Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media pembelajaran sejarah berbasis aplikasi Android menggunakan platform Kodular serta menganalisis pemanfaatannya dalam mendukung pengembangan literasi historis peserta didik di UPTD SMAN 1 Nosu. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain penelitian pengembangan. Proses pengembangan media mengikuti tahapan model ADDIE yang meliputi analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari peserta didik kelas XII dan seorang guru mata pelajaran sejarah. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis Kodular yang dikembangkan memiliki tingkat kelayakan yang baik berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi. Implementasi media dalam proses pembelajaran menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterlibatan peserta didik serta terciptanya suasana belajar yang lebih aktif dan interaktif. Selain itu, integrasi berbagai elemen multimedia seperti gambar, video, serta kuis interaktif dalam aplikasi mampu membantu peserta didik memahami peristiwa sejarah secara lebih kontekstual. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran berbasis Kodular dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif inovasi pembelajaran yang efektif dalam mendukung pengembangan literasi historis peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran virtual tour museum terhadap literasi digital siswa pada pembelajaran sejarah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi experiment atau eksperimen semu yang menggunakan desain penelitian pretest-posttest control group design. Media Pembelajaran virtual tour museum sebagai variabel bebas dan literasi digital siswa sebagai variabel terikat. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Jawilan. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas XI 7 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI 8 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, observasi, wawanara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan uji t (t-test) untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil uji hipotesis pengaruh media pembelajaran virtual tour museum terhadap literasi digital diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 0,000 > 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: ada pengaruh media pembelajaran terhadap literasi digital siswa pada pembelajaran sejarah.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of structured non-teaching activities during the Ramadan period to enhance students’ discipline, participation, and social engagement in a primary school context. The research addresses the limited attention given to short-term, intensive extracurricular programs conducted within teaching practice settings. A qualitative case study design was employed, with data collected through observations, semi-structured interviews, and field documentation involving 54 students from grades 1 to 6 at SDN Beberan 2. The program consisted of a series of competitions, including Sambung Ayat, Adzan, Kaligrafi, and Fashion Show, conducted over three consecutive days. The findings indicate that these activities contributed positively to students’ active participation, confidence, and behavioral discipline. Performance data showed consistent achievement across activities, supported by structured assessment instruments that enabled objective evaluation of students’ competencies. Qualitative analysis further revealed that students perceived the activities as engaging and meaningful, providing opportunities for self-expression, collaboration, and experiential learning. The activities also fostered social interaction and reduced anxiety in participating in public performances. However, challenges such as differences in student readiness, time limitations, and varying skill levels were identified, highlighting the need for guided facilitation and adaptive instructional support. This study concludes that structured non-teaching activities conducted in a short-term program can serve as an effective complementary approach to formal learning by promoting students’ discipline, participation, and social development when supported by appropriate planning and assessment strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between students’ self-esteem and their English-speaking skills among eleventh-grade students at SMAN PGRI Pekanbaru. It seeks to determine whether self-esteem significantly influences students’ ability to perform in spoken English.This research employed a quantitative correlational design to examine the correlation between two variables: students’ self-esteem (independent variable) and speaking skills (dependent variable). Data were collected through a self-esteem questionnaire and a speaking skills test administered to class XI students. The questionnaire was completed within a 15-minute time allocation. Statistical analysis, specifically Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, was used to analyze the relationship between the variables.The findings reveal a very strong positive correlation between students’ self-esteem and their speaking skills, with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.999 and a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.01). Since the significance value is lower than 0.05, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This indicates that higher levels of self-esteem are associated with better speaking performance among students. Therefore, students’ self-esteem has a significant positive influence on their English-speaking skills.This study highlights the importance of fostering students’ self-esteem to improve their speaking abilities in English learning contexts. Teachers are encouraged to implement strategies that build students’ confidence and self-worth to enhance their oral communication skills. However, this research has several limitations. First, time constraints affected data collection, as students had limited time (15 minutes) to complete the questionnaire, which may have influenced the accuracy of their responses. Second, difficulties in obtaining administrative data and cooperation from the school management posed challenges during the research process. Future studies are recommended to allow more flexible time allocation and ensure better institutional support to improve data quality and research effectiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan buku flipbook interaktif dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) di sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control group yang melibatkan dua kelompok berbeda untuk membandingkan hasil belajar siswa secara objektif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan flipbook interaktif dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode konvensional berupa ceramah dan buku teks. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan pada kelas eksperimen dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai rata-rata posttest yang lebih tinggi serta peningkatan gain score yang menunjukkan efektivitas penggunaan media flipbook dalam membantu pemahaman konsep IPS. Selain itu, penggunaan flipbook interaktif juga meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran, yang ditunjukkan melalui partisipasi aktif, minat belajar yang tinggi, serta respon positif terhadap penggunaan media digital. Keunggulan flipbook interaktif terletak pada kemampuannya mengintegrasikan berbagai elemen multimedia seperti gambar, animasi, audio, dan video yang dapat memperjelas materi pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, buku flipbook interaktif tidak hanya efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, tetapi juga mampu menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang lebih menarik, interaktif, dan menyenangkan. Oleh karena itu, media ini layak digunakan sebagai alternatif inovatif dalam pembelajaran IPS di sekolah.
