Abstract

In this era of industrial revolution 4.0, the role of teachers is very urgent in developing social intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and intellectual intelligence of students in madrasah. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of teachers in developing the three intelligences. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and document studies. While the data processing technique uses Sugiyono's theory by reducing data (data reduction), presenting data (data display), and verifying data (drawing conclusions). The results showed that the teacher as a student mentor has acted as a model and facilitator in developing students' social intelligence, both in the classroom and outside the classroom. Then the teacher as a student educator has acted as a coach in the process of habituation and exemplary examples that can be emulated in developing students' spiritual intelligence, both outwardly and spiritually. Furthermore, the teacher as a teacher has played a role in transferring various disciplines in developing the intellectual intelligence of students which is useful for their future. The results of this study can be recommended to the Head of the District / City Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs through the Head of Madrasah to improve the professionalism of teachers who are able to apply the three intelligences of students in madrasah.

Abstract

The relevance of Albert Bandura's Social Cognitive Theory to Islamic Education, namely the theory that explains modeling/modeling discovered by Albert Bandura with the theory contained in Islam, namely Uswatun Hasanah, these two theories explain the formation of a person's personality based on modeling or imitation carried out by other people. , a person imitates the behavior of another person whose behavior becomes his own. Modeling is social learning that a person obtains from their environment and cognition. For example: students use their teachers as role models both in terms of cognitive and behavioral aspects. Students tend to imitate and model whatever they observe from their teachers. Therefore, teachers should be examples and role models for their students, teachers must have a good personality as reflected in teacher competence, namely teachers must have a person with noble character. The noble morals that a teacher must have are reflected in the mandatory characteristics of the Prophet, namely the characteristics of Siddiq, Amanah, Fathanah, and Tabligh. These are the qualities that teachers must have in order to create knowledge and good morals for their students. Modeling is a theory that can create quality students and develop adequate human resources.

Abstract

One of the external factors that results in low teacher professional competence is that the implementation of supervision by the school principal is carried out more in an assessing manner. Ideally, supervision itself is carried out in a collegial manner, not patronizing, and takes the form of partnership and mentoring, and is carried out through open and flexible discussion and brainstorming to help teachers reflect on their performance in carrying out their professional duties. In realizing creative learning, one of the approaches that can be used is an approach that prioritizes partnerships or co-workers between the principal as the academic supervisor and the teacher as the person being supervised, this approach is more of a companion through open and flexible discussion and brainstorming and has clear goals. It is clear that helping teachers develop into professionals through reflective activities is a collaborative supervision approach. This research uses the library research method, which focuses on collecting and analyzing data from written literature that is relevant to the results of the discussion including 1). understanding of a collaborative approach, 2). characteristics of a collaborative approach, 3). collaborative supervision approach process, 4). timing and goals of collaborative supervision approaches.

Abstract

An efficient, transparent and accountable education financial management system is crucial to achieving the goals of national education in Indonesia, as stipulated in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 20/2003 on the National Education System. Good financial management will ensure the targeted allocation of funds to improve the quality of education and prevent budget misuse that could be detrimental to the sustainability of education programs. Although Indonesia continues to increase its education budget, various problems related to financial management, such as inappropriate fund distribution procedures and ineffective supervision, remain a major challenge. This study aims to analyze the implementation of a transparent and accountable education financial management system in Indonesia and explore the challenges and solutions to improve financial management in the future. Using a qualitative approach and literature review, this research examines the basic concepts of education financial management, the importance of transparency and accountability, government regulations related to education budgets, and the challenges faced in implementing a transparent and accountable system. he results show that despite efforts to improve transparency and accountability, there are still various obstacles, such as limited human resource capacity and infrastructure that support effective financial management. Therefore, it is necessary to increase human resource capacity, implement information technology and improve regulations to improve the education financial management system in Indonesia.

Abstract

Financing in an educational institution is so important to determine the education program to run and develop. So it can be concluded that without the financing of education, education will stagnate until finally it does not operate. In an educational institution, of course, teachers are the main actors in improving human resources, teachers are also a factor that influences the success or failure of the learning process. MI Miftahul huda is the object of this research regarding financing, allowances, and teacher welfare. The qualitative method used by researchers to obtain data regarding financing, welfare, and tunjagan at MI Miftahul huda is by interviewing, collecting related documentation. The purpose of this study is to explore and analyze the sources and expenditures in the financial sector at MI Miftahul huda. With the results of the research, the source of funds obtained at MI Miftahul huda is only APBN BOS funds for financing and teacher benefits.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze student gang communities, factors that influence student gang communities, the impact of gang communities on academic achievement, and the role of guidance and counseling on student gang communities. This study is of a qualitative type and was carried out using phenomenological techniques. This study was conducted at SMP Negeri 5 Lhokseumawe. Research shows that effective and efficient school policies need to be implemented to overcome the current problem of student gang community conflict. Being involved in a gang community will have a negative impact on students' academic achievement, but by implementing moral values ​​such as honesty, discipline and responsibility, students can be directed towards more positive behavior. The research is expected to be able to provide support and advice to students to continue to comply with school policies, so that schools can adopt relevant policies. This shows that the research not only reaches conclusions but also provides practical suggestions that can be used to develop policies and programs capable of eradicating student gang communities in schools.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine (1) the magnitude of the influence of individual characteristics on improving employee performance at the Asahan district education office, (2) the magnitude of the influence of work motivation on improving employee performance at the Asahan district education office, and (3) the magnitude of the influence of individual characteristics and work motivation overall. together to improve employee performance at the Asahan district education office. The research method used is a quantitative type of correlational study with a correlative study pattern. The results of this research are presented (1) the magnitude of the positive and significant influence between individual characteristics on improving employee performance with a correlation coefficient rx1y=0.680. The effective contribution made by individual characteristic variables to enhance the performance of employees of the Asahan District Education Service is 68%, and (2) the magnitude of the positive and significant influence between work motivation and improving the performance of employees of the Asahan District Education Service with a correlation coefficient rx1y = 0.930. The effective contribution made by the work motivation variable to enhancing the performance of Asahan District Education Service employees is 93%, and (3) there is a positive and significant influence between individual characteristics and work motivation together by increasing the performance of Asahan District Education Service employees by a coefficient correlation of 0.990 and a joint effective contribution of 99%. This means that these two factors are very determining in improving employee performance. If these two factors are good, employee performance will be even better. Abstract

Leadership commitment in building a positive and productive work culture can improve the quality of performance of educational organizations. This study aims to describe and analyze leadership commitment in building the work culture of educational organizations. This research uses a qualitative approach with a library research study method by conducting a literature review in analyzing data and information about leadership commitment in building the work culture of educational organizations. The results of this study indicate that leadership commitment in building the work culture of educational organizations, including: 1) commitment to the vision and mission of the organization by developing the vision and mission, communicating the vision and mission to all members of the organization, integrating the vision and mission into all aspects of organizational activities and evaluating and updating the vision and mission regularly, 2) commitment to building a solid work team by carrying out activities that increase the job satisfaction of team members and activities that support and improve the quality of work results, 3) commitment to work innovation by carrying out activities to develop and implement new and creative ideas, as well as activities to implement processes and use new technology and provide opportunities for team members to implement new and creative ideas, and 4) commitment to improvement and change. and 4) commitment to continuous improvement and change by implementing continuous improvement and change activities by work team members, and activities that can increase job satisfaction of education organization team members

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the strategy to improve the effectiveness of science laboratory facilities and infrastructure management that can support quality practicum learning. Through literature review and literature review, this study analyzes various literature on the definition, function, role of science laboratory facilities and infrastructure management, strategies to improve the effectiveness of laboratory management, as well as inhibiting and supporting factors for the management of science laboratory facilities and infrastructure, and the impact on the quality of practicum learning. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of laboratory management is generally influenced by many factors, one of which is the availability of laboratory facilities and infrastructure that meet standards. Management of science education laboratory facilities and infrastructure is very important to support practicum activities in schools, with good management can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of practicums.

Abstract

Abstrak The purpose of this study is to develop a marketing strategy for Madrasahs in increasing student interest. This study is limited to the product creation stage. Data collection uses documentation studies, observations, and in-depth interviews. Data validation is carried out by triangulation of sources and techniques. Data analysis techniques use the Miles and Huberman Model (interactive model): data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of this study: 1) the strategy implemented is to use a promotional strategy by distributing brochures and/or presentations to the determined Kindergarten Madrasahs, by holding annual activities such as AZKIA, this activity is followed by Kindergarten Madrasahs around MIN 16 West Aceh. 2) The obstacles and lack of marketing strategies implemented by this Madrasah in increasing student interest are that time management is not yet appropriate, the committee is not active enough, the foundation has not been involved, the distribution of brochures is not effective enough, marketing is not extensive enough, it does not yet have a Madrasah marketing strategy document, and it has not been able to ensure and communicate that the services offered are relevant to the needs of the community, and 3) The product produced is a Madrasah marketing strategy based on the Delta Model in attracting student interest: Keywords: Delta Model, Madrasah Marketing Strategy, Student Interest
