Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has driven significant social changes in various sectors of life, including the health service sector and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). One concrete example is the Miftah Pharmacy in Sorong City, Southwest Papua, which is an MSME in the pharmaceutical and health service sectors. Before technological intervention, this pharmacy still used a manual system in recording transactions, managing drug stocks, and financial reporting. This condition causes delays in the delivery of information, low data accuracy, and decreased service quality to the community. Responding to social dynamics and challenges in the digital era, this service program aims to analyze and implement a website-based information system using the Odoo platform as a service digitization solution. The methods used include observation, interviews, training, and technical assistance to pharmacy managers. The results of the implementation of the system show an increase in work efficiency, accuracy in the preparation of financial statements, and acceleration of service to customers. In addition to technical benefits, this implementation also reflects the form of social adaptation of MSMEs to the growing digital culture changes. This transformation is proof that digitalization not only touches the operational aspect, but also strengthens the social and managerial capacity of business actors in facing modern challenges. Thus, the findings of this program are expected to be a reference and inspiration for other MSME actors, especially in the eastern region of Indonesia, to integrate information technology into their business systems in a sustainable and adaptive manner to the times.

Abstract

This service activity aims to empower micro business actors through the use of digital technology based on the Odoo platform, as well as integrating social and religious values in daily business practices. The subject of the activity was Warung Makan Banyuwangi, a home-based culinary business that has been operating for more than a decade in Sorong City, Southwest Papua. This activity was carried out with a participatory approach that included field observations, interviews with business owners, training on the use of the Odoo application, and intensive assistance in the process of digitization and online business branding. Through training and mentoring, business owners are introduced to important features of Odoo, such as product management, financial transaction recording, inventory management, and promotions through online stores. The results show that the use of Odoo is able to significantly improve operational efficiency, regularity in business information management, and expand market reach through digital media. This transformation opens up new opportunities for the development of micro businesses in a more professional and modern manner. However, the success of this digital transformation does not only depend on the technical aspect, but also on the strength of the values embedded in business actors. Religious values such as honesty in transactions, sincere service, social responsibility to customers, and gratitude for business results are the main foundations in business practices. These values are not only maintained, but also integrated into the narrative displayed on the business's digital pages as an identity and differentiator. This activity proves that the digital transformation of MSMEs can go hand in hand with the preservation of local spiritual and cultural values. Technology is not only a tool for modernization, but also a medium to strengthen the identity, character, and sustainability of micro businesses in the midst of the challenges of the digital era. Therefore, collaboration between technological innovation and social values is the key to empowering community-based MSMEs.

Abstract

Students are a group that is developing themselves, both in academic and non-academic aspects, including in financial management. However, low financial literacy among students is one of the main obstacles in planning finances and investments effectively. Financial planning that involves investment can be a solution to achieving financial freedom in the future. Therefore, an educational model is needed that can increase students' interest and understanding of investment. One effective approach is to develop a science-based educational model, which allows students to understand the concept of investment through scientific methods that prioritize logic, analysis, and empirical evidence. Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) was carried out with the aim of assisting Moza Laundry, an MSME in Bandar Lampung, in its digital transformation process through the application of the SoLoMo Marketing (Social, Local, Mobile) strategy on the TikTok platform. The background of this activity stems from the challenges faced by MSMEs in increasing competitiveness in the digital era, particularly in leveraging short-video-based social media for promotion and customer interaction. The implementation method consisted of several stages: initial observation, training and mentoring, content strategy implementation, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The results show that the application of the SoLoMo strategy helped the partner enhance digital customer interaction, strengthen local identity within content, and optimize the use of mobile formats suited to TikTok user characteristics. In addition, this activity produced outputs such as an active TikTok account with a SoLoMo-based content strategy, a practical module for digital content management, and activity documentation as a means of dissemination. This PKM initiative is expected to provide sustainable benefits for Moza Laundry and serve as a model for the practical implementation of digital content strategies for other service-based MSMEs in facing the challenges of digital transformation.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to improve vocational students’ competence in metal casting by introducing LPG-fueled furnaces and UNNES crucibles fabricated from evaporation boat waste. The partner, SMK Negeri 2 Kudus, faced two main challenges: limited utilization of aluminum scrap from automotive practice and the absence of affordable, durable crucibles for repeated casting activities. The program applied a structured approach consisting of socialization, training, mentoring, and evaluation. Activities included theoretical instruction, pretest–posttest assessment, and hands-on workshops involving furnace operation, crucible utilization, mold preparation, and aluminum casting. Results demonstrated significant improvements: the average pretest score of 4.85 increased to 9.0 in the posttest, reflecting an 85.57% gain in competence. Qualitative observations showed that students developed greater confidence, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards. Beyond competence improvement, the innovation provided a cost-effective and sustainable solution for recycling aluminum scrap and reducing dependence on expensive imported crucibles. The program effectively integrated research-based technology into vocational education and aligned with the Teaching Factory model. This collaboration between university and school can serve as a replicable model for other vocational institutions seeking to strengthen practical skills, sustainability, and industry relevance.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive work environment, employees face various challenges that can trigger stress, such as work target pressure, high task demands, and an imbalance between personal life and work. Stress that is not managed properly can have a negative impact on employees' mental health, which ultimately affects productivity, job satisfaction, and the work atmosphere in the company. Therefore, companies need to take an active role in helping employees manage their stress through various strategies, one of which is stress management training. The objective of this community service is to enhance employees' understanding of the importance of identifying stress sources, developing healthy coping mechanisms, and improving mental well-being to prevent performance decline. The implementation method involves stress management training to prevent a decline in work productivity. The results of the activity showed that employees were able to understand the importance of stress management, how to manage stress at work, and set priorities using the Eisenhower Matrix and a To-Do List app, enabling them to complete tasks on time based on their priority scale.

Abstract

The community service activity at GKSI Syhallom Isong Raya, West Kalimantan, focuses on the spiritual growth of congregants from children to adults. The background of this community service (PKM) is the importance of pastoral patterns in shaping and maintaining the spiritual growth of Christians, in line with the teachings of Ephesians 4:11-16 regarding the need for every follower of Christ to grow and become like Christ. Although this church has been established since 2004 and has experienced growth in the number of congregants, there are significant challenges, namely the lack of participation from the younger generation in various church activities and an uneven level of spiritual maturity. Therefore, this PKM aims to provide a comprehensive overview of existing pastoral practices and present constructive input to strengthen the church's ministry. The results of the PKM indicate that effective pastoral patterns must be designed contextually and relevantly for each age group, focusing on building a strong foundation of faith from an early age for children, programs that address contemporary issues for teenagers and young adults, as well as fellowship through small groups and consistent pastoral support for adult congregants.

Abstract

The involvement of youth in church ministry is a crucial aspect for the sustainability of faith and the growth of the congregation. This article discusses efforts to increase youth participation in GKSI Petra Mappai through training in musical instruments, especially keyboards, as a means of service and character building. The training is designed in a participatory and educational manner, with a fun and targeted approach to fit the dynamics of adolescents. The results of the activity showed that participants not only gained technical skills in playing music, but also experienced development in aspects of discipline, responsibility, cooperation, and service spirit. The documentation of the activity shows significant progress from the initial stage of training to the active involvement of adolescents in accompanying worship. These findings confirm that music can serve as an effective medium to build faith, strengthen togetherness, and foster a commitment to service within the church community. Music training has proven to be a relevant and contextual strategy in preparing a faithful, skilled, and integrity young generation to continue church ministry. Thus, this approach can be an inspirational model for other churches in developing the potential of young people as active and impactful servants of God.

Abstract

In doing business, both large and small businesses need to pay attention to business ethics. Ethics is behavior that a person carries out morally in accordance with applicable norms. Bu Marifa umkm is an umkm that operates in the field of food production in the form of sea products, umkm ibu marifa is located in West Paropa hamlet, malaju village, kilo subdistrict, dompu district. It is necessary to apply ethics in doing business with the method offered to partners/MSMEs in the form of education/socialization using LEAFLET which is carried out door to door. . The material provided in the leaflet includes a discussion of (1) The role of ethics in business for MSMEs, (2) Benefits of doing business for MSMEs (3) Application of ethical principles in business in financial, marketing, production and HR activities. The results of the activity showed that partners were very enthusiastic in listening and discussing during the activity. Apart from that, it can provide knowledge about ethics in running a business.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to provide understanding to MSMEs about the importance of ethics in doing business. The educational activities carried out are expected to be able to increase the knowledge of the training participants regarding the importance of ethics in doing business and get to know the basic concepts of entrepreneurship, recognize, find and choose business opportunities, and start a business, and have a creative economy entrepreneurial spirit. The implementation method used is the delivery of material in the form of leaflets or brochures and a question and answer session between the training participants and the person in charge of the training. The material provided includes discussion of: a.) Application of Ethics in doing business for MSME actors, b.) Benefits of Ethics in doing business for MSME actors, c.) Purpose of Ethics in doing business for MSME actors, d.) Application of Ethical Principles in doing business for MSME actors MSMEs.
