Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of reference groups, social class, and personality in determining shopping decisions for skincare products at the TikTok Shop. Gen Z dominates most consumers of skin care products and TikTok users in Indonesia. The study employs a qualitative approach with data collection conducted through a survey in Malang City. The sample is 180 respondents, conducted through purposive sampling with a few criteria, namely Gen Z, as active TikTok users who have purchased at TikTok Shop. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results show that partially or simultaneously, the three independent variables, namely reference group, social class, and personality, influence the decision to shop for skincare products at TikTok Shop. Therefore, the decision to shop for skincare products in Gen Z was influenced by the preferences they received from the reference group and then adjusted based on each individual's personal needs and purchasing power.

Abstract

Talumelito Gorontalo landfill capacity is 75% filled. The only TPS 3R that processes organic waste in Gorontalo Regency is TPS 3R Bulila or IKM Rumah Kompos Masaro. IKM Rumah Kompos Masaro collaborates with PT. Masaro produces solid organic fertilizer from the leaves and twigs of the Bulila community. This research aims to calculate added value and analyze strategies for developing operational waste management at the IKM Rumah Kompos Masaro. This research uses qualitative-quantitative descriptive methods, such as direct observation techniques, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. Sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method. Based on the analysis of added value calculations using the modified Hayami method, it is known that the compost product produced by IKM Rumah Kompos Masaro has an added value of IDR. 563.1 per kg of compost, with a ratio of 47%, which is relatively high. Twelve development strategies that can be implemented to optimize the operations of Rumah Kompos Masaro IKM were formulated using the SWOT method. The highest priority strategy based on the QSPM method analysis is strategy one: carry out innovative outreach regarding waste management so that it can attract public interest and participation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work experience on the competence and performance of employees at the Land Office of Musi Rawas Regency. The research sample consisted of 31 respondents, with data collected through questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using quantitative methods, employing both simple and multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the study show that organizational culture has a significant impact on employee performance. Work experience also significantly influences employee performance. Additionally, the study found that organizational culture and work experience partially affect employee competence. Simultaneously, organizational culture and work experience significantly impact both employee performance and competence. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of developing organizational culture and enhancing work experience as efforts to improve employee competence and performance in the workplace.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, Islamic leadership, compensation, and organizational commitment on job satisfaction at DPU PR Salatiga City. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to DPU PR Salatiga City employees. The sample used in this research was 47 respondents. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data. The study results showed that work motivation, Islamic leadership, and compensation partially affected job satisfaction at DPU PR Salatiga City. Organizational commitment did not significantly affect job satisfaction. These results explain that an organization's leadership is vital and positively affects employee job satisfaction. In addition, motivation and compensation are drivers to achieve maximum job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research analyses the relationship between a person's job fit, innovative work behaviour, and individual performance in a toxic workplace environment. In addition, this research was conducted to test whether the workplace environment can moderate this relationship. The method used is the structural equation model. The sample determination uses a purposive sampling technique, and are 80 respondents in a toxic workplace environment. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online via the WhatsApp application. The results of this study indicate that people's job suitability has no significant effect on individual performance, and innovative work behaviour has a significant effect on individual performance. Meanwhile, the workplace environment as a moderating variable weakens the relationship between a Person's job fit and Employee Innovative Work Behavior on individual performance (Toxic workplace environment as moderation). Abstract

Social media marketing is a platform that makes it easier for companies to achieve their goals, namely, build brand trust at a limited cost. Social media marketing makes it easier for consumers to remember the company’s products and increases brand trust, thereby contributing to the indirect effect of repurchase intention. This research examines the role of brand trust as a mediating variable between social media marketing and repurchase intention. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative and data collection techniques using surveys. The population in this research is Blitar City Jeensneakers consumers, with a sample of 150. Power analysis in this research uses SEM-PLS. The study results show that social media marketing influences brand trust and repurchase intention, brand trust influences repurchase intention, and brand trust can mediate the relationship between social media marketing and repurchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to understand a person's perception of other people's beliefs and how it affects their decision to buy organic food. This study also evaluates the influence of subjective norms and attitudes on the interest in buying organic food among the millennial generation in Karangmalang Village, Sragen. The object of this study was in Karangmalang Village, Sragen. The method used was quantitative, with data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS), and involved 152 respondents as research samples. The findings showed that subject norms had a significant positive effect both directly and indirectly on consumer purchasing interest and attitudes. Implications of this study Millennial awareness of health opens up opportunities for producers to increase production and availability of organic food. Producers must explain the differences and advantages of organic food in order to attract young consumers' buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationships between financial experience, financial socialization, return, risk, and fintech on investment intention, with behavioral finance as a mediating variable, among Millennials and Gen Z in Semarang Regency. The research adopts a quantitative causal approach, utilizing a survey method with data collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents. The findings reveal that financial experience, risk, and fintech significantly influence behavioral finance, while financial socialization and return do not. Furthermore, financial experience, return, risk, fintech, and behavioral finance have significant effects on investment intention, whereas financial socialization does not. Path analysis indicates that behavioral finance mediates the effects of financial experience, risk, and fintech on investment intention. However, it does not mediate the relationships between financial socialization or return and investment intention. These results highlight the importance of financial experience, risk perception, and fintech adoption in shaping investment intentions and the mediating role of behavioral finance in these relationships.

Abstract

This study aims to create a strategy to increase the productivity of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) through the “Sapu Tangan Biru” Program. This program has reduced unemployment, created entrepreneurial opportunities, and increased Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) even during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method combines qualitative and quantitative methods (mixed methods). Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observations, and the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis techniques both quantitatively and qualitatively. SWOT matrix analysis, both quantitatively and qualitatively, is used in determining its development strategy. The results of this study are several strategies that MSMEs can carry out in the “Sapu Tangan Biru” Program, namely applying the millennial talent up principle, utilizing the development of technological trends, financial management, product innovation, maintaining business legality, and consumer trust. This strategy is in collaboration with the Millennial Talent Up Collaboration. With this strategy, the productivity of MSMEs Sapu Tangan Biru in Pamekasan can increase significantly.

Abstract

Students are a generation capable of improving prosperity through good financial management. Unfortunately, many students still have financial management patterns that are far from expectations. Based on these problems, this research analyzes the factors that influence the success of personal financial management carried out by students. This research will involve lifestyle as a moderator of the relationship between the intention to carry out personal financial management and the implementation of students' personal financial management. The theory used in this research is planned behavior, a basic theory to understand the factors that cause students' low ability to carry out ideal personal financial management. This research is causal research with quantitative methods. The sample in this research consisted of students majoring in economics, accounting, and business. Data is collected through questionnaires that measure each variable and are tested based on the underlying theory. The research results show that the factors influencing personal financial management's success are attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and intentions. Lifestyle cannot moderate the relationship between students' intentions and behavior in managing personal finances.
