Abstract

This article discusses the importance of service quality in creating customer satisfaction and loyalty in the education sector. The article highlights the Total Quality Service (TQS) concept, which emphasizes the effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery. The article also discusses the four characteristics of non-profit service institutions, including intangibility, inseparability, variability, and perishability. The article emphasizes the importance of identifying customer needs and understanding their characteristics to provide satisfactory services. The article also discusses the impact of customer satisfaction and loyalty on the sustainability of educational institutions. The research method used in this article is library research, which involves analyzing and synthesizing existing literature on the topic. The article concludes that providing high-quality services is essential to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty, which in turn contributes to the reputation, competitiveness, and financial stability of educational institutions.

Abstract

The independent curriculum is a learning method that refers to the talent and interest approach. Students can choose what subjects they want to learn according to their passion. This independent curriculum, the government makes every effort to take advantage of the role of digital in the education system in Indonesia, as evidenced by the existence of platforms that support the learning process. This means that teachers are required to be able to optimize existing digital to add insight and knowledge about learning. The implementation of the independent curriculum is carried out to build and preserve the culture of the Archipelago through the Strengthening the Profile of the Pancasila Student Project. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method which was carried out on students of SDN Slipi 15. In this art performance activity, the dances performed by the students were as follows: (1) Saman dance from Aceh; (2) the Betawi flower creation dance; (3) Kreasi Rampak Warrior Dance from Central Java; (4) Amko rambe yamko dance; (5) Betawi martial arts; (6) Dance created by bells from Kalimantan; (7) Dance created by Alusia from North Sumatra; (8) Manuk dadali dance from West Java; (9) Ondel-ondel dance from Jakarta.

Abstract

The existence of bullying behavior in schools is certainly a scourge for educational units. With this research, namely applying the role playing method to class VII students at TanjungBalai 4 Public Middle School for the 2023-2024 academic year, this problem can be resolved. The research method used is a quasi-experimental research with a pretest and posttest control group design. The total population in this study was 51 students, and the research sample used a purposive sampling technique. In the t-test of the control group t count (4.869) > t table (2.064) it can be concluded that there is a significant decrease in the pre and post values of the control group. Whereas in the experimental group t count (6.466) > t table (2.064) it can be concluded that there is a significant decrease in the pre and post values of the experimental group.

Abstract

The problem in learning mathematics is the assumption that most students perceive mathematics as a boring subject, so that many students do not like mathematics. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative which was carried out at SMK Negeri 1 Umbunasi class X, Department of Office Management Automation, with a total of 31 students as subjects. The instruments used were 5 test questions and unstructured interview questions. Based on the results obtained, the percentage of students with very high scores was 3.22%, the percentage of students in the high category was 25.81%, the percentage of students in the medium category was 54.84% and the percentage of students in the low category was 16.13%.

Abstract

The implementation of Christian Religious Education in the context of the church, related to the Christian Religious Education of the early church in the Bible, although there are changes regarding the implementation of Christian Religious Education technically, but the principle of Christian Religious Education in the early church remains a reference Christian Religious Education of the current church, for this research discusses the implementation of Christian Religious Education in the early congregations of the church and its relevance to the era of Society 5.0, as well as the importance of learned wisdom in the development of Christian Religious Education and sustainable community development. The history of the early church congregation is also explained, as well as the contribution of Christian Education in shaping character and building society in the era of Society 5.0. This research uses literature method, and the purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive and integrated view of the Implementation of Christian Religious Education Early Congregational in the Church and its relevance in the era of Society 5.0.

Abstract

This research is based on the learning outcomes in economics subjects which are still low and the desire to identify trends in students' visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles in economics subjects. With this identification, it is hoped that the teacher will find an effective way as a learning strategy in presenting learning and students will find the most suitable learning method for themselves in receiving learning information. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection was carried out using a visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning style questionnaire. Descriptive statistics are used to analyze the data then look for trends in each student's learning style and calculate the percentage of students as a whole. The research results are as follows. First, the tendency for visual student learning styles is 45% at high levels, 40% medium, and 15% low. The tendency of auditory student learning styles is 21% at high levels, 70% moderate, and 9% low. The tendency of kinesthetic student learning styles is 4% at high levels, 66% moderate, and 30% low. Second, social studies class XI students at Rokan Hulu District Public High School have a visual learning style tendency of 33%, 38% auditory, and 29% kinesthetic students. Third, the average score for students with a visual learning style is 72.4 and the average score for students with an auditory learning style is 77.8 and the average score for students with a kinesthetic learning style is 69.5. Students with an auditory learning style have an average learning result that is better than those with visual and kinesthetic learning styles.

The data that has been collected critizied, both internal of external, or data so valid and authenticThis study concluded, that Haedar Nashir leadership in Muhammadiyah have influence in the structure of a transformation that indicated at least three influence, the first is idea, second in the struggle and actualization, and the third is facility development.

Abstract

Every student has different abilities, this difference is due to the different stages of ability that students have. The purpose of this study was to describe students' thinking skills based on Van Hiele's learning theory. The subjects of this study were 15 students of class VIII SMPN 2 Makale. The instruments used were test descriptions and interviews. The results showed 93% who had the ability to think at the introductory stage (stage 0), 80% of students who had the ability to think at the stage of analysis (stage 1), 33% of students who had the ability to think at the sequencing stage (stage 2), and 20% of students. who has the ability to think at the deduction stage (stage 3). Thus, the thinking ability of iclass VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Makale based on Van Hiele's theory on cube and block material reaches stage 3 or the deduction stage.

Abstract

STEAM learning is one of the appropriate learning and support the demands of the 21st century. This learning is a contextual learning where children are invited to understand and observe the events that occur near them. Children need to be given the opportunity to relate to the surrounding environment which can be done through learning about the geographical environment. This study aims to determine the difference in the ability to understand the geographical environment between groups that use STEAM Learning with groups that do not use STEAM learning. The method used is quantitative with the type of research quasi experimental design that uses non-equivalent control group design. The samples used were 24 children with an age range of 5-6 years in kindergarten located in Kembangbahu District, Lamongan regency. This study used 2 kindergartens in Kembangbahu subdistrict, Lamongan regency consisting of an experimental group and a control group. The results showed that there is an influence of STEAM learning to understand the geographical environment of children aged 5-6 years as evidenced by the results of hypothesis testing post-test data obtained the value of asymmp. sig. (2-tailed) 0.004 is smaller than 0.05. In addition, there was an increase in the average value of understanding the geographical environment from pre-test to post-test after being given treatment in the form of STEAM learning in the experimental class.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Peran LKP Dina dalam menyiapkan calon wirausaha, 2) Dampak pelatihan LKP bagi peserta pelatihan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Sumber penelitian berupa pengelola LKP Dina, Instruktur dan Peserta Pelatihan LKP Dina. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi metode dan traingulasi teknik. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Milles and Huberman yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : 1) LKP berperan dalam mempersiapkan wirausaha melalui pemberian pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi peserta pelatihan dalam berwirausaha. 2) Dampak pelatihan LKP bagi peserta pelatihan yakni meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam berwirausaha bagi peserta pelatihan serta meningkatkan pendapatan peserta pelatihan.
