Abstract

Cyberbullying has emerged as a critical social issue alongside the rapid expansion of digital technologies and social media use, particularly among students and adolescents. The growing prevalence of cyberbullying has stimulated extensive scholarly attention across multiple disciplines, yet a systematic overview of research trends remains limited. This study aims to map the development, thematic structure, and research trends in cyberbullying studies using a bibliometric approach. A descriptive qualitative bibliometric method was employed. Data were retrieved from the Scopus database by searching for the keyword “cyberbullying” in article titles, abstracts, and keywords. The analysis was restricted to peer-reviewed journal articles published in English within a specified time period. The collected data were analyzed using VOSviewer to examine keyword co-occurrence networks and to visualize thematic clusters. The findings reveal that cyberbullying research has evolved into several major thematic clusters, including cyberbullying and mental health, cyberbullying in educational contexts, the role of social media and digital platforms, and prevention and intervention strategies. Network visualization indicates strong linkages between cyberbullying and keywords such as students, mental health, social media, and online behavior. This bibliometric mapping provides a comprehensive overview of the intellectual structure of cyberbullying research and highlights emerging research directions, offering valuable insights for researchers, educators, and policymakers in developing effective prevention and intervention strategies in the digital era.

Abstract

Learning motivation is one of the main factors determining students’ success in learning mathematics. A lack of learning motivation can cause students to be less actively involved and experience difficulties in understanding the material being studied. Therefore, it is necessary to implement learning strategies that can encourage student engagement and enhance their learning motivation. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Practice-Rehearsal Pairs active learning strategy and its effect on students’ motivation in learning mathematics. The research employed a descriptive approach with students of class XE6 as the control group and class XE8 as the experimental group at SMAN 1 Koto XI Tarusan. The experimental class was taught using the Practice-Rehearsal Pairs active learning strategy, while the control class used the conventional teaching method commonly applied by the teacher. Research data were collected through classroom observations during the learning process and the distribution of learning motivation questionnaires to students. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively to examine differences in learning motivation between the control and experimental classes. The motivation indicators observed included student activeness, interest in participating in learning activities, perseverance in completing assignments, and students’ level of self-confidence in learning mathematics. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Practice-Rehearsal Pairs active learning strategy has a positive impact on students’ motivation in learning mathematics. Students became more enthusiastic, actively participated in learning activities, showed greater perseverance, and demonstrated increased self-confidence. Thus, the Practice-Rehearsal Pairs active learning strategy can be used as an alternative instructional approach to improve students’ motivation in learning mathematics.

Abstract

Contemporary hadith studies demonstrate a shift from purely textual approaches toward contextual understandings that view the Prophet Muhammad’s Sunnah as a living tradition within Muslim social practices. One of the emerging approaches is the study of living sunnah or living hadith, which considers the Sunnah not only as a normative text but also as religious traditions, behaviors, and practices continuously observed by Muslim communities. This article aims to examine the theoretical concept of living sunnah and to explain its applications in Muslim society, particularly in the Indonesian context. This study employs a qualitative approach through library research with a descriptive-analytical design, using primary and secondary literature related to living hadith studies. Data were collected through documentation techniques and analyzed using content analysis with descriptive and interpretative methods. The findings reveal that living sunnah is manifested in three main models: written traditions, oral traditions, and practical traditions. These models are reflected in various religious practices such as aqiqah, tahlilan, qunut in the dawn prayer, dhikr, and the tradition of hadith recitation in Islamic boarding schools. This study concludes that living sunnah demonstrates the dynamic and adaptive nature of hadith, allowing the Prophet’s teachings to remain relevant within diverse socio-cultural contexts without losing their essential Islamic values.

Abstract

The evaluation of industrial hygiene and ergonomic conditions is essential to understand their effects on worker fatigue, particularly in printing services characterized by repetitive tasks and prolonged sitting postures. This study aimed to evaluate industrial hygiene and work ergonomics and analyze their effects on worker fatigue in printing services using the 10-beat method. A descriptive observational approach was applied through direct workplace observation, environmental measurements, and heart rate assessment before and after work as an indicator of physiological workload. The results showed that industrial hygiene conditions were suboptimal, indicated by a workplace temperature of approximately 30°C, limited ventilation, and insufficient lighting. Ergonomic evaluation revealed non-ergonomic workstations that encouraged forward-bending sitting postures. Heart rate measurements increased from 13 beats per 10 seconds before work to 19 beats per 10 seconds after work, reflecting a light to moderate level of worker fatigue. In conclusion, inadequate industrial hygiene and ergonomic conditions were found to have measurable effects on worker fatigue. Improvements in ergonomic workstation design and environmental control are necessary to reduce fatigue and support occupational health in printing services.

Abstract

This paper examines the transformation of Islamic politics and civilization from the classical period to the modern era, as well as the contributions of Islam to the development of global knowledge. In the classical period, Islamic civilization was characterized by strong political institutions, intellectual openness, and the integration of religious and rational sciences, which enabled significant advancements in science, medicine, philosophy, and social thought. However, internal political fragmentation, external pressures, and colonial domination led to the decline of Islamic political power and intellectual influence. The modern period marks a phase of transformation in which Muslim societies faced the challenges of modernization, Western influence, and the reconfiguration of political and intellectual frameworks. Despite these challenges, Islam continued to contribute to global knowledge through its rich scientific heritage, methodological approaches, and ethical perspectives. The transmission of Islamic knowledge to Europe played a crucial role in shaping modern science and the Renaissance. This study highlights that the transformation from classical to modern Islamic civilization reflects both continuity and change, demonstrating the enduring relevance of Islamic intellectual traditions in the contemporary world.
