Abstract

The problem underlying this research is that most students lack interest in mathematics lessons because the core of learning mathematics is reasoning so students are encouraged to look for various reference sources both manually and digitally to understand, analyze, relate one concept to another in mathematics subjects and This process is often confusing for students so that it seems boring. Therefore, to increase interest in learning mathematics, PTK was made for 23 students in class V at SDN 07 Tiumang in April 2022 using the learning strategy of Everyone Is A Teacher Here. This strategy is expected to provide opportunities for each student to become a teacher and teach again to other friends. The method used is the test and questionnaire method. The results showed that there was an increase in students' interest in mathematics as seen from the class average score. The value before the intervention was 16.52%. The value in cycle I increased to 59.12 and there was another increase in cycle II to 82.60. Based on these results it was concluded that the Everyone Is A Teacher Here strategy can increase interest in learning mathematics in grade 5 students at SDN 07 Tiumang.

Abstract

Today, many of us humans do not realize the importance of socializing, needing other people, medication, and so on. The things mentioned earlier can happen partly because we humans sometimes think that we can and are capable, even though this perception is not always true. In the world of counseling, this is said to be a human being who is KES-T (Effective Daily Life Disturbed). Furthermore, to help people with KES-T, counseling and psychotherapy are professional services that can help people overcome them. If you look at it in general, the process of counseling and psychotherapy is not much different, but if you look more closely, the two have differences in terms of concepts and different objects of practice. The method used in this article is an analysis of literature studies in which the collection of information regarding the counseling and psychotherapy process comes from all types of reading sources, both direct and indirect written sources such as printed or electronic reading sources

Abstract

Teacher professionalism is often associated with three important factors, namely competence, certification and professional allowance. These three factors are predicted to affect the quality of education. Considering that research results do not yet support such a frame of mind, 3 issues related to teacher certification were born, namely: improving student learning outcomes taught by post-certification teachers, low quality of learning processes taught by post-certification teachers and less professional teacher behavior. Therefore it is necessary to develop post-certification teachers which must be carried out on an ongoing basis, due to the basic principle that teachers must be human learners (a learning person). As a professional teacher at SDN 11 Lolong and already holding an educator certificate, the teacher is obliged to continue to maintain his professionalism as a teacher. The development of teacher competence and professionalism can be carried out through efforts to foster and empower teachers. Thus it is necessary to conduct a more in-depth review of the teacher certification program at SDN 11 Lolong in position, especially the purpose and meaning of certification, efforts to improve the teacher's mind set and a program of care and professional development for teachers who have passed the certification program, especially in efforts to improve the quality of learning services. Post-certification development of SDN 11 Lolong teachers' professionalism requires management competencies, empowerment strategies, development supervision, and classroom action research
