Al-Mikraj: Jurnal Kajian Islam dan Humaniora Indonesia. Jurnal ini membahas tentang Studi Islam dan Humaniora. Ilmu sosial tersebut adalah sosiologi, antropologi, psikologi, pendidikan, ekonomi, dan politik. Sedangkan ilmu humaniora meliputi bahasa, linguistik, sastra, pendidikan, sejarah, hukum, filsafat, arkeologi, seni, dan ilmu sosial yang memiliki muatan humanistik.

Abstract

Product promotion via social media, especially Instagram, has become an effective strategy in reaching consumers widely and increasing audience engagement. This research aims to analyze the application of the AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) model in the promotion of the perfume product "Untitled Humans Aroma 02" by HMNS via Instagram. The campaign attracts attention with a striking visual design, generates interest through collaboration with Maliq & D’Essentials, creates desire with an exclusive approach, and drives action through an interactive call to choose a product launch date. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a content analysis approach. Data was obtained from direct observation of promotional campaigns uploaded to the official HMNS Instagram account. Analysis was carried out based on the AIDA model to evaluate the effectiveness of each promotional stage in creating audience engagement and encouraging purchasing decisions. The research results show that promotions via Instagram are successful in attracting attention through aesthetic visuals and relevant messages. The strategic collaboration with Maliq & D'Essentials succeeded in increasing audience interest, especially music fans. Consumer desires are strengthened by the concept of product launches that involve the audience through voting, creating a sense of participation. Additionally, a clear, direct call to action encourages the audience to take immediate action. The conclusion of this research is that the application of the AIDA model to promotions on Instagram has proven effective in increasing engagement and encouraging purchasing decisions. Promotional strategies that combine interactivity, attractive visuals and an emotional approach can be used as a reference for other brands in designing marketing campaigns on social media

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of public relations in utilizing the @kankeranakindonesia Instagram account to maintain the reputation of the Indonesian Child Cancer Foundation using descriptive qualitative research methods and public relations theory. The results showed that the role of public relations in managing the Instagram account is very important to maintain the foundation's reputation, as well as ensuring transparency and accountability in its activities. Public relations is directly involved in managing the uploaded content, as well as interacting with the public through comment sections and direct messages (DM). In addition, PR also plays a role in handling issues that arise on the platform so as not to negatively impact the foundation's reputation. Nonetheless, this study found that there are barriers to implementation, especially related to misunderstandings in the delivery of information between internal parties within the foundation.

Abstract

Bimbapedia is (Indonesian Children's Education Tutoring), which aims to make Bimba Partners (entrepreneurs) confident when opening a business with a Premium design appearance, such as Roll Banners, Banners, Brochures, Uniforms and several Marketing Tools that have Brand Value. The purpose of this study is to find out and examine How the Bimbapedia Indonesia Content Concept increases Brand Awareness and examines the Engagement Rate through Instagram Media @bimbapedia to increase Brand Awareness of Users, Followers or mira bimbapedia. This study uses the theory of digital revolution, New Wave Marketing and Engagement Rate analysis. The results of this study are how Creative Content can increase Brand Awareness through Kudo's Instagram social media, how through Content Kudo tries to attract Awareness with its consumers, this is in accordance with the concept of Content Marketing where the relationship between a Brand and its consumers is Horizontal. In increasing Brand Awareness through content on Instagram social media, Kudo uses elements contained in the New Content Marketing concept 7 (Seven) steps of Content Marketing, namely: determining goals, mapping targets, determining the main theme of the Content presented, determining when and who creates Content, distributing Content, strengthening Content and evaluation. The Kudo Brand already has a strong character in online business activists because the Kudo Brand has 7 steps of Content Marketing.

Abstract

Green infrastructure development is an urgent need in metropolitan buffer zones such as Tangerang Regency, which face pressures from urbanization, industrialization, and environmental degradation. This study aims to evaluate the construction and development of green infrastructure in Tangerang Regency, focusing on its ecological, social, and governance functions. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, the research was conducted over six months through in-depth interviews with stakeholders, field observations of green open spaces, city parks, and infiltration wells, and a review of policy documents and official reports. The results indicate that green infrastructure has had a positive impact on reducing microclimate temperatures, increasing social interaction, and partially reducing stormwater runoff. However, its distribution remains unequal, maintenance is minimal, community participation is unequal, and coordination between agencies tends to be fragmented. The study's conclusions emphasize that the success of green infrastructure cannot be measured solely by physical achievements; instead, sustainability, equitable access, and multi-stakeholder collaboration must be considered. This research's contribution lies in providing a multidimensional evaluation framework that can serve as a reference for local governments and stakeholders in designing more equitable, inclusive, and sustainable green infrastructure policies.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of multicultural families in shaping tolerance, respect for differences, and religious character of children in Kuprik Village, South Papua. The main focus of this research is on family strategies in internalising values, socialisation mechanisms applied, and values constructed in the daily practices of cross-cultural and religious families. The method used is a qualitative approach with an ethnographic design, through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of eight families with different cultural and religious backgrounds. The results showed that multicultural families actively in still tolerance values through direct experience, behavioural role models, and open communication in the household environment. In addition, they build respect for diversity and develop children's religious character based on universal values such as honesty, compassion and responsibility. The findings confirm that the family as the main socialisation agent has an important role in fostering positive attitudes and religious character in a plural society. This research contributes to the development of character education theory, family sociology and multicultural studies by providing a contextualised understanding of parenting practices in cross-cultural families.

Abstract

Character education in the modern era is a crucial foundation in shaping a generation that is not only intellectually superior, but also has strong moral, ethical and personality integrity. In the context of changing times, especially in the midst of the rapid development of digital technology and globalization that brings a variety of external influences, character education acts as a counterweight in directing moral behavior and decision-making. This study aims to identify relevant approaches and methods in implementing character education for today's generation through a literature review of various scientific journals. The results show that effective approaches in character education include value cultivation, cognitive moral development, value clarification, learning by doing, and a comprehensive approach that involves all aspects of education as a whole. Methods such as modeling, dialogue, habituation, simulation, storytelling, and integration of character values in every aspect of school activities have proven to be able to internalize these values deeply and sustainably. Furthermore, the success of character education is strongly influenced by the active involvement of various elements such as educators, parents, and the wider community, coupled with the wise use of information technology and the preservation of local wisdom values as the nation's cultural identity. The new contribution of this study lies in the mapping of character education approaches and methods that link the dynamics of the modern era with the involvement of local values, an aspect that has rarely been fully discussed in previous research. Therefore, character education that is systematically designed, structured, and sustainable is the main key in shaping a resilient, noble, and ready young generation to face complex challenges in the modern era

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the significance of the influence of parental attention on interpersonal intelligence of seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 6 Ponorogo, (2) determine the significance of the influence of peers on interpersonal intelligence of seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 6 Ponorogo, (3) determine the significance of the influence between parental attention and peers on interpersonal intelligence of seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 6 Ponorogo. This research uses a quantitative method with an ex post facto type, whose data uses numbers. Data collection used a questionnaire, with Simple Random Sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. Based on data analysis, the results found that: (1) Parental attention has a significant effect on the interpersonal intelligence of seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 6 Ponorogo, the amount of influence is 11.0%. (2) Peers do not significantly affect the interpersonal intelligence of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 6 Ponorogo, (3) Parental attention and peers have a significant effect on the interpersonal intelligence of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 6 Ponorogo the amount of influence is 11.6%. This research strengthens the theory of interpersonal intelligence by highlighting the role of social interaction, communication and cooperation in the development of students' interpersonal intelligence. The results of this study can be used as a reference for teachers to design, develop learning strategies that encourage positive interactions and collaboration between students. In addition, it can also help parents and schools create an environment that supports the development of children's interpersonal intelligence to the fullest.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of expenditure budgeting at the Australian Islamic College of Sydney (AICS) from the perspective of educational finance management. The research employs a qualitative-descriptive approach, relying on the 2023 Annual Report of AICS as the primary data source. Findings indicate that 67% of the institution’s total expenditures are allocated for staff salaries and related benefits. This dominant proportion limits the flexibility of the institution in financing other essential aspects such as curriculum development, facility upgrades, and pedagogical innovation. Through a literature-based analysis, this study compares the current budgeting practice of AICS with ideal educational finance models that emphasize balanced allocation, cost-effectiveness, and long-term educational outcomes. The research concludes that the overconcentration of funds on salary expenditure presents challenges to sustainable quality improvement and recommends a strategic reallocation based on performance-based budgeting and efficiency principles. This study contributes by providing an academic perspective on budget management in Islamic schools abroad, which has received limited scholarly attention, and offers practical insights for achieving financial efficiency in similar institutions.

Abstract

The quality of educators and human resources (HR) is a fundamental element in achieving the goals of high-quality Islamic Religious Education (PAI). This article aims to analyze management strategies for improving the quality of personnel and HR in the PAI sector through an integrative approach. The research method employed is a descriptive qualitative approach, using literature review from various primary and secondary sources. The analysis reveals that effective strategies include competency-based recruitment, continuous training, regular performance evaluation, and the implementation of an innovative work culture. These findings are expected to serve as a strategic reference for enhancing the quality of PAI personnel across educational institutions.

Abstract

Islam sebagai agama rahmatan lil-‘alamin membutuhkan peran da’i dalam menyampaikan ajarannya kepada masyarakat. Keberhasilan dakwah sangat bergantung pada karakter da’i itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji karakteristik ideal da’i dalam perspektif Al-Qur’an melalui pendekatan komparatif terhadap dua karya tafsir Nusantara: Tafsir Al-Azhar karya Buya Hamka dan Tafsir Al-Misbah karya Quraish Shihab. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan dengan analisis isi ayat-ayat dakwah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakter ideal da’i meliputi penguasaan ilmu, akhlak mulia, keyakinan spiritual, serta pendekatan dakwah yang bijak dan tidak memaksa. Hamka lebih menekankan aspek praktis dan sosial, sementara Quraish Shihab mendalami makna filosofis dan spiritual ayat-ayat dakwah. Kelebihan penelitian yaitu sumbernya berasal dari dua kitab Tafsir Ulama Nusantara yang akan membantu memperkaya pemahaman tafsir. Namun, keterbatasannya terletak pada cakupan sumber yang sempit dan tidak adanya data lapangan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan strategis dalam membangun model da’i ideal yang relevan dengan konteks dakwah modern.
