Economic developments have required the food and beverage industry to further develop by bringing out the latest product innovations. This challenge also answers questions from consumers regarding food not just as a basic necessity but as a complement to human lifestyle. As a country with a Muslim majority, the state is an important part of being a facilitator to guarantee the halalness of products in circulation. The method in this research uses quantitative descriptive analysis methods. With the consumer population in Blitar district. This study was conducted using a "non-probability sampling" method, with a sampling technique known as "purposive sampling". The results in this research state that halal certification and halal awareness have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

This research aims to determine the influence of fundamental variables and trading volume on stock prices in energy sector companies. This research uses the variables Debt Equity Ratio, Return on Assets, Trading Volume and Share Price. The population used in this research is energy sector companies in 2019 - 2022. The sampling method in this research is purposive sampling method so that 120 company data is obtained in 4 years. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression. Conclusions from the results of this research in the energy sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the 2019-2022 period the debt equity ratio variable has a negative and significant influence on shares, the return on assets variable has a negative and significant influence on share prices, the trading volume variable does not has an influence on share prices. Then the control variable, namely company size, has no effect on share prices.

A teaching certificate serves as proof of recognition of a teacher's status as a professional. This study aims to determine the implementation model of the primary school teacher certification policy in Seluma Regency, Bengkulu Province. This qualitative research method collects data through a qualitative approach and descriptive approach to explain and describe the implementation of the teacher certification policy. The results obtained show that the lack of socialization facilities and infrastructure, coupled with the absence of socialization of teacher certification since 2012 until now, has made the primary school teacher certification policy in Sukaraja Sub-district, Seluma Regency, difficult to implement. Relevant parties from the Seluma District Education Office have not been able to offer the most effective solutions to the problems faced by teachers, especially in responding to regulations that are almost never consistent in the implementation of teacher certification.

Public service levies are one of the largest contributors to PAD through Parking Levy. However, the lack of optimal handling has resulted in regional levies still being the lowest figure in the row of types of Regional Original Income. The Mataram City Government has made a breakthrough with regulations using E-Wallet as a means of paying parking fees. This research seeks to see whether the use of E-Wallet is effective for paying parking fees. Using quantitative methods, data collected through the Financial Report of the Mataram City Transportation Department for 2021 to 2023 is continuously processed using effectiveness ratios. The results show that the use of E-Wallet as a means of paying parking fees based on revenue targets and revenue realization for 3 (three) years from 2021 to 2023 at the Mataram City Transportation Service using an effectiveness ratio gets an average result of 43.45%, which is included in the category ineffective. However, using E-Wallet to pay parking fees is very easy and fast, there is no change and receiving money directly makes transactions safer and also improves parking collection services in Mataram City, minimizing the occurrence of illegal collections carried out by irresponsible individuals. responsibility, and provide satisfaction and transparency of payments in accordance with government regulations to parking service users.

Indonesia has a rapidly growing coffee industry. Various regions in Indonesia have their own coffee characteristics and are an attraction for each region, one of which is Sembalun coffee in East Lombok Regency, Lombok Indonesia. The problems that occur in the internationalization of Sembalun coffee provide our motivation to investigate how the internationalization strategy for Sembalun Lombok specialty coffee works using the fishbone diagram analysis tool, by knowing the cause and effect or root of the problem. carry out exports in destination countries. Phenomenon of decreasing workers in agricultural sector has an impact on sustainability of agricultural businesses, one of which is in West Java Province. Role of millennial generation is expected to participate in agricultural businesses. This study analyzes determinant of millennial generation work in agricultural sector West Java Province. Sample in this study was number of millennial farmers (19-39 years) according to area in West Java Province. Data were analyzed using multiple regression models. Results showed that the level of education of a region and the characteristics of the region influenced the number of millennial farmers in West Java Province. The level of education has a negative effect and the characteristics of the region shows the difference in the number of millennial farmers in West Java Province.

This research aims to analyze the herding behavior of LQ-45 shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2023 period and determine the influence of market returns and market capitalization on herding behavior. The total sample in this study was 58 companies listed in the LQ-45 stock index for the 2021-2023 period. The analytical method used is Generalized Least Square (GLS) analysis. The research results show that there is no herding behavior on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2021-2023 period, which means investors are rational and do not follow market movements or the actions of other investors. This research also found a relationship between market capitalization and herding behavior, where the greater the market capitalization, the lower the herding behavior. This research makes an important contribution to understanding market behavior and the factors that influence it.

This study aims to analyze the role of Green Marketing implementation in increasing the competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pematang Serai Village, Langkat. Case studies are conducted using a quantitative approach, data type. What is used in this study is primary data taken through direct research, also with secondary data as support. The results showed that the implementation of Green Marketing significantly contributed to increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in Pematang Serai Village. Through environmentally friendly and sustainable marketing practices, MSMEs are able to create competitive advantages, improve brand image, and attract the attention of consumers who care about the environment. The implications of this research provide guidance for stakeholders to strengthen Green Marketing strategies in supporting the growth and sustainability of MSMEs at the village level.

This research describes Islamic leadership under Caliph Abu Bakar As-Shidiq. The focus of this research is to show the successes achieved by Caliph Abu Bakar during the 2 years and 3 months he led. By using library research methods, namely researchers search for, study and understand literature related to Caliph Abu Bakar As-Shidiq, the leadership of Caliph Abu Bakar As-Shidiq. Researchers looked for general data about Caliph Abu Bakar As-Shidiq to find out his biography. Researchers studied in more detail and explored data on the leadership policies of Caliph Abu Bakar As-Shidiq and what were the contributions of Caliph Abu Bakar As-Shidiq in Islamic da'wah. So the author found that in a short time, he crushed the apostates who claimed to be false prophets and people who denied zakat and prayer.

Research in this thesis aims to examine how work discipline functions as an intervening variable in the relationship between employee performance and servant leadership with the work environment. Respondent data will use the results of the questionnaire distribution to KPPU Head Office employees who are permanent employees with a minimum service period of 5 years and employee ages between 25 to over 50 years online to 100 employees. Seven tests were conducted in this study on hypotheses based on variable indicators made using the smartPLS approach in the analysis of SEM PLS (Partial Least Square). There are three types of testing in this process: outer model, inner model, and hypothesis. This research is expected to have theoretical and positive consequences associated with the research. In addition, businesses can use the implications of this research to inform the creation of job improvement initiatives for their employees.
