Abstract

This study examines the intricate relationships among Transformational Leadership, Organizational Climate, Organizational Commitment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) within the school context in Indonesia. Utilizing a sample of 76 teachers from Public Senior High School 1 Metro, data were collected and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through the Smart-PLS analytical tool. The results indicate that Transformational Leadership significantly influences both Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment directly. However, it does not exhibit a significant direct effect on OCB. Additionally, Organizational Climate neither directly impacts OCB nor mediates the relationship between Transformational Leadership and OCB. In contrast, Organizational Commitment acts as a significant indirect mediator between Transformational Leadership and OCB. Future research should focus on enhancing OCB across various organizational types, particularly schools throughout Indonesia, on fostering behavior among teachers that voluntarily and collectively support organizational goals.

Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) is an essential field within organizations that encompasses individuals' relationships and roles in achieving a company's or institution's objectives. HRM is especially important in educational institutions because it involves balancing educators' needs with the institution's capabilities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method and a field approach to observe the effectiveness of Islamic education management in improving the quality of education at MA. Nurul Muttahidah Pinotu. The research findings suggest that human resource management, encompassing activities such as planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling, has a substantial impact on improving the quality of education. Furthermore, the school principal's leadership plays a crucial role in effectively coordinating and inspiring teachers, as well as in creating a curriculum that is both pertinent and groundbreaking. In addition, the recruitment and selection of educators, as well as the training and professional development of teachers, also play a significant role in enhancing the quality of education. Furthermore, the implementation of performance standards, evaluation, and constructive feedback is essential for effective teaching and achieving positive student learning outcomes. The successful implementation of efficient Human Resource Management (HRM) practices at MA Nurul Muttahidah Pinotu has resulted in notable enhancements in the performance of both teachers and staff. These improvements have been facilitated through the implementation of diverse initiatives, including training programs and opportunities for professional development.

Abstract

Strategic planning has been applied to social organizations, including in education. This study aimed to find and examine the process of preparing and implementing strategic plans and their impact on governance quality at Madrasah Aliyah Amanatullah. This research is field research with a qualitative approach—information obtained through observation, interviews with primary data sources, and documentation. Data were analyzed by data reduction, presentation, and inference using domain analysis. The validity of the data uses intensive observation and triangulation criteria. The study findings indicate that the process of developing a strategic plan involves several steps. Firstly, it involves formulating the school's vision, mission, and goals with the participation of all stakeholders. Next, a strategic planning team is formed. The process then includes analyzing strategic planning and evaluating strategic options. Secondly, the implementation process is executed by assigning tasks and collaborating to implement strategic planning, as well as evaluating its execution. Thirdly, the effect of enhancing school governance includes the implementation of guidelines to improve the quality of educators and education staff, the enhancement of service governance to students, and the establishment of practical cooperation with all stakeholders of Madrasah Aliyah Amanatullah.

Abstract

To limit the spread of the Covid-19 virus, rapid modifications in instructional delivery transitioned from in-person to online education. The Covid-19 outbreak sparked a historic global push to learn and teach remote languages via Internet venues. The rapid transition from face-to-face to remote learning is significantly distinct from planned online learning. Due to a shortage of resources and preparation chances, both language teachers and students have quickly shifted to depending on online learning in the overwhelming majority of cases. Their tales demonstrate endurance, resourcefulness, and bravery under extremely difficult circumstances. Understanding the nature of this transition can help to advance Online Teaching (hereinafter OT) and Emergency Remote Teaching (hereafter ERT). This qualitative and descriptive study looks into the unexpected and radical changes in English ERT, with a focus on the conceptual framework for developing relevant and engaging ERT and student engagement during ERT. Several studies have been conducted in various regions of the world to investigate the methods and procedures created by English Language Teaching (hereinafter ELT) to help students strengthen their English language and literacy skills. These conceptual advances are studied and shown, as are the various ways how ELT responded to the difficulties raised. Different conceptual shifts necessitate a variety of ELT approaches to the challenges identified, which are demonstrated and addressed. This report summarises the investigation's primary findings and offers recommendations for teaching English remotely.

As such, colleges have been given the option to develop creative programs. In this situation, program innovation is driven by technology and information. The Islamic University of Pakistan conducted employment market and labor research, as well as studies that illustrate the pattern of using Information Communication Technology (ICT), which revealed significant developments in the field of sustainability and community oriented. Furthermore, the study's findings revealed a gap between activities at Islamic institutions and the experiences and skills required for young people to enter the information technology business. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of servant leadership, organizational commitment, social skills, work autonomy, organizational behavior, and organizational legitimacy on organizational effectiveness. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 78 teachers at SMPS 1 Medan via a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using Pearson correlation and regression analyses. The findings indicate that servant leadership (r=0.566, p<0.001), organizational commitment (r=0.676, p<0.001), social skills (B=0.196, p<0.05), work autonomy (r=0.870, p<0.001), organizational behavior (r=0.652, p<0.001), and organizational legitimacy (B=0.255, p<0.001) all have a statistically significant positive effect on organizational effectiveness. The primary novelty lies in the empirical validation of these relationships within the madrasah setting, highlighting the exceptionally strong influence of work autonomy and the dominant contribution of organizational legitimacy (67.9%). These results extend existing organizational theories by providing contextual empirical evidence and offer practical implications for school administrators and policymakers to strategically enhance organizational effectiveness through fostering social skills and, critically, securing organizational legitimacy.
