Abstract

This study aims to empirically test the effect of audit fees, audit tenure, audit rotation, and auditor reputation on audit quality in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 20192023 period. This study uses secondary data with quantitative methods and purposive sampling techniques, resulting in 63 companies that meet the sample criteria during the 5 years of the study, with a total of 315 observations. The results of this study indicate that audit fees, audit tenure, and auditor reputation have an effect on audit quality, while audit rotation does not affect audit quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis wacana kritis pada wacana Hasan Nasbi ketika merespon kejadian teror kepala babi kepada media Tempo. Analisis didasarkan pada tiga dimensi analisis wacana kritis yang diperkenalkan oleh Norman Fairclough yaitu dimensi teks, dimensi praktik wacana, dan dimensi praktik sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan sumber data dari media berita online yang diterbitkan oleh Kompas pada Maret 2025. Objek penelitian ini adalah ungkapan Hasan Nasbi sebagai salah satu pejabat publik yang menanggapi tekait kasus teror kepala babi kepada Media Tempo. Adapun teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan sesuai dengan dimensi analisis wacana kritis Norman Fairclough yaitu analisis teks (mikro), analisis praktik wacana (interpresi-meso), dan analisis praktik sosial (eksplanasi-makro). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa wacana yang diungkapan oleh Hasan Nasbi memberikan satu gambaran terkait fenomena sosial yang kompleks antara hubungan media dan pihak pemerintah. Dalam hal ini, teks dalam wacana tersebut merujuk pada keinginan untuk mempertahankan ideologi kekuasaan pemerintah dan upaya penggiringan opini masyarakat terkait posisi pemerintah yang tidak terkait dengan kasus teror yang terjadi.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of digital transformation in Civic Education (PPKn) to strengthen national values and character. Using a literature review and conceptual analysis approach, the study reveals that the integration of digital media such as Wordwall and Canva, along with the application of blended learning and flipped classroom methods, significantly enhances students' understanding of Pancasila values. The main findings of the study indicate that technology-based approaches not only increase student engagement but also facilitate the internalization of national values. However, the study also identifies challenges such as the spread of misinformation and digital distraction issues, which require strengthening digital literacy and more critical pedagogical approaches

Abstract

Operational risk management is very important in maintaining the sustainability and success of the agro-tourism business. The research at Rizky Strawberry Sukabumi Agrotourism aims to identify and analyze the operational risks faced and evaluate the effectiveness of the risk management strategies implemented. The methodology uses a descriptive statistical approach and in-depth interviews to internal respondents using questionnaire guidance containing questions related to the implementation of risk management in Rizky Strawberry Agrotourism. The results of the analysis show ten types of operational risks that are grouped based on their causes: human resource risks (human resource competencies, relationships between employees, services, internal controls), system/regulatory risks (safety issues), facilities and infrastructure risks (management of tourist facilities, maintenance, public facilities, technology), environmental risks (pollution), and external risks (natural disasters). Of the ten risks, three are classified as very high, two high, two medium, and three low. The strategy is prioritized to minimize extreme and high risks to medium risk levels.

Abstract

Busana pengantin tradisional Minangkabau adalah salah satu hasil budaya yang mengandung banyak makna yang membentuk identitas dan nilai masyarakat. Namun, perubahan signifikan telah terjadi pada tata busana, desain, dan cara pemakaian busana pengantin tradisional Pesisir Padang, terutama di kalangan generasi muda. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menggambarkan persepsi mahasiswa PKK UNP mengenai perubahan busana pengantin tradisional, ditinjau berdasarkan tata busana, desain, dan cara pemakaian. Sebanyak 52 mahasiswa berpartisipasi sebagai responden dalam studi yang menerapkan metode kuantitatif deskriptif ini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner berbasis skala Likert yang disusun berdasarkan aspek kognitif, afektif, konatif dan diolah menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Data yang terkumpul memperlihatkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa secara umum berada pada kategori sedang. Pada aspek tata busana, persentase kategori sedang mencapai 84,6% (kognitif), 76,9% (afektif), dan 73,1% (konatif). Persepsi terhadap desain busana juga tergolong sedang (69,2%, 75,0%, dan 73,1%), begitu pula pada cara pemakaian (69,2%, 73,1%, dan 75,0%). Aspek kognitif menunjukkan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap bentuk perubahan yang tetap mencerminkan nilai budaya. Aspek afektif mencerminkan ketertarikan terhadap inovasi yang sesuai perkembangan zaman, sedangkan aspek konatif menunjukkan dukungan terhadap perubahan selama nilai adat Minangkabau tetap dijaga. Dengan demikian, modernisasi busana pengantin dapat diterima sepanjang tetap menjaga keseimbangan antara nilai estetika dan filosofi budaya Minangkabau.

Abstract

This study explores the interrelationship between business strategy, capital structure, and corporate profitability through a qualitative approach using systematic literature review. The research aims to analyze how strategic typologies and financing decisions influence firm performance, both individually and interactively. Data were collected from forty peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2015 and 2024, sourced from reputable databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and ScienceDirect. A thematic analysis method was employed to identify key patterns, theoretical insights, and contextual differences across industries and regions. The findings indicate that business strategy has a direct influence on profitability, particularly when firms adopt proactive and adaptive strategic orientations. Meanwhile, capital structure contributes to profitability based on the suitability of debt or equity with the firms strategic direction. The alignment between strategy and capital structure is shown to enhance profitability, especially when adjusted to the firms operational context and market dynamics. The study also highlights a research gap in integrated models, especially within emerging market contexts. It concludes that viewing strategy and finance as interdependent elements is essential for achieving sustained profitability. The findings provide a theoretical foundation for future empirical research and practical guidance for strategic-financial alignment in corporate decision-making.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi ISPO melalui perspektif konflik agraria, dimensi sustainability dan kondisi sosio-ekonomi petani sawit mandiri di Kecamatan Terentang, khususnya di Desa Radak Baru. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah petani sawit mandiri diwajibkan memiliki sertifikasi ISPO, namun ISPO mempersayaratkan aspek legalitas tanah. Fakta menunjukkan bahwa lahan kebun sawit mandiri tidak jarang merupakan hasil konversi lahan hutan, dan terjadi pula konflik lahan yang berkepanjangan sehingga ini menjadi penghambat legalitas suatu lahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa dari perspektif agraria lahan sawit yang dimiliki oleh petani sawit mandiri di Desa Radak Baru secara formal belum jelas status hukumnya, karena belum memiliki Sertifikat Hak Milik. Kondisi ini menjadi penghambat utama dalam implementasi sertifikasi ISPO. Dari dimensi sustainability, sertifikasi ISPO berupaya memastikan bahwa kegiatan perkebunan sawit dilakukan dengan menjalankan prinsip berkelanjutan, namun pada praktiknya petani sawit mandiri di Desa Radak Baru tidak menjalankan prinsip sustainability yang tertuang dalam prinsip ISPO. Dari sisi sosio-ekonomi menunjukkan bahwa petani sawit mandiri di Desa Radak Baru berada dalam posisi yang rentan, karena mengelola lahan yang cukup luas, hanya menggunakan teknologi yang sederhana, menghadapi fluktuasi harga sawit yang tidak stabil dan lemahnya kemampuan mengakses lembaga keuangan

Abstract

This research investigates the implementation of ethical learning values derived from K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari's seminal work, Adabul 'Alim wal Muta'allim (The Etiquette of Teacher and Student), in fostering mental discipline and learning ethics among students at SMAN 3 Pulau Rimau, a public school. The core problem addressed is the erosion of traditional discipline and respect due to digital disruption. Employing a qualitative single case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews with religious and counseling teachers, classroom observations, and analysis of school disciplinary documents. Data analysis utilized the Miles and Huberman Interactive Model to confirm field findings against the conceptual framework of Adabul 'Alim wal Muta'allim. The results indicate that the school implicitly implements three core adab pillars: adab towards knowledge (seriousness and punctuality), adab towards teachers (respect and obedience), and adab towards peers (cooperation). This implementation successfully contributed to improved student mental discipline, evidenced by a reduction in minor disciplinary cases. In conclusion, while the ethical framework remains relevant for physical discipline, the study finds a significant challenge in translating these values into effective 'digital adab,' particularly concerning respect for teachers in virtual interactions, necessitating explicit policy adaptation in the digital sphere.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas penerapan restorative justice dalam penyelesaian kasus pencemaran nama baik di Polres Lamongan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif serta sosiologi hukum (empiris), melalui studi kasus pencemaran nama baik yang terjadi di platform Facebook. Peneliti melakukan observasi dan wawancara dengan tiga informan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerapan restorative justice. Dengan menghubungkan temuan penelitian dengan konsep-konsep dalam restorative justice, ditemukan bahwa faktor internal seperti keputusan korban, pelaku, serta peran kepolisian berpengaruh terhadap implementasi restorative justice. Sementara itu, faktor eksternal meliputi opini publik dan peran media dalam membentuk persepsi masyarakat. Meskipun elemen-elemen restorative justice telah diterapkan dan menunjukkan hasil yang cukup baik, efektivitasnya masih terhambat oleh reaksi negatif masyarakat terhadap korban maupun pelaku. Adapun peran kepolisian sebagai inisiator dan fasilitator dalam penerapan restorative justice telah berjalan dengan baik. Namun, diperlukan peningkatan sosialisasi serta pelatihan agar pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam menerapkan restorative justice semakin optimal
From Accuracy to Fluency: The Synergy of Intensive and Extensive Reading in Arabic Language Education AR, Mahmudi.

Abstract

This study examines two principal approaches to developing Arabic reading skills (maharah al-qirah): intensive reading (al-qirah al-mukaththafah) and extensive reading (al-qirah al-muwassaah). Employing a qualitative methodology through a systematic literature review, the study analyzes 40 selected publications from 2015 to 2025 that discuss the concepts, characteristics, advantages, and limitations of each approach. Findings indicate that intensive reading enhances linguistic accuracy and analytical comprehension through detailed text analysis, whereas extensive reading promotes reading fluency, intrinsic motivation, and global comprehension through high-volume reading. The synthesis of findings yields an IntensiveExtensive Cycle model, beginning with detailed classroom analysis, followed by independent extensive reading, and concluding with integrative discussion. This model effectively combines reading accuracy and fluency. The study recommends that Arabic language teachers in Indonesia, particularly in madrasahs and pesantrens, integrate both approaches in a balanced manner.
