Abstract

Every child or student has the right to an equal education in a conducive educational environment. However, the reality is that many factors do not support the implementation of this right, especially in the management of inclusive education related to children or students with special needs (ABK) who have physical, mental, social, or emotional differences that inevitably affect their learning methods and therefore require different treatment in accordance with their needs. Therefore, a deep understanding of the management and implementation of effective inclusive education is necessary, along with an awareness of the barriers and enablers for the implementation of inclusive education management in elementary schools. Based on the results of text reviews and relevant research, data analysis began by classifying the collected data according to the issues being studied, then analyzing it using content analysis. The results of the analysis and interpretation of the data were then summarized. The research results indicate that inclusive education management in elementary schools needs to be implemented optimally, in accordance with the management functions at each stage of its implementation, starting from planning, organizing/managing, implementing, and evaluating. The supporting factors include the commitment of the government, schools, and the community to implement effective inclusive education. The inhibiting factors are: the lack of Special Education Teachers (GPK) in elementary schools; a curriculum that is not yet relevant/appropriate for the needs of inclusive education; and limitations in facilities and infrastructure that support inclusive education services.

Abstract

Housewives have a very important role and responsibility, especially in nurturing and guiding their children to become a high-quality generation with good Muslim personalities. Whether this role is performed well or not has a significant impact on the growth and development of Muslim teenagers' personalities. Therefore, mothers must be more active in guiding their children in accordance with Islamic teachings. The research question in this study is “Does the guidance of housewives have an influence on the personalities of Muslim adolescents in Sidodadi Village, Sekampung District, East Lampung Regency?” The purpose of this study is to determine whether the guidance of housewives has an influence on the personalities of Muslim adolescents in Sidodadi Village, Sekampung District, East Lampung Regency. The methods used are the questionnaire method as the primary method, and observation, interviews, and documentation as supporting methods. The population in this study consists of all Muslim adolescents, totaling 470 children. Since the number exceeds 100, the researcher used random sampling, selecting a representative sample of 47 children. To analyze the data, the author used the Chi-Square formula (X). The calculated Chi-Square (X) was found to be greater than the Chi-Square (X) table value at both the 1% significance level and the 5% significance level, or 9.48813.227. This proves that there is an influence, indicating a strong correlation between the guidance of housewives and the personality of Islamic adolescents.

Abstract

Memorizing the Qur'an is a tradition that dates back to the time of the Prophet. Over time, this trend has gradually entered the realm of formal education. The Qur’an is the only holy book memorized by tens of millions of people. The quality of memorization is influenced by various factors, such as arithmetic thinking ability. Arithmetic thinking skills can help huffaz (those who memorize the Qur’an) calculate how long it will take to complete their memorization if they recite a certain number of pages daily, or determine how many pages must be memorized per day to meet a specific yearly target. The second factor is fluency in reading the Qur’an. The fluency level of huffaz in reading the Qur’an also affects the quality of their memorization. Another important factor is the learning environment. This study aims to identify and examine empirical data regarding the influence of arithmetic thinking ability, Qur’anic reading fluency, and learning environment on the memorization quality of Juz ‘Amma among PGMI UMALA students, both partially and simultaneously. The research sample consisted of 30 respondents from a total population of 236 PGMI UMALA students. Data collection methods included questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis used was both statistical and descriptive.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and compare the understanding of two great figures of Islam, Sayyid Qutb and Buya Hamka, in interpreting the concept of alms based on verses of the Qur'an, especially Surat Al-Baqarah verses 261 and 271. The method used is Library research with descriptive-comparative approach. Primary Data were obtained from the work of tafsir Fi Zhilalil Qur'an by Sayyid Qutb and Tafsir Al-Azhar by Buya Hamka, while secondary data came from supporting literature such as books, journals, and other scientific works. Sadaqah is a voluntary gift from a Muslim to the needy, without time and amount limits, as proof of faith and hope for a reward from Allah. In jurisprudence, Sadaqah can refer to the Giving of sunnah (alms attatawwu) or zakat, such as sadaqah al-fitr (zakat Fitr). The results showed that the two mufasir agreed on the importance of alms as a social worship that draws closer to God and benefits others. However, there are differences in the approach to interpretation: Sayyid Qutb emphasizes the spiritual and soul-building aspects of Infaq, while Buya Hamka emphasizes the practical application in social life as well as the long-term impact of alms. This difference reflects the socio-cultural and scientific background of each figure. This study is expected to be a reference in deepening the understanding of the verses of the Qur'an about alms and its application in everyday life.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning is often trapped in a textual approach that is less effective in forming students' holistic piety. Integration of contextual and meaningful learning is a potential solution, but the strategic role of PAI teachers as key actors has not been explored in depth. The purpose of this study was to find the core strategies of PAI teachers in designing and implementing contextual and meaningful learning to form students' piety. Qualitative research was used as a research approach, with a case study design in Tangerang. Data collection through in-depth interviews with 6 PAI teachers, 25 students, 1 Curriculum Deputy, participant observation, and document studies. Data analysis used an interactive model with source triangulation. Key research findings identified four core strategies: 1) Contextualization of religious values with students' socio-ecological realities (e.g., integration of local wisdom in Akidah Akhlak material; 2) Design of meaningful experiential learning based on projects (e.g., Ecological Dhikr, Literacy Hijrah); 3) Modeling contextual piety (living curriculum) through behavioral examples; 4) Structured reflection based on Qur'anic values (Qur'anic Mirroring). The impact of this strategy is proven to form holistic piety including individual (consistency of worship), social (empathy, collaboration), and ecological (environmental concern) aspects, with social piety as the most responsive domain (80%). The implications of this finding theoretically strengthen the Contextual Spirituality Pedagogy model through an integrative cycle of contextualization-experience-reflection, practically: Providing an operational framework for teachers and schools in designing transformative learning based on local context.

Data were collected through written tests and interviews. to identify the types of errors that appear at each stage of problem solving, namely understanding the problem, planning the solution, implementing the solution, and checking the results. The results of the study revealed that the most common errors occurred at the stages of understanding the problem, planning the solution, implementing the solution, and re-checking. Factors causing errors include a lack of understanding of basic concepts, low reading ability, and the teaching approach used is not optimal. Thus, this study recommends improvements in learning strategies, including regular practice of story problems and the use of varied methods, to help students improve their skills in solving mathematics story problems.
