Abstract

From an Islamic perspective, theoretical character education has actually existed since Islam was revealed in the world along with the sending of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. to improve or perfect human morals (character). The research method used in this article is a library research approach or qualitative literature study. This method is carried out by analyzing or searching for objects such as books, articles, scientific journals, documents and other relevant literature to be used as references. The concept of learning is essentially an educator's activity in teaching students. Contextual teaching and learning is a learning concept that helps teachers link the material they teach so as to encourage students to make connections between the knowledge they have and its application in their daily lives. The Research Based Learning (RBL) model applies research activities or simple experiments carried out by students. The problem-based learning model is a teaching and learning process that presents contextual problems so that students are stimulated to learn. The quantum teaching method can help create an effective learning environment through the utilization of elements in students. Islamic Religious Education is a deliberate and planned action to prepare students so that they can recognize, understand, absorb, and believe in the teachings of Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of teachers in learning strategies for children with special needs in grade 2 of SDN Sadeng 03. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach, involving observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that teachers hold five important roles, namely as demonstrator, facilitator, mediator, evaluator, and motivator in learning for children with special needs. The learning strategies applied include the use of concrete and visual media, positive reinforcement, curriculum adaptation, independence training, and exploration of children's interests and talents. This study also reveals various obstacles faced, such as curriculum incompatibility, minimal social interaction, lack of teacher training, and limited communication with parents. In conclusion, the role of adaptive and collaborative teachers is crucial in creating an inclusive learning environment, and support from schools and parents is needed so that education for children with special needs can be implemented optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) on the outcomes of the 9th-grade students in an English language learning context. Drawing on theories of PBL and previous research, the study employs a surveying approach to explore students' perceptions and performance following PBL implementation. The findings reveal a positive result of PBL from students’ perception, demonstrating improvements in understanding course materials, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, self-directed learning, confidence in knowledge application, and finally their scores. Additionally, students show increased engagement and motivation in PBL activities, attributing it to the relevance and appeal of presented problems. These results emphasize the efficacy of PBL in enhancing students’ experiences and preparing them for real-world challenges.

Abstract

Everyone always tries to achieve a prosperous life, through fulfilling their needs, whether biological, psychological, social, or spiritual. If in the process they encounter obstacles or failures, then the individual will experience feelings of discomfort, frustration, or even depression. In this condition, the individual needs the help of a counselor to help him return his position to a comfortable situation. As humans who grow and develop in different environments and at different times, of course there are cultural differences between counselors and clients. The relationship between counselors and clients in a humanitarian situation, which means that both counselors and clients are humans with their own characteristics, both personality, values, morals, and culture that they bring, is called multicultural counseling. Counseling techniques must also be adjusted to the situation and conditions faced while still paying attention to the cultural values ​​that apply to the counselor and client.

Abstract

Guru Penggerak dalam Kurikulum Merdeka adalah sosok yang berperan sebagai pemimpin pembelajaran yang menginspirasi dan memfasilitasi peserta didik serta rekan-rekan guru untuk menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan berfokus pada kebutuhan peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran Guru Penggerak dalam penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka di SDN Seberang Masjid 1 Banjarmasin. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara kepada Guru Penggerak. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa Guru Penggerak berfungsi sebagai fasilitator dalam proses pembelajaran, membantu guru senior dalam memanfaatkan teknologi, serta memberikan edukasi kepada orang tua mengenai sistem penilaian yang tidak menggunakan peringkat. Terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi, seperti kesenjangan pemahaman teknologi di antara guru dan orang tua, serta perlunya perubahan pola pikir orang tua terhadap pendidikan.  Solusi yang dapat diterapkan meliputi pelatihan berbasis komunitas, komunikasi yang intensif dengan orang tua, dan penerapan pembelajaran yang berbeda-beda sesuai kebutuhan peserta didik. Peran Guru Penggerak sangat penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang menyenangkan dan mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka secara efektif.

Abstract

Pemikiran Al-Syatibi, seorang ulama besar dalam dunia hukum Islam, memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pembaharuan hukum Islam melalui pendekatan maqasid al-shari'ah (tujuan syariat). Dalam karyanya yang terkenal, Al-Muwafaqat, Al-Syatibi mengembangkan pemahaman bahwa hukum Islam harus dapat diadaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman, selama tetap menjaga prinsip-prinsip dasar syariat. Ia menekankan pentingnya tujuan dari setiap peraturan hukum Islam yang tidak hanya bersifat tekstual, tetapi juga kontekstual, dengan fokus pada perlindungan terhadap lima unsur dasar kehidupan manusia, yakni agama, jiwa, akal, keturunan, dan harta. Al-Syatibi berpendapat bahwa setiap hukum harus diarahkan untuk mencapai kemaslahatan umum (maslahah), dan dalam konteks ini, ijtihad (usaha penafsiran hukum) menjadi instrumen penting dalam menyesuaikan hukum Islam dengan kebutuhan sosial dan perubahan zaman. Pemikirannya ini membuka ruang bagi modernisasi hukum Islam yang tetap berlandaskan pada prinsip-prinsip dasar syariat tanpa mengabaikan kebutuhan masyarakat kontemporer. Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes through the application of the cooperative learning model type Jigsaw combined with the use of the Quizizz application as an interactive medium. The research subjects were 26 students of class XI Agribusiness of Agricultural Product Processing (APHP) at SMKN 2 Sukoharjo. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) based on the Kemmis & McTaggart model, consisting of two cycles. The research instruments included learning outcome tests, observation sheets, and documentation. The results showed an increase in mastery learning from 38.5% in the initial condition to 57.7% in the first cycle, and further increased to 73.1% in the second cycle. The implementation of the Jigsaw method integrated with Quizizz proved effective in enhancing students' academic achievement and active participation. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran sudut baca untuk membentuk budaya literasi kelas V SD Negeri Wonoplembon 01. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dengan teknik analisis data model Miles and Huberman meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan Verifikasi. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa program sudut baca memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan keterampilan membaca siswa melalui kegiatan literasi. Program sudut baca dapat meningkatkan minat baca dan mendorong kreativitas siswa. Dalam hal ini guru berperan penting dalam mengoptimalisasikan sudut baca sehingga memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam membangun generasi pembelajar yang literat dan kritis sejak usia dini. Namun terdapat tantang yang dihadapi dalam program sudut baca ini yaitu koleksi buku yang kurang bervariasi. Buku yang disediakan cenderung monoton dan tidak diperbarui secara berkala. Adanya kendala tersebut, sekolah diharapkan dapat memperbarui dan menambah variasi koleksi buku di sudut baca secara teratur.

Abstract

This research investigates the critical role of teacher talk in enhancing student engagement and comprehension in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classroom. Through qualitative methods, including observations, interviews, and documentation at SDIT Widya Cendekia, the study examines the communication strategies employed by teachers to create an interactive learning environment. Findings reveal that effective teacher talk incorporates various interactive features such as scaffolding, questioning techniques, and the use of multimedia resources, which actively involve students and facilitate language acquisition. The results also indicate that the teacher must maintain a dynamic classroom environment conducive to questioning and surveying while changing her style of communication to facilitate the educational process. This study speaks directly to how the teacher can optimize teacher talk in order to create the desired learning outcomes in the EFL context by stating best practices to engage students and support language development.

Abstract

Manajemen kelas yang inovatif memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi manajemen kelas inovatif di SDN Karangpawitan III serta dampaknya terhadap keterlibatan siswa dan hasil belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi seperti penerapan kesepakatan kelas, komunikasi aktif dengan orang tua, serta pemanfaatan teknologi pendidikan mampu menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih kondusif dan partisipasif. Siswa menjadi lebih disiplin, aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, dan menunjukan peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan. Meskipun terdapat hambatan seperti kondisi ekonomi siswa dan keterbatasan peran orang tua, strategi manajemen kelasyang tepat tetap dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa inovasi dalam pengelolaan kelas merupakan elemen krusial dalam menunjang keberhasilan pembelajaran di Tingkat sekolah dasar.
