meanwhile, the existing development programs in Luwes Gading include promotion, rotation of positions, and the application of the use of new technology as a result of changes in the business environment. Planning of training and development activities can be carried out using the Training Needs Analisys (TNA) method.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become imperative for company survival in the modern era. This study analyzes the change management strategies implemented by Fuji Film in facing digital transformation through a systematic literature review approach. Using content analysis of academic literature from 2020-2024, this research reveals how Fuji Film successfully transformed from a traditional photography company into an innovative technology company. The results show that Fuji Film's digital transformation success was supported by three key elements: comprehensive change management strategy, systematic digital capability development, and structured technology implementation. The company adopted the "Digital Transformation Triangle" model integrating technology, process, and human resources, supported by strong transformational leadership and continuous investment in digital talent development. This transformation resulted in significant increases in digital revenue and operational effectiveness. This research greatly advances our knowledge of change management techniques in the context of digital transformation and provides valuable lessons for traditional companies undergoing similar processes

Abstract

The research sample was 50 respondents who were taken from the owner of the angkringan stalls. The results of the study resulted in a conclusion that there was a significant effect on product quality on business performance, there was a significant effect of price fixing on business performance, there was a significant influence on location on business performance and there was a joint influence on product quality, pricing and business location on micro-business performance. small and medium enterprises in Tangerang City. The location of the business has an influence on business performance; therefore, it is recommended that the owner of an angkringan business in determining the location of the business can pay attention to environmental factors around the business location such as the condition of the community around the business location, the comfort and safety of the business place, and easy access to buyers. The results showed that there are still other factors that can affect the performance of the angkringan stalls besides product quality, pricing and business locations, therefore it is recommended that the owners of the angkringan stalls conduct a survey directly to buyers regarding the assessment of consumer satisfaction with product quality, product prices and business location based on buyers' perceptions so that owners of angkringan stalls can make strategies to improve their business according to the characteristics of buyers who are their target market

Abstract

Nowadays, online shopping has become a habit for some people, because of the convenience provided, many people think that online shopping is one of the means to find the necessary items such as daily necessities. Besides trust and information quality, risk perception also determines a person in making transactions at Shopee. A higher perception of risk causes higher fear when transacting online, and vice versa. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of trust, information quality and risk perception on purchasing decisions at shopee for the Greater Solo community. The sample of this study was 100 respondents determined by purposive sampling technique. This research instrument is in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is PLS-SEM. The t test results show that the variables of trust, information quality and risk perception have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The ability of the trust, information quality and risk perception variables to explain the purchase decision variable is 41% (Adjusted R Square) and the remaining 59% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied

Abstract

The development of marketing in Indonesia from the traditional era to the digital era reflects rapid changes in technology, consumer behavior, and market demands. In the context of consumer behavior and market demands, the level of customer satisfaction is the peak of customer decisions in choosing and purchasing a product or service offered in a sustainable manner. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of product quality (X1), Price (X2) and Service Quality (X3) on the variables of Customer Satisfaction (Y). The number of respondents was taken using the Slovin Formula. The sample in this study amounted to 133 respondents. The technical data analysis in this study is using a statistical methodology with the help of SPSS for Windos version 29.0. Based on the results of the above data analysis, it was obtained that the Product Quality Variable (X1) had a partially significant effect on the Customer Satisfaction variable with a significance value of <0.01 < 0.05, the Price variable (X2) had a partially significant effect on the Customer Satisfaction variable with a significance value of <0.01 < 0.05, the Service Quality Variable (X3) had a partially significant effect on the Customer Satisfaction variable with a significance value of <0.01 < 0.05, the Product Quality Variable (X1) and the Price variable (X2) have a significant effect simultaneously on the Customer Satisfaction variable with a significance value of <0.01 < 0.05, the Product Quality Variable (X1) and the Service Quality Variable (Y) have a significant simultaneous effect on the Customer Satisfaction variable with a significance value of <0.01 < 0.05, then the alternative hypothesis (H5) is accepted. The Price Variable (X2) and Service Quality (X3) had a significant effect simultaneously on the Customer Satisfaction variable with a significance value of <0.01 < 0.05. The Product Quality variable (X1), Price Variable (X2) and Service Quality variable (X3) had a significant simultaneous significant effect on the Customer Satisfaction variable with a significance value of <0.01 < 0.05 and the level of influence of the significance of the independent variables X1, X2, and X3 on Y was 0.723 or 72.30%. It can be said that this influence is a very strong influence
