Abstract

The age period of 0-2 years is known as a crucial period which is often referred to as the golden age or the first 1000 days of life, starting from the time in the womb until the child reaches the age of 2 years (Jesica Hayu, 2023). During this period, children experience very rapid and striking growth and development in various aspects, such as cognitive (intelligence), motoric (gross and fine), language, and socio-emotional (Jesica Hayu, 2023). The achievement of optimal growth and development during this period is greatly influenced by the complex interaction between genetic factors and the bio-physico-psychosocial environment. Based on the existing literature, there are several factors that influence the development of children aged 0-2 years, including internal factors such as genetics, as well as external factors that include prenatal conditions (pregnancy), childbirth factors (complications), and postpartum factors such as nutrition (maternal nutrition during pregnancy and child nutrition), stimulation, environment (family, socio-economic, physical), health status (susceptibility to disease, health care), and parental education (especially the mother). One study showed that nutritional fulfillment is the most significant factor that causes developmental disorders in toddlers aged 1-2 years (Hartini, 2018). This literature study aims to synthesize information from various available sources to analyze key factors that influence child development at age 0-2 years.

Abstract

Murabahah contract is one of the most widely used financing schemes in Islamic banking. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Murabahah contract in Islamic banking in Indonesia, including regulatory aspects, practical applications, and the challenges faced. Using the normative legal research method, this study examines relevant laws, fatwas, and case studies from several Islamic banks in Indonesia. The findings indicate that Murabahah is implemented based on DSN-MUI fatwas and OJK regulations but faces challenges related to compliance, risk management, and competitive pricing. Furthermore, this study highlights how Murabahah plays a crucial role in financing sectors such as property, vehicles, and business investments, making it a key driver of Islamic banking growth. However, issues such as information asymmetry, public awareness, and price competition with conventional banking remain challenges that need to be addressed. This study concludes that although Murabahah is the dominant contract, improvements in regulation, financial literacy, and risk management strategies are necessary to enhance its effectiveness and sustainability in the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

The analysis addresses regional equality in Makassar City from both economic and social perspectives, focusing on population density, educational infrastructure (number of schools), economic growth, poverty levels, and the open unemployment rate. Although Makassar has experienced rapid economic growth particularly as the economic center of South Sulawesi, gaps between regions, especially between the city center and suburban areas, still persist. These disparities directly affect the quality of life, exacerbate inequality, and hinder the welfare of affected communities. Policy interventions are essential, such as poverty reduction through skills training, optimization of information technology to enhance transparency and accountability, revitalization of slum areas to reduce environmental impacts, digitization of SMEs to create new jobs in the digital sector, and multi-stakeholder collaboration to ensure effective planning and implementation. These efforts will improve community welfare and foster equality among regions, serving as a tangible step toward sustainable development.

Abstract

This paper examines how educational taxonomy can be used as a reference in developing three important aspects in students, so that holistic national education goals can be achieved optimally. In this paper, the author uses a descriptive qualitative method with the main data source from library data. Furthermore, the collected data is coded, reduced and conclusions are drawn according to the needs of the research data. The results of the study indicate that Bloom’s Taxonomy is a conceptual framework developed to classify educational goals into systematic categories. This concept was first introduced by Benjamin S. Bloom with a group of education experts in 1956. This taxonomy aims to provide guidance to educators in designing, implementing, and evaluating the learning process in a more focused and measurable manner. In addition, the domain of knowledge (cognitive) in Taxonomy is related to memory, thinking and reasoning processes. The domain of knowledge includes two dimensions, namely (1) cognitive processes, and (2) types of knowledge.

Abstract

This study aimed to know the influence of group guidance service against nomophobia in students of class X students of high school. State I Kualuh Leidong Nomophobia is a disorder in which individuals feel uncomfortable, anxious, restless and followed by fear or worry when not operating a smartphone. Excessive use of smartphones can impact academic performance and increase anxiety levels affecting psychological aspects, interpersonal behavior, as well as social habits among adolescents. If this situation goes on non-stop, then the student’s personality will be affected and develop towards anti-social traits. Kelomopk tutoring services can help the socialization development of students and can address nomohobia behavior in students. The research methodology using quantitative approach, the population of the study was grade X students of Kualuh Leidong State I High School with a total of 26 students.. Sampling technique was conducted using random sampling technique established by the researcher. Data collection techniques by means of documentation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis/hypothesis testing tool uses the pre-experimental design (impure experiment) formula on SPSS processing. The results of the research conducted by the researcher obtained that the level of nomophobia in students has occurred decrease through increasing students’ knowledge and self-awareness towards nomophobia in students by using appropriate group tutoring services so this study suggests Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted by 0.00 value sig the influence of group tutoring services against nomophobia in students can be noted.

Abstract

The digital era has a major impact on how teachers approach, construct and apply science in educational contexts. This study aims to find challenges in developing science from the perspective of scientific philosophy, especially the essence, epistemology and axioms based on scientific articles. The results of the study indicate that teachers face fundamental changes in the validity of knowledge, obtaining information and moral responsibility in using it. On the other hand, administrative and systematic costs are practical obstacles in the development of teacher experts. Therefore, it is necessary to improve digital reading and writing skills, to improve the philosophical foundations of teaching activities, and to support political support for the sustainable development of science in secondary education environments.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of creating a conducive situation during the 2024 Simultaneous Regional Elections (Pilkada) in Sampang Regency, a region with complex socio-political dynamics. Collaborative efforts among security actors are essential in maintaining stability throughout the election stages. This study aims to analyze the collaboration process between key stakeholders such as the Police (Polres), Military (Kodim 0828), community organizations, media, and the public. The research uses a qualitative case study approach with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed thematically based on Ansell and Gash’s (2008) Collaborative Governance framework. The findings show that under the starting conditions indicator, collaboration began with resource imbalances between state and non-state actors, mitigated by existing social capital, particularly the roles of NU and local media. In face-to-face dialogue, formal meetings were frequent, but substantial involvement of non-state actors remained limited. Commitment to process was evident through attendance in forums, though equal contributions were lacking. Shared understanding was built around common security goals, yet technical alignment was weak. Facilitative leadership was exercised by KPU and Bawaslu, supporting community initiatives but lacking grassroots outreach. The institutional design remained weak due to the absence of a permanent collaborative forum and reliance on informal coordination. Under outcomes, the election proceeded peacefully, public participation increased, and media effectively countered misinformation, although critical political awareness remained low. The main finding indicates that cross-sector collaboration was constructive but not yet institutionalized. The study recommends establishing a permanent, regulation-based collaboration forum and enhancing participatory political education in the community.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of group counseling services through group discussion techniques in enhancing adolescents’ emotional regulation skills. The research employed a pre-experimental approach using a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 10 students selected purposively based on a high need for emotional management. The instrument used was an emotional regulation questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using paired sample t-test to determine the difference between pretest and posttest scores. The results showed an increase in the average score from 59.80 to 75.40 after the intervention. The t-test indicated a significance value of 0.000 0.05, confirming a significant difference before and after the service. These findings suggest that group discussion techniques within group counseling are effective in significantly improving adolescents’ emotional regulation abilities.

Abstract

Quality of education and reduce the dropout rate in Indonesia. Although it has been running, the ideal of education for all has not been achieved. Based on the Regent’s Decree Number 188.45/422/HK/416-012/2023, Sidoharjo Village, Gedeg District, Mojokerto Regency was appointed as one of 8 P-ATS pilot projects. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The analysis was carried out based on the Van Meter and Van Horn policy implementation theory which includes six indicators: policy standards and objectives, resources, inter-organizational communication, characteristics of implementers, environment, and implementer disposition. The results of the study indicate that the program standards and objectives are running well and are able to motivate children to return to school. Human resources work according to SOP. However, education to the community is still lacking so that there is a need to increase socialization. The disposition of the implementers is quite good, while communication between organizations needs to be improved even though the budget is limited. The economic, social, and political environment is quite supportive. The researcher suggests that the Mojokerto Regency Government be more active in socializing the program and paying attention to the budget and supporting facilities for P-ATS.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the teacher certification and Teacher Professional Education (PPG) programs and their impact on improving teacher competence at UPT SD Negeri 13 Bontolebang, Takalar Regency. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants in this study were teachers who had participated in certification and PPG, the school principal, and the supervising officer. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data display, verification, and validity testing through source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. The results showed that the implementation of certification and PPG programs at UPT SD Negeri 13 Bontolebang has proceeded fairly well, although there are still obstacles related to limited technological facilities, lack of follow-up training, and incomplete access to policy information. Teachers who completed the programs demonstrated improvements in lesson planning, content mastery, and active learning strategies. The implementation of this research highlights that certification and PPG contribute significantly to strengthening teachers’ professional competence and fostering more effective and quality-oriented learning processes. These findings can serve as a reference for education offices and schools to design more contextual and targeted professional development programs.
