Abstract

Dunia kerja menuntut seseorang untuk tidak sekedar tahu tetapi harus memiliki keterampilan yang dapat diandalkan. Keterampilan yang dimaksud merupakan keterampilan kerja pada umumnya, seperti keterampilan kolaborasi, keterampilan berkomunikasi, dan kreativitas. Akan tetapi, keterampilan tersebut masih kurang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa yang akan jadi lulusan yang siap kerja. Oleh karena itu, untuk melatih mahasiswa sehingga memiliki keterampilan tersebut, maka perlu pembiasaan melalui pemberian tugas proyek. Melalui tugas proyek, mahasiswa akan bekerjasama dalam kelompok sehingga mereka akan terbiasa untuk bekerja dalam tim, berkomunikasi dalam tim, dan menumbuhkan kreativitasnya dalam menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan tugas proyek dalam belajar sehingga dapat meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi, komunikasi, dan kreativitas mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian adalah quasi eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain Nonequivalent Post Test Only Control Group Design. Penelitian menggunakan dua kelas sebagai sampel penelitian, yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Analisis statistik deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan kolaborasi, komunikasi, dan kreativitas mahasiswa pada kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Analisis statistik inferensial menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh penerapan tugas proyek dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi dan kreativitas mahasiswa. Sedangkan untuk keterampilan kolaborasi, menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh penerapan tugas proyek. Kata Kunci: tugas proyek, keterampilan kerja, kolaborasi, komunikasi, kreativitas.

Abstract

Manajemen pembelajar merupakan hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan, dalam hal ini pemahaman mengenai kurikulum 2013 perlu dikuasai oleh seorang guru agar efektifnya pembelajaran. Kurangnya sarana atau media guru untuk menambah wawasan mengenai hal tersebut menjadi dampak terjadinya pembelajaran yang kurang sesuai. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka perlu diketahui bagaimana pengelolaan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di SMPIT Khairunnas Kota Bengkulu. Metode kualitatif deskriptif digunakan untuk mengetahui penemuan di lapangan dan metode analisis tersebut dapat menyajikan hasil penelitian secara lebih terperinci. 2 orang guru yang mengajar pendidikan jasmani dipilih sebagai responden penelitian berdasarkan kriteria mata pelajaran yang diampu. Pengumpulan data menggunakan bantuan instrumen pedoman observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Melalui penelitian yang sudah  dilakukan didapati ternyata pengelolaan pembelajaran penjasorkes di SMPIT Khairunnas Kota Bengkulu telah terlaksana dengan baik, Namun ada beberapa faktor yang perlu ditingkatkan yakni mengenai persiapan guru dalam melengkapi perlengkapan pembelajaran seperti silabus pada saat sebelum kegiatan pembelajaran dilakukan. RPP dipersiapkan agar tidak memunculkan kesan jika seorang guru pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan ketika melaksanakan tugasnya. kehidupan sehari-hari mereka hanya menjalankan kewajibannya atau hanya memenuhi tuntutan atasannya yang mana di akhir hasil belajar siswa jadi kurang optimal.

Abstract

Hybrid learning is a solution implemented by educational institutions to solve system learning problems during the Covid - 19 pandemic, namely system learning that gives students the ability to interact with their classmates on certain days and study from home on other days. However, the application of hybrid learning that is not accompanied by careful planning will not be a good solution, it will even make the problem more complicated. This study aims to describe the factors that can influence the effectiveness of implementing hybrid learning based on the results of a literature study. The research method used in this study is a literature study, where the author will examine previous studies related to the research topic, then it will be analysed and concluded. The results of this study indicate that there are several factors that influence the implementation of hybrid learning during the Covid-19 pandemic from various different research results, which need to be considered by educational institution managers before implementing hybrid learning. However, more in-depth research is needed regarding each factor to determine its impact on actors and the educational environment.

Abstract

This traditional game is a culture that is almost extinct. This research aims to develop a traditional game module to cultivate respect for children aged 6-8 years. The research method used is research and development (R&D) type ADDIE. The result showed. 1) The traditional game module was developed based on the steps in the ADDIE method, namely Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. 2) The validation show score 3,80 on a scale 1 to 4 with the quality results of the traditional game modules very well and recommendation without any improvement. 3) The application of traditional game module affects the respect character of children. The significance test showed t = 5,534 and p < 0.05. The amount of influence is r = 0.93 or equivalent to 85.97% (large effect). It means that the application of traditional game modules affected changes in children’s respect by 85,97%. The traditional game module showed high effectiveness with a score of  79.16% as evidenced by the N-gain score.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs is that students' interest begins to decrease while undergoing learning activities. This was followed by a decrease in motivation in students. This is due to the minimal use of media by teachers. This study aims to determine the effect of audio-visual learning media on students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education lessons. This research method is quantitative with a true experiment approach. The population in this study were fifth grade elementary school students, totaling 40 students. The sampling technique by means of total sampling, so that the number of samples in this study amounted to 40 students. The instrument used is a Likert model scale with five alternative answers and a questionnaire about student motivation. The validity test uses the Pearson correlation with a validity value of 0.672. The reliability test uses Cronbach's alpha, with a reliability value of 0.782. The data analysis technique used is the t-test with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that the audio-visual media has a significant and positive effect on students' learning motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview about the efficacy of implementation of the asynchronous learning to improve literacy skills of the fishermen of Bajo Tribe, a community which built settlement above the sea. Asynchronous model is applied, in response to restricted physical interaction during Covid-19 pandemic and other natural limitations, to improve understanding about marine life. The method used in this research is a workshop plus discussion, with 25 participants. The results showed that most of the respondents realized that the sea has a variety of marine life that is very beneficial for human life. The participants genuinely interested in discovering environmentally sustainable fishing management options, to enrich their awareness and knowledge as well as to improve skills about fishing management. Abstract

Non-formal education has a long history in Indonesia, first appearing in the pre-colonial period and continues to grow today. In today's era, the development of non-formal education is very helpful as self-development and improving the quality of learning citizens and can improve the quality of dignity and quality in life. The purpose of this article is to find out the trend of the development of Non-Formal Education in Indonesia. This literature review article uses references sourced from scientific reference articles and books, then analyzed descriptively. The results of after the Indonesian independence revolution in 1945, many non-formal education activities were held, such as eradication of illiteracy, citizenship courses, school broadcasting, women's courses, scouting courses and adult courses conducted in vocational education.

Abstract

The Industrial 4.0 revolution is a state and condition that fuels the physical and digital world. A holistic industrial 4.0 presence is connected to human life through sophisticated technological devices. This has also resulted in improved education in Indonesia, what we do know is that there will be many difficulties for teachers as drivers in the increasingly modern world in the industrial 4.0 environment. In regard to the issue, the authors would like to describe the role of the teacher that continues to exist as part of the industry’s implementation of education in Indonesia, by using qualitative research methods. The writer’s descriptive approach to collecting data in literature that explains how the objects written in this article relate. Then described in descriptive terms to express a new understanding. Of the study done in this text refers to describing world conditions for the industrial revolution, the condition of education in Indonesia during the industrial 4.0 revolution and the involvement of teachers and the actions that must be taken to improve education during the industrial 4.0 revolution.

Abstract

Since practical lectures were only conducted online through various e-learning platforms for all subjects. Some issues accompanying an online learning include internet signal problem, internet packages data, power outage, weather conditions (rain and lightning), and geographic conditions which may cause internet signal disconnection. Worrying about these issues made the students feel uneasy during the lecturing process, including while doing quizzes and exams. This research aims to determine the degree and significance of the correlation between quiz time usage and cognitive score. The population was 67 students participating in the vertebrate taxonomy course of Biology Education Study Program of Universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat and the sample was determined randomly with the criteria for the frequency of participation in the quiz process through e-learning platform eight times. The research data in the form of the time used by students to do the quiz (X) and the average cognitive score of the quiz (Y) were analyzed correlationally. The results showed that there was a moderate and significant positive linear correlation between the time usage and the cognitive scores for the vertebrate taxonomy course. The contribution of quiz time to the cognitive score of the quiz was 53.3%. Keywords: Time Usage, Quiz, Cognitive Score and Vertebrate Taxonomy

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of gadgets on reading interest in 8th grade students of SMPN 3 Tangerang Banten. The number of subjects in this study were 175 people. The research method in this study is a quantitative method. Based on the results of the analysis of research data using multiple regression techniques, it can be said that the multiple linear regression equation also shows that the variable intensity of using gadgets has a negative influence on learning achievement and interest in reading non-e-book books has a positive influence on learning achievement. This is shown through the regression results Y=87.528-0.049X1+0.007X2. Based on the regression model, the constant (a) is 87,528, meaning that if the intensity of using gadgets (X1) and interest in reading non-e-books (X2) is zero, then learning achievement is 87,528. Then the coefficient value of the intensity of the use of the device is -0.049, meaning that if the intensity of the use of the device has increased by one percent, the learning achievement has decreased by 0.049 percent with the condition that the other independent variables are eligible to remain. While the coefficient of interest in reading non-e-book books is 0.007, meaning that if interest in reading non-e-books has increased by one percent, learning achievement will increase by 0.007 percent with the condition that other variables are feasible. .   Keywords: Use of Devices, Interest in Reading e-Books, Learning Achievement, Grade 8
