<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to support and strengthen the analysis of the effectiveness of the project-based learning model for application in elementary schools. This study employs the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The sources of the research articles are databases from Google Scholar and CrossRef. Each article is analyzed based on its research findings. The results of the analysis indicate that project-based learning can increase students' learning motivation, enhance problem-solving skills, improve collaboration, and develop students' skills. It can be concluded that Project-Based Learning has been proven effective in improving elementary school students' learning outcomes, not only in terms of knowledge but also skills. Furthermore, the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model can increase students' motivation, self-confidence, tolerance, cooperation, and understanding of the material, ultimately leading to a comprehensive improvement in students' learning outcomes. This learning model will continue to be recommended for educators in the learning process in accordance with the Merdeka curriculum.]]>

<![CDATA[The curriculum outlines how the school as a system must have clear goals and directions, especially to carry out the learning process. The development of the times causes the curriculum to continue to change from time to time. However, implementation in the field sometimes does not match what has been planned in the curriculum. One of the factors that influence it is teacher competence. Therefore, this study aims to determine the competence of early childhood education teachers implementing the Merdeka curriculum. Using a type of literature study research, this article describes how the Merdeka curriculum as the latest curriculum is implemented in ECCE units. The results showed that the competence of ECCE teachers in implementing the Merdeka curriculum can be viewed from an understanding of the curriculum, educational qualifications, and child-centered learning. In addition, the themes that emerged in this study included the efforts made by ECCE teachers and the factors supporting the success of the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum. The implications of the results of this study can be used as a guide for teachers and policy makers so that the quality of learning in ECCE can improve and be competitive.]]>

<![CDATA[It is necessary to stimulate the cognitive development of symbolic thinking in children, so that the development of symbolic thinking in children can develop well. Stimulation can be done using various types of media, one of which is busy books. Busy book media is learning media made from flannel and contains various activities that can develop aspects of children's development. The perception of busy book users is carried out to increase insight and innovation for other users so that they don't just use monotonous media. This research aims to determine the relationship between busy book users' perceptions of stimulating the cognitive development of symbolic thinking in children aged 5-6 years. The number of samples used in this research was 88 people. The research location was carried out in the West Surabaya area. This research uses a quantitative correlation approach. The collection technique used is a questionnaire and uses data analysis techniques with product moment correlation tests and simple linear regression analysis. The results of this test were carried out using SPSS version 25 for Windows. The results of the research that has been carried out show that the perception of busy book users regarding the stimulation of cognitive development of symbolic thinking is 0.775, which is classified as quite high. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between busy book users' perceptions of stimulating the cognitive development of symbolic thinking in children aged 5-6 years.]]>

<![CDATA[Islamic religious education programs are a form of real activities that are arranged systematically and integrated with the nuances of Islamic education. This study aims to gain a more detailed understanding of Islamic religious education programs at Taqwa Mosque so that it can be used as a reference for the public in designing Islamic education programs that are needed by the ummah in the future. In this study using descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observations and documentation studies. Then the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The findings in this study are that the Islamic religious education program at Taqwa Mosque Kampung Durian East Medan has five programs including: 1). Routine Study Program of Muhammadiyah Fathers; 2). Routine Study Program of 'Aisyiyah Mothers; 3). The recitation of Tahsin Al-Qur'an for children; 4). Muhammadiyah Youth Routine Study Program; 5). Friday Alms Routine Program. Of all routine Islamic religious education programs, it is carried out with the aim of meeting what Muslims need today in living the challenges of life in the futur.]]>

<![CDATA[This research focuses on the learning strategies of Al-Azhar Pare Kediri Arabic Course Institute to improve students' ability to practice Arabic both in terms of speaking (Muhadasah), writing (Kitabah), listening (Istima') and reading (Qiraah) using innovative methods. The majority of students have learned Arabic properly so that many of them managed to continue their studies in the Middle East and develop Arabic after studying at Al-Azhar Pare Kediri. The results showed that the learning strategy at Al-Azhar Pare Kediri is very structured, both in terms of learning materials and in the readiness of teachers to provide innovative methods to create an interesting and fun learning atmosphere, besides that students can choose Arabic course programs that suit their abilities and expertise.]]>

<![CDATA[Christian religious education in the family is education that aims to teach children the faith and as the first place to spread the Word of God, both through teaching and example in life. Nowadays, almost all groups, especially teenagers, are influenced by gadgets, where this gadget is a communication tool that has many different functions and properties and is considered more complete than other communication tools. Almost every teenager who uses gadgets spends a lot of time a day using gadgets so that this affects their behavior in the family. Therefore, this research aims to find out the role of parents through Christian religious education in the family on the negative influence of gadgets on teenagers. The research is based on changes in adolescent behavior due to excessive use of gadgets. The research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data was obtained through observation and in-depth interviews with parents and teenagers who use gadgets at the Theodoron Tateli Congregation, especially teenagers.]]>

<![CDATA[Problems in the world of work, can be in the form of workloads that exceed capacity, conflicts with relationships, insufficient facilities, career delays and personal problems. This condition creates physical and psychological conditions in employees which is called work stress. The aims of this study are a) work stress problems faced by officers of the Tresna Werdha Service (PSTW) Technical Implementation Unit (PSTW) Pasuruan, b) increase the ability of UPT PSTW Pasuruan officers in dealing with work stress problems c) Reducing work stress experienced by UPT PSTW officers Pasuruan through stress management and coping skills. This study uses a participatory action research (PAR) approach by involving UPT PSTW Pasuruan officers and other stakeholders. The results showed that a) Work stress problems faced by UPT PSTW Pasuruan officers include human resources (HR), client and facility problems, b) There was an increase in the capacity of UPT PSTW Pasuruan officers in preparing stress management programs c) There was an increase in the capacity of UPT officers Pasuruan PSTW in doing coping skills]]>

<![CDATA[Not only school, but home literacy practices are extremely important in developing language and literacy skills. Using a case study, this research presents the cases of 6 Senior high school students from diverse backgrounds which is chosen because of their wide range of socioeconomic status, single parenting or working parent, parental educational, also their performance in EFL Classroom. Thorough ORIM framework, it is shown that each parent engages to the students’ home literacy practices in different aspects although not all of form of home literacy practices categories fulfilled in engaging students’ home literacy practices. Five factors influenced their English literacy practices. Both internal and external factors are examined. It becomes evident that fostering a holistic approach to literacy development demands concerted action from multiple stakeholders. Encouraging Family Engagement is suggested. Schools suggested to create and sustain family engagement programs aimed at empowering parents and caregivers to actively participate in their children's literacy development]]>

<![CDATA[The title ofthis research is "Implementation of Animated Film Media in Improving the Quality of Arabic Conversation of Students in Tazakka Modern Lodge" located in Batang district, Central Java.This study aims to describe the role of animated film media in improving the quality of language of Pondok Modern Tazakka students. And the method used in obtaining data in this study used qualitative methods by observing and interviewing ustadz and students of the Pondok language section. The results of observations and interviews show that animated film media is quite helpful in improving students' Arabic language skills, especially in the daily muhadatsah method of the students, where animated film media is one of the media as a support in examples of good and correct Arabic pronunciation and conversation practices. This research is qualitative type that focuses on observation and interviews descriptively and also uses several references from articles and journals.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to improve numeracy skills in mathematics for Grade 2 Elementary School students in Boba Village, South Golewa District, Ngada Regency. The type of research used is class action research involving 2nd grade students totaling 9 people. The research methods used were written and oral tests. This study was conducted with pre cycle, cycle 1, and Cycle 2. The use of magic envelopes Learning media in numeracy learning can improve students ' numeracy skills from pre-cycle to Cycle 1 by 6.67% and obtain an average pre-cycle score of 63.33 to Cycle 1 with an average of 70 or in the sufficient category. From Cycle 1 to cycle 2 experienced an average increase of 10%. While classically increased from Cycle 1 to cycle 2 by 95% of the minimum completeness of 70%. This shows that the use of magic envelopes Learning media can improve the numeracy ability of 2nd grade elementary school students.]]>
