Abstract

This research aims to see how the implementation of classroom management increases the effectiveness of learning the morals of Sufism at Mas Al Assy'ariah Medan Krio. This research is research using a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study approach. In this research, documentary studies, interviews and observations were used. Based on research results, studying well can foster a very enjoyable enthusiasm for learning, giving students creativity in learning with the abilities they already have, the ability to provide freedom to make learning their own learning method. In this it is necessary to achieve and achieve good learning goals. We must find ways to achieve the desired learning process and the best way to work. Improving the quality of education needs to be done. There are teacher inspectors. Seating arrangement is very important in the learning process. We hope that this can be realized with good seating arrangements, creating an effective and enjoyable learning environment for students. The seating plan should be fluid and varied, Aiming to provide variety in the classroom environment so that students do not get bored of being looked at. Seating arrangements affect learning performance in class. Obstacles in classroom management, yes. We see that there are students who do homework and don't know the discipline of doing homework. Second, there are students who are less active in learning and third, there are students who come in and out of class for certain reasons.

Abstract

Membersihkan tangan adalah cara penting untuk menjaga kesehatan dan mencegah penyakit. Pembersih tangan berbasis alkohol semakin populer karena kemudahan akses dan efektivitasnya dalam mengurangi kuman, terutama di rumah sakit. Staphylococcus aureus, penyebab infeksi yang berasal dari komunitas dan nosokomial, menjadi tantangan klinis karena peningkatan resistensi antimikroba. Buah pala (Myristica fragrans Houtt) memiliki kandungan metabolit sekunder seperti sabinene, myristicin, elemicin, asam tetradekanoat, phellandrene, dan myrcene yang memiliki aktivitas antibakteri dengan spektrum luas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat gel pembersih tangan yang mengandung ekstrak pala, efektif melawan S. aureus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sediaan Gel hand sanitizer ekstrak etanol daging buah pala menujukkan aktifitas sebagai antibakteri terhadap S.aureus dengan nilai rata-rata diameter zona hambat pada F1 sebesar (16.06±0.09) dan F2 sebesar (20.53±0.12). Gel hand sanitizer ekstrak daging buah Pala F1 dan F2, memiliki aktifitas antibakteri dengan kategori kuat dan sangat kuat terhadap bakteri S. aureus. Penggunaan bahan alami dalam hand sanitizer diketahui lebih aman, memiliki efek samping minimal, dan ramah lingkungan. Formulasi ini menawarkan solusi efektif dan berkelanjutan untuk kebersihan tangan.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 brings significant innovations and challenges to the education sector in Indonesia. As one of the main pillars for the advancement of future generations, the education sector faces major challenges in adapting to rapid technological developments. The era of the 4.0 revolution demands that the education sector adapt to continuously evolving technology and leverage the ease of access to information and communication technology to support the learning process. Technological disruption, which is a hallmark of the industrial revolution 4.0, has a major impact on changes in the current educational landscape. The methods used in this article include literature analysis and case studies at several educational institutions in Indonesia that have implemented 4.0 technology in the learning process. The discussion in this article covers the identification of technological innovations that have been integrated into the curriculum, changes in teaching methods, and the development of digital competencies among students and educators. The results of the study indicate that the integration of technology in education increases the effectiveness of learning, although there are challenges in its implementation, such as infrastructure limitations and the readiness of human resources. This transformation is expected to create a generation ready to face future challenges and contribute to the nation's progress. The article concludes that despite the challenges that must be overcome, the benefits of applying technology in education are far greater and essential to creating a learning environment relevant to the needs of the 21st century.

Abstract

English teaching in the city of Pekanbaru in particular has not yet achieved the target expected by the curriculum, creating students who are able to communicate in English. This can be seen in everyday life, generally students who have graduated from high school are still unable to communicate the English they have learned. One of the causal factors is the English teaching methods, techniques or strategies applied by teachers in teaching English in their classes. As one solution to this problem, the author proposes to English teachers to apply the values ​​of influencers to teaching and learning activities in their classes. There are Influencer values ​​that have been found in several previous research results, such as fun, enthusiasm, attention, authenticity, independence, authority, popularity, visibility, creativity, and technological knowledge. Based on the results of interviews with several English teachers from SMAN/SMKN in Rumbai, it was found that they did not fully know and understand the influencer values ​​referred to by previous researchers, and they also did not apply these values ​​in their pursuit of English.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen kerja guru, khususnya guru pendidikan agama Islam yang ada di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dan desain survey. Pada pendekatan kuantitatif data di kumpulkan dengan bantuan instrumen khusus yang di rancang untuk menilai perilaku-perilaku, dan informasi-informasi di analisis dengan menggunakan prosedur-prosedur statistik dan pengujian hipotesis. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah path analysis. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan angket atau kuesioner, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari: 1) Uji coba validitas dan realibilitas data; 2) analisis statistik deskriptif; 3) pengujian persyaratan analisis; dan 4) pengujian hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap komitmen kerja guru. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis diperoleh nilai thitung (11,78) > ttabel (1,880) , hingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Ini berarti bahwa semakin baik budaya organisasi di sekolah, maka semakin tinggi pula komitmen kerja guru. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang telah dijelaskan di atas besarnya pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen kerja guru sebesar 67,3%, sedangkan sisanya 32,7 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian.

Abstract

In the traditions of the Wawonii people, there is often a division of tasks in the form of groups or collaboration between women and men. This phenomenon shows the existence of strong gender relations in the Wawonii community, especially in maintaining the culture. Through the technique of collecting several literatures and literature studies which also discuss gender perspectives, we use this method as a guide to analyze data relating to gender relations in the division of roles in the marriage traditions of the Wawonii people in Lebo Village, Konawe Regency on the Islands, as well as to strengthen the narrative that shows the phenomenon which is related. From the research results, we found that there is a social phenomenon in the preparation of the Wawownii people's wedding traditions, where some of the women's work is carried out by men. From this phenomenon, it can be seen that the division of tasks in the marriage tradition of the Wawonii people is a culture or habit that has been frequently carried out by the people of Lebo Village for generations. For example, the task of washing dishes is divided into two stages. First, before carrying out the Wawonii wedding tradition, this task is carried out by women, while men are in charge of cooking rice. Then secondly, when the event is taking place, the job of washing dishes is carried out by men while the women are tasked with serving the invited guests at the dining table. This division of tasks is carried out without any coercion. In other words, this is done voluntarily with self-awareness of helping each other regardless of social class.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the formation of religious values ​​in intracurricular Arabic language education learning which are implemented in daily attitudes and behavior, both in the school environment and in the Arabic language education learning process. The research method used is the library research method. This method explores data from written materials, namely researching books or reading materials that are related to the problem being studied. To obtain the necessary data, researchers collected data using several primary data sources and secondary data sources and by means of documentary studies and literature studies. The research results found that intracurricular learning in Arabic language education in building religious values ​​was carried out in a systematic way using a curriculum that had been determined by the leadership of the educational institution and was in accordance with the elements of learning. The implementation of religious values ​​through intracurricular learning in Arabic language education must receive full support from various parties, because it has become a shared commitment and responsibility. Then what Arabic language education teachers do in building students' religious values ​​is by getting into the habit of practicing what is the goal of learning Arabic. This is in accordance with the statement that learning must be oriented towards active, creative, effective and fun learning.

Abstract

This descriptive research aimed to assess the reading comprehension abilities of students regarding narrative texts at SMAN 2 VII Koto Sungai Sariak of Padang Pariaman regency. The study utilized stratified cluster random sampling to select a sample of 60 students and collected data through a reading test.  The study revealed that the students' overall ability to read narrative texts was low. Specifically, 65% of the students struggled to comprehend narrative texts. Within the narrative text components, 51% of students had difficulty understanding the orientation, 63% had trouble with the complication, 55% struggled with the resolution, and 67% found the reorientation challenging. Despite these difficulties, the study highlighted issues with students' learning motivation and the effectiveness of teaching strategies within the context of the current curriculum implementation, Kurikulum Merdeka. Based on these findings, the study recommends that English teachers should review and possibly revise the narrative text lesson materials and teaching strategies to make them more engaging and motivational for students. This is crucial for the successful implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka, with the teacher profile of Guru Penggerak being a key factor in developing students' character and reading skills in English. Additionally, the study suggests focusing on vocabulary development to facilitate better comprehension of English texts. Future research should investigate the underlying causes of students' difficulties with reading narrative texts to develop more effective interventions.

Abstract

Leadership is an important element in achieving, maintaining and improving organizational performance. As the focus of this study, the researcher investigated the impact of motivation and perception of SMPN principals on the achievement of Adiwiyata schools in the Riau Islands. The research method used is a quantitative research approach with a field survey method. The population of this study was SMPN Pembinaan Adiwiyata schools in the Riau Islands which have the same level of accreditation and status as Adiwiyata. The research data were collected by distributing questionnaires that were tested for validity and reliability. The tool needed to reveal the variables is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a partial effect on manager perceptions. In addition, a significant partial effect was found between work motivation and manager perceptions. The conclusion of this study is that high staff work motivation determines the principal's perception and the success of Adiwiyata schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how the Cake Mobile Application might be used as a tool for improving English-speaking skills. The cake mobile application is a smartphone-based application created specifically to make learning English easier. The Cake mobile application has features for learning English to students, such as voice recognition and speech recognition. This study included a review of the literature. A literature study is a method for gathering data that involves researching books, articles, documents, and reports related to problems resolved. The results show that the cake mobile app has many benefits for learning speaking skills, especially for young learners. It can be a way to help young learners get better at speaking in front of others and get their attention. Several suggestions can be made based on the research findings to improve the English language proficiency of young learners through the use of the Cake mobile app: (1) stressing the importance of learning through authentic language use and real-life scenarios to enhance speaking proficiency in real-world situations; (2) integrating speech recognition and AI-driven feedback mechanisms to provide prompt and accurate speaking proficiency assessments; and (3) regularly reviewing and updating app content to ensure that it is relevant and effective in achieving learning goals.
