Abstract

The school head's strategy is an important factor in determining the success of improving quality in the school. These include regulating how to organize work specialization, delegation of authority, and chain of command. This research aims to determine the strategy of school heads in organizing work specialization, organizing delegation of authority, and organizing the chain of command at MIN 16 West Aceh. To achieve this goal, this research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this research were the head of the school, deputy head of the school, head of administration, head of library, homeroom teacher and teacher at MIN 16 West Aceh. The results of the research show that: (1) The school head's strategy in organizing work specialization is by paying attention to diploma qualifications and placing people to carry out tasks according to their expertise, by dividing work among school personnel in the form of dividing tasks and responsibilities according to their teaching abilities. with an education diploma, (2) The school head's strategy in organizing the delegation of authority is carried out with the initial step of deliberation with teachers and school employees to discuss the work that will be delegated to school personnel. Then determine the results of the deliberation in a Decree, and supervise the performance of teachers and employees. (3) The school head's strategy in organizing the chain of command by paying attention to the organizational structure and work control of all school apparatus. The chain of command in the organizational structure of MIN 16 West Aceh is led by the head of the school assisted by the deputy head of the school for other sections such as coordinating with the deputy head of curriculum, student affairs and community relations. Then there is the treasurer, head of administration and administrative staff assisted by the operator. Next there are homeroom teachers and a board of study teachers and security guards.

Abstract

PLearning problems are anything that causes problems so that the objectives of learning are not achieved properly. This is caused by something related to the learning components themselves, one of the factors comes from the teacher who plays an important role in a learning activity. To resolve problems regarding learning problems experienced by teachers, supervision is needed. Clinical supervision is the answer to overcoming teacher problems in learning. Clinical supervision is the same as diagnosing sick people, so teachers also receive a diagnosis in the learning process. The purpose of writing this scientific journal is to describe the implementation of Clinical Supervision in Resolving Learning Problems. This journal uses a library analysis method, namely by utilizing library sources to obtain theories and limiting activities to library collection materials and other factual references. The results of this research showed that in the implementation of Clinical Supervision, supervisors were carried out to identify teachers' problems or problems in relation to the teaching and learning process by means of observation which was much more acceptable to teachers through 3 stages, namely the initial meeting, class observation and final meeting.

Abstract

Paket kebijakan Kampus Merdeka menjadi langkah awal dari rangkaian kebijakan untuk perguruan tinggi. Hal ini sebagai bagian untuk melepaskan belenggu agar lebih mudah bergerak. Tujuan penelitian ini, mendeskripsikan tentang implementasi kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) di Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam (PTKI). Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif dan studi literatur (library research). Sumber utama dalam penelitian ini adalah buku, artikel, jurnal maupun sumber bacaan lain yang berhubungan dengan kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) di Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam (PTKI). Hasil penelitian: 1) Landasan kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) di Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam (PTKI) adalah Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional No. 3 Th 2020 tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan Tinggi dan Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Islam No 1591 Th 2022 tentang Petunjuk Teknis Implementasi Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka pada Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam. 2) Program MBKM di PTKI ada 9 (sembilan) yaitu pertukaran mahasiswa, magang/kerja praktik, asisten mengajar di satuan pendidikan, penelitian/riset, proyek kemahasiswaan, kegiatan wirausaha, studi/proyek independent, membangun desa/kuliah kerja nyata serta moderasi beragama. 3) Manfaat dari pelaksanaan MBKM bagi mahasiswa adalah untuk meningkatkan perluasan jaringan, soft skills mahasiswa, pengembangan kompetensi mahasiswa sejak dini untuk mempersiapkan ketika masuk di dunia kerja dan menambahkan kompetensi tambahan selain pembelajaran di dalam kelas perkuliahan serta mahasiswa menjadi agen/duta (influencer) moderasi beragama. Sehingga dengan adanya Kebijakan MBKM di PTKI maka diharapkan dapat mencetak lulusan yang memiliki kepribadian unggul, kompeten, memiliki jiwa religious calling (panggilan keagamaan) serta mengasah kemampuan sesuai bakat dan minat sebagai persiapan karir masa depan.

Abstract

One of the dominant factors in increasing lecturer performance is the compensation they receive. Performance or work performance of lecturers is the result achieved by a lecturer in carrying out the tasks assigned to him based on skills, experience, and seriousness as well as responsibility and use of time. This research is a field research (field Research), with the research subject is STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh lecturer. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, while data analysis techniques using linearity test techniques using SPSS for windows version 20. The results showed that the significance value (Sig) of the output above obtained a Deviation from Linearity Sig value of 0.488 or greater than 0.05 and the F value of the output above was 0.938 (Fcount) or smaller than 4.18 (Ftable). Because the Deviation from Linearity Sig value and the Fcount value are smaller than Ftable, it can be concluded that there is a significant linear relationship between compensation and the performance of STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh.

Abstract

SMP IT Darul Muta'allimin, as a new institution, can attract public interest by enrolling their children in this school. Since 2017, the first year of the establishment until 2023, SMP IT Darul Muta'alimin has had an increasing number of students. The article aims to describe how SMPT IT Darul Muta'alimin carries out the institutional promotion process. This study used qualitative methods, including interviews, observation, and documentation data collection techniques. The subjects in this study were the head, Vice Principal of public relations, Vice Principal of student affairs, two teachers and five students. Analytical techniques use qualitative analysis techniques. The results showed that promotional activities began with the planning stages of institutional promotion carried out through committee work meetings that discussed the type of promotion, the amount of costs and the target area of education promotion. Education promotion activities are carried out in several forms: 1) visits to elementary schools / MIN, 2) distribution of brochures and installation of banners, 3) digital promotion through social media, 4) holding school events, 5) public relations activities, and 6) word of mouth promotion. Furthermore, promotional activities are evaluated through evaluation meetings. In the evaluation process, the team looked at the level of success achieved and the shortcomings of educational promotion activities. The lack of education promotion this year is an input for the next period of promotional activities

Abstract

The era of Society 5.0 and Industrial Revolution 4.0 brought fundamental changes to the educational landscape, requiring Islamic educational institutions to adapt without losing their identity. This article examines the concept of formulating the vision, mission, goals and programs of Islamic educational institutions in the context of the digital era. This research uses a library research method with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data was obtained from primary sources in the form of the Al-Qur'an, Hadith, and the latest publications from reputable Islamic education journals, as well as relevant secondary sources. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of categorization, contextual interpretation and conceptual synthesis. The research results show that these four elements must be formulated based on the integration of modern management and Islamic values ​​interpreted contextually. The main finding is the concept of "technological ijtihad", namely an effort to reinterpret classical Islamic concepts to make them relevant to the digital era. The vision must respond to global issues, the mission includes Islamic "digital citizenship", the goals are formulated using SMART and VUCA Prime principles, while the program integrates Islamic boarding school values ​​with technology. This approach resulted in a creative synthesis between tradition and modernity, which gave birth to a "techno-spiritual" generation. This article contributes to providing a conceptual framework for Islamic educational institutions to formulate strategic directions that are in line with Islamic identity and the demands of the times, so that they can produce graduates who are superior intellectually, technologically and spiritually.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role and function of the headmaster as an educational leader at the Ikhwanul Muslimin Private Elementary School, Tembung II. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach and uses library research as the research model. Data collection techniques include documentation study and interviews with key informants. The study found that the headmaster plays a crucial role in managing the school, fostering a conducive learning environment, and promoting Islamic values. The analysis of data reveals that effective leadership, characterized by clear vision, strong communication, and supportive behavior, enhances the overall performance of the school. The study concludes that the headmaster's leadership influences academic achievement, student discipline, and school reputation. It recommends that future research focus on the impact of leadership styles on student outcomes and the development of leadership training programs for educational leaders

Abstract

Teachers are expected to understand current professional standards and receive the necessary training to become more professional. Teachers may receive support or training to improve their professional skills through supervision. Organized training called supervision is intended to help teachers and other school personnel perform their duties well. The five main topics include (1) the definition of non-directive supervision; (2) the stages of implementing non-directive supervision; (3) the application of non-directive supervision; (4) efforts to improve the competence of teacher professionalism; (5) non-directive supervision in improving the competence of teacher professionalism. This research was written using library research methodology or literature study, which involves collecting information from books and journals on non-directive supervision strategies to improve teacher professionalism. The results showed that (1) indirect problem solving where the supervisor does not directly point out the problem, (2) the following non-directive stages; listening, providing reinforcement, explaining, presenting, and solving problems, (3) this non-directive supervision approach first listens to the problems faced by the teacher and then gives reinforcement related to the problem, (4) can be attempted by achieving the four teacher competencies as proclaimed by the regulations of the Minister of National Education, (5) the role of the principal is considered very important where teachers become professional there are various approaches, one of which is a non-directive approach.

Abstract

This research examines the innovative evaluation of Islamic education planning policies at the Al Kamal Integrated Islamic Boarding School, which focuses on the challenges of integrating Islamic values ​​with the demands of modernity. The main problem is how to manage education policies that are relevant to current developments without losing Islamic identity. The aim of this research is to assess the effectiveness of Islamic education policies, especially in cognitive, affective, psychomotor and spiritual aspects, as well as how this integration is implemented in Islamic boarding schools. The research uses a case study method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Analysis was carried out by triangulating data from various sources to obtain valid results. Correlation and survey evaluation models are used to understand the impact of policies on student learning outcomes and the relevance of education to current social needs. The research results show that policy evaluation is carried out through various stages, from daily to annual evaluations, to ensure the achievement of educational goals both in terms of academics and character formation. Policies that combine traditional education and modernity, such as strengthening technological skills and foreign languages, have proven capable of preparing students to face global challenges without losing their Islamic identity. The involvement of caregivers, teachers, parents and alumni also plays an important role in the successful implementation of this policy.

Abstract

This research aims to examine in depth the importance of public relations management in educational institutions in building a positive image of educational institutions. Through literature studies, this research analyzes various literature related to the objectives and functions of public relations management, the role of public relations in educational institutions and building a positive image in educational institutions. The results of the study show that public relations management has a crucial role in shaping public perceptions of educational institutions. Public relations management acts as a communication bridge between educational institutions and various internal and external publics, including students, teachers, parents, the community and the government. Effective communication can increase involvement of all parties, strengthen relationships, and achieve common goals. Effective communication strategies, managing relationships with various internal and external publics, as well as quick responses to public issues are the keys to building a positive image and good reputation for educational institutions.
