Pelita: Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dengan nomor ISSN 2775-0094 (online) adalah jurnal multidisiplin ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Perkumpulan Kualitama Edukatika Indonesia. Pelita: Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat merupakan jurnal nasional yang memiliki fokus utama pada pengembangan ilmu-ilmu di bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Lingkup bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat antara lain meliputi pelatihan, pemasaran, keamanan pangan lokal, Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG), desain, pemberdayaan masyarakat, akses sosial, daerah perbatasan, daerah kurang berkembang, dan pendidikan untuk pembangunan berkelanjutan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat berisi berbagai kegiatan penanganan dan pengelolaan berbagai potensi, kendala, tantangan, dan masalah yang ada di masyarakat. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian juga melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat dan mitra. Kegiatan pengabdian tersebut disusun dalam suatu kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tujuan dari publikasi jurnal ini adalah untuk menyebarluaskan pemikiran konseptual atau ide-ide yang telah dicapai di bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Pelita: Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat terbit empat kali dalam satu tahun yaitu pada bulan Januari, April, Juli, dan Oktober.

Abstract

The Research Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka and the Community Dedication based on Research Result is implemented in society. In previous study, Tempuyung and Breadfruit leaves contain flavonoid which can shed kidney stones. The dried Breadfruit leaves contains higher potassium rather than the fresh ones and it’s about 573,68 mg/kg. Ca oxalate was 81.73 % soluble in boiling water of leaf’s breadfruit tea when it consumed once a day for seven days. The method for increasing the production of kidney stone laxative herbal medicines have three steps: preparing the team and partner there are GAPOKTAN Mekar Makmur and Group of society RW VI Krapyak, Semarang. The results of this study need to implemented in society. The step of implementation held in RW VI hall, practice making product of tea bag and brew, also making reports. Based on the questionnaire data, the benefits of this program increase public knowledge about Tempuyung and Breadfruit leaves for shedding kidney stones. The average of increasing knowledge about Breadfruit and Tempuyung leaf goods is 28%, 44% packaging and labelling, and 45% in product marketing. The output is documentation videos, publication in social media, journal community service also the product tea bag and brew of Tempuyung and Breadfruit leaves as well as the other herbal drinks (turmeric, ginger and temulawak).

Abstract

Empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises aims to support initiatives in implementing micro small and medium enterprises. Thus, increasing the income of low- and middle-income people, and creating jobs. However, the existing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, especially in Labulanda Village, West Kulisusu District, and North Buton District, have not been able to reduce the unemployment rate. So that entrepreneurship training is needed for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Labulanda Village, North Buton Regency. The method and implementation of this activity include conducting training discussions and coordination first with the Lurah as the partner in charge, then holding a conference to discuss the implementation and goals of the local community. For Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, this service provides marketing and entrepreneurship training in Labulanda Village, West Kulisusu District, North Buton Regency. The results of this activity show how to assess the effectiveness of the overall training program. Indicators of the success of training activities show that 80% of participants can understand business strategies, entrepreneurial tactics, and product marketing aimed at consumers.

Abstract

Many teachers have difficulties in publishing scientific articles in National Journals. This service activity aims to provide training and assistance to teachers at SMP N 2 Gubug so that they have the knowledge and skills in making scientific articles and can be published in National Journals. The method used to achieve this goal is to train more questions and answers and practice as well as mentoring. The training material is presented with more practice than theory. The team's expertise is very helpful and useful in solving service partner problems so that teachers at SMP N 2 Gubug can create and publish scientific articles. Community service activities have been able to improve teacher understanding in the preparation of scientific articles, the use of Mendeley for reference management and how to submit scientific articles in national journals through OJS. This is in line with the increase in the average pre-test score from 3,494 which increased to 4,381.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a severe global recession with differential impacts within and across countries. As of August 2020, Indonesia’s COVID-19 case-fatality rate is higher than the world average. Preventive measures for the spread of infection in the form of physical distancing implemented in all educational facilities force educators and students to develop online learning technology, according to the Circular Letter of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2020. Changes in learning patterns pose problems for the academic community, including in schools. Bogor Telecomedika Vocational High School. Difficulties arise not only because of the lack of skill of students and teachers in using technology, but also the increased workload due to the number of subjects and the workload that must be completed. Objective: As an Indonesian who lives in a country with abundant natural resources, the use of medicinal plants as an immune enhancer is an alternative to improve health. Methods: This activity was conducted at the Vocational School of Telekomedika in the form of a webinar with 129 participants. The theme of the webinar contains socialization and education about plants that are efficacious for enhancing immunity and making herbal medicine as one of the implementations of their use, as well as providing information about herbal product entrepreneurship. Results: This activity had a positive impact on 80.6% of participants in significantly increasing knowledge about nutritious plants and skills in processing natural ingredients into herbal medicine for body immunity.

Abstract

This community service program is the result of a collaboration between UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta and the teacher working group in Sleman. With this collaboration, the quality of teacher working group in Sleman is increasing accompanied by their scientific works. Through this scientific work, teachers can improve positions.

Abstract

Microgreens have emerged as a new trend in urban farming due to more practice, efficiency, affordable, short periods of cultivation, and highly nutrition than other types of urban farming methods. The increase of physical development in Pandeyan, ??Yogyakarta due to the increase in population has caused a decrease in the area for plant cultivation. One of the solutions to overcome this problem is through the socialization of household-scale microgreens cultivation. Therefore, this socialization aimed to enhance the knowledge of the Pandeyan community regarding the definition of microgreens, types of plants that can be cultivated, benefits, stages of cultivation, and business opportunities. The socialization was delivered in the form of a webinar on Tuesday, 30th November 2021 using Zoom platform, with a total 32 of participants. This activity is divided into 3 stages: introduction, transfer of knowledge, and discussion. Based on the evaluation, this activity has succeeded in increasing the community's knowledge about microgreens, their benefits, and the stages of microgreens cultivation based on the high enthusiasm of the community during the discussion session.

Abstract

In this modern era, digital literacy or digital insight is very important, especially for pesantren residents who do not yet have digital literacy. Workshop on the importance of digital insights for students at Tahfiz Al-Quran Taqi Boarding School Islamic Boarding School to ensure students are not left behind in the very rapid pace of technological development as well as to learn and equip themselves with the development of the digital economy that is currently growing rapidly. provide students with an understanding of what to do. This workshop is Santri with skills that can be used to create changes that lead to professional management of information and marketing through social media. Overall, the program is running well. Indicators of success can be obtained from the feedback given by the participants while participating in this activity. This means that students have a good understanding of the material presented.

Abstract

Many teachers have problems in publishing scientific articles in National Journals. This service activity aims to provide training and assistance for teachers at SMK Negeri 6 Semarang so that they have the knowledge and skills in making scientific articles and can publish them in the National Journal. The method used to achieve this goal is by training more questions and answers and practice as well as mentoring in the publication of scientific articles. The training material is presented with more practice than theory, with a ratio of 25% theory and 75% practice. Community service activities have been able to increase teachers' understanding in preparing scientific articles and submitting scientific articles to the national journal via OJS. This is in line with the results of community service activities where 75% of registered teachers attended training and 85% of trainees scored above 75 based on the results of the training posttest. The increase can be seen from the average pre-test score of 66.13 which increased to 83.60 at the posttest or the equivalent of 87% of participants having understood the preparation of scientific articles.

Abstract

The progress of the times in the realm of art, makes traditional art increasingly eliminated. This is because traditional music has not been able to take advantage of technological developments, one of which is digital recording using the DAW Cubase 5. The purpose of this study is that the Runtiq Bulau Dance Studio will be able to document and record music digitally. This is one way to maintain the traditional arts of the Dayak Benuaq Tribe. The method used by the implementation team is descriptive research. The implementation team uses lectures, question and answer, and experimental methods. The lecture and question-and-answer methods are used by the implementation team to provide material. The experimental method is used by students to apply the material that has been given. Students can record music digitally using DAW Cubase 5. The instruments recorded were Kelentangan, two Gimars, and Gong recorded on four tracks. The recorded music is plate dance accompaniment music. In the mixing process, VST maximizer and reverb are used. This is done to maintain the authenticity of the sound from the instrument of tradition. VST Ozone 8 is used to simplify and speed up the mastering process. Now Runtiq Bulau Dance Studio can produce digital music independently.

Abstract

The aim of the Campus Teaching 4 program at SD 145 Pampangan is, of course, to improve students' literacy and numeracy skills through several students from different tertiary institutions. In practice there are several literacy and numeracy programs related to literacy and numeracy collaboration programs implemented with teachers, literacy and numeracy programs with campus teaching groups, literacy and numeracy programs with students inside and outside the classroom, interesting learning during social interaction at school and in implementing literacy and numeracy programs. The measurement results of students are based on the worksheets that have been given. In the literacy program, 3 students got repetition questions and the other students managed to get scores above 70. Furthermore, in the numeration program, the average value obtained was above 70, so there were no repetition questions given to students. Changes and cognitive development experienced by students are increasing, especially in terms of literacy and numeracy, so that it can be said that the programs implemented are successful and also show significant changes for students.
