Abstract

AI SARIPAH. Improving the Numeracy Skills of Early Childhood Beginners Through Number Tree Media for class A RA Miftahul Falah Cikajang students, Garut Regency (2024). Thesis.Jakarta: Panca Sakti Bekasi College of Teacher Training and Education. 2024. This research aims to improve the ability to count, one of the aspects that must be developed in early childhood, children aged 4-5 years in the A RA Mifthul Falah group, Cikajang District, Garut Regency. To obtain the data, a numeracy learning outcomes instrument was used in the form of data which was analyzed starting from the pre-cycle, cycle one and cycle two to be compared with percentage descriptive techniques. The research method used is classroom action research (PTK) by applying the Kemmis and Mc Taggart model. The subjects in this research were 10 students at RA Miftahul Falah Cikajang Garut. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, checklists. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The results of the implementation of cycle I and cycle II in simple exfloration activities using number tree media are presented through several research cycles. Based on the results of the observation phase of learning practices in cycles I and II, recorded in the reflection sheet after learning, it shows that there has been an increase in children's numeracy development through providing stimulation in counting activities using number trees as media. The percentage increase in cycle I was 65.2% and further increased in cycle II to 86.8%, so it can be concluded that this research can increase the ability to calculate using number trees in group A at RA Miftahul Falah. The results of this research provide important meaning for the development of educational policies, especially those related to improving the quality of student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Elmi Siti Nurbaeti (1862050162). Enhancing Language Skills of Children Aged 5-6 Years Through the Read alaud Method at RA Persis 97 Cikajang Garut. Thesis. Bekasi: Universitas Panca Sakti Bekasi. 2024. his research aims to improve the language skills of children aged 5-6 years through the "Read Aloud" method at RA Persis 97. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with the Kemmis and Taggart model which consists of four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. This research was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of four meetings. The results of this research showed an increase in children's language skills in each cycle. In the initial cycle, the percentage of children who reached the developing according to expectations (BSH) category increased from 48.65% to 60%. In cycle II, the percentage of children who reached the very well developed (BSB) category increased significantly to 81.92%. The research results show that the application of the "Read Aloud" method can significantly improve children's language skills, as seen from the increase in the average language ability score in each cycle. This research concludes that the "Read Aloud" method is effective as a language learning strategy in early childhood.

Abstract

Improving Early Childhood Social Emotional Abilities Through the Use of Rewards and Punishments in Kindergarten Persis 451 Al-I'tishom (2024). Thesis. Bekasi: Panca Sakti University Bekasi. 2024. This research aims to improve the social and emotional abilities of early childhood through the use of rewards and punishment in Kindergarten Persis 451 Al-I'tishom. To obtain data by implementing it in group A, the research method used was the classroom action research method. The subjects of this research were 13 group A children consisting of 8 boys and 5 girls. The data used were observations, field notes, observation sheets and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out descriptively, qualitatively and quantitatively. The indicator of success in this research is said to be successful if the emotional abilities of young children in the Very Well Developing category have reached a percentage of 85%. The results of the study showed that children's abilities in the pre-cycle reached 50%, the first cycle reached 60.6%, and the second cycle reached 85%. Thus there was an increase from pre-cycle to cycle I and cycle II. This research can be concluded that the reward and punishment method can be applied to improve social emotional skills in children aged 4-5 years at Kindergarten Persis 451 Al-I'tishom. With the reward and punishment method, children can be interactive and full of hope because with this method children can answer the teacher's questions because of the rewards and punishments that these children will receive. The results of this research provide important meaning for the development of educational policies, especially related to improving the quality of children's learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the extent to which the use of Loose Parts media can affect the creativity of Kober Baturrahman children in the learning process so that aspects of child development can be achieved according to their stages. The research method used is Classroom Research. In this study, research was carried out from Pre-Cycle, Cycle 1 and Cycle 2 to determine the growth of creativity using Loose Parts media with a target number of 14 children. Considering the findings of the classroom action research before Cycle 37.9%, Cycle II 61.14% and Cycle II 82.14%, it can be seen that efforts to increase creativity by using the Loose Parts tool have yielded results beyond the predetermined limits.

Abstract

This research aims to improve fine motor skills of young children through coloring activities. Fine motor skills are an important aspect of a child's development that involves the coordination of small muscles in the hands and fingers. Coloring activities were chosen because they are believed to stimulate and improve these skills in a fun and interactive way. The research method used is the classroom action research method. The research subjects consisted of 14 children aged 5 -6. Data was collected using observation sheets and fine motor skills tests before and after intervention. The results of the research showed that there was a significant increase from the beginning of the pre-cycle with an average value of 44.6%, then there was an increase in cycle I with a value of 53%, continuing to cycle II 81.3% and there was also an increase.

Abstract

Parents' Perception of the Importance of Character Building in Early Childhood in Jatiranggon, Bekasi (2024). Thesis. Jakarta: Faculty of Education, Early Childhood Education, Panca Sakti University Bekasi. 2024. This research aims to understand parents' perceptions of character building in children and to determine whether parents consider character building in children important or not. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method to obtain an in-depth understanding of how parents shape their children's character at home. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation during the activities. The results of the study show that the representatives of parents in Jatiranggon agree that character building in children is very important, so that children can develop positive behaviors in their future lives.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu Sekolah PAUD Mentari III di RW 10 Desa Sindangpalay Kab. Garut agar warga Desa Sindangpalaya dapat mendaftarkan anak pra sekolahnya di Sekolah Paud Mentari III. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis dan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Ibu-ibu peserta posyandu, guru dan orang tua siswa Paud Mentari III RW 10 Desa Sindangpalay Kab. Garut menjadi sumber data penelitian ini. Reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan merupakan teknik analisis data yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang diuraikan: Tingkat dukungan kader pemberdayaan keluarga (FEM) di Desa Sindangpalay Kabupaten Garut dalam memberikan pendidikan anak usia dini relatif rendah. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan kurangnya dukungan dan kegiatan pemberdayaan keluarga yang dilakukan di sekolah PAUD sejak awal pelaksanaan hingga saat ini. Tantangan yang dihadapi masyarakat dalam mendukung pendidikan anak usia dini melalui kegiatan pemberdayaan keluarga di desa Sindangpalay antara lain: Kurangnya dana untuk menunjang sarana dan prasarana, tidak semua guru memiliki gelar sarjana, dan kurangnya pengetahuan tentang pendidikan anak usia dini (faktor internal). Sedangkan faktor eksternal adalah kurangnya minat orang tua untuk menyekolahkan anaknya pada pendidikan pra-sekolah dasar, dan banyak anak yang langsung melanjutkan ke sekolah dasar. Banyak juga anak-anak yang tidak bersekolah pada musim tanam karena orang tuanya sibuk di sawah. ladang/kebun.

Abstract

RESTI.  Peningkatan  Motivasi  Belajar  Melalui  Reward  ―ASYIK  di  TK  Asy Syarifiyah Garut Kelompok Usia 5 – 6 Tahun (2024). Skripsi. Bekasi: Bekasi: Universitas Panca Sakti Bekasi. 2024 Untuk anak usia dini, disiplin harus dilakukan secara spontan dan menyenangkan. Orang-orang yang paling banyak mempengaruhi kedisiplinan anak adalah guru, masyarakat, dan orang tua. Mendisiplinkan anak berarti mengajarkan mereka apa yang benar dan salah. Anak-anak harus dididik tentang disiplin. Kedisiplinan adalah perilaku berorientasi nilai yang dapat dilakukan secara spontan. Penelitian yang di gunakan yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas guna pendekatan kualitatif untuk menjelaskan masalah yang ada di TK Asy-Syarifiyah Kabupaten Garut, terutama kelompok usia 5-6 tahun. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dalam perilaku belajar disiplin selanjutnya. Dengan menggunakan reward ASYIK untuk membuat anak termotivasi dan senang belajar tentang perilaku disiplin belajar. Pada penelitian tindakan ini peneliti menggunakan prosedur yang disarankan oleh Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Menurut grafik 4.5, hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pada siklus pertama sebesar 34%, siklus kedua sebesar 57%, dan siklus ketiga sebesar 79%. Alangkah baiknya jika penghargaan ASYIK ini digunakan di sekolah untuk meningkatkan proses belajar yang aktif, efektif, kreatif, dan inovatif bagi anak usia dini. Untuk menerapkan Reward ASYIK, guru dan kepala sekolah serta orang tua harus berkolaborasi untuk membuat kegiatan pembelajaran yang akan dilaksanakan. Dengan metode reward ASYIK, sekolah dapat mengajarkan orangtua tentang apa itu pembelajaran, sehingga orangtua dapat memahami maksud dan tujuan dari metode ini. Penelitian terus dilakukan untuk meningkatkan keinginan orang tua untuk disiplin belajar pada anak usia dini.

Abstract

Dewi Mutiara Lestari. Efforts to improve cognitive development in children aged 4-5 years through the Tangram educational game (APE) at PAUD Tunas Muda (2024). Thesis. Bekasi: Panca Sakti University Bekasi. 2024 This research aims to find out how to improve cognitive development in children aged 4-5 years through the educational game tool (APE) Tangram and to find out whether the educational game tool (APE) Tangram can improve cognitive development in children aged 4-5 years in PAUD Young Shoots. The research method used in this research is a classroom action research model which refers to the Kemmis and MC Taggart classroom action research model, in which there are 4 stages in the research. Namely: Planning, Action, Observation, and Reflection. This research was carried out in 2 cycles to see whether there was an increase in cognitive development in children aged 4-5 years through the Tangram educational game tool (APE) at PAUD Tunas Muda. In the research process, researchers used 2 research instruments. Namely observation and documentation. The subjects of this research were PAUD Tunas Muda IKKT Group A students with a total of 14 children consisting of 5 boys. and 9 daughters. The results of the research show that through the Tangram Educational Game Tool (APE), it can improve cognitive development in children aged 4-5 years at PAUD Tunas Muda. This is shown by the increase in children's cognitive development from pre-action or pre-cycle, namely 42.85%, increasing in Cycle I to 63.69%, and in Cycle II increasing again to 86.90%.

Abstract

The issue with this discovery is the lack of engagement, lack of discipline, and subpar learning outcomes in PPKn education. Attempts to address these issues through the utilization of the PERSASI paradigm. The aim is to describe and analyze activity, character of discipline, and learning outcomes. The type of research used PTK. The subject of the discovery was grade IV students of SDN Kelayan Selatan 9 as many as 4 meetings. This research was conducted in 4 meetings. The research was carried out over the course of four meetings. The findings data were analyzed using descriptive analytic approaches, which involved presenting the data through tables, graphs, and interpretations using percentages. The findings indicated a progressive improvement in teacher engagement during each meeting, ultimately reaching the "Very Good" level. The level of student engagement progressively rose at each meeting, culminating in the final meeting where it reached 93% according to the criterion "Almost All Students Are Very Active". The level of discipline rose significantly during the last meeting, reaching 89% under the category "Almost All Students Are Very Disciplined". The classical learning outcomes achieved in the last meeting were 93%.
