Abstract

Pendidikan vokasi di era modern membutuhkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dalam menyikapi fenomena atau masalah yang timbul di lingkungan sekitar peserta didik. Pada elemen fase E kelas X Agribisnis Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura (ATPH) terdapat elemen yang membahas mengenai isu-isu pertanian, yaitu elemen Perkembangan Teknologi dan Isu Global Agribisnis, yang di dalamnya terdapat materi tentang pertanian perkotaan. Materi ini penting untuk disampaikan oleh guru agar dapat dikuasai oleh peserta didik di tengah zaman yang semakin berubah pesat. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan menengah vokasi pertanian perlu kritis dan menyesuaikan di dalamnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah (PBL) pada materi pertanian perkotaan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar baik pada komponen kognitif, afektif, maupun psikomotorik peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) sebanyak 3 siklus, yaitu pra siklus (dengan model pembelajaran discovery learning), siklus 1 (dengan model pembelajaran PBL), dan siklus 2 (dengan model pembelajaran PBL), yang pada setiap siklusnya peneliti akan mengambil data melalui asesmen kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Hasil yang didapatkan, yaitu model pembelajaran PBL mampu meningkatkan jumlah peserta didik yang melampaui nilai KKM sebesar 53% dari total peserta didik dalam satu kelas, mampu meningkatkan rata-rata kelas sebesar 12%, dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik yang tercermin dari adanya peningkatan jumlah peserta didik yang aktif terlibat dalam komponen afektif dan psikomotorik yang diukur. Kesimpulan dari PTK ini, yaitu model pembelajaran PBL mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar dan motovasi belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dilakukan untuk mengetahui perkembangan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan metode Mnemonic untuk mempermudah peserta didik dalam mengingat pembelajaran. Dapat diketahui bahwa peserta didik kelas XI ATPH 1 di SMKN 1 Gondang memiliki kendala dalam menyederhanakan pembelajarannya. Rata-rata dari mereka memiliki nilai yang berada di bawah KKTP. Dari hasil refleksi pembelajaran kendala tersebut disebabkan karena peserta didik kesulitan mengingat pembelajaran yang terlalu banyak. Metode Mnemonic dapat membantu peserta didik untuk menyusun kalimat dari kata depan sebuah informasi sehingga membentuk kalimat yang mudah diingat. Tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui post test pada setiap siklus pembelajaran dan mengetahui perbedaan aktivitas yang terjadi selama pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kelas XI ATPH 1 di SMKN 1 Gondang, Nganjuk selama 3 siklus pembelajaran dengan rincian pembelajaran pra siklus, siklus 1, dan siklus 2. Pembelajaran siklus 1 dan siklus 2 merupakan perbaikan pembelajaran setelah peserta didik dan guru melakukan refleksi pembelajaran. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilakukan dari 17 Februari 2025 hingga 23 April 2025. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menilai secara deskriptif hasil kognitif peserta didik melalui hasil post test yang diberikan setelah pembelajaran. Peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik selalu mengalami kenaikan pada setiap siklus pembelajaran. Pada kegiatan pra siklus persentase ketuntasan peserta didik sebesar 12,50 %. Mengalami peningkatan sebesar 37,50 % pada siklus 1 dan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 43,75 % pada siklus 2. Secara keseluruhan pada siklus 2 pembelajaran setelah perbaikan ketuntasan hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 93,75 %.

Abstract

Rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik kerap kali berakar pada penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang monoton dan minim melibatkan peran aktif peserta didik. Fenomena ini menjadi tantangan pembelajaran yang perlu segera diatasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan memantik motivasi sekaligus capaian belajar peserta didik kelas XI Agribisnis Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura (ATPH) di SMKN 1 Purwosari melalui pemanfaatan media interaktif Wordwall. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus, dan didahului satu pra-siklus, dengan tiap siklus memuat perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data didapat berdasarkan tes hasil belajar dan observasi aktivitas peserta didik di kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam capaian akademik. Rata-rata nilai peserta didik nenngkat dari 54,54% pada pra-siklus, menjadi 75,45% pada siklus pertama, dan meningkat hingga 96,36% pada siklus kedua. Begitu pula dengan antusiasme dan partisipasi aktif peserta didik juga menunjukkan peningkatan yang nyata. Tak hanya capaian akademis yang meningkat, tetapi antusiasme dan partisipasi peserta didik pun meningkat. Peserta didik tampak lebih bersemangat, aktif menjawab kuis, serta memperlihatkan pemahaman konseptual yang lebih mendalam. Sehingga penggunaan media Wordwall efektif dalam menciptakan suasana kelas yang lebih dinamis, menyenangkan, dan sejalan dengan karakteristik pembelajaran di era digital.

Abstract

With the use of the blended learning model, this study attempts to assess the influence of student learning motivation and teacher professionalism on the learning outcomes of Grade 11 students at SMK Negeri 1 Medan in the academic year 2024–2025. This research, which was carried out at SMK Negeri 1 Medan, was motivated by the issues with employing less varied learning models and the lack of interest among students in studying. An Ex-Post Facto design was employed in the quantitative research methodology. 140 pupils from class XI OTKP SMK Negeri 1 Medan made up the sample, and 58 additional individuals were selected at random using the proportional random sampling technique. Questionnaires, documentation, and observation were used to gather data. Coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression, moderated regression analysis (MRA), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F-test), and partial hypothesis testing (T-test) are all used in data analysis. 1. The following conclusions were drawn from the research's findings: The blended learning strategy results in a significant and favorable improvement of 24.2% in learning outcomes. 2. Students that are motivated to learn achieve better learning outcomes by 15.7%. It has a significant and advantageous impact. 3.The professional development of teachers significantly mitigates the 2.3 percent effect of the blended learning learning paradigm on student learning outcomes. 4. At 2.4%, instructors' professionalism has a significant impact on students' enthusiasm to learn in respect to learning objectives. Overall, this study demonstrates that instructor professionalism dramatically modifies the 2.4% learning outcomes that students are motivated to learn.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the concept of "professional acme" as a significant determinant in the formation of professional identity among educators. Employing a theoretical and conceptual literature review methodology, the paper explores various stages of professional development and integrates psychological and pedagogical theories, including acmeology and identity formation frameworks. The results indicate that achieving "acme”, the peak of professional excellence requires continuous learning, intrinsic motivation, mentoring, and psychological resilience. Teachers who reach this stage demonstrate stronger identity, greater instructional impact, and contribute more significantly to educational quality and student development. The study recommends teacher education programs to integrate reflective practice, value formation, and mentorship structures to nurture professional maturity

Abstract

Modernization in teacher training emphasizes updating instructional strategies, curricula, and methodologies to meet contemporary educational needs. Integrating innovative technologies enhances teaching effectiveness and student engagement, while competency-based approaches support differentiated and inclusive instruction. In this article highlights of information and communication technology (ICT) plays a crucial role in transforming education by facilitating interactive learning, distance education, and administrative efficiency. Additionally, ICT supports remote and self-paced learning, offering accessibility and flexibility, particularly in higher education. However, excites of challenges such as digital literacy gaps, inadequate infrastructure, and reliance on technology over traditional pedagogical methods persist. In rural areas, limited access to technology and internet connectivity exacerbates educational and economic disparities, restricting learning opportunities and digital engagement. Addressing these challenges requires targeted policies, infrastructure development, and continuous professional training to maximize ICT’s potential in education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement in learning outcomes of class VII-A students at Anugerah Kasih Lewoleba Private Middle School in the subject of Catholic Religious Education through the Question and Answer method. This study uses a type of classroom action research. This classroom action research was conducted at Anugerah Kasih Lewoleba Private Middle School class VII-A through two cycles, namely cycle I was implemented on September 10, 2024 and cycle II on September 17, 2024. The subjects of the study were 13 class VII-A students. The techniques used in this study were observation and testing. The action plan for each cycle was carried out through four stages, namely the planning, implementation or action, observation and reflection stages. The results of this study indicate that there was an increase in learning outcomes obtained, starting from the pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II. With the average value of the pre-cycle class reaching 72.5%, cycle I 74.6%, and cycle II reaching 100%. Thus, the application of the question and answer method can improve the learning outcomes of class VII-A students at Anugerah Kasih Lewoleba Private Middle School.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of library management and digitalization at SMAN 13 Surabaya in response to the advancement of information technology in education. The library’s digitalization is realized through the application of online cataloging (OPAC), online book borrowing and returning services, and the development of an e-book collection accessible exclusively to students. Additionally, the library organizes literacy programs such as "Read Books for Prizes" and the School Literacy Movement (GLS) to enhance students’ reading interest and digital literacy skills. The research adopts a qualitative method involving observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain valid data from library staff. The findings indicate that a clear organizational structure and collaboration with IT-savvy alumni support efficient and innovative library management. Systematic classification and cataloging facilitate collection searches, while digital services expand information access beyond physical and temporal boundaries. The digitalization of the library at SMAN 13 Surabaya has proven to improve management efficiency, strengthen the culture of digital literacy, and create a modern and inclusive learning environment. However, the limitation of online catalog access, which is restricted to the school environment, poses a challenge for broader digital literacy development, the digitalization of the library at SMAN 13 Surabaya serves as a strategic step in supporting educational transformation towards the digital era.

Abstract

The swift advancement of information technology has led to major changes in the education field, especially concerning school library services. This research investigates the management and digitalization of the library at SMAN 1 Kedamean as a strategic move to improve the quality and availability of information services for both students and teachers. The study utilizes a qualitative descriptive approach, featuring observation and documentation, to evaluate the library’s organizational structure, classification, and cataloging methods. Findings reveal that the adoption of a digital library management system employing the Dewey Decimal Classification and digital cataloging tools has enhanced the efficiency of book management, lending processes, and information retrieval. The digital library also provides online access to its catalog, promoting self-guided learning and encouraging digital literacy among students. Additionally, the library's transformation is supported by training initiatives focused on scientific writing and the use of digital tools, establishing the library as a center for active learning and innovation. In summary, the digitalization and organized management of the SMAN 1 Kedamean library have bolstered its capacity to support academic endeavors and cultivate a research-oriented academic culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi manajemen, digitalisasi, dan penguatan literasi dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan di SMA Labschool Unesa 1. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara mendalam bersama pengelola perpustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengorganisasian perpustakaan telah dilakukan secara fungsional dengan pembagian tugas yang jelas, meskipun sistem administrasi masih bersifat manual. Klasifikasi koleksi menggunakan sistem Dewey Decimal Classification secara konvensional dan katalogisasi belum terintegrasi secara digital. Dari sisi layanan, perpustakaan menyediakan fasilitas fisik seperti Wifi, AC, dan pojok baca, serta layanan digital melalui aplikasi Kipin School untuk mendukung literasi digital siswa. Program literasi disusun secara inovatif melalui kegiatan membaca sebagai bentuk konsekuensi edukatif dan proyek penulisan buku yang melibatkan kolaborasi antara pustakawan, guru, dan siswa. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun masih terdapat kendala dalam aspek digitalisasi, pihak sekolah menunjukkan komitmen tinggi dalam meningkatkan layanan perpustakaan dan budaya literasi. Pengembangan sistem digital yang terpadu serta pelatihan bagi sumber daya manusia menjadi strategi penting untuk mendukung transformasi perpustakaan menuju pengelolaan yang modern dan efisien.
