Abstract

Contracts are of various kinds of tasharruf, namely "everything that comes out of a human being with his will and the syara' stipulates some of his rights". In muamalah activities, the contract is an inseparable part of a series of transactions or agreements on the contract itself. The most important aspect of muamalat fiqh in contracting with Islamic economics is transaction law (law) which includes general contract principles and specific provisions for various specific contracts. One aspect of the general contract is about the pillars and terms of the contract as an element of forming the contract. In the practice of buying and selling muamalat, there are pillars and conditions that make a sale and purchase valid including 3 (three) things, namely; the contract, the contract (the existence of goods), and the prayers of the people in the contract.

Abstract

Adolescence is often characterized by various challenges and obstacles that can have a negative impact. In an increasingly complex educational context, resilience or the ability to bounce back and adapt to change becomes very important for students. Guidance and counseling teachers play an important role in helping students develop this resilience. One strategy that can be used is cognitive restructuring techniques, which aim to change negative thought patterns into more positive and adaptive ones. By applying this technique, students can better overcome feelings of hopelessness, anxiety, and inability to face problems. This article provides insight and guidance for guidance and counseling teachers in implementing cognitive restructuring techniques to increase student resilience.

Abstract

Education is an inseparable part of human life and plays an important role in the development of every era. One of the educational institutions that can support the ongoing education process is pasraman. Pasraman is a place where the teaching and learning process or education process takes place. Pasraman itself places more emphasis on self-discipline, developing noble morals and traits of being diligent, likes to work hard, restrains one's desires and likes to help others. The quality of learning in pasraman also plays an important role in realizing the goal of good and quality education, especially for Hindus. So, to achieve this quality of learning, appropriate strategies are needed that can be carried out more easily. This research aims to find out the strategies of pasraman managers, especially pasraman heads, to improve the quality of learning at pasraman so that the learning process at pasraman can take place well and be sustainable. In this way, a young generation of quality Hindus can be formed. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method. The importance of the results of this research is as a guide for the wider community to be able to find out strategies that can be implemented to improve the quality of learning, especially in pasraman.

Abstract

Collaborative learning models are important in the educational context, both among university students and school students. This approach encourages students to be active, interactive, and collaborate in completing academic tasks, in contrast to conventional models which tend to be one-way. In the context of learning Arabic using a blended learning model, social media such as Instagram, Whatsapp, and TikTok are recommended considering the advantages and disadvantages of each. Collaborative learning provides benefits for students, including recognition of differences, individual recognition, a sense of responsibility, development of cooperation to achieve common goals, helping each other in understanding problems and finding solutions, providing positive responses, and developing common views and a sense of mutual dependence.

Abstract

Early marriage is certainly not a strange thing anymore, both in the mindset and views of society. early marriage often occurs at the age of 19 years and under, and early marriage is more dominant for women than men. Based on a survey conducted by researchers in Manalawangi Pandeglang, there are many different views from the community about early marriage, where early marriage is a topic that is often discussed by the community, due to several factors that occur in early marriage. The purpose of this research is to examine how the viewpoint of the people of Mandalawangi Pandeglang about early marriage and how the differences between communities with this phenomenon, as well as factors and what are the impacts that cause early marriage. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and collecting scientific articles, journal books, and sources related to the topic of this research. The results of the research obtained regarding the community's perspective on the factors and impacts of early marriage in Pandeglang Mandalawangi Village show that the factors that cause early marriage are caused by environmental factors, family, economic factors, and their own will, while the impact is caused by psychology, health and economy.

Abstract

This article on sound and light aims to understand students about the nature, characteristics and behavior of sound and light. Primary goals include understanding sound and light waves, propagation, reflection, refraction, and interactions with matter. In addition, students are expected to be able to relate these concepts to everyday phenomena and technological applications. basic properties of sound and light as waves in the field of physics. Exploring the concepts of frequency, amplitude, and wave speed, this research illustrates the fundamental principles of both phenomena. Additionally, this article examines the complex interactions between sound and light, discussing their impact in the context of technology, art, and everyday applications. By detailing their scientific basis, this study aims to provide an in-depth understanding of these properties and illustrate the importance of sound and light in various aspects of our lives. Thus, it is hoped that this article will provide a better understanding of the interaction between sound and light, as well as provide insight into various practical applications involving these two phenomena.

Abstract

International capital markets are critical for the financing and expansion of technology startups. Startup companies can get the funds they need to expand, innovate, and compete in global markets through Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and other financial sources. However, there is also a complex and complex relationship between capital markets and digital startups. Capital markets investors often have high standards for growth and profitability, which runs counter to startups' long-term emphasis on innovation and disruption. Global economic trends can also provide new opportunities and difficulties for technology companies, and capital market volatility can have a major impact on the value of startups. Global financial markets provide significant opportunities for startups to obtain funding and spur expansion. However, this is very important for startup companies.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to increase individual abilities, increase the ability to work in groups/team work & increase the ability to create links or social networks. The approach used is quantitative with descriptive research type. Data collection uses interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model. The results of this research show that community empowerment through waste management at the 3R waste processing site (TPS 3R) Wongkaditi Village, North City District, Gorontalo City has been carried out quite well, namely with various efforts and cooperation carried out to increase community awareness and participation in waste management. Various parties are involved in this process, including local governments, schools, universities, environmental NGOs, local communities, and the private sector. The local government, through the Environmental Service, plays an important role in providing incentives to TPS 3R managers, providing operational support facilities, and organizing award programs for successful environmental initiatives. Apart from that, related institutions such as educational institutions, environmental NGOs and private companies are also actively involved in providing support and facilitating cooperation between communities. Collaboration includes knowledge exchange, implementation of training programs and workshops, campaigns via social media, and the establishment of cross-institutional coordination forums.

Abstract

This research aims to determine learning outcomes by improving drama playing skills using the Oscar Brocket technique for class XI students at SMA Negeri 6 Palembang. In this research, data collection used test techniques. This increase in score shows that the implementation of actions in cycle I and cycle II was able to improve students' drama playing skills. The application of the Oscar Brocket technique is also able to provide motivation and enjoyment in the process of learning to play drama. Students look more enthusiastic and enthusiastic when playing drama. Before the implementation of the action, students still did not dare to express themselves, were less active, often joked with other students, and students still seemed hesitant to play the characters they presented so that the roles they played were less than optimal. After implementing the action, students become more expressive, more active, the learning process becomes conducive, and students no longer hesitate in playing the characters they present, students are even able to improvise in playing the characters.

Abstract

Character education is very important for the academic and moral of students, especially elementary school students. In this era, there are still many characters that need to be formed because of the low moral values of students. Educational institutions must synergize to improve the character of elementary school students. One way is to use fairy tale media. Fairy tales are a fun learning approach for students. Fairy tales are stories that contain moral and social values that are useful for shaping the character of elementary school students. Character cultivation can be instilled in students by learning the traits that play a role in the fairy tale. Student character building strategies are carried out by giving examples, habituating reading and listening to fairy tales. This study used qualitative research methods. The purpose of this study is to instill the character of elementary school students through a fairy tale learning approach.
