Abstract

Abstract. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep peserta didik  dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis problem pada mata pelajaran fisika di kelas X SMA Negeri 4 Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Kolaboratif (Classroom Action Collaboration Research) yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terdapat di kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X8 semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2023/2024 yang berjumlah 29 peserta didik. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus dan setiap akhir siklus dilakukan refleksi terhadap tindakan yang diberikan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan instrument tes berupa soal pilihan ganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan perolehan rata-rata persentase kolaborasi peserta didik siklus I dan siklus II meningkat namun tidak signifikan. Terjadi peningkatan persentase yang membuktikan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis problem dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep peserta didik kelas X di SMA Negeri 4 Makassar pada mata pelajaran fisika. Keywords: Model Pembelajaran berbasis Problem, Pemahaman Konsep, Penelitian Tindakan kelas

Abstract

Abstract. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui penerapan Model Discovery Learning berbantuan PhET Simulation dalam pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan kelas (PTK) Kolaboratif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI IPA 1 SMAN 3 Barru tahun ajaran 2023/2024, dengan jumlah peserta didik sebanyak 30 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah tes yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase ketuntasan peserta didik setiap siklus meningkat mulai dari  53% pada siklus I menjadi 83% pada siklus II. Hasil ini juga menunjukkan bahwa persentase ketuntasan keseluruhan peserta didik sudah melewati 75% yang dijadikan sebagai indikator minimal ketuntasan pembelajaran. Jadi, penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran fisika dengan mengunakan model Discovery Learning berbantuan PhET Simulation dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika peserta didik kelas XI IPA 1. Keywords: Discovery Learning, PhET Simulation, Hasil Belajar Fisika

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to increase student's interest in studying physics in class XII MIPA 4 SMA Negeri 3 Makassar for the 2023/2024 academic year through audio-visual-based physics teaching materials. This research is classroom action research, with research subjects of 33 students consisting of 14 men and 19 women. The success of this research is determined if students' interest in classical physics lessons is very high. The method for collecting data is a questionnaire about students' learning interests with presentation analysis. The research results showed that interest in studying physics in the pre-cycle was 50% in the low category, 70% in the high category in the first cycle, and 80% in the very high category in the second cycle. Based on these results, students' interest in learning has increased and achieved indicators of success. Keywords: Interest in learning audio-visual teaching materials

Abstract

Abstract. This research attempts to obtain information regarding differentiated instruction in teaching English especially descriptive text which is obtained from teacher skills and student activities. The subjects of this research were Eight Grade Students at UPT SMPN 1 Cina. This research used qualitative descriptive in collecting and analyzing the data. The results of this research showed that the learning process that has been done made the students feel happy and enthusiastic in participating in learning from the beginning to the end because the learning able to differentiate accommodate students' learning needs educate one class in learning descriptive text consisting of 16 male students and 12 female students. Keywords: Differentiated Intstuction, Problem Based Learning

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this research is to determine the improvement of students' ability in writing English recount texts using mind mapping. The researcher applied classroom action research (CAR). The sample of this research was 7th-grade students at SMP Negeri 17 Makassar. The instrument used to collect data was the implementation of 2 cycles: planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The results of this research indicate an increase in students' scores from the diagnostic test to cycle I and cycle II. In the diagnostic test, only 5 students achieved scores >75. In the second test (cycle I), only 15 students (40%) out of 36 students scored >75. In the second test (cycle II), 33 students (90%) out of 36 students scored >75. It can be concluded that the use of mind mapping can improve students' ability in writing English recount texts in the 7th-grade at SMP Negeri 17 Makassar. Keywords: Recount text, Mind Mapping, Writing Skills

Abstract

Abstract. This research is a Classroom Action Research which aims to increase the motivation to learn physics of grade XII students of SMAN 2 Selayar through a Problem Based Learning learning model on Direct Current Electricity material. The subjects of this study were 34 students of grade XII Mipa 1 SMAN 2 Selayar for the 2023/2024 academic year, consisting of 10 men and 24 women. The implementation of actions is carried out in two cycles, Cycle I as many as 4 meetings and Cycle II also 4 meetings. Data collection was carried out using observation and motivational questionnaires. The collected data is analyzed using quantitative and qualitative analysis. From the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the results of observations of student learning motivation in cycle I and cycle II increased at each cycle which can be seen on the average observation of student learning motivation increased from 68% in cycle I to 78% in cycle II, while the average results of student motivation questionnaires in cycle I of 79% increased to 85% in cycle II. Thus, the use of the Problem Based Learning learning model can Increase students motivation to learn physics. Keywords: Learning motivation, Physics, Problem Based Learning

Abstract

Abstract. This classroom action research aims to improve the physics learning outcomes of class X.2 students at SMAN 1 Wonomulyo by applying the problem-based learning model. The research subjects were 35 class X.2 students. This classroom action research was carried out in two cycles with measurement material. Based on the results of descriptive analysis, it was found that the presentation of students' learning outcomes after being treated in each cycle had increased with the presentation in cycle I at 57.14% and cycle II at 77.14%. These results show an increase of 20% in students' physics learning outcomes after implementing the problem-based learning model in the learning process. Keywords: Problem Based Learning, Physics Learning Outcomes, Classroom Action Research

Abstract

Abstract. Some problems in the students’ vocabulary mastery are quite diverse, start from spelling error, pronunciation, and the right word choice in wiring even in speaking. This research aimed to analyze the enhancement of students’ English vocabulary related to pronoun; subjective, objective, and possessive adjective of the students of class XII MIPA 1. By the using of word wall media, this research was classroom action research. The subjects of this research were taken from the students of XII MIPA 1 at SMA Negeri 2 wangi-wangi which consist of 16 female and 15 male students. The techniq of data collection used test and non-test. Next, the result of this research showed that the score average of English vocabulary test in the first cycle was 39,00, while the second cycle was 56,6. The second cycle experienced improvement as much as 17,6. Therefore, the students’ outcomes in the vocabulary mastery by the use of word wall Media were increased. The implication of this research is that the English teacher to utilize word wall learning media since it could increase students' English vocabulary mastery. Keywords: Vocabulary, Media, Word wall

Abstract

Abstract. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian besar siswa kelas VIII 3 SMPN 35 Makassar masih memiliki vocabulary yang kurang di dalam kelas sehingga membuat mereka kesulitan dalam belajar Bahasa inggris. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kosakata peserta didik dengan menggunakan metode Miming Game pada kelas VIII 3 SMPN 35 Makassar. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Fokus penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Learning tipe Miming Game. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kelas VIII 3 SMPN 35 Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis kualitatif deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu berdasarkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada siklus I dan siklus II, penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Miming Game efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kosakata peserta didik. Hal tersebut terbukti dengan peningkatan kemampuan kosakata peserta didik dari hasil evaluasi siklus 1 dengan nilai rata – rata 73.79 dengan kategori Baik. Kemudian mengalami peningkatan signifikan pada siklus 2, dilihat dari hasil kemampuan kosakata peserta didik dengan nilai rata – rata 86.55 dengan kategori sangat baik.  Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Miming Game mampu meningkatkan kemampuan kosakata peserta didik dan membuat peserta didik menjadi lebih semangat dalam belajar. Keywords: Cooperative Learning, Miming Game, Kemampuan Kosakata, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

Abstract. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Fisika peserta didik kelas XII MIPA 6 di SMA Negeri 15 Makassar pada Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024 melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning. Motivasi penelitian ini muncul dari hasil diagnosis awal yang menunjukkan rendahnya capaian hasil belajar fisika di kelas tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) kolaboratif yang terdiri dari dua siklus dengan langkah-langkah yang terstruktur, yaitu 1) Diagnosis dan Perencanaan; 2) Tindakan; 3) Pengamatan; dan 4) Refleksi dengan subjek penelitian yakni 34 peserta didik kelas XII MIPA 6. Instrumen pengumpulan data melibatkan tes pre-test dan post-test yang kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa sebelum perlakuan PTK, rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik adalah 53,51. Setelah siklus I, rata-rata hasil belajar meningkat menjadi 64,97, dan pada siklus II mencapai 88,52. Persentase peningkatan hasil belajar fisika peserta didik juga terlihat signifikan, yakni 64,71% pada siklus I dan 94,12% pada siklus II. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika peserta didik kelas XII MIPA 6 di SMA Negeri 15 Makassar, terkhusus pada materi Listrik Dinamis. Keywords: Discovery Learning, Hasil Belajar, Listrik Dinamis
