Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1) besaran pengaruh kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap minat belajar siswa SMP Negeri di kecamatan Doloksanggul; 2) besaran pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis TIK terhadap minat belajar siswa; 3) besaran pengaruh kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan pembelajaran berbasis TIK secara simultan terhadap minat belajar siswa SMP Negeri di kecamatan Doloksanggul. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif inferensial. Populasi adalah seluruh guru di SMP Negeri se-kecamatan Doloksanggul yaitu berjumlah 176 orang dan ditetapkan sampel sebanyak 125 orang menggunakan teknik random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan angket tertutup sebanyak 60 item. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: 1) nilai F hitung > F tabel antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap minat belajar siswa yaitu 22,682 > 3,07 dengan demikian diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Doloksanggul yaitu sebesar 15,6%, 2) nilai F hitung > F tabel antara pembelajaran berbasis TIK terhadap minat belajar siswa yaitu 21,760 > 3,07 dengan demikian diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang antara pembelajaran berbasis TIK terhadap minat belajar siswa SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Doloksanggul yaitu sebesar 15%, 3) nilai F hitung > F tabel antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan pembelajaran berbasis TIK terhadap minat belajar siswa yaitu 17,314 > 3,07 dengan demikian diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan pembelajaran berbasis TIK terhadap minat belajar siswa SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Tarutung yaitu sebesar 22,1% dengan demikian Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran Pair Check adalah suatu tipe pembelajaran kooperatif berpasangan dengan tujuan untuk lebih mendalami materi yang dipelajari. Model ini menerapkan pembelajaran berkelompok yang menuntut kemandirian dan kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan persoalan yang diberikan, sehingga dapat melatih rasa sosial siswa, kerja sama dan kemampuan memberi penilaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan ada tidaknya pengaruh model pembelajaran Pair Check terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa SMP Negeri 2 Sawo. Sampel penelitian yaitu kelas VIII-1 dengan jumlah siswa 28 orang sebagai kelas Eksperimen dan kelas VIII-2 dengan jumlah siswa 29 orang sebagai kelas Kontrol. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Randomized Control-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Topik materi pelajaran yang diajarkan yaitu Statistika. Hasil penelitian: (1) Rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis di kelas VIII-1 dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Pair Check yaitu 83,21 tergolong baik dan kelas VIII-2 menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional dengan nilai rata-rata 69,83 tergolong cukup. (2) Ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Pair Check terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa SMP Negeri 2 Sawo. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung = 6,538 dan nilai ttabel = 1,676 karena nilai thitung = 6,538 > dari nilai ttabel = 1,676 maka terima Ha dan tolak H0.

Abstract

The difficulties experienced by fourth grade students at Al-Washliyah Berastagi Private Elementary School in the Indonesian language subject are proven by the percentage of student learning in the class of 43% of students completing. The cause is the use of learning models that are rarely used resulting in low student learning outcomes, students are less active in the learning process because the learning process is still teacher-centered, students' learning attitudes are boring, and teachers rarely use media during learning. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) which aims to find out how learning is implemented, how complete student learning outcomes are and whether student learning outcomes improve. The model in this research uses the Suharsimi Arikunto research model which consists of 4 stages, namely; planning, implementation, observation, reflection. The subjects of this research were fourth grade students at Al-Washliyah Berastagi Private Elementary School with a total of 21 students, consisting of 7 male students and 14 female students. Data collection techniques use teacher and student observation sheets, a 5-question multiple choice test and documentation. The results of the research are as follows: The results of teacher activities reached a percentage of 87.3% (very good). The results of student activities reached 92 (very good). The results of individual and classical completion were 19 students with a percentage of 90.4% who completed their studies. The average student learning result reached a score of 90. The percentage increase in student learning outcomes for cycle I and cycle II reached a percentage of 16.8%. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that by using the Contextual Teaching And Learning learning model, the implementation of learning criteria is very good, the learning outcomes are classically complete and improved in Class IV Indonesian Language Subjects at Al-Washliyah Berastagi Private Elementary School for the 2022/2023 Academic Year.

Abstract

Mathematical concepts that can be used to explore mathematics in culture. The term used to associate mathematics and culture is ethnomathematics. Cultural elements such as regional dances, regional songs, customs, regional languages, traditional games, traditional food and regional clothing need to be preserved because they can be integrated into the learning process. One of them is the culture found in the Batak tribe, especially the Batak Karo. The richness of the Batak Karo tribe in terms of traditional clothing motifs, namely the beka reed and uis nipes yeast western. The aim of this research is to explore the concept of flat shapes in the beka buluh and uis nipes ragi barat motifs of the Batak Karo tribe. The research was carried out in Tiga Binanga, Karo Regency, North Sumatra Province in December 2023 with sources from the traditional Batak Karo tribe. The data analysis used is observation and interviews. This research is qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. The results of this research found the mathematical concept of flat shapes in the motifs of beka buluh and uis nipes Ragi Barat Batak Karo tribe.

Abstract

The case method reports descriptive information regarding a trial or experiment, event or analysis, or project. The case method can also be interpreted as the result of intensive and systematic investigations carried out by individuals, groups communities, or units to examine data that is related to several variables. Students or teachers usually take a broad and complex topic or phenomenon in the case method. Then, the topic is narrowed down to the questions to be analyzed. Analysis is an activity that consists of a series of activities such as; parsing, distinguishing, and sorting things to be regrouped according to certain criteria and then looking for connections and interpreting their meaning. The ability to analyze is one of the high-level cognitive abilities that is important for students to master in learning. The selection of control and experimental samples was carried out using class random. This is done to reduce bias when determining or drawing conclusions that may result in adjustments to the circumstances being made. The form of research is a quasi-experiment with a two-group pretest-posttest type. Data analysis in this research was carried out descriptively by determining the residual regression test with the help of the SPSS program. The treatment given through the case method makes analysis the basic and most developed ability in learning. These results prove that the case method analysis each stage of students' basic thinking in providing arguments and conclusions based on the thought analysis itself. Analytical skills can be developed through the case method stages. The case method stages require analysis at each stage to provide arguments and possible solutions. Repeated training helps students improve their analytical skills.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of TTS (crossword puzzle) learning media on students' learning motivation at SDN 105273 helvetia. This quantitative study involves the entire fifth-grade student population at SD helvetia. The research results are targeted for publication in an accredited national journal. The study was conducted at SDN 105273 Helvetia, involving an experimental class using TTS and a control class without TTS. The research findings indicate an increase in students' learning motivation when using TTS, with the hypothesis test confirming its significant influence. In conclusion, the TTS learning media has a significant positive effect on the learning motivation of fifth-grade students at SDN 105273 helvetia, resulting in a statistically significant increase in learning motivation compared to students not using TTS.

Abstract

Didalam dunia kerja penggunaan komputer merupakan hal yang tidak asing dilakukan didunia kerja. Penggunaan aplikasi komputer tersebut yang paling dibutuhkan adalah aplikasi Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Microsoft Word yang memiliki peranan penting didalam pengunaanya. Hal ini dikarenakan microsoft word berisikan suatu halaman yang dapat diketik sesuai kebutuhan yang kita inginkan, seperti pembuatan berkas dokumen, surat menyurat, buku dan lainnya. Microsoft word dapat dikatakan seperti buku tulis digital yang dapat kita buat berbagai hal.Penggunaan microsoft word selain mengetik kalimat juga harus diatur kerapian, tampilan paragraf dengan menggunakan pengaturan ditoolbar (posisi atas layar). Selain kalimat pengguna pasti terkadang membutuhkan pengetikan yang menggunakan rumus, simbol didalam matematika seperti kuadrat, pecahan, akar, sigma dan masih banyak lainnya. Sehingga didalam pengetikan tersebut pengguna microsoft word dapat menggunakan aplikasi ketiga yaitu microsoft equation.Teknik mengetik merupakan dasar yang harus dimiliki pengguna aplikasi microsoft word. Keahlian didalam kerapian, pengaturan aplikasi ini wajib diketahui oleh setiap pelajar, khususnya lulusan SMK pada jurusan OTKP dan Akuntansi. Dimana lulusan SMK tersebut akan siap kerja didunia perkantoran mengetik segala berkas yang dibutukan.Adapun penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan pada satuan pendidikan SMK Swasta Ar-Rahman Medan dengan sampel 80 siswa pada siswa OTKP dan Akuntansi. Penelitian kualitatif (Qualitative Research), yaitu suatu penelitian yang ditunjukkan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis fenomena, peristiwa, aktivitas sosial, sikap, kepercayaan, persepsi, pemikiran orang secara individual maupun kelompok serta menggambarkan fakta dan gejala dengan cara mengumpulkan informasi. Dengan bukti berupa hasil terhadap desain one group pretest-posttest pada hasil belajar siswa didalam hasil praktek penggunaan komputer (simulasi dan komunikasi digital).Hipotesis sementara menunjukkan bahwa hanya 20% siswa dapat menerapkan dan menggunakan aplikasi microsoft equation didalam pengetikan rumusan, simbol-simbol matematika serta 40% siswa dapat mengoperasikan microsoft word dengan kerapiam yang tepat.

Abstract

Wrestling is a martial art that brings two people together on the mat, and the fight is carried out using the techniques of pulling, pushing, tackling, slamming, pressing, lifting and holding the opponent so that both of the opponent's shoulders stick to the mat without violating the applicable rules. Wrestling requires a strong physique because it uses muscles throughout the body; Therefore, wrestling athletes must maintain their physical condition through planned training. Therefore, in order to play optimally, each player must have excellent physical condition. Maximum oxygen volume (VO2max) is an indicator of physical condition. This study aims (1) to determine the effect of interval training on increasing VO2max; (2) to determine whether there are differences between athletes who have a normal and high body mass index regarding VO2max. This research is experimental research using quantitative methodology. Wrestling athletes from Karo Regency, North Sumatra Province were the subjects of this research. In this study the independent variables were Oregon interval and circuit training; Therapy is given for four weeks with a training frequency of twice a week. The results of the research show that (1) there is a significant influence between the interval training and Oregon circuit training methods on increasing VO2max with an F value of 15.374 and a p value <0.05, so it can be concluded that the group studied using interval training was more good when compared with the group using the Oregon circuit with a difference value obtained of 0.68. (2) There is a significant difference in influence between students who have a high BMI and a normal BMI on VO2max, with an F value of 86.487 and p < 0.05. The results obtained from data analysis of wrestling athletes who have a normal BMI with an average difference of 3.14 are higher when compared to athletes with a high BMI, namely 1.22 with a difference of 1.92. (3) With an F value of 1.419 and p > 0.05, there is no significant interaction between interval training and Oregon Circuit training techniques with BMI (high and normal) on VO2Max.

Abstract

Dunia pendidikan dewasa memasuki era dunia media, di mana kegiatan pembelajaran menuntut dikuranginya metode ceramah dan diganti dengan pemakaian banyak media. Lebih- lebih pada kegiatan pembelajaran saat ini yang menekankan pada keterampilan proses dan aktif learning, maka kiranya peranan media pembelajaran.Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran pada era ini dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan pula, yaitu dengan cara membuka lebar-lebar terhadap akses ilmu pengetahuan dan penyelenggaraan pendidikan bermutu. Dengan adanya media pembelajaran guru dapat memanfaatkan berbagai sarana pendukung yang memudahkanya dalam menyampaikan materi dalam proses pembelajaran diantaranya dengan menggunakan power point. Dengan media power point ini akan lebih memotivasi dan proses pembelajaran akan lebih baik. Power point itu sendiri dapat dirancang oleh guru sehingga pembelajaran tidak kaku.

Abstract

The objectives of this research consist of (1) to determine the validity of the product in developing Animaker-based science teaching videos on material on the properties and changes in shape of objects in elementary schools (2) To find out the effectiveness of developing Animaker-based science teaching videos on material on the properties and changes in shape of objects in elementary schools. elementary school. This type of research is the Research and Development (R&D) ADDIE model. Data collection techniques were used with questionnaires. After analyzing the data on the research results, validation results were obtained by validator lecturers regarding the development of Animaker-based science learning videos from media expert validators, namely 82.5%, in the Very Valid category, from validation by material expert lecturers, namely, 85%, in the Very Valid category. . Meanwhile, data analysis on effectiveness was carried out by fourth grade elementary school teachers and obtained results of 94.66% in the Very Effective category.
