Abstract

AbstractThis research discusses the application of memorization and bandongan methods in learning the book of nahwu at the Tanjung Pasir Al-Awwabien Jambi Islamic Boarding School. This research aims to find out the process of applying the method, knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors as well as the efforts made by the teacher towards inhibiting factors in implementing the memorization and bandongan methods in learning the book of nahwu at the Tanjung Pasir Al-Awwabien Jambi Islamic Boarding School. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method, where the researcher is the key instrument. The subjects in this research were nahwu subject teachers, Islamic boarding school students, the Head of Madin Wustho and the Khuwaidim of the Tanjung Pasir Al-Awwabien Jambi Islamic Boarding School. Data collection in this research used observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis process consists of reducing data, presenting data and concluding. The results of this research show that there are several applications of memorization and bandongan methods in learning the book of nahwu at the Tanjung Pasir Al-Awwabien Islamic Boarding School, Jambi. The process method of memorizing: a). Encoding, b). Storage and c). Retrieval. Meanwhile, the bandongan method uses the process: a). A kiai or ustadz creates good communication, b). Starting teaching, c). At a high level of learning, the application of the sorogan method, d). Students ask questions and e). Closing. There are supporting factors, namely competent teachers, surrounding conditions and adequate facilities, while inhibiting factors are language factors, material that is too much and difficult to understand, different abilities of students, time allocation and wrong thinking of students. The efforts or solutions made include linking it with Indonesian, dividing sub-chapters in several meetings, re-explaining material that has not been understood, not pushing limits on memorization, paying more attention to students, providing motivation, flexible time and more innovative teachers. Keywords: Memorization Method; Bandongan Method; Nahwu Book.

Abstract

AbstrakKehidupan sehari-hari, termasuk pendidikan menjadikan teknologi digital memegang peranan yang sangat penting seiring dengan derasnya arus globalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji fungsi literasi digital di sekolah dasar sebagai langkah awal dalam mengembangkan karakter siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian literasi digital pertama yang dipaparkan oleh Paul Gilster, artikel ini menyoroti banyak komponen penting yang dapat membantu siswa memahami teknologi dan memanfaatkannya dengan baik. Literasi digital menuntut pengembangan keterampilan kognitif, religius, konstruktif, komunikatif, perseptual, kritis, kreatif, dan sosial. Data dari beberapa rangkuman yang relevan dikumpulkan dan dianalisis melalui studi tinjauan pustaka ilmiah dalam proyek penelitian ini. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa banyak siswa tidak memiliki akses terhadap teknologi digital, yang menghambat pendidikan karakter. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi pendidik untuk memastikan bahwa siswa dapat menggunakan teknologi digital secara aman dan efektif serta mengatasi masalah seperti pembelajaran daring dan berbagi informasi tanpa kertas. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa banyak peserta didik tidak mempunyai akses ke teknologi digital, yang menghambat pendidikan karakter. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi para pendidik guna agar peserta didik dapat memanfaatkan teknologi digital dengan cara yang aman dan efektif serta mengatasi masalah seperti pembelajaran berani dan berbagi informasi tanpa kertas. Abstract

Developments in the field of education are a means or forum for developing Human Resources (HR).  Education is not only defined as the transformation of knowledge but also includes the transformation of culture and values that develop in society, in order to produce quality students who can develop every potential that students have which is obtained through the learning process and implementing habits that can  increasing students’ interest in learning, especially students’ interest in reading in literacy learning, thus implementing literacy learning to increase students’ interest in reading. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods.  The research subjects were 28 people consisting of 15 male students and 13 female students.  Based on researchers’ observations of real conditions in the field, students’ interest in learning can have a positive impact on students’ learning outcomes and students’ responsiveness.  Students’ lack of reading interest in reading and understanding the content of students’ reading texts in concluding paragraphs is a problem for students in determining the main idea of reading text paragraphs.  To overcome this problem, there are several efforts that teachers can make to increase students’ interest in learning.  The efforts that teachers can provide are implementing literacy learning in class IV of SD Negeri 136916 Tanjungbalai, with the implementation it will help students increase their interest in learning, so that they can make students more enthusiastic about learning, processing with maximum marks and preparing plans.  Based on the results of the diagnosis, namely by providing group study guidance.  Next, the final effort is to provide assistance by asking parents for guidance in supervising students while studying at home and providing motivation so as to foster students’ interest in learning. Keywords: Implementation; Literacy; Interest in Reading.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to improve student learning outcomes in science and science learning by using the make a match model in class IV at SDN 3 Limboto. This research was conducted in class IV at SDN 3 Limboto using classroom action research. Classroom action research aims to improve and enhance the quality of learning. Learning is carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle has stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research were 38 class IV students at SDN 3 Limboto. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation and test techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistics. Student learning outcomes before implementing the make a match learning model had not yet reached the KKTP. After implementing the make a match learning model student learning outcomes increased, it can be seen from the increase in completeness in the pre-cycle, 30%, increasing in cycle I to 50% and in cycle II increasing to 86% Thus, student learning outcomes and analysis of observation observation sheets improve for the better with the implementation of the make a match learning model.Keywords: Make A Match Learning Model, Student Learning Outcomes, IPASAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPAS dengan menggunakan model make a match di kelas IV SDN 3 Limboto. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas IV SDN 3 Limboto dengan menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian tindakan kelas bertujuan untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Pembelajaran dilakukan dalam 2 siklus. Setiap siklus mempunyai tahapan yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 3 Limboto yang berjumlah 38 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu statistic deskriptif. Hasil belajar siswa sebelum diterapkan model pembelajaran make a match belum mencapai KKTP Setelah diterpkan model pembelajaran make a match hasil belajar siswa meningkat, dapat dilihat pada peningkatan ketuntasannya di pra siklus 30% meningkat di siklus I menjadi 50% dan di siklus II meningkat menjadi 86% Dengan demikian, hasil belajar siswa dan analisis lembar observasi pengematan meningkat kearah yang lebih baik dengan diterapkannya model pembelajaran make a match.Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Make A Match, Hasil Belajar Siswa, IPAS.

Abstract

AbstrackBullying behavior is currently very common in the school environment. Therefore, schools as a place for students to learn and pursue education have become an environment that is no longer conducive to supporting the learning process. Therefore, this research aims to see the importance of the role of teachers as guides and educators in overcoming bullying behavior that occurs in the classroom. This research is aqualitative descriptive research. The instruments used were observation sheets, interviews and reflections. The conclusion obtained from this research is that teachers as mentors are very important in anticipating and overcoming bullying behavior because teachers act as role models as well as individuals who have authority in the classroom. As a mentor, teacher pay attention to things that can be done, namely giving advice, instilling character education, as well as modeling in the form of active action, namely providing motivation and modeling friendly and polite interaction patterns. The results of the research show that creating a classroom atmosphere that has good communication quality has an impact on reducing bullying behavior in the school and classroom environment. Keywords: Teacher's Role; Anticipating Bullying.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to elaborate the effect of demonstration learning methods on mathematics learning achievement of elementary school students. The research method used in this study is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The material point to be discussed is the demonstration method in influencing student achievement, because one of the factors that can increase student achievement is the selection of methods applied by teachers to learning. This demonstration method in learning involves an object using learning media to demonstrate a process or action, either directly or indirectly which aims to clarify concepts that are in accordance with the learning material so that students are more active in learning activities.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to find out the results of applying realia media in thematic learning to improve the learning outcomes of grade 3 students at SDN 9 Limboto. This research method is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was carried out in class 3 of SDN 9 Limboto.  The subjects in the research were 15 grade 3 students at SDN 9 Limboto, consisting of 8 boys and 7 girls. Data collection was carried out using observation, tests and documentation. The results of this research show that using realia media in thematic learning can improve student learning outcomes, observation results of student activities, and observation results of teacher activities. In the first cycle, only 5 students (33.3%) achieved the KKM score (70), while 15 students (66.6%) were below the KKM score. Cycle II showed that 9 students (60%) achieved the KKM score, the other 6 students (40%) had not yet achieved the KKM. and in cycle III, only 3 students (20%) did not reach the KKM, while the other 12 students (80%) whose scores reached the KKM. Meanwhile, for the results of the student activity observation sheet in cycle I, the results were 43.3 which was categorized as less active, then increased in cycle II was 56.6 which was quite active and in cycle III it increased with a result of 68.3 which was categorized as active. Furthermore, the results of the teacher activity observation sheet in cycle I obtained a result of 53.3 (sufficient) then it increased in cycle II with a result of 58.3 (sufficient) and in cycle III it increased with a result of 78.3 (active). Thus it can be concluded from the research results that there is an increase in results student learning. This proves that applying realia media can improve student learning outcomes and has been going well and can support increased learning outcomes.Keywords: Realia media, learning outcomes, thematic learning.Abstrak          Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan media realia dalam pembelajaran tematik dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas 3 SDN 9 Limboto. Metode penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dikelas 3 SDN 9 Limboto.  Subjek  pada  penelitian  adalah  siswa  kelas  3  SDN  9  Limboto  yang berjumlah 15 siswa, terdiri dari 8 orang laki-laki dan perempuan berjumlah 7 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan media realia dalam pembelajaran tematik dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, hasil observasi kegiatan siswa, dan hasil observasi kegiatan guru. pada siklus I hanya 5 siswa (33,3%) yang mencapai nilai KKM (70), sedangkan 15 siswa (66.6%) dibawah nilai KKM. Siklus II menunjukan bahwa 9 siswa (60%) mencapai nilai KKM, 6 siswa (40%) lainnya belum mencapai KKM. dan siklus III hanya 3 siswa (20%) yang tidak mencapai KKM, sementara 12 siswa (80%) lainya yang nilainya mencapai KKM.Sedangkan untuk hasil lembar observasi kegiatan siswa pada siklus I memperoleh hasil 43.3 yang di kategorikan kurang aktif, kemudian meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 56.6 menjadi cukup aktif  dan pada siklus III meningkat dengan hasil 68.3 yang di kategorikan aktif. Selanjutnya untuk hasil lembar observasi kegiatan guru pada siklus I memperoleh hasil 53.3 (cukup) kemudian meningkat padas siklus II dengan hasil 58.3(cukup) dan pada siklus III meningkat dengan hasil 78.3(aktif) .Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa menerapkan media realia dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa telah berlangsung dengan baik dan dapat menunjang peningkatan hasil belajar.Kata Kunci: Media realia, Hasil Belajar,Pembelajaran tematik.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the process of implementing an environment-based experimental method and analyze its effectiveness in improving students' conceptual understanding of heat energy material. This research employs a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach, conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects were 21 fifth-grade students at SDIT Al Bashirah Palopo. Data were collected through tests, observations, and interviews and analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive techniques. The results showed an increase in students' conceptual understanding, with an average score of 47.61 in the pre-cycle, increasing to 64.28 in the first cycle, and significantly improving to 81.42 in the second cycle. Thus, the environment-based experimental method effectively enhances students' understanding of heat energy concepts.Keywords: Environment-Based Experimental Method; Conceptual Understanding; Heat Energy; Sciene learning.Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses penerapan metode eksperimen berbasis lingkungan dan menganalisis efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa pada materi energi panas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus, setiap siklus meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 21 siswa kelas V SDIT Al Bashirah Palopo. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes, observasi, dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman konsep siswa dari nilai rata-rata 47,61 pada prasiklus menjadi 64,28 pada siklus I, dan mencapai 81,42 pada siklus II. Dengan demikian, metode eksperimen berbasis lingkungan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep energi panas siswa.Kata Kunci: Metode Eksperimen Berbasis Lingkungan; Pemahaman Konsep; Energi Panas; Pembelajaran IPA.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to improve the science learning outcomes of fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 4 Limboto through the application of learning with the group investigation method on the material of light and its properties. This study uses the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a group investigation method approach. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, documentation, and tests (evaluation). Then the collected data will be analyzed based on the achievement of classical learning completeness with an average completeness achievement of 85%. The results of the study indicate that the application of learning with the Group Investigation method can improve the science learning outcomes of fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 4 Limboto on the material of light and its properties. The average value of student learning outcomes experienced a significant increase, namely from the pre-cycle of 54.52 with a completeness of 23.81%, increasing in the first cycle to 79.28 with a completeness of 71.43%, and in the second cycle reaching 88.57 with a completeness of 90.48%. In addition to improving cognitive aspects, this method also has a positive impact on students' affective and social aspects, such as active participation in discussions, courage to express opinions, ability to work together, and a sense of responsibility. Therefore, learning using the Group Investigation method can be used as an effective alternative learning strategy to improve the quality of learning outcomes while developing students' social skills.Keywords: Group Investigation, Learning Outcomes, Science AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SD Negeri 4 Limboto melalui penerapan pembelajaran dengan metode group investigation pada materi cahaya dan sifat-sifatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan pendekatan metode group investigation. Adapun teknink pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes (evaluasi). Kemudian data yang telah dikumpulkan akan dianalisis berdasarkan capaian ketuntasan belajar klasikal dengan capaian ketuntasan rata-rata 85%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran dengan metode Group Investigation dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SD Negeri 4 Limboto pada materi cahaya dan sifat-sifatnya. Nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan signifikan, yaitu dari pra siklus sebesar 54,52 dengan ketuntasan 23,81%, naik pada siklus I menjadi 79,28 dengan ketuntasan 71,43%, dan pada siklus II mencapai 88,57 dengan ketuntasan 90,48%. Selain peningkatan aspek kognitif, metode ini juga berdampak positif terhadap aspek afektif dan sosial siswa, seperti keaktifan dalam diskusi, keberanian mengemukakan pendapat, kemampuan bekerja sama, serta rasa tanggung jawab. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran dengan metode Group Investigation dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif strategi pembelajaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas hasil belajar sekaligus membangun keterampilan sosial siswa.Kata Kunci: Group Investigation, Hasil Belajar, IPA

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to increase students' interest in learning science subjects on the subject of the Cycle of Living Things through diorama media in grade 4 of SDN 11 Limboto Barat. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) which is carried out in 2 cycles, with each cycle including the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were 30 grade 4 students of SDN 11 Limboto Barat. Data were collected through observation and documentation, then analyzed using descriptive percentage formulas for teacher activities, student activities, and student learning interests. Significant improvements were seen from the results of each cycle: in cycle I, teacher performance reached 47.5% and student learning interest 73.34%. Then, there was an increase in cycle II, with teacher performance reaching 76.5% and student learning interest 90%. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the use of diorama media is effective in increasing the learning interest of grade 4 students of SDN 11 Limboto Barat in the subject of science on the subject of the Cycle of Living Things.Keywords: Minat Belajar Siswa, Media Diorama, IPAAbstrak  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada mapel IPA materi Siklus Makhluk Hidup melalui media diorama di kelas 4 SDN 11 Limboto Barat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, dengan setiap siklus meliputi tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 30 siswa kelas 4 SDN 11 Limboto Barat. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan rumus deskriptif persentase untuk aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa, dan minat belajar siswa. Peningkatan yang signifikan terlihat dari hasil tiap siklus: pada siklus I, kinerja guru mencapai 47,5% dan minat belajar siswa 73,34%. Kemudian, terjadi peningkatan pada siklus II, dengan kinerja guru mencapai 76,5% dan minat belajar siswa 90%. Berdasarkan temuan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media diorama efektif dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas 4 SDN 11 Limboto Barat pada mata pelajaran IPA materi Siklus Makhluk Hidup.KataKunci:Student Learning Interest, Diorama Media, Science.
