Abstract

This research focuses on the learning strategies of Al-Azhar Pare Kediri Arabic Course Institute to improve students' ability to practice Arabic both in terms of speaking (Muhadasah), writing (Kitabah), listening (Istima') and reading (Qiraah) using innovative methods. The majority of students have learned Arabic properly so that many of them managed to continue their studies in the Middle East and develop Arabic after studying at Al-Azhar Pare Kediri. The results showed that the learning strategy at Al-Azhar Pare Kediri is very structured, both in terms of learning materials and in the readiness of teachers to provide innovative methods to create an interesting and fun learning atmosphere, besides that students can choose Arabic course programs that suit their abilities and expertise.

Abstract

Christian religious education in the family is education that aims to teach children the faith and as the first place to spread the Word of God, both through teaching and example in life. Nowadays, almost all groups, especially teenagers, are influenced by gadgets, where this gadget is a communication tool that has many different functions and properties and is considered more complete than other communication tools. Almost every teenager who uses gadgets spends a lot of time a day using gadgets so that this affects their behavior in the family. Therefore, this research aims to find out the role of parents through Christian religious education in the family on the negative influence of gadgets on teenagers. The research is based on changes in adolescent behavior due to excessive use of gadgets. The research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data was obtained through observation and in-depth interviews with parents and teenagers who use gadgets at the Theodoron Tateli Congregation, especially teenagers.

Abstract

Problems in the world of work, can be in the form of workloads that exceed capacity, conflicts with relationships, insufficient facilities, career delays and personal problems. This condition creates physical and psychological conditions in employees which is called work stress. The aims of this study are a) work stress problems faced by officers of the Tresna Werdha Service (PSTW) Technical Implementation Unit (PSTW) Pasuruan, b) increase the ability of UPT PSTW Pasuruan officers in dealing with work stress problems c) Reducing work stress experienced by UPT PSTW officers Pasuruan through stress management and coping skills. This study uses a participatory action research (PAR) approach by involving UPT PSTW Pasuruan officers and other stakeholders. The results showed that a) Work stress problems faced by UPT PSTW Pasuruan officers include human resources (HR), client and facility problems, b) There was an increase in the capacity of UPT PSTW Pasuruan officers in preparing stress management programs c) There was an increase in the capacity of UPT officers Pasuruan PSTW in doing coping skills

Abstract

Not only school, but home literacy practices are extremely important in developing language and literacy skills. Using a case study, this research presents the cases of 6 Senior high school students from diverse backgrounds which is chosen because of their wide range of socioeconomic status, single parenting or working parent, parental educational, also their performance in EFL Classroom. Thorough ORIM framework, it is shown that each parent engages to the students’ home literacy practices in different aspects although not all of form of home literacy practices categories fulfilled in engaging students’ home literacy practices. Five factors influenced their English literacy practices. Both internal and external factors are examined. It becomes evident that fostering a holistic approach to literacy development demands concerted action from multiple stakeholders. Encouraging Family Engagement is suggested. Schools suggested to create and sustain family engagement programs aimed at empowering parents and caregivers to actively participate in their children's literacy development

Abstract

The title ofthis research is "Implementation of Animated Film Media in Improving the Quality of Arabic Conversation of Students in Tazakka Modern Lodge" located in Batang district, Central Java.This study aims to describe the role of animated film media in improving the quality of language of Pondok Modern Tazakka students. And the method used in obtaining data in this study used qualitative methods by observing and interviewing ustadz and students of the Pondok language section. The results of observations and interviews show that animated film media is quite helpful in improving students' Arabic language skills, especially in the daily muhadatsah method of the students, where animated film media is one of the media as a support in examples of good and correct Arabic pronunciation and conversation practices. This research is qualitative type that focuses on observation and interviews descriptively and also uses several references from articles and journals.

Abstract

This study aims to improve numeracy skills in mathematics for Grade 2 Elementary School students in Boba Village, South Golewa District, Ngada Regency. The type of research used is class action research involving 2nd grade students totaling 9 people. The research methods used were written and oral tests. This study was conducted with pre cycle, cycle 1, and Cycle 2. The use of magic envelopes Learning media in numeracy learning can improve students ' numeracy skills from pre-cycle to Cycle 1 by 6.67% and obtain an average pre-cycle score of 63.33 to Cycle 1 with an average of 70 or in the sufficient category. From Cycle 1 to cycle 2 experienced an average increase of 10%. While classically increased from Cycle 1 to cycle 2 by 95% of the minimum completeness of 70%. This shows that the use of magic envelopes Learning media can improve the numeracy ability of 2nd grade elementary school students.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of students' interest in learning on statistics learning outcomes at SDN Wirun 3. The research uses a correlational approach to evaluate the relationship between students' interest in learning and statistics learning achievement. Data collection methods include surveys, academic records, and observations to understand students' learning interests. Data analysis uses correlation and regression techniques to assess the strength of the relationship between interest in learning and statistical learning achievement as well as other factors that influence it. The results of this work show a strong positive relationship between students' learning interest and their achievement in statistics courses, with approximately 49.8% of the variation in statistics achievement being explained by the level of learning interest. The data shows a high level of enthusiasm for learning among students, with average scores for interest in learning quite high and academic performance in moderate but strong statistics. The correlation coefficient of 0.706 between interest in learning and academic achievement indicates a significant correlation, underscoring the importance of building interest in learning to improve educational outcomes. These results confirm that increasing interest in learning can be a key strategy to advance students' academic achievement, especially in the subject of statistics.

Abstract

This study compares Singapore and Indonesia's approaches to character education. The three main subjects of this study are the problems and ideological foundations of character education in the two countries. A qualitative research method with a library approach, often referred to as desk research, is the methodology used. Study findings, published works, or official policies related to character education in the two countries are the sources of the data. Character education in Indonesia is based on the country's ideology, culture, religious views and customs, according to the research findings. Similarly, government policy constraints, official ideologies and philosophical beliefs form the foundation of character education in Singapore. Singapore and Indonesia both have problems with free sex, vandalism, thuggery and juvenile crime. Variations in stress levels affect the character of young people due to the high level of mobility in Singapore.

Abstract

Early childhood education is a form of education that aims to optimize children's physical, intellectual and social growth and development. The stimuli given to early childhood must of course be adapted to the stages of development that occur in them. Early childhood has potential that must be developed through stimulation. These potentials are in the form of developmental aspects. To improve the cognitive abilities of early childhood through the field trip method at Paud Tk Alkhairaat Bungi, this research uses qualitative research methods, where an effort or effort by the author can pour ideas or thoughts based on the formation of substantive theories based on empirical data. Data obtained by being present or on location, to conduct research so as to understand all activities and behaviors and things that can help this research. It can be concluded that students can think operationally, by touching, seeing, feeling and intersecting directly with the original source it turns out that it can be easier for students to understand and can develop cognitive abilities in students. If students learn with happy conditions, the material will be more easily digested and well received by students.

Abstract

Reading the Koran is an obligation for every Muslim. However, in order to improve the ability to read the Qur'an for the congregation, motivation and mentors are needed to achieve the expected goals. This writing aims to describe the role of the Mosque Religious Agency in improving the ability to read the Al-Qur'an for the congregation at the Amar Ma'ruf Mosque which is located on Jl. Gurilla, Sidorame Team, District. Medan Struggle, Medan City. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation analysis. After conducting research, the results were obtained that there is a role for the Mosque Trust Board which has made the mosque prosperous by holding coaching activities to improve the ability to read the Al-Qur'an for the congregation. However, on the other hand, there are several inhibiting factors in increasing the ability to read the Al-Qur'an for the congregation, namely the congregation's lack of awareness of the importance of reading the Al-Qur'an, lack of motivation and guidance and lack of time allocation. The supporting factors include supporting facilities, organized activities, appropriate methods and the presence of active mosque youth.
